TTCM China Announces Obtaining Line of Credit Facility
Thursday June 7, 9:30 am ET
TIANJIN, China--(BUSINESS WIRE)--TTCM China, Inc. (TTCH.PK), a leading producer and supplier of glass-reinforced fiber plastic pipes, today announced the establishment of revolving line of credit collateralizing the liquid assets of the company with TianJin Heping Investment Group of TianJin, China to finance the working capital requirement for production of backlog of orders. As of this date, the company has already utilized approximately $641,000 from the line of the credit facility.
Mr. Jiqun Wang, Founder and Chairman of TTCM China, said, "We are very pleased with the availability of line of credit to ship the backlog of orders and are focused on fulfilling orders in 2007 and beyond. The demand of company's product is strong due to the requirement of water supply, sewerage and flood control systems in the county."
About TTCM China, Inc.
TTCM China, founded in 1995 and based in Tianjin China, is a leading producer of glass-reinforced composite plastic products including regular and high-pressure pipes, fittings related to the water supply and sewerage systems. In cooperation with the Harbin Industry University, TTCM developed an advanced technology employing micro-emulsification, which enables a reduction of the amount of resin used in the production process and at the same time raises the product compactness, strength and infiltration quality. These procedures make TTCM's glass-reinforced plastic pipes superior in strength to plastic pipes while they only weigh one-fourth the weight of regular steel pipes.
The company is in negotiations with a several provincial and municipal government agencies and private companies concerning the requirements of pipes for water supply systems, sewerage systems and flood control systems.

Hey mickeynu...
Just to set the record straight (since there are so many 'crooked' posters here) and since you brought it up, my name is Ray and I'm a minister of a church here in Petaluma, CA, 38 miles north of the Golden Gate Bridge and about 12 miles north of Novato, where Redwood Consultants is located.
I was neither disappointed nor surprised that k-link and paper referred to me as Maximus and Robert respectively. I just wasn't going to dignify their arrogant goofballness with an answer. They either thought I was or thought I might be and went fishin'. But this is par for them...
It was great to meet Mr. Rivera and see Redwood in action. I've actually visited them twice before and they have a very impressive office full of people busier than one-legged River Dancers.
People who work as hard as they do are going to get lucky sooner or later (one would think)...
Good luck!

The "GREEN" Products Deal and other BioFuel uses (Updated June 7, 2007)
The Deal - Green Consumer Product Strategy to capture the mass retailers with a "GREEN" branding strategy by initially offering three products to the Car and Truck Automotive and House and Garden Markets and other uses of the BioFuel. USSE is in negotiation with an organization to bring these new products and branding initiatives to a veteran sales team to launch these products to Home Depot, Lowe's, Target, K-Mart, Ace Hardware and True Value. All of these Retailers have "GREEN" product/shelf allocation initiatives.
http://biz.yahoo.com/iw/070516/0253574.html
Proposed Number of BioFuel Reactors - After moving 4 of the Reactors to Iowa, the only working Reactor in Natchez is "FREEUS" for testing and production. Eventually 200 Reactors.
Timeframe - We are not really sure. I thought developing and blending products, packaging, shipping and other Logistics would take a long time. However, JR recently made it sound like progress is being made, so maybe they have been working on this for a while. The Plant is already there, just need to install Reactors.

Brazil Eyes Ethanol As Fast Track To Power
Interesting article. It notes this changing world, and the increasing role of Biofuels. USSE is in the right place at the right time.
from the June 6, 2007 edition
Brazil eyes ethanol as fast track to power
Brazil aims to double its production of ethanol in 10 years as the high price of oil and growing concerns over climate change spark a demand for biofuels.
By Sara Miller Llana | Staff writer of The Christian Science Monitor
SÃo Paulo, Brazil - Flying over the heart of Brazil, a vast savannah known as the cerrado here, one could be forgiven for mistaking the setting for Iowa, Kansas, or virtually anywhere along the US farm belt.
Neat acres of cotton, corn, and soybean extend into the horizon, and even American farmers have arrived to join a boom that over the past few years has positioned Brazil to overtake the US as the world's agricultural superpower.
Last year, Brazil surpassed the US as the largest exporter of soybeans. That followed its scoring the No. 1 spot in beef exports in 2004. And now, as the high price of oil and concerns over climate change spark global demand for alternative fuels, Brazil is aiming to double its production of sugarcane for ethanol in the next decade. As investors flock to this colossal country with its ideal growing climate, Brazil is hoping ethanol will help speed its sluggish rise as an economic power.
"Brazil has already consolidated its position as the agriculture supplier of the world," says Andre Nassar, general manager of the Institute for International Trade Negotiations (ICONE) in São Paulo, Brazil. "Now I think the Brazilian government sees ethanol as an instrument to make other countries pay attention to us, as a supplier of both food and energy." ............

