Funny, you have more posts than Mr. Garjian, yet he articulates more insight, common sense, and pertinent information in one sentence, than you do in all your posts combined. Should that not tell you something?

The Extra BTU's
Here is an interesting post from RagingBull:

USSEC Biofuel lab report,
http://www.ussec.us/content/resources/c20.pdf
The biofuel's BTU's have been tested and the BTU's are shown in this report, that is a fact. The bull that PP keeps posting that not all the biofuel has that BTU rating, is just another lie he has started, the company states on their website their is only 2 cuts to the biofuel and both are listed on the lab report!
The companies biofuel rating does not violate the laws of physics, the added enzymes are where the additional BTU's are coming from and how they attach to the water molecules. The BTU rating for a bushel of soybeans is without the added ingredient.
Also, quantum physics can't be explained, but its used everyday!

U.S.A Water Infrastructure
Possible future TTCM expansion into United States? Is there a need for new water infrastructure in U.S.?
By Chris Mayer, Editor, */Capital & Crisis/
*for */Whiskey & Gunpowder/*, Winter 2006
/"Water is the most basic and necessary commodity/." — Summit Global Management
Permit me to slightly disagree with the preceding quote. Clean fresh water isn’t a commodity. At least not like oil or wheat are commodities.
That’s because you CAN live without oil or wheat. But you can’t go more than a few days without water.
More importantly, most commodities are easily replaced. You can substitute coal or natural gas for oil. You can substitute corn or oats for wheat.
But what can the human body use in place of water? What can our food crops drink instead?
That’s right — nothing.
So water is a necessity, not a commodity.
Taking that simple, yet obvious fact into consideration, you might be baffled by the blind eye most of the investment world turns to water-related stocks. Instead, how much bluster have you heard over oil stocks? Natural gas stocks? Ethanol stocks? Gold? Silver? The list goes on.
But the silence on water has blasted for decades.
Something necessary to human life yet ignored by the investing public…that sounds like an appealing opportunity, doesn’t it?
Put it this way — our need for water will never go down. And the population of the world is ever increasing. Further, the richer developing countries become, the more water they use per capita. So you’d be right to think that companies that ensure the world’s people and farmers have adequate access to clean fresh water ought to do well in the near — and far — future.
We’ll get to the specific opportunities in one moment. For now, let’s talk about the world’s dire need for clean fresh water.
Dirty water: There is no shortage of water on our big globe…but there is an acute shortage of CLEAN, potable water. And the resulting human toll alarms doctors and government health agencies.
People suffering from a water-caused illness sprawl in half of the world’s hospital beds. In the developing nations, 80% of all diseases stem from consumption of and exposure to nasty unsafe water.
Contaminated water slays more people than any other earthly evil. Deadlier than AIDS; deadlier than cancer; deadlier than contagious diseases; deadlier even than world wars. During the Second World War, one soldier died every five seconds. Today, one human being dies every 3.5 seconds from drinking contaminated water.
More than a third of the Earth's population lacks access to effective sanitation, which is why more than a billion people contract water-related diseases every year.
The U.N. estimates that in less than 25 years, if present water consumption trends continue, 5 billion people will live in areas where it will be nearly impossible to meet basic water needs for sanitation, cooking, and drinking. But present trends simply cannot continue. The human toll is already horrifying, and the economic toll is rising rapidly.
Although 70% of the world's surface is covered by water, only 2.5% of it is potable, and most of that slumbers frozen in the polar ice caps. According to the World Health Organization, humans can consume less than 1% of the world's fresh water. That’s a miniscule 0.007% of all the water on Earth.
Pollution and water supply abuse are rapidly reducing these precious supplies. Then, of course, there is the dilemma posed by the uneven distribution of this increasingly scarce lifeblood.
Without question, therefore, clean water is the Earth's most precious resource.
Only 20% of the world's population currently enjoys the benefits of running water. The other 80% have to find it whenever and wherever they can. In some parts of the world, people spend as many as six hours a day fetching water. So the sheer emergency need for clean fresh water is clear…
So invest in water and you invest in a certain future.
"/Water promises to be to the 21st century what oil was to the 20th century: the precious commodity that determines the wealth of nations/." — Fortune magazine
And despite the recent stunning performance of water stocks, they still have a long way to go. Obviously, the worldwide water problem won’t go away — or fix itself. And also, you can be sure that these stocks will have a healthy run when the rest of the investing world pulls its collective head out of the sand and starts paying attention.
Even massive companies like General Electric have jumped into the game. GE has gone on a shopping spree for water-focused companies, amassing an impressive portfolio of clean water products and technologies.
These water operations are part of GE's new push into environmentally friendly product offerings. Sales of GE's "green" products last year jumped 63%, to $10 billion, while orders doubled.
Unfortunately, from the standpoint of an individual investor, GE's green products contribute less than 6% of the company's revenues. Water products contribute less than 2%. In other words, GE may do great things for the world's water supply, but its stock might not do much for water-focused investors.
That’s why you need a “pure” water play — a stock that derives the majority of its gains from water-related activities.

