Well Henny Penny, it's 4:20 and no news!
Do you even know anything about the Tea Party?
HAPPY ADCOMM DAY!
Biowreck: consider it a badge of honor to have been called a "perfect A-hole" by the dish soap - having been called one myself. To know the difference between a perfect A-hole and an imperfect A-hole clearly shows where he spends most of his waking hours.
Or he made a deal with AZN to take care of his family knowing he was not going to be around to answer questions.
If the DSMB is as porous as the FDA, the data will be leaked to Wall Street long before Amarin sees it.
Good grief! It's been 11 days since the FDA denied the latest appeal and only a week since Amarin confirmed its commitment to R-it. They have 30 days to file the next appeal (right?) if they choose that path. Can you just relax and wait another 19 days to see what Amarin does? The day to day operations aren't going to change in the next few weeks, so it's silly to hyperventilate about what they're doing or not doing.
Why didn't the FDA rescind the SPA before the AdComm? It's not as if they had some great epiphany that occurred during or shortly after the meeting, so there had to be some point between the iiuance of the "clean" 74 day letter (if truth was being told) and the October meeting. Did the FDA tell Amarin they were going to rescind before the meeting and they just went through the motions to justify their decision (knowing the outcome of the AdComm vote already)?
If JZ is the criminal you say he is, why would he still be hanging around (BOD)? Why not just take the money and run?
"Drama queen"? I'm trying hard not to let that image stick! Now do the right thing and self report your post as a personal attack.
Thero said during the last quarterly CC that they were getting good feedback from doctors. Vascepa has been on the market for over eighteen months and by now this feedback should have presumably jelled into something the company could be using to forward its case. So, what are they doing?
In just a few short paragraphs, you've managed to completely discredit the dish soap. Nice!
Just more bs from the dish soap and his side kicks rental car and Red Ryder.
Bill: antidepressants. For the sake of everyone on this web site and those family members that feel obligated to listen to you. Please!
Define "soon". And then show us your cash flow projections and add a little historical perspective on the art and practice of timing dilutive activities.
Not too many guys can quote Dan Hicks at 6 in the morning. Well played!
Why don't you call Waxy and ask him why he didn't deliver?
Without the SPA in place (holding their feet to the fire), don't they have more flexibility to approve a modified Anchor label? Not that I'm expecting great things from the FDA.
As soon as AZN strokes that $15 billion check to Amarin, funding will be a non issue. I'd be focusing my efforts on pressing the FDA to provide assurance that they won't pull the rug once Reduce It is complete.
I thought AZN was just days away from writing Amarin a $15 billion check?
Why haven't they hired you, even on a consulting basis?
And you know this because.....?
"They are known to pull the plug
on a Friday..." Assuming you are right that this happened with Amarin, can you cite more examples that support this claim?
You have to use Common Core math.
and of course we have no idea if Amarin has been working on this over the past year.
Bluto
If I had $30, and not a penny less, for every prediction posted by BioBill that didn't happen, I'd own Amarin. But it wasn't over when the Germans bombed Pearl Harbor, so...
You're assuming the FDA would have treated AZN in the same way they've treated Amarin.
Discussing Ebola problems and solutions.
Hey nails on a chalkboard - I mean Investorfreak - why do you waste your time on this dead company? You should be monitoring all your winning investments.
If the FDA did offer a compromise, as Ajax has argued, isn't that all the butt covering they need?
You remind me of Nutsyprofessor.
Atta boy, HD!
Billy Mills is an Olympic runner and probably at his age in a lot better shape than Billy Mays (since he's dead) or Rick Harrison.
Yes, I do. Your homework assignment for the weekend: How many C.E.O.'s heading up struggling companies get to "retire"?
Joe Z. didn't lose his job?
And if you're wrong will you promise to never post any more predictions?
Hilarious! He's got 'em right where he wants 'em - right in the crosshairs. And he really means it this time.
Do you trust the FDA? Do you believe they are the most transparent agency in the federal government? Do you think there could be even a smidgen of corruption at any level in the FDA?