Sir
I have no idea what is a standard barge and I could care less. I will not sit here all day and discuss this pointless tangent.
The point is, 4 USSE Reactors are going to Mason City, Iowa. Before long, we will be producing some variation of JR Juice, and making more Revenue for USSE/SSTP.

4 Reactors To Iowa
This is from someone who stays in touch with JR.
The 4 production reactors are running and operational, but they are being partially disassembled for transportation to Mason City, Iowa.
The main tubes stay intact, just the elbows and loader get removed for transportation.
Free-Us is the 5th and will stay in Natchez for production and research!
This is all logical. I think i read that they will ship it on a 100 foot barge. I was not a geography major, but it looks like the Missisippi River goes from Natchez up to Iowa. Very convenient for our purposes.

The BCEI/Core Deal
Nice post dingleberry, I agree. This Joint Venture is much, much bigger than anybody here suspects. This gets the foot of USSE/SSTP inside the door. At 130 Million Gallons per Year, the Mason City Plant alone is very profitable. However, BCEI/Core wants to duplicate Mason City. The next plant is in Caruthersville, Missouri by June 2008. They are also looking at 3 sites in California, and I read mention of talks with a Plant in Maui. USSE/SSTP is involved with the first 2 plants. If all goes well no reason for USSE/SSTP to be involved in all their future projects. Can you imagine us being involved in producing over half a Billion Gallons per Year?
I hope everyone reads that link you provided about algae as the future fuel source. That is very interesting reading. If USSE/SSTP can successfully become involved in producing fuel from algae, I reasonably predict that the future share price of both USSE/STTP will be in the double-digit dollars per share. That is with the current share structure.
Just a few weeks ago, some people were moaning, we need a deal with some big players. Well BCEI/Core are big players in the ethanal/diesel business, and JR still has major control of his process. Ladies and gentlemen, we are playing with the "Big Boys".
Remember, BCEI/Core is just 1 of the 5 USSE/STTP potential revenue streams. (Although Illinois Biofuel Deal appears to be on hold)

The parsonmac Post
mickeynu
Wake up and smell the coffee. 2 posters from RB make some ridiculous comments and you swallow it hook line and sinker. Do not make yourself such an easy target, and then post that nonsense here. The bashers want to spread FUD (Fear, Uncertainty and Doubt) quit helping them, your best bet is to ignore them. That post by parsonmac is credible. When you are trying to decide if a poster is credible or not, THINK, check out the posts he has made. Notice how long he has been posting, how many different companies he posts about, the tone of his posts, and the content. Does he ever back up his posts with links and rational thought, or does he just run his mouth, criticize and condemn.
parsonmac passes all these tests. He posts on 14 different stocks, since January 2000, almost 8 years now. He is not who those bashers suggest. Yes, the post by parsonmac is very credible.
p.s.
To both parson and mickeynu, thank you for sharing the comments you have both provided.

