ah but moonie ...
they were summarily dismissed.
Quite different from the voluntary disappearance of edgy, clozer, otherkid, tommy, capndagoodwow "and others."
Sure you waited on the taxiway, moonie. I b'leeve that. 'Course I do.
Now about your fascination with bprg ... your simple nonobfuscated explanation, 'favor.
Here's an OT question for you, moonie:
What's your fascination with bprg? No obfuscation (original tm nasfy), just an explanation, svp.
Which is what he speaks from all the time, crow ...
here and on the bprg board.
He'll just disappear some day. Except he really can't disappear since his identity is known.
you're really really a piece of work, moonie ...
picked up the baton from otherkid, have you, and will talk forever about anything at all to keep talk, any talk at all, going?
And then otherkid just went away. Kinda like clozer just went away. And edgy "and others" before them, like tommy.
Soonly you will too, fershirley.
you're full of questions, whitemoonie ...
how're ya coming on that list for the ceo of bprg?
And what about a time (including the date) and place to rendezvous for our little flight? You will of course bring along some Earl Grey? Also a bone china teacup, plz. Paper may be okay for you, but not for me.
no prollem, ~kidd !
I imagine that statue of limitations is a bust of Dennis Harris ... possible? They cart it out and put it on a pedestal to impress potential clients, along with a brass plaque that says something like "applications to touch your heart". I've forgotten the exact words but it's what was on the loch website. Still brings a tear to many an eye, no doubt. Oh, also "Dr" Henry Blair's parchment diplomas matted and framed in South American mahogany.
Any idea whatever happened to some of the old posters ... osscout? karlspanger? tbeezer? widelyignored? poetstoy (the cleverest name of all by a long shot)? atxman (who actually did post not too long ago after a very long silence)?
Got my first moth last night ... it's all in the wrist!
mooniewhite ... here's an idea!
Why don't you write out a list of questions for me to ask senior management of that other company, ones you think I should be asking (and presumably haven't)? Be quite specific. Make them questions that could and also should be sent to the authorities, both British and American. Don't make them vague at all. Take a page out of capndagoodwow's book, to make sure they're on the record. That should be a walk in the park for you since you say there are many unanswered questions.
I'll even give you the name and e-m address of the company's CEO. Would that be helpful?
That would certainly be preferable to "haunting" a board 24/7.
On second thought, why don't you ask the questions yourveryownself; that would be even better. Tell him you've studied his company long and hard and are concerned about a few things. But I encourage you not to be sloppy with your writing. Get your grammar and spelling right. You wouldn't want to come across as an affected, uneducated dolt, would you?
I note you didn't answer my very simple question to you, moonie. Maybe if you ask your old pal manonthespot on the same board where you are carrying on a conversation with poorold, he'll help you out. I'm pretty sure he raises horses.
Nope, no "bad experiences" over water, moonie. So sorry to disappoint you; I had a very normal little girlhood. And no I'm not "obsessed with flight over water." I just find it funny that you, pilot extraordinaire, aren't even qualified to do more than puddle jump, much less carry passengers! (I also note you say you'd be happy to acommodate [sic] me at some point. I take that as an invitation for you as the pilot to fly me as the passenger over a relatively large body of water. A tad vague as to when that "some point" would be, or what that body of water would be, but an invitation nonetheless. Too bad you don't seem to want to be more specific on the where and when. Even elrheo of the electric yellow shirt had a specific date and place in mind for his luncheon invitation, which he followed through on. Why don't you give me one or two alternative dates and locations and we can compare diaries.)
ot whitemoonie ...
Since you clearly know nothing about ADRs (I think you called the pps the result of a reverse split?) and will latch onto anything or anyone at all to try to work your special kind of magic, far be it from me to educate you.
Anyways (tm nasfanium) you make for amusing reading for many in several countries across the pond, as well as here in the States. So by all means, keep it up.
btw, once upon a time you seemed to imply you knew something about horses. Have you ever heard of a Shire?
