AF-Thanks for the update
AF:I have been trying to follow OJ House portfolio but as far as I can see it shows CERP and SHZ as current holdings. I don't think thats accurate.
These are the stocks of interestthat I have on my list as having had recent R/S. I am sure there are lots of others if anyone wants to add to the list or correct this list if I am wrong.

Has the OJ-house portfolio been updated?
AF-How often are you updating OJ portfolio?
AF-Are you still holding CERP?
Has anyone seen this??
We just received notice from the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals that:
The court is of the unanimous opinion that the facts and legal arguments are adequately presented in the briefs and record and the decisional process would not be significantly aided by oral argument. The court orders this matter submitted without oral argument, on December 4, 2012.
There will therefore, be no argument of this case before the open Court; the matter will be decided on the record as it now stands.
Please consider: it may well be that the three Justices assigned to hear this case realized that the issues are well laid out and well briefed; and, perhaps they determined at their pre-argument conference on this case that they were all of one mind - in other words, they already unanimously agree on the result, and there are simply no areas of the law which need to be further discussed.

It is hard to react to for most of us less experienced investors when what appeared to be a positive comment at 12.47:
CERP- I was in yesterday @ .113 & .122
Not many people i know were buying under .11 yesterday...
All the same at these levels if it sees a nice breakout run to .25+
GL:)
Is followed shortly after todays close by the following comment:
CERP- I had to sell most @ .133 for a little profit, holding a few in case this soes run...
I really don't like the trading on it to be honest...
Too much volume and little PPS movement last couple days, something isn't right here.imo
Have a great weekend:)
I know we all have to make our own trading decisions but we also count on the moderators for guidance. To me this was confusing. Still holding CERP with a small loss at this point.
$stockfather -why do you these China stocks are so undervalued?
Cj-do you worry about the trading halts that have occurred on some China stocks. I got stuck in SCEI and don't want. That to happen again.
DEER SGOC SCEI
No I didn't buy CALI. It looked too good to be true. I do own another undervalued China stock (CNTF).
I saw that you sent me 2 messages concerning my question on stock scanners. I received your 2nd message
"I use it after hours to check the daily winners and losers. Remember stocks move up and the move down. Figure out where they're going when you put a trade on and it doesn't matter if its going higher or lower."
For some reason I did not receive the first message. Could you please sent it to my email address recon6@ix.netcom.com
Thanks for your help.
Thanks for your answer on CALI. Could you please help with scans. Do you use finviz? if not what do you use and how do you set your scans up?
Could you please give me your opinion on CALI. Recently went through a reverse split. Below is a post by $stockfather on the Goodfellows board.
Also do you use Finviz for scans. If so how do you set it up?
CALI- Most undervalued stock I've seen in a very long time...IMO
Q3 Earnings announcement expected next Thursday 11/15/2012
1. It's a China company listed on the American markets.
2. Their margins are extremely thin, however It's currently trading under cash per share and EPS.
Yep that's correct, it's trading under EPS...
Revenue 501.26m
Net income 6.90m
Incorporated 2005
Employees 152
Average volume 61.85k
Shares outstanding 3.69m
Free float 2.05m
P/E 0.90
Market cap 6.28m
EPS 1.88
Cash flow per share 2.02
Book value per share 16.06
The company just did a 1 for 6 R/S to remain listed on the Nasdaq so i find it very unlikely they will go "DARK" in the near future. I think there is a good chance we see it go private based on how grossly undervalued it is on the current markets.
JMHO
Matt-Are you still adding to NTS?
When is the R/S effective.?
AF-HUSA?
HUSA-Yesterday everyone was talking about this. Today nothing
How do you trade a stock like AONE after hours. With ETrade 100000 shares costs over $500 commission
TraderUsa: Do you know how long ZLCS has to maintain $1
matt-What to you think of ZLCS. Chart looks good. I guess the risks are R/S to get the price over $1 then an additional offering like AEZS
2 stocks we have played in the past declare BK this week-AONE SATC. matt is correct we must check for large debt compared to cash
Matt: What do you think of INO
Matt-can you please tell us which bios you do like now
The offering on AEZS was what I was afraid of. That's why its hard to hold these overnight.
Where is AF?
Strass: nice to see you back. Hope everything is well now.
Julius: Thanks for the information on a Rights offering. Do you know if you hold your shares in a brokerage account (E*Trade) will you will have to change the registration of the shares to get the Rights offering.
Can someone explain a rights offering and how if differs from a warrant or buying the stock on the market.
EXM?? Anyone still holding??
Why is no one buying this close to the spinoff??
I am looking at AEZS for a potential post R/S trade. Can you help me and tell me what I should look for. AEZS on Friday the first day trading at the post R/S price it had a low of 2.76 and a high of 3.25. The closing price was 3.09. Friday I bought 300 shares @ 3.11 and another 200 shares @ 2.79. So I have 500 shares at an average of 2.99. I would like to increase this position.
What makes me scared about these R/S stocks is that you can get killed before you can react if they do an additional offering to raise funds at the higher price after the R/S. BPAX that everyone was touting just did a merger and the stock feel a lot. ROSG worked out good because the announced positive news right after the R/S. You just cant know. How do you play these. Just as a day trade or to you hold them longer.
AEZS 1 for 6 RS effective 10/05/2012
AEZS 1 for 6 RR effective 10/05/2012
SKA-The first trade today was 3000 shares @ .005 for a grand total of $15 less commission. Someone must have needed to buy cigarettes.
Looking at the chart it could retrace to the 200MA (0031) which was the breakout point before we get a bounce.
It seems we have had a lot of stocks lately that have not worked as we had thought. Maybe its just the nature of playing these low priced stocks.
PPHM
BPAX
HUSA
AEZS
TraderUsa - I own 10000 shares of ZLCS @ an average price of .78. I know you like this stock and own a big chunk. Why do you think that this stock has not moved when it appears to be very undervalued.
The chart looks like a triple bottom and the full sto appears to be turning up.
Their cash position looks good so there should be no reason for an additional offering anytime soon.
Can't see why is hasn't moved yet. Maybe just patience is required.