Re: Visit with Mr. Rivera
My timing this morning was very fortunate. When I got to Redwood Consulting, Mr. Rivera was just walking in from the parking lot (about 8:20), so we got to meet and shake hands outside, then he invited me in with him with an "Always glad to make time for shareholders."
He was immediately mugged by a super-busy office as soon as he stepped through the door but he told the staff to give him just a minute, and he and I went into an empty conference room and sat down knowing there were conference calls scheduled in about 7 minutes.
So in a VERY brief, VERY hurried six minutes, he answered the following questions:
1) They are currently using his bio-fuel in every engine 'out there' from GMAC to Volvo, diesel and gas. While he would not elaborate on any 'official' testing that is taking place (if any), he did say that they're successfully dialing in the optimal blending ratios to maximize horsepower and minimize emissions.
2) They are expecting SSTP to be fully reporting in just a few weeks (as many of you already knew/suspected). They are expecting USSE to follow although it will take longer. Didn't say how much longer.
3) The development of the 'suite' of green products using his fuel as additive for sale in the box stores is ongoing. This was mentioned in a recent PR, although some changes (he couldn't discuss) have been made. Suffice to say he is not allowing anyone to tamper with the quality or performance of his fuel or its potential for the sake of rushing to market.
4) As good as the news was yesterday re: Freedom Fuels, it is but the tip of the iceberg. We may expect a LOT more good news in the coming weeks.
5) He is on record stating numerous times that the fuel has possibilities and potential that even he can't wrap his mind around, and that one of the greatest things about the alliance with Freedom Fuels is that the technical expertise of some of the best, most experienced minds in the world with cellulosic ethanol are being brought to bear upon his fuel which will take his discovery much further down the road of development/profitability than he has brought it thus far. I very much appreciated the sincere humility with which he said that.
6) There are a couple of more bits of VERY good news I’m not at liberty to discuss because I merely overhead them while walking through Redwood’s very busy (and crowded) office, but suffice to say, there is no shortage of good news.
Finally, he emphasized to me that he's not in this for the money or his own personal wealth. He has been well-set for some time. This is about his contribution to humanity and what he will leave behind for his own children and grandchildren and the world in the way of a cleaner, better world and a country less dependent on foreign oil. The man is sincere, and sincerely believes in what he's doing.
While sincerity, unshakeable conviction, and a viable product are not always enough to succeed in business in the way we're all hoping Mr. Rivera does, enterprises such as this rarely, if ever, succeed without them.
Please don't post me with any follow-up questions, "What about this or that or why didn't you ask this or ???" This was the fastest 6 minutes of my life and the door of the conference room looked (and felt) like a dam about to burst.
This, like every other thing in life could become spun gold or turn to dust in the blink of an eye. What happens if this or that accident happens or tragedy strikes this person or that? I'm hoping for the best like the rest of you (shorts and bashers notwithstanding), but I also remember daily what James said...
"Come now, you who say, 'Today or tomorrow we will go into such and such a town and spend a year there and trade and make a profit'... you do not know what tomorrow will bring. What is your life? You are a mist that appears for a little time and then vanishes. Instead you ought to say, 'If the Lord wills, we will live and do this or that.' As it is, you boast in your arrogance…"

600 M SSTP Shares
Remember, 600 Million Restricted Shares of SSTP were deposited in the USSE Treasury when the Dividend was distributed. The current value of those shares at .125 is about $75 Million. That equals about .05 of the current USSE share price. Minus the value of those shares, USSE has a value (Market Cap) of $52 Million.
So USSE has assets worth about $75 Million more than SSTP. Yet, SSTP has a Market Cap of $250 Million. USSE Market Cap is about $127 Million. Go figure. Longer term this disparity should disappear.

Freedom Fuels/Core Ventures Relationship
No.
Freedom Fuels, LLC is an Iowa Limited Liability Company that has built a biodiesel plant located at Mason City, IA.
http://www.freedomfuelsllc.com/index_files/Page354.htm
Core Ventures - There is no single company per se. Core Ventures is a group of many companies working together. The Engineering Firm SSOE describes this best:
SSOE (Architectural and Engineering Services) recognized that biodiesel and ethanol clients would benefit by having a single resource for all the services needed to get facilities up and running. As a result, SSOE joined with other business partners to form CoreVentures™ which operates as an a' la carte menu of services specific to these alternative fuel markets that clients can chose from.
Within CoreVentures is another team, SSOE / NewMech, whose focus is the design and construction portion of the service offering. NewMech’s construction expertise meshes with SSOE’s broad architecture and engineering services. Both companies' experts have cross-industry experience in implementing the best practices from food, refining and other alternative energy businesses.
The other CoreVentures partners support the business end of biodiesel and ethanol facilities with business development, marketing, funding, feedstock procurement and more. Through this creative collaboration, biodiesel and ethanol clients can access the services they need from resources that are among the best in this specialized market.
http://www.ssoe.com/coreventures.htm
The relationship between Freedom Fuels and Core Ventures is:
Freedom Fuels has a consulting agreement with Core Ventures to assist during the construction and to provide a management team.

