Interesting read on Cyberhand with some financials. Maybe the accountnats listed on this document will be the ones doing the audit for Pocketop.

You right Steel there is no interest in this stock, there are decent buys coming in and we are almost at 2 million share volume in the 1st half an hour of trading. Like I mentioned before, the float is small on this one (most shares are restricted) and it will spike or drop on massive buying or selling.
Gotta love bagholders, glad to see your out Steel, one less basher to worry about!!
The same guy behind the CMDI 15-12G filing is also involved in AZTC shell that filed a 15-12G not too long ago.
He was behind the JLNY - PRPM reverse merger.

Joe, take a look at this. Mostly buys today and some measly sells brings us back to 0.035.
But what can I say, there is no shorting going on according to you.
I present facts or actual emails from CEO's and directors when I post, what do you bring to the table?

Subject: Press Release for BHUB Yesterday
Hi Michael,
Can you please clarify this for me. How ironic that this PR happened while we were talking on the phone and I was away from the computer.
Thanks.
A/S is 1 billion as per state of Delaware and no one knows the O/S. I spoke to Michael Burke (main man at PKTO) and I have a feeling that the outstanding is about 500 million with most of these shares being restricted for approx 1-2 years from now as per SEC rule 144. I personally think the float is less than 50 million.
I guess we'll find out when the audited numbers becomes available.
PKTO is on the rise, up 15% after days of heavy losses, great time to buy in.
I've already called Michael Burke yesterday and did not know about the BHUB PR as it hadn't come out yet. I don't have any money invested with BHUB (I sold for a profit), I was just curious.
If someone calls him, please report your filings.
Holy Crap, PKTO is going back up!!
Has anyone called Michael Burke at Cyberhand to find out what's going on?
Ask him what he thinks about yesterday's press release.
Tel: (403) 547-1712
Can someone call him and post your findings.
Here is BHUB's press release:
http://biz.yahoo.com/prnews/070328/clw200.html?.v=7
As on Cyberhandrobotics.com website:
PLEASE NOTE:Since negotiations with BHUB.com have not been concluded Cyberhand Robotics Corp. has terminated the quote link. If and when negotiations are concluded, and only then, will the link will be restored. Any question regarding BHUB.PK should be directed to the company itself.

So, this morning there has been 628,750 shares bought and 210,000 shares sold and yet the price drops 14.29% to 0.003.
But as always, you are right there is no shorting here.
BTW, the MM's just dropped the bid to 0.002 from 0.0028.
Joe,
Your entitled to your opinion, but instead of bashing all the time why don't you do something called due diligence. Have you called or emailed Michael or Patrick Burke, Brad Kitchen, read old SEC documents, reviewed their products, reviews etc.
Look if they are crooks and I lose my money, I'll have to live with that but instead of bashing all the time why don't you address your concerns to Michael Burke and see what he has to say.
We knew this company has been restructured with no debt and we won't see revenues until late fall 2007 when their new products come out but you and every other bagholder wanted a short-term financial windfall and are presently pissed off due to the current state of the stock price.
I agree there has been selling in the stock but don't you think the MM's are shorting this stock to make as much profit as possible given that they made PKTO rise to 0.04.
But of course you are right Joe, in your world shorting does not exist in the pinksheets.
Why doesn't someone call Michael Burke and find out. It's only 4:30PM in Calgary.
Ask him what he thinks about today's press release as I did not know about it when I had him on the phone.

