Yes we are down since the trade show SG, but the on-line order taking system is up and running and the company is set to start shipping units right after the first of the year (which is only a couple of weeks away). It will be a while until we can learn some revenue figures, but there is no reason for worry right now.
S_T never has made any sense Slo. What he has made is a fool of himself.
Let me see if I have this straight. Since stock_traitor issued his ridiculous threat to dump his supposed 430,000 shares and drive this stock down, the bid has done nothing but edge up.
No. I put it up as useful information for true investors interested in this comapny. Not for ignorant people like you.
Chill out Madam Moderator. There will be good developments down the road. Who are you going to put in place of the guys that own the patent and know the company and product? And, as for your rant this morning about the share price, I note that when you were complaining the total $$$ volume of the trade had been at most $6,000 for the entire day. Hardly a sell-off that should have set you off.
Received this announcement from IR this morning on the Fox Business appearance. There is a live webcast if you do not get Fox Business on your cable feed:
UTRM is scheduled to be on the FOX Business Channel Happy Hour Show on Thursday, Dec. 17 @ 5:40 PM
For those investors who do not receive FOX Business on their cable plan, there is a Live Stream available at:

Ignore him Slo. He is unworthy of credence.
No. I can't justify the airfare, hotel and time out of the office given what I have already lost on paper in this thing. I thought things were looking up a while back, and I may still be OK as my basis in the total position is .39, but who knows.
Anyone else considering withholding their share vote from the entire Board of Directors as a protest?
Stock_Traitor: Are you nuts? First you claim to have had a limit order in to sell at .03, when anyone knows that if such an order had been placed it would have filled immediately as the trade was all above that level. Then, you further evidence your complete lack of any credibility by claiming that your order was partially filled at .03, when the low trade of the day on any exchange was .0361. Quit trying to BS everyone.
SG: I share some of your frustration, but I felt better after contacting IR today, and learning more about the booked revenues and the rapidly increasing revenue stream for the current quarter. The FDA approval is very recent, and I think we have to give this some time to develop. I do not believe the insiders are ignorant or stupid, and they were buying the stock last time the quiet period ended and they were able to go into the market and buy. And, they were buying at a PPS well above the current share price. Their most recent buys were between 10/28/09 - 10/30/09, and were at prices between $2.25 - $2.42. I think we need to stay tuned.
Stock last traded at .042 and is going the other way. Fat chance of anyone getting in at .03 right now.
See post 168. Good point on the insiders potentially buying more stock when the quiet period lifts, etc.. They were buying at $2.38+ a couple of months ago, so you would think they would be buying again when the next window comes up.
Q: Everyone knows that all the negative posts on the YAHOO board come from you and your proven multiple ID's. You were exposed over there long ago. Any sensible person left that board long ago due to not wanting to be involved in your one-man circus over there.
FWIW: I contacted IR this morning to request clarification on the revenue per unit issue and the revenue figures for the quarterly report issued this morning. Here is what I heard back.
$50,000 is the average retail price of the units, but what the company receives depends on the client and size of the orders. Overseas orders yield lower revenue to the company due to middlemen, etc. US orders yield the highest revenue to the company, so the more units shipped in the US the higher the revenue going forward. In the recently completed quarter reported on this morning, 10 units were sold in Italy, and the company only makes $5,000 - $7000 per unit on those. 2 units were initially leased to "the Rhode Island" group, but these will be booked as full completed sales in the current quarter. The company received $85,000 in nonrefundable deposits from a US group during the quarter that did not count toward revenue because they had not yet been shipped, but will be shipped this quarter and and be included in the next reported revenue.
The most positive thing I heard back was this. The majority of the 53 currently pending orders are US orders, and one of the US orders involves 10 units to be shipped per month.
Most large shareholders would know that there is no such person as "Hirschman" involved. Are you referring to Kip Hirschbach?
Q is MSwinnt. That had already been established.
CONIX: You have followed CTT as closely as anyone. Your thoughts on the release this morning?
Q: You claim that AXTG has lost the trust of its shareholders? You are not in a position to claim anything like that. You have admitted you don't own any stock. I bet you do not even know anyone who owns AXTG. I know several large shareholders, and not one of them has lost trust in the company or the stock.
I think the key phrase in the report is that the booked revenue for the quarter was a combination of customer deposits, leases and sales. Most of the 17 units shipped must have yielded only a deposit or a lease payment in the quarter. But, those deposits should be followed by full payment in the current quarter, etc.
I had understood that the machines sell for $50,000 a piece. At least that is what I had understood from posts on this board.
Disappointing start to the week. Hope tomorrow is a better day.
Nothing specific. But, when a stock like this goes this long without any news I think it is due for something to break. And, as I said last week, I understand from IR that Mr. Erickson and Mr. Hirschbach are working very hard on a number of fronts to move the company forward. I have no reason to doubt that.