Update From JR
Oops, according to this, Mason City Plant will produce 130 Million Gallons Per Year, with USSE/SSTP getting a 70% Revenue Split. From mickeynu on USSE Board:
OK...first things first...All I'm providing here is what John Rivera just told me himself...because I just got off the phone with him...believe it, don't believe it...Up to you...
1) The Biocentric deal is the result of 7 months of negotiations
and testing...This is a 70(USSE/SSTP)/30(Biocentric) split
on profits...The existing Iowa plant is an already running
30 million gallon facility...the new facility to be erected
on the same site will be a 100 million gallon facility...
Biocentric built Freedom Fuels 30 million gallon plant in
8 months (and he told me it normally takes more than double
that time by industry standards)...
2) The four tubes in Natchez are complete. They are going to
be shipped by barge to the Iowa plant and according to JR,
they are making those arrangements now. Another 50 are to
be constructed at the Iowa plant by October 15th...
3) Long term contracts are already in place by Biocentric/
Freedom Fuels for every gallon of biofuel produced (i.e.
biodiesel, ethanol, E-diesel)...
4) They shipped 1,000 gallons of cellulosic ethanol to the DOE
last Friday for testing to get approved for the Blender's
Credit from the government for producing cellulosic ethanol.
JR told me he expects to hear back from the DOE by Monday.
5) The Illinois Biofuels deal is tabled for now...JR told me
they wanted USSE to put up $1.2 million for the property
that came in appraised at $ 200K...he didn't think that was
a wise investment...
6) They just shipped first tanker of fuel from Houston to a
tugboat company that has 400 tugboats...JR's comment was
"we are profitable as of today"...
7) Told me they have been generating power using the biofuel in
Natchez for months using generators...
8) Told me they have been running the reactor continuously for
7 mos./3 weeks...no problems...
9) Kelmer Smith is still running SSTP...
9) Targets SSTP for Bulletin Board within the next few months..
USSE will be next up, but expects it will take more time..
(My note: I guess that's why SSTP is first)
10) Apparently, according to Rivera and Paisano (from Redwood),
there are dozens of PRs to be released in the next few
weeks....
My aim here is not to pump USSE/SSTP...my aim is to share what information I just got from Rivera (who is in CA at Redwood today)....
As Dr J (Jon Najarian) always says..."it's your money...you have to decide what to do with it"...

As stated earlier in the Links page, Freedom Fuels is a Division of Core Ventures.
Hartland to Market Biodiesel from Freedom Fuels Iowa Plant 01/26/2007 1:04:36 PM
CRANBURY, N.J. (DTN) -- Core Ventures Renewable Fuels LLC said in a news release that it has partnered with Hartland Fuel Products LLC to market all biodiesel produced by its Freedom Fuels plant, which is located in Mason City, Iowa. Production at the 30-million-gallon-a-year biodiesel plant will begin about April 15.
Freedom Fuels plant will have the capability of producing biodiesel along with other co-products, namely glycerin, fatty acids and soap stock. The facility is located along the I.C.E. railroad and has access to the Union Pacific railroad via the Iowa Traction railroad. This makes the location favorable from a logistics standpoint.
For feedstock, Freedom Fuels will implement technology that will allow the plant to use both soybean and yellow grease. There are five meat processing facilities in close vicinity to north-central Iowa that have the ability to supply a large portion of the animal fat needs of Freedom Fuels when using such feedstock.
The CVRF/Freedom Fuels relationship marks Hartland's first agreement between the firms.
"We are very excited about the synergies that these two organizations have," said Jim Blair president of CVRF.
"Entering into the biodiesel business is a natural extension of our core business of petroleum distribution and supply," said Dan Staebell, National Biodiesel Sales Manager of Hartland Fuels Products LLC who leads the company's biodiesel business.
Opportunities for biodiesel are developing along both coastal regions of the country along with a demand for bioheat in the Northeast, according to the two companies.
"The industry's growth rate is tremendous, which creates a tremendous need for partnering with quality groups with a proven track record. At CVRF we want to focus on our core competencies and let our strategic partners focus on there's. By doing this we can create greater value for our clients," said Blair.
Financial terms of the Mason City agreement, which recently went into effect, were not disclosed.
Core Ventures Renewable Fuels is a bio-fuels service organization providing key business planning and operations personnel for biodiesel and ethanol companies.
Hartland Fuel, which is headquartered in Rochester, Minn., is a wholesale petroleum distributor serving the upper Midwest gasoline, diesel fuel, and propane markets. Hartland provides risk management services to end users, commercial producers, other wholesalers and farm cooperatives.
In support of Hartland's biodiesel distribution, sister company TexPar Energy LLC, which is based in Waukesha, Wis., will be providing rail cars scheduling and logistics. TexPar is supported by its fleet of over 1,300 rail cars.

