Actually, for her to wear two articles of clothing, we'll need to be at $10. If we're lucky, she'll be FULLY clothed. :)
Corinne
I feel pretty strongly that you'll get to wear at least a pair of panties but a bra is a definite possibility as well.
wheels- If he buys shares I believe they will have to file a form 4 which will tell us exactly how much money he put on the table. At least that's the way it works for company executives. He's an advisor so I'm really not sure that applies. I'll see what I can dig up later on this weekend on that topic.
wheels- it's funny you would mention that as my thoughts are the same. I can tell you right now that if he buys what I perceive to be a healthy number of 144's, I am seriously considering putting everything I have in this stock and I haven't ruled out a second mortgage. Best, Elder.
Fam
Without going into the filing and getting specific numbers, I would venture a guess that it is somewhere in the neighborhood of 12 to 15 million dollars.
One other question Austin...
I am beginning to think that New Visual's promise to release the movie in the summer of 2002 may not come to fruition. What's your opinion and do you think they may have miscalculated that timeline a little? Again, thanks in advance for your opinion.
Austin- With the recent press releases, I have to think that New Visual may in fact have some sort of technology. I need your opinion on something...if New Visual were to announce tomorrow that they had been offered $300 billion dollars in a buyout, do you think we would see a spike in the shareprice? Thanks in advance for your opinion.
Austin- Let me ask you this. Have you ever read a filing? That would answer your question. My gosh dude. LOL
Trex...that is awesome to say the least. Things are definitely looking up for the movie and I think the tech isn't too far behind. Have a good one.
Trex- was it a paid advertisement? EOM

First of all I want to thank you for taking the time to go to lunch with Brad. I also thank you for taking the time to type it out.
One thought I have is this...
Every time I talk to Ray on the phone I get the feeling that he is a dedicated guy that has made a few stupid mistakes in the past. After awhile of reading the boards I start to get the feeling that he is crooked in some way. But then I call again and my gut tells me yet again that he is a good honest fellow. It's been back and forth for awhile on that and I think others may feel the same. The bottom line is Ray has done an excellent job of keeping the company going and that's no easy task. I commend him for that. I challenge anyone here to show that they would have done differently and gotten the desired effect of keeping the doors open. I personally think he's been in the penalty box long enough but he will likely stay there until investors can see that his overly optomistic timelines of the past are just that...the past. They wil need to see their money back and I know Ray is reasonable enough to understand that. He's a good dude though in my opinion it has just taken awhile to see that again. Again, thanks for the post. Best, Elder.
That is excellent news poorboy. It looks like Gene is making things right with you guys. I am happy to see your investment here is working out. I did manage to buy a very small number of shares at 68 cents so I do have a small interest here. Have a good one.
cosmo- With all due respect, I can say with confidence that it is obvious you have never owned your own company. I haven't always agreed with Ray's technique and in fact I have been downright angry with him in the past. However, I will say that it is damn near a miracle that this company is still up and running. The reason it is still up and running now and your shares are still worth something is because Ray has busted his arse finagling money out of people. It's not always easy for me to make payroll to my own employees and I have fairly significant revenue (for me) coming in. Ray has had to do a balancing act for awhile having no revenues. Someone whose paycheck "magically" appears every two weeks may find this concept hard to internalize. You may understand the logic but you don't really understand.
spoke- Excellent post. Thanks for taking the time to explain.
Wheels- One other thing to remember is that New Visual won't start major production planning until they have a signed contract. That contract will be a material event and we will know about it long before we have a product. My point is that along with a pps rise from a financing announcement, we will also get another boost from a contract.
Also, in my opinion, ALL previous timelines are out the window. I agree with spoke in that we will be extremely lucky to have a product this year. There's just no way unless NV is sandbagging us which I do not believe to be the case.
Spoke- Maybe you could clear something up for a few of us. There are some in chat who believe that we can move straight from the software to an ASIC very quickly and easily. I contend that there is NO WAY a company would put an order in for massive amounts of chips without having an actual hardware chip (FPGA) to test first.
Also, some are finding it difficult to understand that being that the software speaks a different language than the chip it's going to take a good bit of time to go through the lines of code to ensure things were translated properly.
One other thing...there are those also who think a company would sign a contract for major production based on the software simulations but make it contingent on tests with a chip that is so far non-existent.
Now you seem to know one or two things about what they're doing at this time. From the above information would you mind expressing your views? Thanks.
That's a good point excel. Like I said, Brad has been around and I'm sure he checked the company out thoroughly before giving them any money.
