About Ingen Technologies, Inc.
Ingen Technologies, Inc. is a public company trading under NASDAQ OTC: IGTN, which has been in business since 1999. IGTN is a medical device manufacturer and a growth-oriented company that owns US patent(s), trademarks, and proprietary medical products.
The Company's flagship product is OxyAlert(TM), a second-generation design of the Company's BAFI(TM) product line. Both of these products have been issued two US Patents: Patent No. 6,137,417 issued on October 24, 2000 and Patent No. 6,326,896 issued on December 4, 2001. Both of these products are low-oxygen safety warning devices used on remote oxygen cylinders for patients, commercial aircraft, military transport, and fire and safety equipment. OxyAlert(TM) technology encompasses the use of digital sensing and RF frequency transfer so that care givers can access a hand-held remote to monitor the actual oxygen level of any oxygen cylinder at a reasonable distance.
The newest product, OxyView(TM), has a patent pending, and is a pneumatic gauge that provides visual safety warning of oxygen flow to hospitalized patients. This product enhances the safety, assurance and accuracy of hospitalized patients being administered oxygen from any source. OxyView(TM) is a lightweight pneumatic gauge that is attached to the oxygen tubing just below the neck. It informs the nursing staff of oxygen flow rate near the patient. It could quickly inform the hospital staff of any leak or inaccuracy between the delivery source and the patient.
The Secure Balance(TM) product is a private-label product that includes a vestibular function testing system and balance therapy system. The vestibular function testing system is manufactured by Interacoustics LTD. in Denmark and is referred to as the VNG. The balance therapy system is manufactured by SportKAT(R), Inc. in San Diego, California. The Secure Balance(TM) program provides equipment, education and training about balance and fall prevention to physicians and clinicians worldwide.
The Pure Produce(TM) product is a continuing research & development program currently under design. This program uses hydroponics technology to grow various plants without the use of soil, fertilizer and water consumption. The Company anticipates entering the neutraceutical and pharmaceutical markets over the next two years.
"Our team of professionals has developed our medical products for the ever-increasing elderly population. Our products are superior to any of our competition and they allow for effective medical product availability to seniors, and at the same time the increasing senior population allows for a steady growth in sales and profits," said Scott Sand, CEO & Chairman of Ingen Technologies.

Why to be careful of NNNC and RWNW:
[Dilution of great proportions in the pipeline. Likely R/S to decrease shares of current holders to make way for the shares of the overtaking companies. Admittedly I never fully read the PR's (foolish I know,) so that's why I missed the following info.]
On July 21, 2005, Nannaco entered into an agreement to merge a wholly owned subsidiary of Registrant with and into Amenni, and to rename Registrant "Amenni Inc." (the "reverse merger"). The agreement provides that all of the shares of common stock of Amenni, issued and outstanding at the time the merger becomes effective under applicable state law (the "Effective Time"), will be converted into common stock of Registrant such that the current holders of Amenni common stock will hold 97% of all shares of Registrant's common stock outstanding immediately after the closing of this merger transaction.
The merger agreement provides that all of the shares of common stock of Recab International issued and outstanding at the time the merger becomes effective under applicable state law (the "Effective Time"), will be converted into common stock of Registrant such that the current holders of Arabian Recab common stock will hold 98% of all shares of Reality's common stock outstanding immediately after the closing of this merger transaction.
I hear ya. I actually think they will be providing the intermediate steps to greater things in the future. I have a good feeling about the company, but it is risky and can easily become another one that drops back to the BB.
Guys I suggest you visit the IGTN board: http://www.investorshub.com/boards/board.asp?board_id=4020 The stock is way too exciting! Company could start making $200+ million per year in no time.
Oh I'm so relieved. Once that demo airs in China, and the next appears in the Philippines, it will start flying again.