Re: it could also turn out to be a big nothing. we haven't heard from Mike in a long time. something tells me that deal fell apart.
I refer you to this article dated April 30, 2007. Since you appear to be unwilling or unable to do your own Due Diligence, I point out the following comment by Mr. Garjian "It’s all about creating a sustainable, alternative energy infrastructure in this region,” he said, explaining that Vee-Go is prepared to move forward aggressively with the plan to introduce biofuel to Western Mass."
Fueling the Imagination
Ideas for New Energy and Economy Introduced Through Vee-Go and E2M
By JACLYN C. STEVENSON
Michael Garjian is moving forward with two initiatives aimed at increasing the use of green energy and improving the overall economy.
To begin explaining his latest venture, inventor and entrepreneur Michael Garjian turned to the words of author Kurt Vonnegut, who passed away just last month.
He said, ‘denial is the 51st state,’” Garjian quoted.
It’s a sentiment that gives Garjian, of Easthampton, a little extra energy as he moves ahead with two new, innovative business plans. The first is geared toward creating and marketing sustainable fuel products. The second, a more lofty initiative, is devised to address issues within the global economy, and to introduce a new model that gives the power of distributing funds to communities, not corporations.
“The world is changing,” said Garjian, “and we need to be thinking about that, and doing something.”
To lead the way, Garjian, who left a career in product conception and manufacturing in 2000, founded Vee-Go (Vegetable Energy Group LLC) in 2005, incorporating in 2006.
The venture’s initial product is Vee-Go Energy Pellets, which are made from converting inedible waste produced when processing grains — wheat, soy, sunflower, or rapeseed, for example — into fuel.
The pellets, designed for pellet stoves, just hit the market this month in the region, and represent the first such product manufactured locally; Garjian said Vee-Go has forged partnerships with a number of local farmers in Massachusetts and Connecticut, using feedstock to create the pellets, and the new use for grain byproducts is creating a new revenue stream for the local agriculture industry.
“All of our materials are purchased within a 100-mile radius,” said Garjian, adding that the pellets burn cleaner than wood and are also less expensive.
But the pellet sales are just the tip of the proverbial iceberg for Garjian. In the coming years, he hopes to produce and market biofuels as well, in particular to the area’s utility companies.
“It’s all about creating a sustainable, alternative energy infrastructure in this region,” he said, explaining that Vee-Go is prepared to move forward aggressively with the plan to introduce biofuel to Western Mass.
Gaining Speed
In January, the company signed a memorandum of understanding with the U.S. Sustainable Energy Corp. (USSE, a publicly traded company); its subsidiary, Sustainable Power Corp.; and E2M.org, an entity also created by Garjian with the goal of introducing a new economic model (more on that later).
The group will serve as a green electricity consortium in the region, which could become the largest such group in the Northeast, providing wholesale green energy and generation plants to public and municipal electricity buyers throughout the state.
The electricity itself, Garjian explained, will be generated through a “revolutionary” process, developed by John Rivera, CEO of the USSE, that produces liquid biofuel and biogas, and leaves behind an organic fertilizer as a byproduct. Garjian said the process also produces three times more biofuel than other green fuel processes, and has an efficacy similar to petroleum diesel.
“We’re prepared to sell to major utility companies at 10% below the lowest fossil fuel price,” he said, noting that offer is slated to remain for the next 10 to 20 years. “The utility companies in this area have been unbelievably amenable to the prospect of new energy sources.”
That’s encouraging to Garjian on a few levels. First, it suggests that his soon-to-be introduced product has a viable audience to which he can sell, further expanding Vee-Go’s presence in the alternative energy arena.
But beyond that, Garjian said increased interest in Vee-Go’s products also benefits E2M, the non-profit organization he founded in 2000 and now promotes actively as “the soul of Vee-Go.”
It’s Elementary
Garjian describes E2M as “the invention of an idea,” and the inventing process is one with which he’s very familiar.
He holds nine worldwide patents, including one for a tubeless neon light source, and he served as the president and CEO of Neon Technologies in Chicopee until 2000, when the company closed.