Look it up.
How many peeps were at the rip-roaring cdex shareholders meeting again? Six, was it? Not counting cdex officers, that is?
Oh wow.
Why don't you get yourself qualified to fly over water and attend that other company's agm so you can ask a few questions? Or that failing, go commercial. You'll then see what a proper and fully attended shareholders meeting is like. 'Course you'd have to buy a couple of shares to be let in. I should think, given your e x t r e m e interest in the company, you'd want to do just that.
ot moonie ...
If I were you I wouldn't try to take on poorold, not even with "clever" little allusions to a post of mine.
actually, paige ...
focus is the key (to success).
But you're right, diversity is "a" key (to sucking the unlucky ones in).
what's the pps of this "sure thing" today, crow?
hi, ~kidd ... arming for ~moths now. [eom]
so, diam ... I mean pigs ...
let's have the rest of your questions for xenophoniac.
Or did you run out (of beer)?
How's mari, btw?
so, doyourown ...
he's exercised and is selling them to avoid a huge tax bite?
Good thinking!
But why doesn't he hold them a full year, which certainly sounds more lucrative for him?
Awaiting your insight, along with moonie's next.
Not as valuable as yours by half, moonie.
I'm sure everyone waits with bated breath your next insight.
sure will, moonie ...
"This stock is thinly traded and any kind of pressure, buying or selling, will reflect in a rapid price change."
You're so insightful it just blows me away.
you think THAT'S sumpin ...
they pay ME to come in! That's how much bidness I bring in!
paige ...
you remind me of a wonderful big dog I had once who had seizures. Just before he went into one he started pawing the floor, lying on his side, as if he was dreaming of running. Then they began. The only thing to do was hold him tight, arms around him, til they were over. He'd stand up, a little shaky for a few seconds, and look around absolutely mystified as if to say "What HAPPENED?"
You sound as if you're just beginning to paw at the floor. Get someone to hold you tight and it'll all be over soon.
btw, paige ...
I could even tell you who xenophon and a couple of other posters is/are plus their credentials (or lack of same). Does that surprise you? It shoudn't. Some of us know how to do real research.
But don't hold your breath 'cause I'm not tellin'.
Continue with your posting, paige. You and doyourown seem to be among the last holdouts.
lotta words, paige ...
I "rested my case" on believing that xeno is a patent attorney..take it as that
Sounded as if you were saying something else. Does you mean you don't thnk he's a patent attorney?
No one wants to speculate..they just want to throw out the garbage..
Speculating on a patent infringement case is an exercise in futility. And depending on who's speculating, stupidity.
If he knows what that phrase ment... he wouldn't have been outa line in putting in his two cents..
He has said several times that he's had no intention on commenting on the ASD/cdex case. What's so difficult about that for you to understand?
You on the other hand said his response of links were boring..
Did I say that, paige? I don't think I said that, paige. I'll have to look back and see.
so... like I said to you...why don't you go past these boards to bring up your own opinions on these companies..
And just what purpose would that serve? You're the one who said you could bring up all those other cases to counter his posts, not me.
Instead of standing behind someone elses posts and egging the opponites on... like you seem to be so good at doing....
Trust me, paige, the "opponites" [sic] need no "egging on" from me. Peeps like you and the other "troo longs" serve that purpose just fine.
and we do stand a chance at spie..as the same with the Announcement that came off of the bottom of that link
I didn't say you (loch/cdex ) didn't stand a chance. I said they wouldn't go NEAR spie. If you don't know why, you have some back reading to do.
paige ...
don't have any idea what all those are, except for spie, and I think it's a safe bet cdex won't go anywhere near anything spie sponsors.
I see you "rested your case" on the ASD litigation ... does that mean you proved something?
for pity sake ...
can't you two "discuss" this on the same board, either here or there?
paige ... better stick to hair styling/dressing about which you apparently know something. I think patent litigation is a tad over your head (as it is over most of ours).
paige ...
