whats different? still says 2011...
Diluter of the year award goes to BBRW...these guys really know how to run a dilution scam. It may have a legit business going on but, it doesn't matter to investors since that won't prop up stock value against billions of shares being dumped. Who is being payed with all those shares also seems suspicious. Their consulting firm who seems to be grossly overcharging them may also be a partner. Looking like money laundering to me....
It worked...I doubt him...
A potential little gem in the making. $XCPT was a custodianship attempt by Small Cap Compliance. They vacated their petition before the hearing date. It turns out the current owner re-instated it with NVSOS as soon as they got notice of the motion filing.
Very tight float of 89 mil.
Elaine Affleck is the CEO and seems adamant about keeping $XCPT.
Stocks to keep an eye on...
$OTOW & $OSKA both have been slowly rising on low volume for 4 to 5 months.
$OSKA: AS 599mil / OS 439mil A custodianship under Barbara Bauman. She has been quietly sitting on it for 2 years.
$OTOW: AS 1bil/OS 87mil Went quiet a couple years back, something has interest in it growing again.
$AMZA is an oil play that pays a dividend. It is prone to GAPs because of the volatility in energy. It recently gapped up over a $1. I am expecting a retracement sooner than later, so buying now may not be wise.
It only took a week to retrace its last GAP down.

Its easy to check. search court cases for Lazars Lawyer Peter Chasey. Don't follow rumor mongers check for yourself. Its a NV company, easy to see if Chasey filed in court....(spoiler alert!!!, he hasn't)
Wish I could figure out what got them interested. I figure it has to be someone who knows the Baumans. Nothing public has happened other than the annual report.
wouldn't bet too much on Lazar looking at it, it is only 4 years dead at best.
I assume (without any evidence) that Lazar sells shells he is heavily invested in under a contract that they cannot wipe out his shares with an RS.
DOH!....getting my tickers and my months screwed up...
well I tried a really big fart...price dropped and I scared my cat...won't try that again...
Guessing nobody cared enough to buy the status report at the court...
I don't think your wrong though...isn't this the company whose owner died and his son got control...and has done nothing to date with it...maybe thats changing.
It can't show up at open if its not on FINRA's daily list. The company setting a date may have been a bit overzealous and unrealistic...FINRA may simply be to busy.
well its SOLSD at the moment....other than that not much to discuss...
A little perspective. Lazar sold QUTR months ago. OTCM still hasn't been changed to reflect this. PFMS has also not been updated at the OTC
A name change is at the SOS only.
FINRA handles ticker symbol changes(not names) and there is no requirement to change that, completely optional.
FINRA processes RS's. They will not process a RS until you satisfy their requirements. Lazars SOLS just had that problem and got the RS on the second try with major changes to it.
(UPCO never got the RS they wanted and seemed to have quit...were they DENIED????)
the wikidiots like to get all anal about terminology and say FINRA doesn't APPROVE or DENY Rs's....if they don't PROCESS it, you been denied until you get it right.(problems with the SS seem to be what stops it usually)
Since the company ain't talking, we have no way of knowing what the status is. They obviously did not get what they wanted when they wanted it.
IF they are not SEC filers they don't need to file an 8k. They do however have to keep OTC current or they still risk suspension(takes forever though, but SEC is trying to speed that up, they really want to get rid of the graveyard Lazar works in)
Earlier this year two companies had fake documents filed with NVSOS. The fraud attempt was caught by the companies and reported within hours. The pump&dump attempt only lasted 1 trading session.
I have received 3 emails from sliverfumes referring to changes at PFMS. Fraud is not going to get away with numerous attempts within days of each other.
OTC giveth...OTC taketh
Gonna need to raise the AS again...only 8bil left...that will only last 3 months at this rate.
I'm starting to try compiling a list of TA's I see on various tickers and see if there is a pattern to who updates corpses and who doesn't. not sure if that will tell me anything useful, but can't hurt.
only on OTC...RSs ive been in on NYSE took 24 hrs and everyone was trading again.
My random PR generating APP will make me more money than this ticker....
got some extra zeros added to my account today, wondering how long it will take them to fix it...
Yea, VIDA & VPRO are hopefuls for me too. I am eyeballing AVTI for illogical reasons...listed CEO was also CEO of PFMS so Lazar knows he can runover him with ease.
uhhmmm....speak for yourself...wifes got a big order sitting down there...
and I might average up a little...just cuz I like round numbers...
OK, well you killed that mystery for me...now i'm bored again...
No, there is no requirement to change ticker when doing an RS
Yes, FINRA does "deny". They will not process an RS if you don't have your feces collated.(just ask SOLS and UPCO)
It will not show up on the daily list until FINRA agree to process it...
The "Transfer Agent Verified Shares Program" might explain it, but I thought that still required a paying client. I thought it was more about making it easier for them to keep that up to date by removing some obstacles for verified TA's.(like TSA Precheck at the airport)
I could understand it if there is some automation going on and the TA just never stopped it despite having no paying client.
Of course a PR is on the way....just a matter of them finding one in the big stack of PR's they haven't used yet...
NVSOS has history of allowing fraudulent documents to be submitted, it was spotted and corrected by the next day though. Highly unlikely this is fake and they have yet to notice.(especially with all the chatter)
Yea, each one is TA verified. To me that means someone is spending money on them to keep them afloat.
No, I find OTC screener very lacking and time consuming to use. I noticed one of the tickers was reinstated this year, the others are still dead. I think one is being kept up by a scammer possibly. The interesting thing is PFMS was also one of his scams until Lazar took it..maybe they are easy targets for him, they can't contest it with their criminal history in tow.
The conversation about attempting to Guess at future Lazar picks had me revisiting some scanner results and I noticed something I find Odd.
I noticed a few tickers of long dead companies(10 years or more) who have had their SS updated on OTC recently.
Anyone have an idea what this may mean? Doesn't it cost to have OTC updates? I am guessing a TA wouldn't do it for free....
Had me confused because I couldn't find any activity. No OTC or SEC updates since he got it.
Evidently I cant read the court docket for shit.
I am guessing it says the hearing was vacated???? not the cusotdianship. They really need to have better language for writing those things...it is Law after all...
Should EGOC be moved to "unsuccessful" list. I think he vacated that one
Don't see ZYRX in the list, is it not a Lazar?
Hardly...its contested by Strickland(well known P&D'r) and Lazar is looking for cash settlement to walk away. It appears they are still arguing about it.
How many shares Lazar holds seems to be good indicator if they will RS or not. He doesn't hold many commons in a lot of the dirtier ones and new owners are free to RS(usually at handover) He gets a premium for his really clean ones and usually holds quite a sizable piece for himself. I am guessing he makes them sign a no RS agreement as part of purchase,
The only thing you will accept as definite is buying the documents yourself it seems...