“In the late 1990s, the Asian economy collapsed, and that affected Neon,” he explained, noting that a Japanese corporation that had invested heavily in his company was forced to withdraw that support. “We couldn’t make up that quick loss of cash flow.”
Garjian liquidated the company — noting that first, he helped his employees find jobs elsewhere — and started thinking about his next venture.
“I decided I didn’t want to invent an object — I’d already done that,” he said. “I wanted to invent a concept.”
His attention turned to sustainable energy, but later broadened to include the local and global economies at large, and an idea began to take shape: a pilot for a sustainable economic model, which became E2M — an Economic Model for Millennium 2000.
“Our current economic system is not sustainable,” he said. “I thought, it doesn’t make sense to build sustainable businesses and energy infrastructures in an unsustainable economy. So I created E2M to serve as a regional model for sustainable, community capitalism.”
To succeed, the E2M model requires equal participation from communities and corporations. Garjian said he’s looking to recruit companies to become ‘E2M-certified,’ which, in short, requires that they make a 5% to 20% contribution of their profits to the community, and set aside an additional 5% to 20% for purchase or sharing with employees. These businesses can be existing companies, or newly formed by entrepreneurs to fit into the E2M model.
A non-profit organization has been designated to manage the funds contributed by various firms — the Regional Economic Council (REC). The funds received from a given business are then disseminated to a number of charitable organizations, 50% of which are voted on and approved by the employees of E2M-certified businesses.
According to Garjian’s proposal, 75% of the remainder is distributed across the local region by the REC; 20% is distributed nationally, and 5% globally.
That process, he said, was formulated to keep the majority of dollars local (“acting locally has the greatest effect globally,” he said), and to create new lines of communication between the region and communities around the globe. That, in turn, said Garjian, will help the E2M international network grow. He said he’d like to see the capital generated and distributed lead to the formation of new businesses, both locally and beyond.
“Western Mass. is the first region where the E2M model is being tested,” he said, “and it will look different in every region it reaches. What is important is that the model is representative of the local community, and understands its needs.”
Winning the Human Race
“E2M creates a sort of oneness,” he added. “It’s a sign of a tipping point — this is where we decide if, as humans, we want to be controlled by corporations, or if we want our communities to be in control.”
Garjian created Vee-Go to serve as E2M’s flagship company, and he hopes that, as its biofuel arm is launched, the unique economic model he’s devised can be proven out.
“We’re using energy to create economic sustainability,” he said. “We know that we can sell our biofuel — there’s a market for it for the long term. Plus, I think everybody wants this to happen, and we’re ready to move forward.
As Kurt Vonnegut would say, “so it goes.”

Re: Are they solid deals....
The MA Consortium is currently a Menorandum of Understanding that could turn out to absolutely huge. The Illinois Biofuel deal is a signed Joint Venture with Groundbreaking scheduled for June 14, they might have Reactors running and producing before plant construction, since they have existing buildings on the site. Agri Max is currently and has been producing and selling in Texas. There is good reason to believe that JR has been there and personally tweaking the plant.
Information on the 3 deals has been gathered in one place for easy perusing. There are over 45 Links. Feel free to read the links and come to your own conclusions. That is what the links are for. Get the facts from reliable, accurate information, not rumors from questionable sources.

Re: Drive By Natchez
I am sure that if one was to drive by Natchez, they would see lots of activity as they are working steadily to get the plant producing at peak production. However, Natchez just might not be the site where all the action is currently.
Do not forget, we have deals the Massachusetts Consortium in Massachusetts and New England area, Illinois Biofuel Group LLC in Princeton, Illinois and Agri Max Fuels, LLC in Channelview Texas. The word from a fairly credible source is that JR spent last week in Texas working at the plant, and blending fuels.