Subject: investor issues
Dear Mr. Sand:
I am a relatively new investor and I had called you to introduce myself when you suggested I e-mail instead because you were in a meeting. While I have done some research on your company and everything seems all right, I still just have a couple of questions that I need answered because there are so many misleading posts on the message boards. The "dangling carrot" you call the release of 3 years of financial data was originally promised to be released on 3 prior occasions, as verified by one poster, is a bit disturbing. Will you finally follow through or is this just a ploy to attract investors and sell your stock into the news as another poster has claimed? My only other question I have is - What is the current share structure since there seems to be some confusion? I look forward to hearing the honest answers directly from you and will try to consider them factual truths.
Warm regards,

I just talked to Mr. Spector and he said they will have the draft done by Fri.. They are doing fiscal years 2004 and 2005 only.
(Voluntary Disclosure: Position- Long; ST Rating- Strong Buy; LT Rating- Strong Buy)
I believe in that company, and will be looking to get in when the time is right. It has very appealing products in development, but the question is can it be deliver anytime soon. Its a good speculative company, much like AITX, with revenue; something Cramer would approve of.
With or without news next week, I believe this will keep going up simply because there is a very strong demand for IGTN shares and a small supply (60 million float.) This company has the potential to make hundreds of millions of dollars per year. Such an authentic company is hard to come by in the pennies. I like to compare it with HISC and CYBL because it fits sort of in the middle: it will make more than HISC, but less than CYBL. The fact that IGTN has been shorted for 65 straight days will just reinforce the price, and help push it upward.
Come on man.... I want no stock to fall. I'm not bashing when I state its story is evidently true.
BCIT enhanced my learning experience: it taught me in the pennies the outrageous could be true as much as the reasonable could be false
IGTN heading back up to HOD
Shorts trying to take advantage of this lull period in the stock. Plus possibly impatient or panicky holders.
IGTN YEAH! Let's get movin'
WTF 130K of IGTN bought at 0.029
IGTN moving EOD
I hope this is just the beginning
Man I want to add so bad ozone, but I need to keep my discipline. What price were you able to get?
Hey monkey, been in and out for a month now. Now I'm in and staying in till 0.10 and 0.20. Missed HISC and CYBL runs big time, and don't want to do the same mistake again on another big runner I'm sure about. This has been trading much like CYBL before the big run. It is going to be my biggest gainer yet, and I'm adding as much as I can.
Heads up: IGTN the next HISC and CYBL-Don't miss it!
TNOG is being walked down
Sure is better than HISC. I did some DD yesterday night, and found that this company could be making 200+ million in no time. If the company sells 1000 of its secure balance product, it will make $53 million; if it sells 20, it will make $1.1 million; if it sells 50, it will make $2.6 million; 200, it will make $10.5 million. I went to sleep last night feeling I had to get more of this ASAP, and feeling unfortunate that I couldn't. The current price is ridiculously low.
Yep, that's what I believe is happening: they are playing with the flippers, and with each turn getting more shares for their collection. To what end they are accumulating, I have no idea. Will the stock still trade? Or are they doing it to acquire the company? They will probably keep the company public, because the shares are more liquid that way.
That is a weird stock. IMO if someone is going to buy up all the float, they're going to try to get it at a specific price. That's what I see is happening, but I wonder if it is even possible to buy up the float: a lot of people are willing to hold on forever, and some like to keep just one share so they can track it from their position.
The website of IGTN is cool: http://www.ingen-tech.com Shows lots of revenue potential. I'm holding on to this gem.
Next week is the start of BB 10Q filing period. You know the period of the usually late filers. Anyone know of a board where the 10Q's are posted ASAP?
TIA
What about TNOG? Keep an eye out for it in September; it's going to be big. It's a real oil company. If you're lucky enough for it to dip to 2 cents, you have very nice entry point. Trades like it has a 10 million float, although it is 330 million float-never diluted.
IGTN moving. Note how on Buyins.net you'll find there are very few companies on the SHO list in the 60's days, and only one in the 70's days. Very likely chance IGTN will be the next one off the SHO list in those day ranges.
I like this quote from the Aug. 11 PR of IGTN
"I know that everyone is anxious to confirm the audited statements and move to the OTCBB. Harold Spector, CPA of Spector & Wong, has informed me on several occasions that he would have the documents ready for my review no later than next week. My most recent discussion with Mr. Spector was Wednesday August 10, 2005; where Mr. Spector has committed to complete the revisions no later than next week. If anything changes I will inform our shareholders and investors. I am more eager than anyone to complete the necessary steps in moving to the OTCBB," said Scott Sand, CEO & Chairman.
[Note: we have been 64 days on the SHO list]
IGTN getting volume EOD
Man 80% of the stocks I have on radar look cheap. Must be people taking holidays the week before the start of school.
Hopefully IGTN to follow
BCIT at 1 penny! Man I'm so bummed I sold it long ago for nothing.
IGTN half the float traded already
