explosive detection,
JERUSALEM, June 13, 2006 - IDenta Corp. (OTC Pink Sheets: IDTA - News) confirmed today that its recently announced new product line is being developed to detect the presence of extremely explosive materials. The announcement was timed to coordinate with Identa's successful completion of extensive research and prototype development on the new explosive detectors. The yet-to-be-named product line is expected to open significant new markets for the company both with Homeland Security in the United States, and with law enforcement agencies around the world.
"We believe we are in the final stages of introducing the most advanced and reliable on-site proprietary explosive detector on the market today," announced IDenta CEO Yaacov Shoham. "These are pro-active products that can potentially save countries millions of dollars, severe anguish, and tremendous loss of life. I am very proud that our technical advisors and product development team have combined their scientific expertise and IDenta's proven on-site testing solutions to create products that will detect these very dangerous explosive materials before they can fulfill their devious purposes."
Identa's new products will be able to detect at least five of the most serious of explosive materials including triacetone triperoxide (TATP), which has also been labeled in news stories as the "Mother of Satan". Initial tests have confirmed that IDenta's new products can successfully identify these dangerous substances based on testing sample sizes of less than one gram. The company is nearing completion of additions to its manufacturing facilities. Production and product deliver is expected to commence within the next three months.
For further information about TATP see: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/TATP
I emailed them and asked,
"I noticed on your website that you listed 2001 as the year of the agreement with Digital Focus. I remember that the news release about that agreement came out in Dec.99. Why is the date on the website incorrect?"
The reply was,
"No I beleive that you are thinking of DFMI (which is a separate Company). This is the Agreement we refer to which was signed between the parties in 2001"
midas,
Not sure but Yaacov mentioned July as a very important month. He wouldn't say any more about it but seemed very excited about the progress that was being made in many areas. Mike
midas,
my guess is end of July. Mike
Email from the company,
Stated
"Yes you can expect to see changes to the website and further press releases before the start of the World Cup".
chucker,
it's supposed to be there. new kit is "not" in same class as all other kits.
Chucker,
No mistake, Identa is branching out into other products. Did you read the headline?
"IDenta Enters New Scientific Field"
Yaacov didn't announce which one it was but there was some speculation on one of the threads, maybe RB. Their business plan summary from a couple years ago mentioned other interests they had. Mike
wally,
I had called the T/A several months ago and it was still 100 million o/s. I will call again today. I emailed them last night to see if they were using fractals and had any relationship with DFMI. This one really took off last time. Mike
not a ghost company anymore,

pamo,
The key is Millennium. They researched the product and also the market to a large degree before they decided to take on this marketing. They pretty much know that they are going to penetrate the market to a large degree. This was the alliance that Yaacov spoke about in previous releases. With Millennium and APH doing the retail, I expect to see a tremendous amount of sales by July. MHO Mike
good news today,
U.S. State Department Submits Second Order for IDenta Drug Detection Products
May 17, 2006 10:23:00 AM
JERUSALEM, May 17 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- IDenta Corp. (OTC Pink Sheets: IDTA - News) announced today that it has received its second order from the U.S. Department of State. The transaction was completed through its U.S. representative, Millennium Security Solutions (MSS). This is the second order for IDenta's drug detection products from the State Department in the last 30 days, and is reported to be substantially larger than the first contract.
"We are building confidence in two significant areas with the Federal Government," explained Michael Phipps, CEO of Millennium Security Solutions (MSS). "First we had to build the confidence that IDenta's products could do the job in the field, and by receiving this order in such a short period of time, we know the products are performing exactly as represented. Second, we are building confidence in IDenta's ability to deliver significant orders within the agreed timeframe. We have been assured by IDenta executives that these size orders are well within their current production and delivery capabilities."
This State Department order is believed to be headed for an unnamed country in southeast Asia. The first order was destined for Central America. There are no firm estimates of the total U.S. government expenditures on drug detection products such as IDenta's, but is expected to exceed $50 million per year.

midas,
Several of us discussed that a while back, not sure if anyone brought it to him at that time but it is a very good idea. I think they are already working on at least one other test. Still waiting for the Meth to hit the market. Should give us a boost. take care, Mike
midas,
Many of those trades today at .01 appeared to be sells, but the MM'S held the bid at .01. Normally it would drop on very few trades. The ones getting out were probably ones who turned a small profit. I expect another PR very soon and am looking for momentum to get this thing to a higher level. It has held very solid between .008 and .01 for quite some time and think it is about ready to go to a new level as things start to unfold rather quickly. I hope to hear an update about France before too long and feel that "fruits of his labors" will be realized soon. The signing of APHGroup in my opinion was huge as they will aggressively market the product to many retail sectors. In my opinion, this signing is on a par with the Millenium signing and will prove to be very beneficial. Mike
Mike,
i am doing great, starting monday i will release at least one pr every week, i have a lot of good
news, even i will say exciting!!!!!
best regards,
yaacov
wally,
Someone is slowly buying up this stock. I checked with the T/A several weeks ago and the O/S is still 100 million, which it was during it's runup to 2.87 in 1999. Last I talked to Dave Elliot was about 18 months ago and he said they weren't dead. (His number has since been disconnected). That they had a codec and were finishing developing it. Don't know if there's any truth to that or not. If you know anything about this story, it was DFMI that ended up with the codec from Iterated and they were developing it. DFMI and TMMI ended up in court and TMMI seemingly lost the codec because of nonpayment to the best of my recollection. Haven't seen a pump anywhere but someone has been making buys up to 50k at a time. The domain TMMinc.com has recently been registered according to domainsnext.com. MHO, Mike
Richie,
You are correct. Here is what I got from Randy;
"Look for a steady stream of news coming in the near future"
Mike
IDTA getting some volume today. Looking for news this week
Hey Midas and all,
Guess RB is gone or at least down, so I decided to come over here. Looking for a very good 2006 for IDenta. Mike