Blue Gold Profit Prospect #2: Pipeline to Profits: A Play Set
to Explode From the Coming Government-Mandated Explosion
in Infrastructure Spending
Here in the United States, investing in water infrastructure offers a very exciting long-term opportunity. The average New Yorker buys a new toothbrush every three months, but he brushes his teeth with water that flows through 100-year-old tunnels and pipes.
The water infrastructure in most of the rest of the nation isn't much newer than Manhattan's. It should be no surprise, then, that water pipes are rusting and crumbling all across this great land of ours.
The nation's alarmingly decrepit water infrastructure will require a $1 trillion overhaul over the next 20 years, according to the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE). This massive infrastructure spending will mean big business for many water infrastructure companies.
"America's crumbling infrastructure is eroding our quality of life," Midwest Contractor warns:
In its 2005 Report Card for America's Infrastructure, the American Society of Civil Engineers assigned a cumulative D grade to the nation's infrastructure, saying that the condition of roads, bridges, drinking water systems, and other public works have shown little to no improvement since ASCE graded them a D-plus in 2001. Grades in all the categories range from a high of C-plus for solid waste to a low of D-minus for drinking water, navigable waterways, and wastewater.
America's "D-" water systems would probably receive a passing grade in most parts of the world, but they are still very far from an "A." According to the EPA, the nation's 55,000 community drinking water systems and 16,000 wastewater treatment systems face "staggering public investment needs" over the next 20 years.
According to the EPA, nearly 25% of the nation's water pipes are "poor, very poor, or elapsed." Even worse, the EPA expects that percentage to increase to 45% by 2020...unless something is done about it:
"Many systems have reached the end of their useful design lives," the ASCE reports:
Older systems are plagued by chronic overflows during major rainstorms and heavy snowmelt and, intentionally or not, are bringing about the discharge of raw sewage into U.S. surface waters. The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency estimated in August 2004 that the volume of combined sewer overflows discharged nationwide is 850 billion gallons per year...If the nation fails to meet the investment needs of the next 20 years, it risks reversing the public health, environmental, and economic gains of the past three decades.
Repairing the nation's water supply infrastructure will cost hundreds of billions of dollars over the next two decades. That's bad news for the municipalities, taxpayers and rate-payers that will have to foot the bill, but very good news for the companies that will be sending the bills.

