Those seem like solid low end numbers. I've been using between 100M and 200M in revs for 2009. DR looks to be using about a 15% net margin to come up with their .11 eps (assuming about 175M O/S). Eventually we'll be rewarded with higher pe's for a company growing this fast. If not on the OTCBB, certainly at the next level.
Nice numbers brikk! That's why a lot of us are on the 3-5 year plan and have been here over a year already. Management has shown me they are on a mission and we could see a big pop here at anytime. It certainly will happen as our margins begin to increase again. Just sit back and continue to watch DPDW grow!

And it's been 4 months since they PR'd the direct in-home sales idea. Time for an update.
According to the IFL website the TEPPCO line is how they receive their fuel along with fuel trucks. Not sure if the dedicated fuel line to the airport is owned by IFL or is just part of the system with area terminals. Maybe someone else knows.

About 3 weeks. I gave Steve the size I wanted and he did the rest. I actually talked to him on the phone the same day but then I sent him an e-mail thanking him for his time and asking if there were any shirts left. Nice advertising for DPDW! The included flash drive about DPDW is a nice bonus. Haven't even checked it out yet.
Nice to be gone for a few days and come back to all the incredible news! Flotec deal all finalized with almost all cash. Another 9M in orders for Flotec. Our high interest loan being paid off and my Deep Down shirts just arrived! Doesn't get much better than that...lol!
Fact is Peter is moving RXPC Inc along. And yes, the money issue has been and will continue to be an issue. But to just ignore what Peter has done with RXPC Inc is showing an agenda to me. If you want to believe there is no chance that we'll get trading again and actually grow...fine. But enough of the repetitive useless posts. We'll all find out down the road. No need for personal attacks.
Good to see Peter has raised 55K already. Looks like he's wants to get the full 130k in escrow before buying our shell. Looking a little more exciting around here.
Nothing has really changed here in a couple years. The only reason we got that temporary pop was the pump by Charlatan. That was good for those of us that had been accumulating for months but not good for those who bought the froth. Now we're back to reality again. Maybe we'll get some financing someday or something will happen with Bob Dapper and Royal Spa pitching in. Haven't talked to either in a while now.
He's going to need the money from the current shareholder base to get us on the OTCBB. After that, it's all speculation. Let's hope he can pull off buying a shell first and get us on the OTCBB. I still think Peter's idea is viable as witnessed by the cheap drugs. That's what keeps me thinking this can still work. Until then...I'm just standing by.

Enough of the personal attacks. This board is an embarrassment. Seems like Peter has made great progress to not only get us trading again but to advance the business model. I'm standing by to see what happens in the near future here. Let's hope for all that we get trading again and then we can all do what we want.

Just catching up on posts after being gone a few days and all I can say is WOW! DPDW is going to be a monster over the next few years. And to think we can still buy it under a dollar. Crazy!
And this first Army project is just one of their 50Kw MATs, the full size MATs are 360Kw. As you probably now, MMGW is working on getting 750K in funding to build 3 of the 360Kw MATs. If you e-mail or call Ayling, he will send you a copy of the business plan.
I think once we get financing to purchase the terminal and get the line of credit for purchasing the fuel, we'll start a BIG run! It doesn't sound like a big deal to get the license and certification to start reselling.
Not this year but the potential is there after a year of reselling fuel. But then depending on the terms of our financing, maybe we purchase another terminal or expand the current one and then it could happen faster.
Updated numbers from my post last week using our fully diluted number from the 3/31 10Q (64,517,310)
Let's assume 14.8M (brikk's number) in revs after a full year of reselling I then took all our expenses and cost of product sales from 2007 and added 25% to them (except I eliminated the consulting fees and lowered the professional/legal fees by a third).
So now were at 14.8M - 1.9M = 12.9M in net profit
12.9M/64.5M = .20 eps x 20pe = $4.00
Even if you doubled the cost of everything minus the consulting fees the net revenue would be 14.8M-2.8M for 12M profit= .186 eps x 20pe = $3.72
The revenue number is also realistic because as we've recently determined that our 3-year contract worth at least $3M will only be using up about 1/3 of our capacity. That means we could easily do $3M/year before reselling. So take the $3M and multiply by 500-600% when we start reselling fuel and that $14.8M numbers seems reasonable. And from what Steve knows, there isn't much in added cost to go from just storing fuel to reselling...so most of the extra revenue will be pure profit. Seems like ADNY has some serious potential.

That's a good catch Landshark. So even though they can only store 160,000 barrels at a time (about 6.7M gallons), they can turn that over up to 3 times per month if I understand that right.
Imagine that 1 contract for a million or so per year multiplied up to 9 or 10 times and then add in reselling of fuel. 9-10M per year x an additional 500-600 percent with reselling. Sounds pretty good!

Huge increase from the 3 there was for a long, long time...lol! The price has increased more than the boardmarks though since the end of April!

I would get a copy of their business plan and read through it. E-mail and call Ricker and ask a lot of questions. Right now the next big step this company needs to take is to get the 750K in equity funding they need to build 3 of their full size 360Kw MATs. The MATs must be a viable source for wind power or the U.S. Army would not have purchased one. That's when this big price run-up started. The tight O/S under 5M (soon the Authorized will be raised to 7M) creates explosive price movement as we've recently seen. Crunch a few numbers with that low of SS and you'll see IF MMGW can move forward significantly, this has huge potential. It will take money though. That's what we wait for.

The 10-Q was due on May 15th. They have up to 24 hours from there to file for a 5 day extension.

So the way I interpret it then is that we can expect to see the extension filed sometime today (within that 24 hour window from the due date). Does anyone know if this an absolute requirement even if the 10-Q is say ready in a few hours?
It's still May 15th with up to a 5 day extension if they file the Form 12b-25 (and they have 24 hours from the deadline to file this). Remember we are looking for the 10-Q.
You can't accuse Dexter of pumping. He didn't even mention the uplisting to the OTCBB as things to expect in the next couple months. You can tell his focus is on growing the business and that everything else like the pps will follow.
