Twa,
Yes you are right! Talk is cheap! This last update didn't have any new news for us. I'm glad that talks have continued with the chemical company. But like you, I would feel easier with solid evidence. A partnership, developed chs test samples for customers, & contracts. From the update, CEO feels good about a full patent. I hope that he is right! But there's volume almost every day now. I'm hoping that is a positive sign. I sent an email to the CEO asking to be as transparent as possible on the issue of the patent. I asked for him to post a copy of the current & future patents. So we shall see what the CEO has to say on the 7th.....
Walrus
I've been sending emails to coretec in regard to patent & partnership. I asked the CEO to be transparent about the patent issue. I told him that the patent is the most concern of investors. I also asked to specify the difference between the NDSU'S chs silicon & Coretec's silicon. I'll be glad once the partnership & patent is completed. I'm glad that the CEO responded with a blog update......
TWA
Yes I agree that 3dicon had many problems including management! They had no respect for the investors! I was on the verge of a fire sale. But the next thing, coretec merged with 3DICON. Now 3 years later & still no revenue. CEO Kraft inherited a mess with 3DICON! But their financial situation has improved now. CEO is hiring more experienced personal to complete the team. I feel that this CEO is more organized with business goals in site. But there's the patent issue. But the CEO knows the importance of a full patent. I feel that the CEO doesn't see the patent as an issue. Hopefully its because we don't know what he knows about the patent. This year will either make or break coretec. Comparing 3dicon to coretec, coretec is more organized & focused on business. Does coretec have more hurdles to jump? Absolutely! I can only say that coretec has progressed moreso in 3 years than what 3dicon did in over 10 years! Six of my siblings lost their money with 3dicon. Victor wasn't out attending conferences & talking to potential customers & businesses. No progress was made on developing c-space. Updates were very few with months & months of no news! I look at progress from all angles. Has the CEO made a mistake with NDSU? I don't know for sure 100%. I don't know all the facts. We can only speculate. Maybe I'm a fool, but I'm willing to wait it out this year to see the end result.....
TWA
Have you submitted your questions to the CEO? I encourage you to do so as well as others on this forum. Investors voices need to be heard. You are right to say that the CEO has avoided investors questions. Investors relations were horrible at responding to emails & phone calls! We were in the dark. It took a phone call with news that investors were possibly seeking SEC & a lawsuit for the CEO to schedule a conference call. So this is your opportunity to ask him questions on the patent.....
TWA
I believe that coretec has something. Otherwise why would a loan company give them 2.5million dollars. Why hire new director of sales? Why continue to seek others to hire for the management team? Why obtain a provisional patent? Why apply for a full patent by year end? Why pursue a partnership with a chemical company? I wish that I was a fly on the wall inside the coretec office! But I can only speculate like the rest of us.....
TWA
In one of the CEOs articles, he couldn't name the potential chemical company partnership name due to a NDA. So the CEO will not be able to reveal any names of a partnership or customers. Unless there is a partnership deal. I sent more questions regarding the chs silicon formula, testing for the full patent, & NDSU patents. CEO needs to clear this up for investors.....
TWA,
Well This is the only stock that itsn crashing for me today! Knock on wood! You have some valid questions to ask the CEO. I'm hoping that the CEO can update us on the chemical company partnership. If theres a chemical company locally with a lab, that would be ideal for coretec. But how much is testing going to be for coretec? If coretec is applying for a full patent by year end, then testing will have to be done this year. Maybe its been done already. I don't know. I wish that I had a crystal ball! We can only wait for the conference call.....
Walrus
Looks like Coretec hired another experienced professional to their team! I'm glad to see this happening inside the company. I wonder who else is needed for the team to be completed? Another question to ask the CEO at the conference call. But I would feel easier knowing that coretec has a full patent. I guess the end of this year will either make or break the company with or without a patent. Twa is right in saying that in order for coretec to be approved a full patent, they must prove that their chs is far better than NDSU's patents for chs silicon. Part of me thinks that coretec tested their chs formula in a private lab. I would think that the loan company would have required this before loaning 2.5million dollars to coretec. But I'm not business savvy. I'm only speculating like everyone else on this forum......