Excel- Legit companies do not ask for upfront fees. They're called money brokers and they get paid on a performance basis based on how much they secure in financing. I'm not saying this is an advance fee loan scam. I'm just stating that companies who do scam people ask for an upfront fee and say it's for paperwork. I'm sure Brad is smarter than to fall for a scam.
immitt- I hate to say this, but the advance fee loan scams get upfront money for processing (paperwork).
Groove- e-mail me at ElderWolf@msn.com.
Immitt- The points you bring up are definitely within the realm of possibilities. I have often asked myself why Ivan with his supposed big connections, and Cooper, with his supposed big money haven't found a way to fund the company. They simply MUST have friends with big pockets. In short, your thoughts do have some merit.
My goodness, I'm full of mistakes today. Please insert "does not" between certainly and pertain. Thank you.
It looks like Monday or so would be a good time to get in for a little ride. I've had money sitting for awhile waiting for a vehicle. Good luck guys.
Far out man...I guess I should have hit the "Post New" button MWL. That post almost certainly pertains to you doesn't it.
I sat down today with a calculator and performed some mathematical calculations. I worked this problem from many different angles and came up with the same answer each and every time. Below you will find the results of my efforts. Please, if you find and mistakes feel free to correct. I do not claim to be a mathematical genius. Here is the calculation.
zero credibility + zero credibility = zero credibility
I swear to you guys that it doesn't matter how you slice it...if you start with zero credibility, and you add to that the fact that you continue to make unsubstantiated, uncredible statements, you will wind up with zero credibility every single time. Why can't some people understand this? Have a good one.
I guess that doesn't include me. I actually got a minute of playing time.
34- After giving it some thought, I am also becoming a little concerned that we will not hit $413. Best, Elder.
When a poster has proven time and time again that he has NO credibility yet still tries to act like he knows something, well, something is wrong there as well.
You aso have to take into acount the fact that shares sold by the company are not eligible for trading on the open market for at least one year from date of issue.
The tech is good stuff. I have little fear about that. It's the money of course. However, I feel pretty darn confident that they will have a relatively large influx of money one way or the other by July at the latest. This will come from the movie. We will then be able to move the tech forward. I speculate it's moving at a snail's pace right now or maybe even worse. We'll see soon enough. I'm no tech genius but my common sense tells me that the company doing the testing on the software will most definitely want some sort of a hardware test done before making a commitment.
cosmo- I've been told on numerous occasions that Ivan is "famous". However, in my quest for knowledge, I have yet to uncover much success at all. It all seems to be a bunch of hot air and the company has outright REFUSED to disclose what he does for us.
spoke- I made a post to you awhile back and at the end I made a little statement that you found to be so entirely offensive that you chose to put me on ignore. Now what is it that you're doing posting this offensive material to someone else? Best regards, ElderWolf.
I believe spoke has me on ignore. Would someone cut and paste this for him to see? Thank you.
LOL Jeff. I think it's safe to say that MWL put the last nail in the coffin regarding his total and complete lack of credibility. I hate to see a man do that to himself but if it was going to happen to someone I think MWL was the perfect person for it to happen to.
NOTE: I intentionally ended that sentence with a preposition to see if I could draw out our resident English teacher.
LOL Deebster...while the letter didn't make any profound statements, I'm just as happy as a tick on a hound dog that Ketch sees fit to speak to us now and then.
Wow- You guys were all over this one. I thought I was being pretty smart catching that obvious blunder on MWL's part.
MWL- In one post you said..." I just spoke with a VP from Verizon and also Bill Essery, they know nothing of NVEI and its tech. "
In another post you said..." I know for a fact that Bill has delt with NVEI..."
So which is it? I'm not sure I'm understanding what you're saying here but you're sounding an awful lot like a bloomin' idiot.
deeba- Maybe I should clarify that statement. There was nothing new tech wise. They disclosed no new progress. Tom Cooper going overseas and talking with a company that could maybe probably sort of help us doesn't count. Neither does that quote from Verizon.
Now, if you'll notice, at the end of my post I said I liked the letter. I was merely pointing out that he really didn't say anything new. He simply threw in a few tidbits to keep us strung along for awhile longer. Let's get past the money issue. Then it will be time to get excited. Until then, we're just spinning our wheels.
This isn't a PR. It's a communication from our CEO. I look at it as being the same as if he were simply talking to us in which case he can say anything he likes. In fact, he can use Verizon's name in any PR he likes without their permission.
Fairly decent letter though even though there is nothing new in it as far as progress. I do appreciate the communication.
Oops...thought he had made a post. LOL
Good to see you're still alive hitimer. EOM
