Yes - a good sign. Actually the PPS is holding up quite well after the run-up of the last 2 days. Getting ready for the assault on $3.
Whatever or whoever shakerzzz is, he does not appear to have posted anything on UTRM anywhere on IHUB in over 24 hours. The bid (.033) and PPS appear to be holding up nicely today. That seems to be a good sign, and there does not appear to be any "pump" going on.
I'm looking for progress across the board. IMO, this company is poised for substantial growth and progress in the months ahead.
Last trade (real time) at $2.80 equals highest daily close price YTD. Can we bust through and set a new higher daily close in the final 7 minutes? Hope so.
Whatever! In any event nice early volume today:

riz: can't respond to PM's, but don't think so.
Told by whom? What is basis for prediction?
UTRM - Why next week shakerzzz?
It is positive that stock is up +19% on such light volume. Total $$$ volume for the day is still less than $10,000. Imagine what the stock can do if we ever get news and real $$$ come into the stock.
UTRM: Amazing UTRM can have this kind of gain on such light volume - total $$$ volume is less than $10,000 for the day. Think of what this puppy can do if we get some real serious $$$ coming in at some point.
UTRM - even though it pulled back from last week's run at .04, one of these times it will bust through and then it's Katy bar the door. When this one runs it runs (as high as .15 in last 6 months). Once it goes it will be too late to get on the train.
UTRM hit .04 last week, but of course fell back under .03 again. But the thing with these type of stocks is, once the train leaves the station you can't catch up to it or chase it. IMO, one of these times UTRM is going to spike up over .03 and keep going. My theory is that the stock has traded much higher than this in the last 6 months (.07 - .15), and from here .06 is a double - .09 is a triple.
slo: if you are not invested here, then why do you hang around the board all the time? And, why would you be literally begging for someone to call the company today?
Thanks for the response flag. You never know with these pinks.
Slo: You have now posted 3 times asking for OTHERS to call the company. Have you ever contacted IR or the company? I have contacted them several times and posted what I learned. I do not like to call them all the time. I am not worried based on what I have learned from prior inquiries.
flagreg: Best of luck elsewhere, but I am wondering what caused you to pull the trigger yesterday, after your "green today, hurray" post late Tuesday? Hope you didn't get out too quick, but also acknowledge that this morning's +11.5% can reverse itself and evaporate quickly. However, I have to believe we are close to some sort of news or update from the company re: status of negotiations with distributors, shipments, etc. Then again, who knows with a pink.
This AXTG chart shows a few more things. The Volume by Price red bars on the left axis shows the prices and volumes. The long red bar shows the overhang where alot of buyers bought and sellers sold. A lot of times, people who bought in and see it go lower decide to get out when they break even. Hence, the potential for an overhang. When you get past these overhangs, the theory is that there is the potential for less selling.
Often. Not saying all the time.
But what is clear on this 1 year chart is that AXTG is right at the 200 Day Moving Average--which alot of chart traders like to see before they buy in on a break through the 200 DMA. Most people have heard of 200DMA breakouts. And the Money Flow Index has been rising too.
I know I am just talking technicals--and I know what the fundamentals need to be to really get things going. But it is just my opinion that the Fat Lady has not begun to sing on AXTG. And, I think that we sometimes forget that we may be most interested in sales etc., but everyone here have seen stocks run up on just traders getting in and they do not care what business they are buying into. But I am betting on some news coming out of the company that will satisfy both the investors and the traders.
Disclaimer: I could be wrong. Just like everyone else posting here. LOL

I am still a holder of a substantial position and have been a holder for over 10 years. I first acquired shares when it was Kiewit D Stock (KIWT) trading over the counter in Omaha. I have averaged down my PPS to around $7, but you can tell how frustrated and angry I am. There are a lot of fine people in the Omaha area whose lives and retirements have been ruined over the Scott/Crowe folly and debacle that is Level 3.
Right. IF they ever reduce the debt, which is doubtful. Not to mention the fact that the insiders have really been in this thing to milk it for all its worth, on the backs of the long-time loyal shareholders. Go back and add up how much $$$$ Crowe and the other insiders have taken out of this company since it was spun off from Kiewit as the Kiewit Diversified Group in the late 1990's. The sums paid out to the top executives and outside directors over that time frame are outrageous, given the pitiful performance of the company as a whole. Stated bluntly, this has been Crowe's and others' cash machine and they have profited to the tune of hundreds of millions of $$$ over the past 10-12 years. And to think that the stock once sold for over $130/share. Just shameful and pitiful.
So, Prescott has nearly doubled its holdings since the first of the year.
Excellent points. I am aware of some of them. And, yes - CTT has shown that when it runs up it runs up hard and fast. Don't know when but it will happen again.
I don't know about that Powerfade, but I do believe AXTG is headed higher, perhaps much higher, in the near term, based on the recent trading and stock accumulation data. I recently pulled some accumulation data for several stocks over at stockcharts.com. I am not a member, so it won't let me pull anything but a default chart over here. But, if you go on and pull up a custom chart for AXTG, using as your 3 custom indicators "Accum./Dist." "Chaikin Money Flow" and "Money Flow Index" you get a very interesting chart that clearly shows strong recent accumulation in AXTG. That should be a positve going forward.
They are quarterly updates. This one was as of Dec. 31, 2009, and the prior one was as of Sept. 30, 2009. It would not make sense that Prescott would be selling any of its accumulated holdings. My guess, and it is just speculation, is that the selling is most likely coming from Fusion Capital on their Equity Line of Credit to the company. It is known that CTT has not in the past been cash flow positive and that the company has an equity line of credit from Fusion, whereunder it issues shares in exchange for the financing. My guess is that Fusion typically sells the shares it gets in exchange for financing over time, and there has been an increase in the shares outstanding of 270,000 shares as the comapany ramped up following FDA approval. Who knows, but my guess is that is where the selling has come from, and I do not view it as a major concern going forward.
The institutional ownership data for Competitive Technologies (CTT) was just updated. Institutional holders now represent over 13% of the shares outstanding. From the last filing the largest holder,Prescott Group has increased their CTT holdings by 459,000 shares (a147% increase).