Twa
I'm assuming that the coretec chs formula is an improved silicon. For the CEO said that NDSU chs was unscalible. But has there been any testing of their formula? CEO knows that coretec can't obtain a patent with NDSU chs formula. So im assuming, coretec came up with their own formula. It wouldn't surprise me if coretec secretly tested their chs formula in a lab. In order to make sure that the formula works. Remember that the CEO said that they're developing coretec's chs silicon. Then in the latest post,CEO said that they're refining claims for the full patent application. CEO isn't a dummy. He knows the importance of a full patent. But can he pull this off, that's the question at hand. Its surprising that no one at NDSU would speak with you. What's even more surprising is that NDSU has no other company interested in their chs. Its been 3 years. I haven't found any other company developing chs silicon. Hopefully we will have answered questions on April 7th......
Walrus
Will NDSU patents prevent approval of coretec patent application? I haven't found any other company developing & commercializing chs on the web. Also, is there a chance of dilution & ultimately another reverse split? I'm hesitant to purchase anymore shares. I hope that the CEO is very clear about the patent. I hoped that the partnership of the chemical company would have been announced by now. But I don't know all of legalities involved in a partnership. I still would like to know the date of the patent application. But I'm happy that the CEO has scheduled a conference call. Hopefully we all will get answers.....
Twa,
I question the reason for a provisional patent instead of a full patent too. I also questioned if NDSU's patents would interfere with coretec patent. I don't know if investors are allowed to ask questions on the conference call. But I submitted my questions to the CEO. I've been researching for any other company commercializing chs silicon. So far I haven't found any besides coretec. I wonder if this chemical company is requiring a patent before a partnership. Its been 2 months since the December meeting with the chemical company. I hope that the CEO gives us straight answers on the patent issue. I still believe in the product.....
Twa
I'm guessing that coretec will be doing testing on the chs this summer. That's if a partnership is obtained with a chemical company. My first question to the CEO is in regard to NDSU patents for chs. Will it prevent coretec from obtaining a full patent? I'm hoping that the CEO can answer that question along with other questions. But I do believe that this meeting was scheduled after my phone call to Judy Keating. I expressed concerns of investors including the patent issue with NDSU. Judy told me that she would call the CEO. So the CEO knows that investors are concerned & want answers. So I encourage all to submit questions to the CEO. We haven't had a phone conference in 3 years with the CEO.....
Walrus
My question is has coretec tested the chs? In order to make claims about a invention, it must be tested. Right? So by year end,Coretec will file for a full patent. Coretec had better obtain a partnership with the chemical company soon. Time is ticking away with 10 months left this year. Who knows how many times it'll take to process a high quality chs silicon? But if Wacker is the chemical company, coretec will have the facility to test chs. However, I'm glad that the CEO has a provisional patent for now. Like I said before, CEO isn't a dummy. He knows the importance of a patent. I'm hoping that he's successful in obtaining a full patent. Time will tell.....
Walrus,
I've already submitted my questions to the CEO. Can you tell me why a provisional patent instead of filing a permanent patent? Wouldn't coretec have to do testing of the chs before filing a permanent patent? I'm glad to see CEO respond after my phone call with Judy Keating. Judy said that she would contact CEO in regard to investors concerns & request for investors meeting. I hope that everyone submits questions to the CEO......
Walrus & Twa,
Well I guess my phone call & daily emails have paid off! I'm glad to hear that investors will have a phone conference call with the CEO. It would have relieved investors minds if the CEO had mentioned about the patent application a long time ago. But nevertheless I'm happy that he has addressed the patent issue. My question is whether or not if NDSU's patents affect Coretec's patent? I'm looking forward to the phone call.....