CC Access and Summaries
Conference Call Access
To hear a recording of the call (available for 30 days following the April 3 conference call):
Call 402-220-2946
Pin Code: 22677#
USSE Conference Call
From ocstocks on IHub:
* Invented a brand new fuel source: neither diesel or ethanol, but a replacement of -both.
* They have a process that takes 1 bushel of soy beans and they produce 5 gallons of bio fuel. In addition to the 5 gallons, they also produce a natural gas, they have NO waste bi-product.
* Today was the first sale of the fertilizer that comes from the bi-product of the soy beans.
* There is more they don't know about the process than what they do.
* What they do know is great
* They can run gas and diesel engines with both bio fuels.
* They don’t know all the applications that their fertilizer will be used for.
* 500,000 square foot plant, currently under construction 4 reactors.
* Yesterday they got the 2nd reactor up.
* Will give them 24,000 gallons of bio fuel a day.
* Numerous people have been there to witness this phenomenon.
* They will not announce any Letter Of Intent, or Memorandums of Understanding. They will only announce things that are definitive.
* The price for soybeans went from $3 to $8. The price of corn has no effect on their economic models.
* Ready to go into a full time production.
* Notified the local EPA authorities.
* Getting the permitting for the storage of the fuels, capacity right now is 24,000 gallons per day.
* Many companies want their product and or secrets.
* If they make coal, they will get green certificates in return.
* Have one company that wants them to get into contract with them, it would reduce the emissions of their coal producing plants.
* Every kilowatt that they produce, they receive a green certificate. They are green certified.
* All their meetings with various corporations looked very promising, they have several agreements pending. 4 different locations for various products.
* They do not have a problem selling the fuel, electricity or green certificates.
* It’s a matter of choosing where to set up their sites.
* These green certificates have a face value anywhere to $50-$250 per megawatt.
* Green certificate is from renewable green energy. They fall under a recycle biomass product that is burnt to make electricity.
* Once they have all 200 tubes running that will give them 1 GW of green certificates.
* They have entered into some agreements that didn’t work out (ONYI), they will not happen again.
* They are on their way to get the first 4 tubes up and running.
* Investors bio fuel day April 24th. They will see the soybean from one end to the other in 8.5 minutes. ZERO waste bi product, no emissions.
* Everything will be seen. The natural gas is so green that you cannot even see it be burned.
* At $8 a bushel, they still have great profit margins.
* Their system is not dependent on the market. They have a buyer, several income streams.
* They hand out liar certificate, (to viewers of Rivera Process).
* He used to be John Rivera, now he is a Liar until people come out and check it out, lol.
* Put out a press release that they sold and delivered their first product. $8 for 5 gallons of liquid biomass and the gaseous biomass. $11.02 income stream. Nobody can touch that price because its so low!
* They hired an LLC to get them into the Bulletin Board and Small Caps.
* They know the importance of being a reporting company.
* The are engaging a CFO that looks legit, to be able to formulate the best way to enter into the various contracts (funding, accounting).
* Several pending items:
* Take or pay contract with the city of Vidalia.
* Other contracts and letters of intent that will bring a MAJOR impact on the company as soon as the agreements are figured out there will be info on them.
* 2 reactors finished, 2 in the process (waiting on parts). Should be done in the next 4-6 weeks.
* They have a fully operational ethanol plant.
* They will be in the millions of gallon arena, they hired Escow to design these plants. 35% of the cost of producing ethanol is picked up from the excess cost of producing the fertilizer. Their fuel doesn’t have water and is not corrosive.
* Running generators on a 50/50 blend (bio fuel, off road diesel)
* No increase in the emissions.
* Bio fuel doesn’t freeze at less than -90 F.
* If its mixed with diesel it doesn't freeze either.
* 128,000 BTU's per gallon.
* Don't degrade performance of engine, actually improves it.
* All benefits of bio fuel with no negative factors.
* 500 to 1000 BTU tests, 1/2 to 1 BTU differences. Consistency.
* 5 gallons for 1 bushel.
* They can use wet soy beans, decomposed soy beans.
* Put in final piece of equipment that was under development, the results were outstanding and they were able to get their bio fuel down to less than one micron.
* Emissions exceed ALL standards, temperature is cooler, overall picture looks GREAT!
* All investors of USSE on Dec 1st get 1 share of the share? As of April 1st the transfer agent has been terminated, the divy will be received by the middle of April.
* Does the company own the liquid things? No Adams county owns it, same with the T dock. They have exclusive use of it though.
* Paper work for long term lease.
* Storage tanks don't belong to them, they were there before they came, they want to get them leased so they can put their products in them.
* Enough tanks will be built to hold 10 million gallons.
* Plant has been modified to run 330 days per year.
* They have a dream that they want to be fulfilled, they want the US to be energy efficient, stop the importation of foreign fuel into the states, they want the farmers of the US to receive a fair price for them.
* They are not impacted by the economic conditions of America. They want to take the first 10% of income for battered children, women… They want to help clean up the O zone layer…
* They want to bring the cost of fuel down so anyone can drive any car without worrying about effects or costs.
* Liar certificate, is funny as heck.

RESULTS OF OPERATIONS
From the 10k:
We had no revenues during the fiscal years ended December 31, 2006 and 2005 because we do not fly any aircraft and cannot sell tickets.
Our general and administrative expenses increased $493,750 to $1,208,298 during fiscal year ended December 31, 2006 as compared to $714,548 during the fiscal year ended December 31, 2005. This increase is mainly the result of increased activity in preparing for air carrier certification.
Primarily as a result of the foregoing, we incurred a net loss of $1,208,680 during the fiscal year ended December 31, 2006 as compared to a net loss of $721,114 during the fiscal year ended December 31, 2005.

