The x-dividend date was never announced so nobody really knows what is going on here.Since they never announced it,they might give everybody another chance to buy and receive the dividends;but who knows.
Except our shares will probably be restricted,so the only way to invest now in this deal(short term) is through ONTV.
go to their website
On their website why dont they show the streaming video, which would be more impressive, instead of these photos? It does not make sense to me.They should show their best.
I went to the site and saw the demo which is pretty cool. From point to point they can show snapshots of where you are.My question is,is it possible to watch real time as if you were watching a video? Or are snapshots the best they can do right now?
John, I think that you have been very helpful to us all and we all appreciate your DD.I am surprised though that you in turn are not grateful to CSI for all the time and DD that he has been doing to give us all another perspective on this company and technology. We are all here for the same reason(I hope)and we can use all the input that we can get.Johns take on this stock gives me alot of hope and CSIs take helps me to keep those hopes in check. Thanks to John I might get rich and thanks to CSI I wont lose my shirt.THANKS GUYS
THANKS
Thanks again CSI, I am looking forward to Johns response. From what you said though it sounds like regardless of which technology is better that the high price of SSTYs scanner will limit its success. In todays world of high technology isnt it possible for SSTY to solve this problem and come up with a scanner that costs less? And if the scanners were of equal price would you then be interested in SSTY?
THANKS
John,I am sure that you read CSI-GUYS message #2294.What is your take on what he had to say? You and he seem to be the most educated in this area and I was wondering if you agree with what he had to say.
Where did you hear it was 1 for 1 with the dividend?
I dont think 1 year from the date the stock was bought but instead 1 year from the date the dividend was issued.
CSI, thanks for all the information. It sounds like there are some positives and some negatives. The only thing that was not very clear is whether you would invest in this company or not.Considering everything (pps, etc), if you could invest in only 1 of the companies that you mentioned, which 1 would it be?Also, are you going to invest in SSTY and if so agressively or just a little bit.
CSI- thanks for the response. So which technology do you consider the best between SSTY and APDN?
John, What are the advantages of SSTY over APDN?.It seems like they have the same technology. And how is it that both companies have patents for the same technology? What differentiates 1 from the other? I would appreciate any insights that you may have regarding these questions. Thanks
Jim Stop Loss
I agree, but if you look at Jims postings and you see which boards he posts on, then you will see that he is only interested in PLNI.I just wanted to know why would somebodys only stock be 1 that he does NOT like.
Jim,I appreciate your input and it cetainly seems that you know what you are talking about, but I dont understand why you stick with this stock. On 1 hand you are negative towards PLNI but at the same time I dont see you being involved with other stocks. What am I missing?Personally, when I lose confidence in a company,I sell and move on.This does not seem to be your case. Can you please explain? I realize that you dont have to like a company to be able to make money. But what seems strange to me is that I dont see you having any interest in any other companies or boards.
Jim,everyday you keep posting your strategy which you are happy with, but that doesnt mean it is what the rest of us are looking for.I think alot of us look in the pink sheets for the possibility of getting in early on a future great stock. We are definitely not interested in making $100 a week.We all dream of becoming rich and this is our only shot. For sure the chances are small, but just being able to hope each and everyday makes life alot easier. Some people buy lottery tickets and some put alot of money and hope into companies like PLNI.To each his own.
The MMs are trying to play with peoples heads with this last .oo5 trade. It was a $50 trade for 10,000 shares. The trade before was at .0018
The average trading today was in the .002 range
Zeroluv, I know they have a stake in the new poker channel. They got rid of Kachina Gold and Terra Block. What else do they own?I know TFN is more than just a fight channel but I am not aware of other hodings by BKMP.
Chuck,my read on the 27k was that he bought when it was at the highest pps which means that at the current price he could cut his average in half. For sure if he arrived at 27k by averaging down then thats something different.
It went to .0018 on dividend news.It was getting the interest of people wanting AMSN(suncrest) and not that much interest in TFN.In my opinion it will take major news to get this thing rolling again.Plus,as big a potential that TFN may have,BKMP only owns a small part.