TWA,
I understand what you're saying about penny stocks. They certainly are a risk. Right now I'm going to wait and see what happens next month. Either there's a partnership or not for coretec. That's enough time for this chemical company to determine the cost of processing chs. I'll be worried if there's no update by end of March. I'll get out then. But if there's a partnership, my next worry will be the patent. If coretec applied for the patent last summer, then coretec should have word if its been approved by this summer. It takes 6-12 months on average for a patent approval. One of the first things that the CEO should have done after the decision to make coretec's own chs, to apply for a patent. This CEO isn't a dummy. You can determine that from his resume. He knows the importance of a patent. Without a patent, he has no product & no company. Plus a lot of money to pay back the loan company. Simon Carlton wouldn't have vouched for coretec if there was no chance of a patent. So right now is a wait and see what happens......
Walrus,
I'm glad to see coretec seeking to hire professionals for the management team. But it would be nice for the CEO to update investors on the patent issue & the potential partnership. I would like to know when the patent was applied for by coretec. But hiring professionals for the team is a positive sign of progress.....
Twa
Weird that the past 2 big drops had big purchase of shares. What gives? How long is it going to take for a partnership with the chemical company? It's been almost 2months since the last meeting with the chemical company. I know that this isn't as great as a patent. But it would be a sign of progress by coretec. But it shouldn't take long to make a deal with the chemical company. Maybe I'm wrong. I can only wait for news.....
Twa,
Yes someone is definitely buying! I wonder what they know that we don't know. I hope that the CEO gives us an update next month. But I'm not buying anymore shares until there's solid news......
Walrus and Twa,
I called the Tulsa office this afternoon. Judy Keating answered the phone call. I expressed concern from investors in regard to a patent. That investors are worried about coretec unsuccessfully obtaining a patent. Especially since NDSU holds the only patents for chs. That investors are worried about the share price tanking today. I asked her to communicate these concerns to the CEO. I also told her to ask the CEO for a investors meeting. I did tell her that investors want proof in the pudding on the commercialization of chs. So maybe Judy will contact the CEO. I did mention that a few investors are thinking about filling a law suit against coretec. In addition to contacting the SEC! So hopefully the CEO will respond to the investors....
Walrus & TWA,
I called coretec at the Tulsa number. Judy Keating answered the phone. I expressed my concerns with her regarding the patent, partnership, drop in share price, etc. I told her that basically investors want proof in the pudding. I asked her to please relay this message to the CEO. Please ask him to schedule an investors meeting. So hopefully the CEO will respond to this request. We can only wait & see....
Walrus,
What has happened to the share price? I knew that this would happen eventually! No solid news has led to this event! I've sent numerous emails asking for proof of a patent application!Texts to the CEO's cell phone asking about a partnership & patent. But as usual no response! CEO met with the chemical company in December. Now its been almost 2 months since that meeting. There should have been a response by now. That's worrisome to me. Does Coretec have enough funding to even get chs developed by the chemical company? These are questions that the CEO should answer to investors.....
Twa
Coretec did move their office to Ann arbor. I spoke with the manager of that business complex. Unfortunately, she wouldn't give me coretec's office phone number. I've called information a few times but no number. I've even text the CEO on his cell. Regardless, the CEO should know that investors want results not hype! CEO must show progress this year or else risk losing investors. Everyone here has been waiting for years. If CEO doesn't make headway this year, I'm out & probably numerous other investors. However, I'm hopeful that coretec will make headway on commercialization of chs. In a few months, we shall see if coretec is successful in obtaining a partnership with a chemical company. We shall see if coretec is successful in obtaining a patent for the chs this year....

Facts please..you have no proof of money laundering. If our government even suspected money laundering, they would be investigating it like white on rice. Yes Simon Carlton is on the board. But the CEO had to convince the investors of Carlton's company to loan that money to coretec. Yes coretec has issues such as the patent. But I for one am glad to have recovered most of my money. I'll be selling in the near future...

