Disappointing close but strong day IMHO. VFIN is stopping this stock from flying right now. I don't know if it's shorts or dilution... Maybe both. Whatever it is, big money buying and holding will send them running.

Let's see if management can bring in some longs with real money to combat the dilution/shorts.

Looking for more strong news and more buying volume to push this up.

IMHO it is possible for OSLH to be at .01 by the end of next week (or sooner). All depends on news, buying volume, shorts/dilution. Let's see what tricks management has up their sleeves ...

Key word there is BETA. BETA doesnt count as executing imo. Revenue growth has been impressive but im not sure it justifies the current pps.

And dont get me started with management. They were doing ok with their crazy market value/pps until they ran the pps into the ground. My concern here is that growth, once again, wont meet expectations and management will continue to make bone head decisions to push pps down and create more bag holders....

But hey , maybe im wrong. Maybe there is another green rush coming. maybe this will go back to $1, or $2, or $5, or $6.

Take away the 2 mill in derivative liability and the 2 mill in promissory notes and its not that bad. The bigger problem is the 300 thousand in convertibles that have been crushing the stock. Get VFIN out of here!!!!

Only up from here imo. Shorts/diluters are killing us. Real news = real buying volume = we can get another run like february 2014 IMO. Probably not to .20 but i think .10 is possible. Thats big $$$$$$$$$$$ from these levels.

Lets see how the next couple of weeks unfold. 1mill-1.5 mill market value is way too low for this stock imho. we should be at at least $5mill market value.

NP. I agree that the convertible debt here is disgusting. Now with the r/s gone converts are the biggest problem this company has. Not sure how much is left but they just showed that they issued a boat load of shares to toxic note holders. My guess is they wouldnt cancel the r/s unless they had the toxic scum under control...

Oh and for you conspiracy theorists out there, looks like market makers shorted 7 mill shares yesterday and 5 mill on Friday. Im guessing they werent expecting this today...

I agree, as far as the business goes i think OSLH has one of the best businesses out of all my pot stocks.

Indeed, the r/s appears to have been a head fake, red herring, dumbo flying, etc. lol.

It really does seem to have destroyed the pps. IDK why they decided to fake everyone out in the first place..

As far as valuation goes, OSLH is on track for at least $5 million in mj related revenues in 2015. $4.5 mill from their hydroponics shop and another mill or so from their mj consulting in LA. But management is obviously crazy so there is a lot of risk here imo. Much less risk now without the r/s hanging over us...

if VFIN was out of the way we would b @ .003 at least by now. My feeling is that VFIN is trying to keep the pps down (shorting) not diluting shares they already have (or else they would let it run more).