"xenophon...you can post away all of the cases you want...for every one you pull up I am sure I can pull up one on the opposing side.."
Then do so! (I bet he found those with one hand tied behind his back and one eye closed)
oh dear, xenophon ... seems milchip takes exception:

Good research by XENO on IHub but...
he forgot to mention one thing--ASD has not moved for a Preliminary Injunction. In Patent Infringement cases the motion for a preliminary injunction accompanies the Summons and Complaint.
ASD failed to do so, which is just another indication that their case has no merit and that ASD believes it would never be granted a Preliminary Injunction.

Would you, his learned colleague, care to rejoin?
I love this one ... over nothing more than labeling strips!
I don't think there would be a jury for this case, crow ...
more likely just a judge.
ot con't -- that's what I hear. Wasn't in long enough myself to get too hungry, though. And I packed a few sandwiches just in case.
Also just loved your post about "love is ..." -- am going to send it around.
ot ... thanks a lot, scared ... you made my day!
now where'd I leave that walker ...
crow, you've gotta quit it!
They provided pix of someone by a lunar/solar pumps, even, didn't they?
One arm draped over a tuli cow and t'other around the pump ... pun intentional!
too funny, crow!
I think xenophon in earlier posts (yesterday)
gave the reasons for the delay ... an extension so they can find whatever counter they can come up with ("throw everything they can find against the wall and hope something sticks") ... designed to postpone the inevitable.

All that squabbling on the other boards by back yard lawyers is just that squabbling. Some read and interpret what they want to read, others make it up as they go along.
... and the price reacts.
Very late in NS ...
I look forward to more scintillating discussion tomorrow.
sorry, xenophon ... no offense intended.
But that sure is dry stuph.
zoobreath? That's a new one!
Sorry, paige, I do enjoy sitting in the audience and watching. Don't think I'm heckling ... just stating a fact, which I've done before, that you just don't get it. I even gave you the benefit of the doubt, that perhaps you hadn't been around long enough to "get" the full picture.
Now for your list of cowinkidinks, plz. They'd be much more interesting to read than your attempts to "discuss" patent reduction with xenophon.
paige ... you don't get it ...
it's already been figured out.
But go ahead and post your "abundance" of cowinkidinks.
At the head of your list will be the cowinkidink of capndagoodwow and edgy and all the others vacating as soon as the SOL ran out, right?
doyourown ...
Rule 1) When they want you to sell, that's the time to BUY!!!
But I think you've got it backwards ... "they" don't want you to sell ... "they" want you to buy!
If it's true "they" are doing another pp, they don't have to look any further for takers -- you can be their single buyer-in-er for this pp, can single handedly corner the loch/cdex market. Get in on the ground floor and be very very proud of your ability to spot a winner before the more uninformed crowd stampedes in.
You're really funny, you know?
"Throw everything at the wall and see if anything can stick - it's your only hope."
And sometimes the endless, protracted delays and escalating costs to both parties can result in an out of court settlement (in my experience as a watcher of one patent litigation case where prior art was the very last delaying tactic).
Wonder where cdex will get the money to pay for all this parry and feint. Oh I know ... they must be insured for all costs they incur!
Sure thing.
Weird, crow ...
Jonathon Weil came along and "queered" the Beez sweet deal (Baker: "I'm not selling til it's $10 !!!) and now ASD comes along and queers the next generation.
It must be a conspiracy! Weil nae doot works for ASD. I think someone -- I nominate moonie -- sholud investigate immediately! Simply cannot allow this sort of stuph to continue -- the country, not investors, is the loser! Consider: We're all being deprived of our rights as American citizens when Weil and ASD can thwart breakthrough technologies, our rights to expect totally honest and scrupulous CEOs to bring valimed (and before valimed all those other elf progeny) to market!
It just isn't fair, I'd say (and just did).