Yes CEO Kraft has a great resume. He is business savvy. He walked into a mess with the merger. 3Dicon was up to its eyeballs in debt! But the CEO did manage to obtain a business loan of 2.5million dollars. His next hurdles are obtaining a patent & a partnership with a chemical company to process chs. I spoke with him after the merger. He called chs silicon is golden goose. But that remains to be seen. Its going to be a long road ahead for commercialization of chs silicon. Many of us investors want proof in the pudding. But like everything else, it takes time & money. I'm frustrated with the lack of communication with investors. Its been 3 years since the last investors meeting. Investors are kept in the dark regarding details of the business plan. One issue is the patent. It wasn't until lately that the CEO started posting on the company website. However I sincerely hope that coretec is successful in commercialization of chs silicon.
Walrus
The CEO posted on his blog about the usage of chs in agriculture tech led lights. The market for these lights will be 5.45 billion dollars. It was an interesting piece. But investors want to hear about a patent & partnership with the chemical company. CEO really needs to schedule an investors meeting....
Walrus,
I'm ready for that piece of American Pie! Keep America Great!!!
Walrus,
I'm still waiting patiently. But I'm concerned with the share price drop. If there's no volume, it will continue to tank. Just like after the merger in which it dropped from 45 cents down to 2cents. The longer that coretec drags this out, the PPS will drop. The partnership announcement had better come soon along with a patent. No chemical company partnership, no patent means no product. But the CEO knows this more so than any of us. His reputation is on the line. I hope that he comes through for the investors.....
Clonefan
I know that from the last 10 years of holding this stock. Once there's a partnership announcement of the chemical company, I'm selling my shares. I'm still hoping that this CEO will come through for the investors. I'm willing to wait a little longer....
Walrus
Do you think that coretec doesn't have enough money for a partnership with the chemical company? Why would the CEO post about a government program that funds new energy Innovation? Investors are waiting for that partnership announcement with the chemical company. We don't know when coretec will be meeting with them again. I've tried to obtain a phone number for coretec in Ann Arbor unsuccessfully. I've sent numerous emails to coretec website. No response as usual. If we ever have another investors meeting, I'll be complaining loudly about investors relations! Yes coretec made progress in obtaining the loan. But the clock is ticking on that loan. We need to see more progress from coretec. I'm still hopeful that coretec will get the ball rolling on chs....
Walrus,
What do you think about the latest blog by the CEO on the 29th January? There's nothing new in the blog. A part 2 is upcoming to this latest blog. I wish the CEO would blog new information about progress on commercialization of chs. We all know that chs will enhance energy storage, semiconductors, LEDs, etc. Investors want proof in the pudding. I'm hoping that the next meeting with the chemical company results in a deal. CEO needs to get the ball rolling on chs. Will this chemical company have to test out chs before making a deal? I would think so. So it maybe a month or two before any deal is made with coretec..
Walrus,
Coretec had better make head wind with chs and soon. The share price has dropped ten cents in the last few days. No news equals drop in share price along with low volume. February is here this weekend. Why did it take so long for coretec's 1st meeting with the chemical company? CEO announced it last year. Maybe it was due to waiting for the loan approval. How long is it going to take to estimate cost production for the chs by the chemical company? Does coretec have another chemical company if this deal fails? These are a few questions that I'm going to ask the CEO. I'm hoping for another update in February.....
Walrus,
Then who first developed chs? So you are saying that coretec can patent chs .As long as the formula & scaling process is different from NDSU chs. That part I do understand. I'm sure that the CEO & loan company did a patent research on chs. But the CEO should have addressed investors with a copy of the patent application. I understand that the CEO is limited with a NDA in place. But investors are wanting solid evidence that a patent has been applied for chs. The average patent application approval is 6-12 months. My concern right now is the volatility of the share price. If there's no news, I'm afraid that the share price will tumble. I'm hoping that the CEO's business plan is coming together finally. I hope so before hiring someone else. I guess we will see during 2020...
