Great DD, TI! Thanks!
Wow! Good to hear from you BF! And glad to hear that the company will be updating! Very good news.
Really could be the next 5-10,bagger
Agreed, those .0003s are about to get KtFO.
Saw that too. Looking like a good lotto play.
Huge volume today. Looks like $NECA all over again. Hope it moves like $NECA!
in at .0002/3
Their television show is watched by millions every week. I think it will do very good at getting eyeballs on the company.
And with the company having legitimate revenues and a very nice and small float I believe it could be a nice play.
I'm an investor. And I bought in under .40.
I find it hard to believe that you have everyone's best interest in mind and that you have no ulterior motives other than to hurt this company as you have 8 total posts... all 8 of them on this board.... all 8 of them negative about the company..... and you own a MMJ tech business.... but you operate within your state lines... yea, sorry, I'm not buying it.
I'll show my legal opinion letters that I have gotten from lawyers as soon as you show the legal opinions from lawyers that you gather..... I'm not interested in YOUR opinion. I challenge you to reach out to any lawyer that is knowledgeable or involved with the cannabis industry and ask for a legal opinion.
"Earth Science Tech addresses a significant market need for an alternative health & wellness. With a variety of achievements on the horizon the timing is ideal, and we look forward to introducing this exciting story to our large audience of retail and institutional investors." -CEO of Redchip
Oh, so now you own an MMJ tech company, so not only are you betting against yourself and your business but you are hoping for another publicly traded company to do poorly?
Sorry but, Your credibility just went out the window.
I have interests in several medical marijuana companies. I sought legal counsel and have opinion letters from some of the more prominent lawyers on this very subject matter when this came down. I already posted some of the info. I can post it again if needed. They all agree that this pertains to a new registration code for the DEA and should not effect the day to day business as the DEA is still under orders and have. O funding for this.
But again, your motives are not "pure". You don't have the best intentions of investors in mind. You have your business and your pocket in mind.

Sec 542 of the defunding says nothing of dispensaries and in fact says, "none of the funds maybe used in regards to any of the 50 states in the prevention of the states from implementing their own laws in regards to the use, distribution, possession or cultivation of medical marijuana".
I feel like I'm talking in circles so, this will be my last attempt on this subject.
This new rule does not create any new substantive regulation or law regarding the legal status of marijuana or marijuana extract. Instead, it creates a new tracking code number for “Marihuana Extracts” (which include cannabinoids). The DEA CANNOT create law.
Previously, Marijuana Extracts were classified under the code number for “Marihuana. Under the new rule, extracts are now classified separately. The DEA uses these codes to track quantities of controlled substances imported to and exported from the United States.
This new rule affects only DEA-registered entities who previously were required to track such materials. As the document states, “[t]he only direct effect to registrants who handle marihuana extracts will be the requirement to add the new drug code to their registrations.”
The rule goes into effect on January 13, 2017.
Regarding the legal status of CBD derived from industrial hemp: The 2014 US Farm Bill was an act of congress signed by the president and that is the highest law of the land. The DEA cannot make law and try to redefine a law passed by the US Congress which defined industrial hemp in section 7606 as "Any cannabis sativa L that produces naturally less than .3% THC on a dry weight basis."
Furthermore, the DEA is not allowed to interfere with a legal state licensed cannabis business - there is very recent case law that set precedent for this in the 9th circuit. See here: http://www.reuters.com/article/us-usa-ruling-marijuana-idUSKCN10R1YN
Lastly, the DEA was purposely de-funded by the US Congress last year (and is poised to do the same for this year:
(http://archives.sfweekly.com/thesnitch/2015/12/16/congress-set-to-ban-feds-from-enforcing-cannabis-laws-again) from pursuing any enforcement of their archaic interpretation of the Controlled Substances Act (CSA) in legal states.

Lucky Vitamin Stores carrying the CBD oil in store and online now. Lucky Vitamin store is owned by GNC. Pretty good stuff if you ask me.
I think it's pretty obvious from my response that I did indeed read the articles and responded to the concerns presented in them accordingly putting a rest to the misinformation that has been spread regarding the DEA's recent statement.

Did you read anything other than the headline?
“Establishment of a New Drug Code for Marijuana Extract.” ( https://www.federalregister.gov/documents/2016/12/14/2016-29941/establishment-of-a-new-drug-code-for-marihuana-extract)

So, you were saying?
Yes, the medical device industry is alive and well. I'm curious what the study finds.
Well, they were projecting 600k in revenues as of end of Q3. Doing some clinical trials for their MSN-2 medical device. I am interested to see what all the Canadian biotech company they acquired has as far as patents or other intellectual property. With Canada having the cannabis craze of recent years and with ETST already selling a lot of their CBD oil..... I'm just trying to connect the dots I guess.
Pretty small actually.

Agreed, but, the market will start to digest the news and it will move.
I believe so as well. Looking good.
The company is in CBD and if you look at the filings it seems as if they're on track to hit 600k+ in revenues. That's definitely positive.
$medh looks like it touched a new 52 week low.... double bottom at .008. Could see another move up like last week. It went from .026 to .079 last week. Now it touched .008 and is slowly moving up. Maybe we can see .03-.05 range this time. That'd be pretty nice.
News just hit. And it's actually really good news.
Call me crazy but, with the way the stock has been trading it seems like a market maker has been trying to hold it down. L2 is ripe for the move up. Just touched 52 week low. Small but not too small of a float. Every time it starts to move up it seems like a market maker fills someone to drag it back down.
It's my opinion that we see a move up soon. Could be as early as tomorrow.
Any decent above average volume and we will see a move upwards. If we see 1-2 mill or more in volume then we could see a major move up with good volume.
Maybe tomorrow, maybe later in the week or maybe next week. $medh is ready to run. Calling it now. Watch and see. :)
Good luck to everyone and let's make some money.
Wow! Nice news and the run continues. Up from where it was alerted at .0001. Beautiful move.
Looking good guys. Here we go. Next week will be fun.
Stock seems to be waking up lately. Near 52 week low.
With the way other weed stocks are going I think as long as there's no dilution (which there isn't) then I think there's no way we don't see 1.00.... it's super thin after the .80 ranges up to 3.00. Crazy thin.
Plus, (let me type in all caps for emphasis here)
HOW MANY PENNY WEEDSTOCKS TO YOU KNOW THAT ARE PRODUCING IN A CGMP (certified good manufacturing process) FACILITY?!?!?!
I CANT NAME ANY!
Definitely not arguing your point as obviously he was involved at both places. But, I did a little further research on this guy and his past companies. Were you aware that he'd resigned from FITX a year an a half before the halt? And he'd been gone from AIDC for over 2 years when things went south for them?
Now, I'm not denying the guy was involved with those companies.... but, if he'd been gone for a year and a half-2 years before the company was halted wouldn't you think that the cause for the stock being halted happened after he left? Im just looking at the time frame and it seems enough time had passed.
$clts has a nice tight bollinger band. Could see a big move one way or the other when it breaks through the Bollinger bands.
