What's the Waste Management news? I just got home.
I agree finishgreen
Thus spoke Barack Obama:
Quote:From the moment this disaster began, the federal government has been in charge of the response effort. BP is operating at our direction.
Ronald Reagan once said: The worst thing you could hear is,"We're from the government and we're here to help."
I haven't seen any real contract news but things seem to be moving in the right direction. I'm pretty excited about it. I'm sure we all are.
The thing of it is, so many times, one poster on one message board posts some claim that "he/she believes to be true." Then a dozen people from that message board accepts it as fact without doing any research on it and spreads the word on other message boards that it is a fact. I don't believe anything until I see confirmation of the proposed "rumor."
Hey Mich123, thanks a lot, I'd appreciate that. It's not that I really care one way or the other. I'd just like to know the truth. Thanks for your response.
It still doesn't prove that the centrifuge is from EVTN. I've searched patents on centrifugal force separators dating back to 1954 so it's not new tech, just improved tech. Unless I see some real proof, purchase orders etc. I believe the two companies have separate patents. Thanks so much for the info and video link though. Much appreciated.
It does say voraxial. Thanks for that.
Prove it with a link. I'm tired of this rumor!!!!!!!!
I haven't seen a MOP CAT but they do have a MOP Cannon to spread their sorbent around.
aak, MOP doesn't have an oil/water separator. Just sorbent
Nice find. Reading between the lines, this could be very good for us!
To clear up the confusion of my post #2214
I was responding to the negativity of post #2212 by KngmAz. Hope this helps clear the air about that.
Overall, very good exposure once again for Ecosphere on CNN today. They actually gave them quite a bit of time. One critique I have though is how Drew Bledsoe mentioned that Ecoshere has been cleaning water for two years and asked the Chairman to correct him if he was wromg. The chairman did not, maybe he couldn't hear but Ecosphere has been cleaning water for more that two years. That's for sure. But like I said, great exposure for all of us.
If this is the case,"I will still NOT be buying any shares of ESPH stock." then your time would be better spent on message boards of stocks that you ARE interested....But of course that is JUST MY HONEST OPINION.
This is the link to gadawg22,s post.

Our biggest test is if BP orders more MOP after the initial application. There was talk on FOX of how reluctant BP and officials were about Costner's and other centrifuges because of the volume of the leak and the efficiency of those machines with that kind of volume. Everything is in the infant stages of testing here.
Tony Hayward is officially out of the picture.
Tony Hayward's out. Going home like he wanted to.
Also I saw on FOX that Costner's machine will be implemented soon.
EVTN was just on CNBC again from what I've heard
Yes they do and I'm glad they don't have the usual "compensation statement from a third party on behalf of ESPH" included in it. That would scare me.
I'm starting to get aggravated with the rumor on some message boards that ESPH RELIES on EVTN's Voraxial Separator to make their unit work. Can anyone prove or dis prove this? I found that both companies have different patents for their respective machines.

EVTN http://www.uspto.gov/web/patents/patog/week22/OG/html/1355-1/US07727386-20100601.html
This company still in business? Any news that anyone can find on the companies activities lately?
I looked up ESPH and EVTN and found that they each have their own patents. If someone can show me where it says that the EVTN machine is used for the ESPH machine, please post a link to prove it or stop this rumor. Thanks.

Troy Aikman and Cousteau were on Cavuto promoting Ecosphere. I will post the video when it becomes available.
Neil Cavuto, it's coming on now. FBN Fox Business not Fox News.
nobull just told me they're available in Belmar NJ at the 7-11 on Ocean Ave.
Can I find these products in New Jersey?
I'm in the central Jersey Shore area and was wondering if I could find these products fairly local. Thanks.
Food for thought. Just thinking:
MOP claims 95% of oil can be recovered from their sorbent and offset the price of their products to the point where it may actually be marginally profitable to use their product to retrieve the oil and then use the proceeds from the recovered oil to buy more MOP product. This is great!! My thought was, if MOP had their own boats (leased barges) and did the work themselves through sub contractors or local residents paid by the hour, wouldn't they have salvage rights to the oil that they recovered and be able to sell it back to BP being that it's not BP property anymore just drifting in the water? This may sound ridiculous but like I said, food for thought.
I was watching FOX News just now. Tony Hayward testifying before Congress. Apologies, solutions, blah, blah, blah but after they just recessed until noon, I heard mention from the reporter that an item under consideration will be voted on. I didn't catch WHEN or by WHOM (Congress, BP or both) but I think it is real soon. Anyone else see it?
After watching it again, he said 24-26 units could be put into place immediately but one more that still needs to be constructed(the nano bubble unit I'm assuming) and be implemented in 30, 60, 90 days.
He said that the equipment is already down there but confused me when he said it could be in place in 30, 60, to 90 days. Perhaps he's speculating because he's not so much of a tech guy as he is a scientist. Great interview though. We're getting a huge amount of exposure on this one. Let's just hope that bureaucracy doesn't get in the way of this. Of course we all want our investments to soar but also we NEED real solutions to this problem and we need them NOW! Did anyone see the locals using shop vac's to remove oil in the back waters. If that was working, Ecoshere will be a champion.
Here is the video from CNBC's Squawk Box this morning:

Cavuto is on FOX NEWS at 4PM but also on FOX BUSINESS NEWS at 6PM. Two different channels. FBN is Fox Business News. Hope this clarifies.
My apologies, cork just got me going with his pro Gov rhetoric trusting them to decide it all. The people in the Gulf region should decide."The worst thing you can hear is someone saying,""We're from the government, and we're here to help""(Ronald Reagan) There I go again. GRRRRRRR
And another thing!! Obama was in Mississippi today saying on the news,"Unfortunately, the clean up technology hasn't changed much in 30 years." You believe the GOV is really on top of things? Business as usual including his perpetual photo op campaign tour. We need leaders, American ones. My proposal is to bring everyone who has the technology to retrieve oil to come down and work as independents recovering oil. Give them a per/barrel payment on everything they retrieve. Really simple. At this rate of inaction it's falling under the category of, "Do something even if it's wrong".
"In a sort of anti-intellectual way, I suppose you are right.
They articulate a position for those unable to do so for themselves."
Anti intellectual describes all of the sheep trusting the Federal Government. No party affiliation, all of them are guilty. The Fed is the power making the decisions to "articulate position for those unable to do so for themselves." meaning US! We can't be trusted to make our own decisions. The GOV knows what's best for us. Think about the words that you just posted. Talk about SPIN!
Fox is the only major news source that reports the news objectively and gives all parties the chance to voice their opinion on every subject letting the viewer decide their own opinions. That's the way I see it. No other station does that without some spin on the truth. I don't want to start a fight. I just believe that Fox News is the only station that is Pro Constitution/ We the people, smaller government oriented. The rest is all backwash to me. I'm sure this will get deleted as being "off topic" lol