TWA,
I hear & understand what you are saying about the CEO. I agree with you in that the CEO hasn't revealed any solid evidence of a patent for the chs. We really don't know what really happened between NDSU and Coretec. We only know that both parties released each other. I wished that I had all the details between them. We can only speculate on it. Yes, the CEO needs to reveal coretec"s business plan in great detail. I'm planning on writing a letter to the CEO on behalf of the investors. Listing all the concerns of the investors. I'm going to request an investors meeting with the CEO. I'm not going to call the Tulsa office nor investors relations. That's a joke to say the least! My question to you TWA is that If the patent were an issue, then why would a company loan coretec $2.5 million dollars? That would have been red flags for me if the patent were an issue. We need more facts before filing a law suit or going to the SEC. I'm waiting until next week before calling the Ann arbor office. If I have to camp outside the office, I'll do so. We can put pressure on the CEO by requesting a reply to the letter in so many days. Part of me has to believe that the CEO has a plan for coretec. CEO isn't a dummy by no means. Another thing to consider is that the CEO maybe under a NDA. There again, we just don't know what is going on in Coretec. But I feel that if a letter is sent to the ceo,he will have to respond to it. Otherwise, he will have more angry investors on his hands. Investors who could go public online. I don't believe he would want that publicity. It was after I left phone messages of selling my numerous shares of coretec, I finally got a phone call from Judy Keating. Even then she didn't reveal anything about coretec to me. But however, management did respond with that pressure. I'm hoping that the CEO will keep us updated without these measures. I want to see the company to succeed......
TWA,
I feel that we should at least find out if a patent has been filed for by coretec. I'm willing to give coretec time on that issue. If they have filed one, then there's nothing to base your claim. Coretec hasn't broken any laws with the sec. I'm willing to obtain as much information as allowed by coretec & the sec. Even if I have to fly to Ann Arbor to get it. Yes I believe that the CEO needs to address the investors on the patent......
Walrus
Looks like today is a bad day for all stocks on the market! This is the biggest drop yet for coretec! If there's no solid news, this stock is going to continue to drop. I'm giving coretec time to completely move into their new office. Then I'll attempt to call them. I've sent numerous emails to them. Of course no response from them. The volume today is the largest by far. Hopefully the share price will bounce back up....
TWA & Walrus
I called the Michigan Innovation center. Yes Coretec is moving into the facility. I wasn't able to get a phone number. The lady that I spoke with couldn't give out the phone number. Coretec's address is 333 Jackson Plaza. She told me that coretec team hasn't completely moved into the office. But I was able to leave a message for the management team. I'll try again later on to obtain a phone number & call them. At least we know that coretec has indeed opened up a office in Ann Harbor, Michigan.
Twa,
I plan on contacting the ann harbor office. I'm going to ask specifically about the patent. Calling the Tulsa office is useless. Maybe I'll get lucky & someone will answer the phone. I know that investors have the patent issue on their minds. Hopefully I can encourage the CEO to address investors on the patent issue. I don't know if theres an NDA in place preventing the CEO to reveal the patent application to the public. I'll try to find out this information......
Twa,
I hear what you say! Maybe there's a NDA preventing the CEO from revealing information on the patent. I don't know what else it could be at this point. But CEO is very confident on partnerships and customers. We don't know when the date of the patent application. I'm guessing this past summer. The average patent approval is 6-12 months.so we may have patent news anywhere this spring to summer. My question is will the chemical supplier company require a patent before any partnership? But you have to admit that things are moving forward for coretec. I agree with you in that the CEO needs to address the patent issue. But at this point, we wait for news. I'm not buying more shares until the potential partnership is announced...
Walrus
What other companies would be interested in Coretec? It would be great if Wacker & Google partnered with Coretec. Right now Coretec needs to partner with the chemical supplier company. Hopefully news of a partnership will happen next month....
