CFO - I show him with a college email address (University of San Diego) along wth a time when he can be reached by phone. IS he still with ARNH - looks like he is a professor.
DUTV management needs to update shareholders. In the absence of news it is human nature to think the worse. We need an update - period.
The SEC needs to initiate an investigation here.
The Daytona 500 - not the Indy 500.
Kathy reads the ihub board. There is no doubt in my mind.
DUTV - getting ready to fly high.
Kathy and the Management team own the reasons for the stock collapse. The recent PR seems to poinit blame at mystery sellers. The reality is ARNH management 1) has not communicated updates with shareholders regarding the business 2) shared revenue status 3) distributor status 4) etc etc. We don't even know who is on the Board of Directors. Is there a Chairman making the CEO accountable - separation of management and oversight. That's right, management, you own the stock collapse. Putting out a PR blamming it on a seller is silly and make you look foolish.
It's time you update everyone on what is going on at ARNH - has that ink dried on the NASCAR spokespersons?
Will be over .0020 by end of week this week - likely alot higher. The Chairman is the real deal. I am a buyer today - this is my opinion - what's yours.
PS I really think this could appreciate greater than 10x from current price.
Just sickening - Management, where are you? Who is on the BOD, what about revenue, a distributor update, what about the windshield product, Rex Powers still with you, is the ink dry on the spokerspersons contract, how was the Daytona 500 promo and party, and you wonder why you are being bashed and some considering contacting the SEC etc. W A K E U P
A year ago the company was DGIN. ARNH acquired DGIN - which was basically a securities/insurance firm. You can google the entire history on DGIN. However, a direct answer to your question is the stock never ever traded a s high as $30 - not even close. They are factoring in the 1 for 1,000 reverse split. To achieve a 52 week high of $30 then the pre split price high was .03, that's right three pennies, So .03 was the 52 week high and that was pre split so you multiple that by 1,000 = $30.
Hope this helps.
The market cap is $5.6 million - not $5,600. The current market cap might be too high - why is the company worth $5.6m - they haven't reported any revenue, not a single one of us knows whether they have an ongoing business, do they have a distrubor base, are they promoting any products. My gardner, from what I can see, has more of an ongoing business than ARNH.
My understanding is that Mark Cullivan is not an employee of the company but rather a consultant, that he lives in San Diego and that his primary job is a professor at the University of San Diego - USD.
Wake me up when this hits a dime - then it will get interesting. My sell target, fro the record, is multiples above .10.
Briggsy, Briggsy, Briggsy - why are you still here. You waste alot of time on a stock where you claim you have no position. Is it that you feel obligated to protect your fellow investor? If so, 1) why are you really trying to protect folks you don't know and 2) what make you think anyone of us would take your silly and inaccurate advice - not me.
Instead of being the cheerleader on the sidelines, come on in - go long and make money like the rest of us.
I am on the bid - taking a position here folks. Time to load up.
Calm down everyone - we are all on the leading edge of a stock that will soon be a high flyer. DUTV has the potential, and one that I feel will be realized very soon, to achieve a dime plus in price. Stay the course.
The pastor was wrong - the price is down over 100% since he was posting/hyping. Better pay more attention to those that have been around the block with DGIN - then ARNH.
The PR issued today is a perfect example of ARNH management being in way over their heads. What in the heck is their SEC attorney going to look into - the fact that they issues shares to resolve debt and now the shareholders are selling shares. Having an attorney look into this is a waste of time and money. Use the money to build your business - the website, the distrubition network, maybe even some spokespersons etc.
Again, the PR was a first graders attempt at addressing stock price. Let me interpret what they said. We issued stock to resolve debt issues, the stock is now being sold by those holders, the selling is a negative to shareholders and if those selling were really team players they wouldn't be selling - even if it is in their best interest, and we have contacted the Principal to put those responsible in a time out. Did I miss anything here?
A third grader could have designed and developed a better website than currently exist for ARNH. And I agree about the ARNI - is this a comic book picture - looks silly. Kathy, Paul - whoever is minding the store, how about communicating with shareholders - you told us the MLM structure would be marketing your products - now the pr says the firm will have an exclusive on your products. I know, I know, I know, you think the shareholders are just a pain - maybe so but I can assure you their needs to be some accountability here and we shareholders are going to insit upon it. If you won't communicate with us we will pursue alternate channels to get information. How who has the distributor list on this board. I want to do some due diligence.
Yes, and Santa Clause is coming on July 4th.
I am going to file - thanks for the info. An investigation is definately in order. They report things, like the ink drying on the spokespersons to Rex Powers, and then the reported items apparently change with no communication. And as far as I am concerned they are material events - therefore need to be communicated with investors. I have had enough here.
Triathlete is writing an interesting article. He is a bright guy and makes some interesting points. The two points that caught my attention are as follows:
1) What does ARNH have that is so unique? They aren't an insurance company. They aren't an underwriter. What do they have? Well originally it was believed they had a network of distributors which might have been a core competency but this does not appear to be the case. We understand the need for extended warranties but what play does ARNH have in this market - we don't see any. They contract for the insurance with what was reported to be two underwriters and they really don't appear to have an established distribution base. I ask again, what does ARNH really have?
2) He questions the fiduciary responsibility of management. They reported that the ink was drying for spokerspersons yet that never happened, they pumped the stock with investors talking about the positive revenue for the 4th quarter at the same time they had initiated a 1 for 1,000 reverse stock split. He makes some valid points.
I must admit, he made me think - what does the ARNH really have?
I agree.
Kathy, how many shares are the company planning to sell - are you diluting? When will it stop?
Pastor Phil is a piad promoter - just put him on ignore. It looks like he got his boards mixed up.
Multi zeros coming soon.
Sub penny - this is my opinion as to what is on the horizon.
ARNH is having a total meltdown - down 44%.
Sell Ratings - from me.
Maybe a time for ARNH management to come clean with what is really going on.
Are you buying at these levels?
ARNH - a nice 40% loss today OUCH
Kathy, any idea where all of these shares are coming from???? My hunch is you are diluting the stock, at least selling shares. How about putting out a PR alerting investors?
Why would one invest in ARNH when:
1) The management does not provide updates to investors.
2) Reports items, such as the ink is drying on NASCAR spokespersons, that do not happen.
3) That pumps the stock and then does a 1 for 1000 stock split.
Need I go on.
Shamless of anyone to be promoting this dog.
Are you nuts - ARNH is not strong here - it is down 40% today.
ARNH - down 40% today. Guess investors aren't buying the bs.
PUMP PUMP PUMP DUMP DUMP DUMP.
PUMP and DUMP here. They pay pumpers and then they dump stock. This is one of the worst companies I have ever been affiliated with - unfortunately, I do own shares.
This is my opinion, what's yours.
PS Over 5m shares trades and the stock is way down. Gee, you think the company is diluting AGAIN. Maybe another 1 for 1,000 reverse splits coming soon. They didn' even tell us about the revers split last time until it was completed.
My opinion is to stay the jheck away froom this stock.
IMPO
MMs now playing games to get in cheap - fake ask and stacked on the bid. Seen this amny times - getting ready to rocket. Last dith efforts for MMs to load. Up up and away.
PS Don't fal for what appears to be a weak demand - it is artificial.
