cosmo- With all due respect, I can say with confidence that it is obvious you have never owned your own company. I haven't always agreed with Ray's technique and in fact I have been downright angry with him in the past. However, I will say that it is damn near a miracle that this company is still up and running. The reason it is still up and running now and your shares are still worth something is because Ray has busted his arse finagling money out of people. It's not always easy for me to make payroll to my own employees and I have fairly significant revenue (for me) coming in. Ray has had to do a balancing act for awhile having no revenues. Someone whose paycheck "magically" appears every two weeks may find this concept hard to internalize. You may understand the logic but you don't really understand.