Carbon Ash Is An Additive to Concrete
That is an interesting comment from the EnergyRefuge:
"They create a biofuel, that is not biodiesel, that uses more of the plant material and also delivers two other important products: carbon ash and biogas. Carbon ash is an additive to concrete."
Would the USSE carbon ash be considered a low or high carbon ash? (7-3-7, I am guessing low).
Here are just 2 links of many, to carbon ash being used as an additive to concrete:

Biofuel: not biodiesel, not ethanol. More versatile.
EnergyRefuge
February 21st, 2007 · 2 Comments
I heard of this company on EcoTalk radio: USSEC - Homepage. They create a biofuel, that is not biodiesel, that uses more of the plant material and also delivers two other important products: carbon ash and biogas. Carbon ash is an additive to concrete; US Sustainable Energy Corporation uses the biogas in their production. Their biofuel can be used in diesel engines without any engine modification and can even be used in regular gasoline engines as a 50/50 blend with gasoline.
But in what I think is a smart move, USSEC is not trying to enter the automotive fuel market. They are concentrating on power generation. This reduces distribution headaches, and eliminates all the complications in getting multiple car manufacturers to get the fuel approved. Both of these are costly and time consuming. Proving the fuel works in a controlled power generation environment is a smart first step which also reduces the burning of petroleum and coal products.
Most power generation facilities work the same way: A fuel heats water that becomes steam and drives a turbine that creates electricity. If this technology holds up and if these claims are valid, there are a lot of corn ethanol and biodiesel plants that may have to be retrofitted or not even built at all since the energy output is much higher than with either of these current alternative energy darlings.

I’ve visited USSEC twice now, and both times it looked more like an entrance parade for the academy awards than a biofuel group announcing its discovery. There is a buzz and excitement there that just can’t be conveyed without visiting. I think it starts with all the jaws that drop from the power companies that visit when they bring their own validation teams. I’m not a scientist, but the clear impression I got was that this company has hit on a revolutionary process due to the enzyme process they use that will translate into the company producing one of the first truly green energy alternatives every created. Probably why their headquarters looks more like an inbound motorcade arena.

EnergyRefuge Response
The EnergyRefuge article about USSE is good in itself. The author agrees that concentrating on power generation, instead of the automotive fuel markets is a shrewd move.
Also very nice is the response to the article, by a person that has been to Natchez twice:

April 15 Merger Termination
From the latest and 4th Document relating to merger, the 194 page Document dated 4-02-07:
bottom of page 4
Termination of the Contribution Agreement (page 22)
The Contribution Agreement may be terminated at any time prior to the effective time of the merger, whether before or after stockholder approval has been obtained, as follows:
* by mutual written agreement of Platinum LP and the Company;
* on default of one of the parties under the Contribution Agreement;
* if the Transaction does not close on or before April 15, 2007; or
* if any court or governmental authority shall have issued a final, non-appealable order, or taken any other action, permanently prohibiting the transactions contemplated by the Contribution Agreement.
When the Contribution Agreement Is Expected to be Closed (page 8)
We are working to complete the transaction as soon as possible. We anticipate completing the transaction within five days after an affirmative vote at the Special Meeting.
------------------------------------------------------------------------
The supposed Vote is April 12. Let us ASSUME that the Vote will take place on April 12 (which is quite generous for the recent history of PLRO, it took them several weeks to even acknowledge that the March 1 Meeting and Vote did not happen as was PR'd, planned and publicly announced. Let us also take a giant leap of faith and ASSUME that the Vote is approved.
5 more days would be the official Closing on Thursday April 19. That is all fine and dandy, except that according to the 2nd 8k Filed regarding an extension, and this Document, states that the Contribution Agreement TERMINATES Sunday April 12!!!
Is there any wonder that the stock price is sinking like the Titanic? Why would any Company do this to their shareholders? This Merger Fiasco creates so much Fear, Uncertainty, and Doubt.
One simple Merger that SHOULD have been completed in November, BEFORE they started publicly trading, has taken 7 SEC Documents and 6 months time and effort, and the results are still questionable and up in the air! That is INCOMPETANCE and lack of Fiduciary Responsibility. Is this an indication of how they will conduct business in the future? Do they give you confidence in their ability to perform and execute?
You do not want to be owning this stock, IF it reverts back to the value of North Tech.
I have not read all 194 pages. I quit reading after the above on page 4. It is advisable for all to read the SEC Documents and come to your own conclusion.

PLAN OF OPERATION
From the 10k:
We do not currently have sufficient capital to commence revenue flight operations and must rely on additional sources of financing in order to maintain our current level of operations. During 2006 and into 2007 we continued to finance our operations through the issuance of our common stock. Until revenue operations begin, our monthly expenditures for administrative and regulatory compliance can be controlled at about $2,500-$5,000. Based on current reserves we have sufficient capital to support our development stage operations through the end of 2007.
In 2007 we plan to raise $1.5 to $2 mm in additional financing in order to start revenue flight operations. Based on our prior experience with certification and current preparations the management believes that the launch budget, previously reviewed by the DOT, will be adequate to complete certification and to commence flight service. Approximately $500,000 is budgeted for aircraft, $450,000 for certification tasks, and $300,000 for general and administrative expenses. At the time flight service is inaugurated the Company plans to have approximately 15 management and 45 staff personnel.
Management has considered the overall pipeline effect that enhances the initial cash position of a startup carrier. It is the industry practice for passengers to purchase tickets in advance of their flights while service vendors bill the carrier later.
In order that a new airline would not fly empty on day one, approximately 30 days prior to the expected inaugural date the DOT authorizes sales of tickets and cargo. Such funds from advance sales, estimated at approximately $3 mm for the company, accumulate in an escrow account, and are released upon the issuance of the air carrier certificate.
There can be no assurance that additional financing will be available on terms favorable to us or at all. If adequate funds are not available or are not available on acceptable terms, we may not be able to fund operations.