We're through the resistance at 2.41 from Clay's video chart from last week, but we seem to be bumping up against 2.45. It will be interesting to see where it goes if we can bust through 2.45 strong.
AXTG breaking out on strong momentum - showing signs of potential for strong run.
Encouraging early share volume (57,000+ in first 35 minutes) and upward trade, indicating the lack of any significant sellers out there. But no one has hit on the new ask of .16 yet. Hopefully better days are ahead.
Nice strong surge up to 2.30 at the close.
Excellent points Blue.
Once is clearly not enough.
Volume is very light, but I will take the nice increase in PPS. The trade today thus far would seem to evidence the lack of any significant sellers out there.
Eagle: the difference here is that you actually have something substantive and constructive to say when you post. I appreciate your participation on this board. P.S. Note the encouraging new updates to the ibox info. above. IMO, we are on the verge of some positive developments and announcements from the company.
She doesn't understand that the UTRM units would be purchased by the hotel/convention industry, or the convention and visitors bureau, to be given away as promotional items. Any sales are good sales. UTRM has a very bright future.
Your questions would be better directed to the company, Ma'am. I simply posted the apparent IR update I found on the Momentum Players IHUB Board, as I did not receive it. But, as I read the update, you are missing the point, namely that the units would be purchased by the hospitality and convention industry, with potential assistance from the Las Vegas Water Authority, to be GIVEN AWAY to visitors as a promotional item. I had thought the primary market for the product would be overseas, but believe the news of these new potential markets in the US is a positive.

Something is up with UTRM
Just got this from IR. I was on their list. Almost says "Stay tuned--you will get your news". Almost is a pre-announcement on the Vet thing.
To UTRM shareholders:
UTRM management is aware that it has been some time since the company has issued a press release on corporate developments. The company would like to give a quick update to its shareholders and potential investors that have opted in to the UTRM e-mail list.
Go Green Expo and Distributor Meetings
We have received phone calls and e-mails with questions on what transpired at the Go Green Expo in Los Angeles. At the Expo, the company obtained additional local press coverage and were approached by a number of retail store buyers interested in adding the Aquafree (TM) toothbrush to their retail mix in the U.S. These qualified leads are being pursued with the goal to obtain orders in the near future. In addition, the company has met again with three distributors with proven distribution networks which have a focus on dental supplies.
Potential with the Convention and Casino/Hotel Industry in Las Vegas
UTRM management met with a number of hotels and casinos in Las Vegas a few days after the Expo. There is a very significant opportunity in Las Vegas, where scarce water resources has provided UTRM with a very promising market with the potential of frequent reorders for the Aquafree toothbrush as a promotional item from the hospitality and convention industry. With the number of visitors coming into Las Vegas daily, the Aquafree toothbrush can have a major impact on water usage in the Las Vegas area. The company has already met with the Water Authority of Las Vegas for assistance in penetrating this market.
As a reminder, when contracts are signed, both purchasing contracts and distributor agreements, they will be announced through press releases. The company will not announce signed Letter of Intents (LOI's)--only definitive contracts. When the company obtains a signed contract, a press release will be issued. When approved by the other party, the company will include projected revenues or unit totals for each contract in the press releases.
Veterinary Application--Aquafree Toothbrush Brand Extension
UTRM management would like to thank those shareholders and interested investors who have called and e-mailed the company regarding the possibility of extending the Aquafree brand to a veterinary application. UTRM has plans to introduce a Aquafree toothbrush for dogs and cats once the company's main distribution of the Aquafree toothbrush has been established.
The veterinary application has the potential to be a lucrative ancillary market. One of the reasons pet owners do not try to brush their pet's teeth periodically is because of the "juggling" required between putting toothbrush on the brush, prying the pet's mouth open without losing the toothpaste and finally brushing. The Aquafree toothbrush would simplify this procedure. The easier the procedure, the more pet owners brushing their pet's teeth.
As noted in a recent article: "Periodontal disease, an infection of the gums, is incredibly common in pets, and it can be quite serious," explains Dr. Niemiec, a board certified veterinary dental specialist. "It's estimated that by the age of two, 80 percent of dogs and 70 percent of cats have some form of periodontal disease. Periodontal infections have been linked to diabetes, heart attacks, strokes, kidney disease and other life threatening disorders. The best way to prevent periodontal disease is by regularly brushing your pet's teeth and by regularly visiting your veterinarian."