I understand being upset with a company that you have lost money in.But with the issue of diluting,it seems that this is the only way that small companies have a chance of expanding. If they are out of money then it is either that, or declare bankruptcy. With a new company and new technology I think it is normal.Plus it seems that this stock went down due to lawsuits, dishonest exemployees, etc which really is not their fault.(ex.TASR which plunged because of SEC investigation and then 1 year later they say everything is alright.I think shareholders should be able to sue the SEC).If you put 27k into this company then maybe you should take advantage of the current pps to double your number of shares for 5k.Who knows, maybe in 5 years this could be the stock of your life.If you put that much money in this company then you must believe in the technology, and I dont see what has changed.
You state that you KNOW both companies will trade on the BB and not pinks and that the CT will stay with HISC.I dont think this is known yet and it seems to me it would be unlikely that HISC gets to keep the CT because that is mainly what they are bringing to the table.Another thing that hasnt been talked about here is the management team of HISC which I believe is 1 of their biggest assets. It will be interesting to see where they will fall into all of this.Any opinions on this?
Talking about growing up.Whats your problem?John goes to the trouble of doing DD and is willing to share it with us and all you can do is insult the guy.If you dont agree with what he presents then do some of your own DD and prove him wrong.Otherwise, keep your disrespect to yourself.
It seems like the key words are "HISC will be turning over CERTAIN assets".It will be interesting to see exactly what that means.Them keeping the stores does sound like a good guess.
sounds right with maybe lets say 5% in royalties.
The subject today on CNBC is the port security problem and Dubais participation.
You should go to the BKMP board and ask these questions because they all own AMSN. BKMP used to be FCDH and they owned Kachina Gold and Terra Block. When Suncrest Energy acquired these assets they in turn gave a dividend in restricted shares to BKMP shareholders. For each 6 shares of FCDH they received 1 share of AMSN.Since then the AMSN shares have dropped. Also, nobody knows what is happening with AMSN because they have been completely quiet.
I agree that it seems absurd that Saudi Arabia would be in charge of securing our ports but I dont see how that would affect HISC investors. If HISC has tools to help secure our ports cant they be sold and used by foreign countries just as well as US?
I am sure you will receive alot of answers better than mine but my take is this.A month ago all BKMP share holders received restricted shares in this company as a dividend.Which means that in 1 year there will be a major sell off in this stock.I think most people who wanted AMSN were able to get it for almost nothing a month ago through BKMP.It will really take major news to keep the pps up and the company is not coming out with anything.
As I understand it,it was not AVNA making a move but Owlstone Tech. It seems that Owlstone Tech wants to go public with an IPO and they are the ones with the chemical detecters.Owlstone is a subsidiary of AVNA.This could be a good move for SSTY if it were true.
It seems like SSTY will be a type of holding company taking a percentage of the other 2. True Product I.D. will now be the new and improved SSTY.According to the video the current management team was NOT qualified or ready to meet all the demands of the current orders. For this reason they needed to form a new board along with a new CEO.So both True Products ID and Globe Staff will be paying monthly fees to SSTY and that True Pro.ID will be taking over ALL responsibilities currently held by SSTY.
Is there any possibility of TFN becoming a public company? It seems that with all the BKMP people convinced they will become rich by owning just 20%, then why wouldnt TFN go public? Also, for those of us in BKMP it will always be dificult for us to know exactly how much TFN is worth as long as it is private.I know that with the nanotech holding company TINY, that their pps does not really make consideral jumps until some of their private companies go public.Does anybody have any views on this? Thanks
Me too I dont exactly understand how all this works. It seems that the MMs are the ones holding all the naked shorts and that is why they are always trying to minipulate the pps.At the end they will get caught holding some worthless shares but that is the part that is not clear to me.
You cant short a penny stock. There are naked shorts which is not the same thing.
Ameritrade now shows dividends. They show the number of shares but do not show the stock symbol.Instead it shows n/a
Only because they have ambitions to be a blue chip company and if in 2 years they are at just .10-.15 then they will still be on the pink sheets. If they have such a revolutionary technology which I hope they have, then I am hoping for results in the next couple of months.
The 1 thing that you left out was that they see .10-.15 in the NEXT 2 YEARS. I found that disappointing and not a positive.