Madam Moderator: Your recent spate of negative posts is quite curious and perplexing. You are the Moderator of this Board, and based on your history of posts, you have indicated that you own upwards of 600,000 shares of AXTG. So, this begs the question as to why you would be posting so many negative posts of late, after having been relatively quiet for so long. Either you don't own the shares, in which case you were less than truthful, or you do own the shares and would seemingly have nothing to gain from such statements. Why would any sane person who owns that much stock post so negatively? Why not just keep your negative thoughts to yourself, wait for positive developments and hope for the best? Or, if you don't own significant shares of the stock, why would you take such delight in jacking with people who have serious money at risk? FWIW: My hunch is that you do still own the stock in a big way, and you want to average your PPS way down in the anticipation of positive news. I think the only reason you are posting so many negative posts right now, is that you want to get the price down and make a big play for a major pop on the expected positive news. Just a hunch, and IMHO.
Agree Conix. Thanks for staying on top of this for us and for re-printing the blog post. Great stuff. I am looking forward to a great week for CTT.
We also need to remember that this is not a mature company hitting a 52-week low this week, but rather a small startup getting ready to ship its new, potentially game changing product for the first time. I do not like the current PPS, but believe patience is the key right now.
Slo: why don't you call IR (they do answer the direct line we gave you)? In response to my inquiry as to what the company is doing, IR indicates that they are getting geared up to fill and ship the orders coming in on the on-line order site, and from the recent dental meeting, which orders should begin to ship right after the first of the year. IR again states that no insider has or is selling stock, as all stock held by current insiders is restricted and cannot currently be traded. They do not know who may be selling the stock.
I think someone was onto something, however, on this board a while back, in stating that there can't be too many possibilities out there who would have a large block of stock to sell at these levels, or to give away to PSC, etc. But, if you trace back through the reports, it appears that at the time of the reverse merger/reverse split the company was merged into a non-operating shell, and that the owner(s) of the shell received a block of stock in lieu of cash for the shell. But at what price? A low enough price to sell at these levels? Who knows? Just a guess, but could the individual or individuals who received that stock maybe be a good candidate for who is selling of late?
In any event, while the current situation and stock price is disappointing, it dawns on me that this may be a bittersweet opportunity for anyone with enough guts to buy more stock in large quantities at this price. I am tapped out right now, but I never thought there would be an opportuninty to double your money in this stock at .075 - .08 per share. I wish I had not spent my UTRM wad at .062 - .074.
I do too HH, but let's hope so. This business of seemingly setting a new 52-week low evey day is getting old. Particularly when this month was supposed to be such a breakout month for the stock following the big dental meeting in New York. I plan to contact IR today to inquire as to what the company plans to do to stem the tide of the dropping stock price.
Agree with you louisa. It is pure Hell rding this roller coaster. But I will hold for the long term, as I only need to get back up to .38 to get back to even.
I have not seen anyone "hyping" this stock of late.
It is my understanding that they are continuing to sell the original ballast product. According to IR there have been ongoing installations of the original ballast product.
I have owned WAVX for over 10 years. Nice to see the action of late. Is this becoming a momentum stock? We may have to call attention to WAVX on some of the IHUB momentum and breakout boards.
Interesting. Sounds like a major player doing some bottom fishing. What price was he in on the bid? At some point in the not to distant future (when the Q comes out) he may hopefully have to up his bid if he wants that much stock. P.S. I increased my position today at 2.039/sh. I look at this as a great buying opportunity on a timely investment, getting in well below where the insiders were recently buying the stock earlier this fall.
They also require patience, and fare better when there are patient long term investors involved, as opposed to short term traders. Things will sift out here, and the new year should bring significant orders.
Thanks for the info. Good point, in that better to have the seller out before expected positive news.
Seems to have stabilized aroung .044 Still very disappointing, but let's also remember that the total dollar volume of today's trading as of noon Eastern Time was only around $25,000, i.e. not that significant in terms of the big picture long term.
I think what Mr. Hogue brings to the table is both experience and expertise in a number of areas, and more important, his excellent contacts with regard to significant new financing or a strategic investor. We all realize that additional capital will be needed to roll out the new products on the scale that management wants to move forward, and in the manner many of us believe needs to take place.
Agree Southern. The lack of any significant news or follow through from the show in New York last week is disappointing. It appears there is either someone with significant shares selling, or there are a lot of short term traders throwing in the towel. This apparently will take more time and patience, but I still think the product is a breakthrough product, and it sounds like the pre-orders taken at the convention may have been significant from some reports. It would be nice to get some concrete figures though.
Looked like one major chunk sold off right near open. Back up above $2.00 shortly thereafter. I predict that whoever sold off a chunk today will look pretty silly within a few weeks when the expected Q report comes out. This should be the initial quarter of significant revenue based on the 17 units shipped right near the end of the quarter. And, it should only improve dramatically from there.
I have talked with him. He is the one who responded to my inquiries last week. P.S. sorry about the multiple posts. I have to remember this is not like going through e-mails and responding to every one.