When I spoke to Michael Burke today, I told him that BHUB had 30 million shares authorized in Delaware and he said, BHUB is actually Advanced Growing Systems who is incorporated in Florida with 20 million shares (common) outstanding). He stated, either way Delaware or Florida, the current share volume indicates shorting to him.
Just got off the phone with Michael Burke. I had a 70 minute conversation with him and to be quite honest, I feel alot better about Pocketop after talking with him. I drilled him with most of the questions that I have been emailing him but the keys points were:
1) The stock is being shorted in his opinion. He mentioned that he can go the NOBO list if he really wants to find out who really owns his stock or go the certificate route that forces the MM to cover. Basically, the jist I got is he is trying to build a business and and until the products are launched and revenues start pouring in, he is not worried about stock price.
2) His reason for not revealing the share structure for the time being (until the audit is completed) is because he feels that by revealing share structure, the shorters will know exactly how much they can short, giving them more ammunition (control the share price) as they'll know exactly how much they can short.
3)The new keyboards and chargers are state of the art and will be the best products out there on the market. Pictures will be posted on their website within 30-60 days. He did mention that they are new website (www.pocketopcorp.com) in order to make it transactable for orders, sales, etc.
4)He stated massive shorting happening in BHUB as he is aware of only 20 million shares authorized for the company, yet it trades in billions.
5)The audit will take place and they prefer the OCTQX over the OTCBB. He said an audit will be needed if they ever want to raise more capital in the future instead of selling shares using SEC rule 504. All shares are restricted for at least one year after the merger with USAC took place.
6) The Calgary office is one of their three studios where they develop and test products.
7) The products won't be for sale until the fall so there is no need for a sales team to burn $100,000 per month in salaries. They are trying to keep the costs low, and establish distribution arrangements for these new products.
8) When the LOI with Apparel One turns into a solid purchase order, it will be announced through a press release.
9) Pocketop is debt free, they were financed internally with no help from lending or banking instititions.
There was alot of info to disgest so if I recall some other stuff, I'll post it.
Look what I found, read CYHD post # 15. I fired off this email to Pocketop after I read it:
Good afternoon,
Please explain why the audit for Cyberhand still hasn't took place since Brad Kitchen confirmed it in an email dated September 20th 2005.
Now do you understand why everyone is selling the crap out of CYHD, VSHD, PKTO, and also BHUB. No one trusts management and it is reflected in the share price.
Why should we believe the audit and OTCQX listing now? In my opinion, you are just re-iterating hogwash like you did back in 2005. Notice the part about the restricted shares too. You guys are playing the same tune again. I hope you prove me wrong.
Please read Brad's email below:
Mr. XXXX,
To address some of your concerns, we offer the following;
Currently we have to focus our efforts on solidifying the company's operations to be in a position to take full advantage of our business opportunities. We feel that in the medium to long term this will result in a far stronger valuation of the company.
With respect to your comments on share price, the Company can not control the market price of its shares and further, all shares issued to the Company are restricted. Although we are focused on our operations, we are troubled that so much progress has not reflected a stronger valuation for our shareholders - who we consider our partners in this business. In this regard, we are going to be spending considerable efforts on a focused Public Relations campaign over the next 6 to 18 months. We are completing our strategy and interviewing appropriate firms to assist us in this process.
With respect to payment for shares for promotion, the Company has not issued any shares to promoters, nor hired any PR firm since its listing. We understand that some independent parties have been issuing some interesting articles about Cyberhand and that they may have received free trading shares for doing this. We are investigating.
Lastly, Cyberhand fully intends to obtain its OTC BB listing in the very near future. We are in the process of completing our audited financial statements and feel confident that once all components have been finalized, the approval process should be fairly rapid. The Company had obtained Public Listing Status in Canada where the regulatory approval process is far more onerous. We anticipate our application to be completed early in the new year.
I hope this address some of your comments and we appreciate your continued support.
Sincerely,
Brad Kitchen
Last known Outstanding shares for Teardrop Golf as per SEC:

The PKTO stock link is finally fixed on their www.pocketopcorp.com website.
I think this is the first time management has told the truth as per post 1616, question number 5.
Stop these 1000 share paint jobs (now at 0.004).
What's the point?
It's a bloodbath out there.
Management should have their heads examined.
I asked them some more questions today:
1) Is Brad Kitchen (bkitchen@shaw.ca) still involved with Cyberhand, VShield, Cyberhand Robotics or Cylogic Aerospace? You mentoned he is not involved with Pocketop?
2) Why are your offices located in Calgary? I thought Michael Burke lived in Ontario and Patrick Burke lives in BC. What exactly or who exactly is in Calgary?
3) Why can't you throw us a bone with Apparel One? Why mention them at all, you are a public company and you knew shareholders and potential investors want some confirmation of this LOI.
4) Why don't you want to reveal any information on management such as what university does Nino teach at since he is a "professor". No offence, he didn't sound like a professor during the WallST interview.
5) I want to know how long these "restricted" shares are restricted for (expiration date of restriction) and do they fall under Rule 144.
http://www.sec.gov/investor/pubs/rule144.htm
6) I read some past info (back in 2005) regarding an imminent audit for Cyberhand that as of today still has not taken place as you never released financials for CHYD.
Investors and potential investors want to know why should we believe you now?
7) Look, let's be honest here, you don't want to reveal the share structure and in my opinion and from my experience it indicates to me that management is hiding something. Give me one good reason why you don't want to reveal the share structure if we'll find out when the financials come out in approx 90 days as you mentioned. What assurance do I have that the audited financials will come out, not get delayed, etc.
If you were to announce a PR stating that you will conducting an audit to be completed in approx 90 days with the name of the accountants, I would feel better as you would be liable for this PR and if you never filed audited financials after this PR came out, you would be reported to the SEC for a misleading PR.
8) Who will be selling Pocketop's products? Revenues are generated by sales not management. Will you have a sales team in place?
Thanks.

Who do you think is doing the painting?
Sent this email to Pocketop today, do you think I'll get an answer?
Good morning,
I agree that there are lots of negative thoughts and feelings about management and Pocketop on the message boards, but honestly do you blame them? You brought on this "garbage" as you stated yourselves.
You decided to go public with Pocketop and yet so many things you hide in secracy as if we were back in the cold war. Look, I am on your side and will not sell for the time being but you need to be more forthright.
Why can't you throw us a bone with Apparel One? Why mention them at all, you are a public company and you knew shareholders and potential investors want some confirmation of this LOI.
Nino is a professor but you refuse to say what university he teaches at?
Did you hear the Wall St interview with Nino?
Nino tells the interviewer the company has no sales team in place and is actually "management top heavy" and that they plan on bringing in a sales team "sometime this year".
Question is WHO'S SELLING THE EQUIPMENT??? Revenues are generated by sales NOT management!!
No answers to who they do business with (No Apparel One mention)
When asked who owns/runs the company, his answer was "we are management top heavy"
When asked to comment on company officers, he didn't mention names or numbers
When given several chances to give investors answers, he hemmed and hawed and 'ummed" his way through...very unprofessional...Very vague when questioned about what investors should look for in the next 12-18 months...VERY VAGUE.....very vague about everything.
There was no mention of the audit either!
The shares are now trading at 0.005 and if management did their jobs right from day one, you probably would have trading at 0.05 with some actual INVESTOR INTEREST.
YOU ARE A PUBLIC COMPANY, START ACTING LIKE ONE!
Have a nice day.
Does someone mind summarizing the interview as I am working on a computer with no sound card.
My spider senses do work, we got some sort of news today.
I asked Michael Burke about the status of BHUB merger, please read PKTO post # 1616 and look for question 6.
Basically, I asked him if BHUB was still in the works and he responded with:
"BHUB is in limbo and I am not at liberty to release any info on who we may be negotiating with, look what happened last time. If there are any development they will be posted on the web site."
Some answers from Pocketop:

1. Good to hear that you are a shareholder and it must sadden you to have to sift through all of the garbage that is being thrown on the chat rooms.
2. We will be announcing the accountants, with their web site info and contact info. We would not waste our time and money without going the extra step of filing on Edgar so that the statements would count towards advancing the company to the OTCQX and beyond. It is our intent to have audited statements for all public companies and file them as soon as possible.
3. Unfortunately, due to the obsessive and negative nature of a select few interested parties I cannot release personal information on any of the Officers, Directors or employees of the company. They will however be in the audit which will be released and their holding will also be disclosed.
4. Brocton is a fine company, no longer affiliated with us and we parted amicably years ago. Brad Kitchen was never a Director of Pocketop International or Pocketop Corp. in Delaware and is certainly busy with his many endeavors in the energy field.
5. I agree that the new site is more attractive and we will look at merging the two into one transactable modern site. The stock quote fix will be done this week.
6. BHUB is in limbo and I am not at liberty to release any info on who we may be negotiating with, look what happened last time. If there are any development they will be posted on the web site.
7. Cyberhand will do what it does best, provide specialty offshore manufacturing services to its subs and others and offset the duplication of each individual companies being forced to build their own departments.
8. In the end, the principal vendors of the technology ALL received restricted stock as is required by the SEC and all original people holding over 4.9% after the merger were also moved to restricted status.
I hope that this helps.

Subject: Please answer these questions
1) How many "unrestricted shares" did the USAC shareholders end up with. You mentioned to me that all shares after the merger are restricted except for the original USAC shareholders.
2) Since Nino is the CEO, what is Michael Burke's official position with Pocketop and is Patrick Burke involved with Pocketop as well. If so, what is his position as I know he is the CTO of VShield.
3) You mentioned you will provide the accountants name who is doing the audit via a press release. If this is the case, since these audited numbers will be available for all to view as you previously stated, my question is how will the public view them? Will you put them on pinksheets.com or actually file them with the SEC (Edgar).
4) If you file them with the SEC (Edgar) when do you intend to have all he necessary paperwork completed to go to the OTCBB or OTCQX. Which one will it be, OTCQQ or OTCBB?
By the way, the OTCQX is having a listing fee reduction that ends on April 30th, 2007. Take a look:
http://www.otcqx.com/otcqx/listingFees
5) Are you doing an audit for VShield and Cyberhand Robotics too and if so does all this audit, SEC, and OTCBB or OTCQX apply to VShield and Cyberhand Robotics as well.
6) Is BHUB still in the works?
7) Is Nino based (reside) in Calgary or Fernie. Vermilian Bay or elsewhere. You mentioned he is a professor. If so, which University does he teach at? So he is a professor by day who moonlights as Pocketop's CEO? How can he do both jobs successfully or is he a retired/part time professor?
8) You mentioned that you will be updating your website to showcase the new Bluetooth Keyboards as well as having a pre-order page. Which website are you talking about www.pocketop.net or the new one, www.pocketopcorp.com. I’d prefer to see it on the new one as it is much nicer looking.
9) When are you going to fix the stock link on your www.pocketopcorp.com website so it points to PKTO instead of USAC.
10) Are you still involved with Brockon (now Megawest Energy). Please explain what happened with Brockton. The reason I ask is because Brad Kitchen is on the board of directors of Megawest as per this link:
http://www.megawestenergy.com/manage/index.html.
Is Brad still the Chairman and director of Pocketop.
11) You made Pocketop public, VShield is public as well, and spun off Cylogic Aerospace and intend to make Cyberhand Robotics public as well, my question is how can CYBERHAND TECH INC (CYHD) remain public and have revenues if the revenues will now be placed under the companies that you have spun-off or gave made public.
12) I know Patrick Burke lives in Fernie, BC and yet some offices are in Calgary at Suite 863, 105-150 Crowfoot Crescent, Calgary AB T3G 3T6.
I found an old Brockton Securities SEC filing that states Michael Burke lives in Vermilion Bay, Ontario. Please answer this, if Michael still lives in Vermilion Bay, ON, what are the offices doing in Calgary?
Who lives in Calgary? Nino?
Thanks.
Just to let you know, I have always received quick responses (same day) from Pocketop except when I sent them an email with some questions on March 21st which was the day before they announced the three New Bluetooth Keyboards PR on Thursday, March 22nd.
Since I haven't heard back from Pocketop today, I am wondering if we'll see some news soon.
