Why - don't you want the stock to go up
In theory you are 100% correct - unfortunately in practice it doesn't always work like that. But in this case if it is all inclusive (which it may not be), it would eventually put them deep into dollar land once electric trucks start to really sell.

This particular board has not been like that. It has far less crap on it then most boards on ihub. I have found this board to very helpful and just find do your own dd a little harsh and then why should anyone share anything?
No one said this is a scam. The comment was that the evaluation can't (or shouldn't ) be done until maple has closed on the property - it would not make sense to do the evaluation first as the numbers will be much lower without the property in there.
We all want the best evaluation possible and that needs to include the property and it would also be nice to have the permits too but that is impossible for now as that is supposed to be 6 to 9 months away. So once they purchase the property the evaluation should folloe shortly after that.
No it has not been finalized as far as I know unless it was done today. I have seen no news that deal closed
I asked this question to another guy, how can they do the evaluation before they have bought the land? It won't show enough assets to be worthwhile doing.

What you are saying maybe true about those companies but what is your proof that this applies to mydx? A guess or have you paid $800 + for a unit and tested it yourself? Or sent your unit to a certified lab?

We all are aware that many stocks are scams but just because others are doesn't mean this one is too.
You may be correct but there is no facts (or at least you haven't given any facts) to support what you say.
Just because we don't agree with you doesn't stop you from posting what you want as you are entitled to your opinion but please give a real and full explanation of why you believe this so it can be debated and is fair to people who may not yet fully understand this company.
It Was good news - from march 17 - as long as you realize that it was absorbed by investors and caused rally and eventually the collapse - it will have no effect for tomorrow whatsoever.
I do agree with you overall but this, combined with yesterday was a little over the top - more down turn than needed. Now that it has happened it is ok AS LONG AS tomorrow isn't another repeat of the last 2 days. We'll find out

I agree. Let's face it all the pumping made the stock wrongly go to 3.25 and then when the conference (which was never supposed to be a real pr on owcp in the first place] didn't live up to the inflated expectations, owcp tanked.

The confusion comes from the first part which is the land deal. They will use the land as collateral for the property just like a home. Once they have the land then they WILL NEED FINACING FOR THE actual BUILDING OF THE refinery.
So for the most part all numbers for what maple brings to the table are estimates Only, And not finalized in any way whatsoever. In other words maple may be worth a lot and it maybe worthless?
Time will tell.
Not sure if it is true or not but if it is accurate it is valuable information as it means owcp could have an advantage in obtaining future financing which will help the company grow. As a stock holder it helps to know this positive information.
What efficacy number are you looking at as being very good? Or what do you think most investors expect.
I ask because at times there is a lot of pumping on this board which sometimes has caused higher expectations and therefore subsequent disappointment.
My assumption is that anything from 60% and above is good but I am not sure if others want to see 80% or higher.
I know it's a tough call but just would like a general idea.

That number is based on them closing on the property and obtaining the land - until then I don't believe that maple has much in the way of assets. That is why they did not put any numbers in the 10k. And so all talk is only a "what if" until they can get financing to buy the property to then get a valuation on maple and new property.

The problem is that maple hasn't bought the land yet because they don't have the financing in place so their assets are no where near the amount discussed on this board or talked about by hanks. It doesn't mean that they won't obtain it but for now it is not a done deal. Thus the probable truth is that maple has very little assets. Again it doesn't mean that it is a scam just that not all the pieces are put together at this time.
Also those 7 billion shares are worthless till the financing and property are closed, then and only then can he use the shares as collateral - however that being said the lender will probably have a lien on the property.
Yes it is good - the problem is it is very hard to predict how long before news as in last company update the inferred it would be awhile - How does anyone know how long that is. It won't be years but I would assume a month to a few months but that is just a guess.
In one way I hope it doesn't go up too much as I would love to double my position but on the other hand it is good for all if it starts trading where it should be.
Sorry I can't be of more help. The good news is they don't pump it so that hurts in the short term but works in their favor for the long-term
Unfortunately in the otc markets many are scams and many never will make it, leaving only a few that really rise up and succeed.
When you say nearly what are you counting as assets? As far as I know they haven't bought the land yet?
What is the date of the news?
I don't know - I don't like it when this happens and then there is news as it smells of insider trading. On the other hand it could be someone who couldn't buy during the day and then drove the after hours price up on low volume?
Bottom line is that at some point this should at least double.

Just would like to know what makes you so sure that it will run next week? With this low volume it very well could just very slowly keep moving between low fours and high fours like it has been doing until we get real news.
I think that there might be a chance for the year end Financials to come out at the end of the week, assuming no extension, but that wouldn't help during the week. So I am interested if you think that or something else will pop up early next week as I probably missed something.

Agree that is happening but we also don't want too many fickle flippers or we will have a rocky road up not a nice smooth one. We of course have no control over whether that happens or not but it would be nice to attract investors more like what we have now.
I agree but it is still unbelievable - when we say the float is locked it is not supposed to be "literally" true or you end up with "gridlock" - which we almost have. LOL

I agree that owcp can be bigger and better than gwph but not necessarily in pps. Remember that we have roughly 5+ times the shares then they do so if we have the same sales and profits as gwph and they are at $100 we should be at $20 or if we double their sales and double their profits we will have double the market cap but will trade at $40 and they will trade at $100 and so forth.
We would need to do 5+ times what they do to trade at the same pps. All numbers are approximate and are based on TD ameritrade and yahoo listings of around 140m shares for owcp and 25m for gwph and assume no further dilution by either company.
Very true, they will need to develop a market for them to really grow big.
Last I heard he was working from his house and had no more staff? Is that still true?