Conference Call Summary
* Several pending items:
* 128,000 BTU's per gallon.
* Don't degrade performance of engine, actually improves it.
* All benefits of bio fuel with no negative factors.
* 500 to 1000 BTU tests, 1/2 to 1 BTU differences. Consistency.
* 5 gallons for 1 bushel.

10K Filed
BLTA Filed their 10K yesterday. After reading the Document with an open, yet critical mind, I am convinced that this company is serious and committed to launching Baltia Airlines sometime in 2007. I know that they have been working on this for several years now, but things like this usually come down to timing. Years ago the timing was just not right for direct flights from U.S. to Russia. That is no longer the case. BLTA has the product, the demand is definitely there, they just need to get initial funding of a couple $Million for the Maiden Flight and things will snowball from there.

TTCM Valuation Summary
TTCM Hypothetical E.P.S Model Share Price = $0.38
TTCM Hypothetical Market Cap Model Share Price = $0.19
Actual TTCM Price 3-30-07 = $0.018
.
TTCM Valuation Part 2 (Market Cap)
In Post # 295 a hypothetical valuation for TTCM was determined using Earnings Per Share Model. With projected 2007 Revenue of $30 M, using conservative numbers, a value of $0.38 was concluded.
http://www.investorshub.com/boards/read_msg.asp?message_id=18138572
Another hypothetical valuation is proposed here using the Market Cap Model. First, collect all pertinent and relevant information and then from that information, assign TTCM an appropriate Market Cap.
A good summary of TTCM is probably post # 293 TTCM Fact Sheet (too long to post here). However, a few pertinet items to consider are:
A) No long term debt.
B) More than $32 M in Assets.
C) Shareholder Equity in excess of $10 Million.
D) Current Signed Contract Backlog of approximately $117 M.
E) Possible value and sale of TTCM owned Patents.
F) Possible value of a Sale of TTCM to another Company.
G) Possible value of TTCM IF a deal of sufficient Working Capital is announced. (With that news TCCM Annual Revenue could go from a previous $10 M year high to $30 M or even $40M to 50M Revenue per year).
Considering all this information and the TTCM FactSheet, it is not hard to come up with a Market Cap value of between 10M to 15 M. So, use a Market Cap of $12.5 Million.
$12.5 M / 65 m shares = $0.192
Hypothetical TTCM Market Cap share price = $0.19
To give you some idea of whether TTCM is fairly valued, the ACTUAL TTCM Market Cap as of the close friday is about $1.2 M.

Post Of The Weekend
This post is so significant, it is worth repeating:
"Deal with Diversified off, oh well, it was brought to the attention on USSE management that 4 previous filings from ONYI to the SEC were fraudulent. Better not to get involved in a company like that! Good investigating on USSE's part.
Things at Natchez looking up! The reactor Free-Us disassembled and modified for mass production. The final design is a bit diferrent, 1 feeds 4, the 4 reactors are fed by 1 input then sent to four seperate machines, this design allows for 4 reactors to work simultaneous! Sounds good to me. I'm sure the pictures will be out soon. This info was provided by a visitor to Natchez."
-------------------------------------------------------------
"Modified for Mass Production"
The implications of this statment are huge. It makes the whole process more efficient, productive and manageable. I do seem to remember the reactors being talked about in groups of 4. It might not seem so big right now, but look ahead to when USSE will have 200 reactors going under one roof, in Natchez. Instead of maintaining the logistics of keeping 200 feeder hoppers going, this is reduced to 50. It must also be a big saver of space and plant area required.
It is things like this that reassure me and make me glad, that USSE is taking the time to intelligently and properly implement their process. DO IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME.

Barry Clare returned my call of yesterday & said he is confident that BLTA will be applying for certification soon/ this spring.. The test flight is projected for this fall.
I was very impressed with Barry.
I'm looking for .50/1.00 when the application for the cert is announced, & $2/$3 when the TF is PR,d.
