The electric car evolution is starting today. It'll boom in a few years. It'll transform America's transportation world. At coretec's slow pace, they will miss this evolution. You're right, CEO needs to give facts to the investors. The patent issue is hanging over Coretec's head. If theres no issue, then tell the investors why? I'm surprised that Ford or GM haven't obtained NDSU'S CHS silicon patents. For they are on the list of companies who work with NDSU'S projects. Could it be that NDSU'S formula isn't scalable? Who knows for sure? But these questions need to be addressed. Still no word on the investors call.....

I called the Tulsa office again. This time I was able to leave a message to the CEO. Apparently, someone read my numerous emails on the phone mailbox issue of being full! In my message, I expressed concern of investors on the patent issue & share price. I said especially since NDSU has patents on the CHS silicon. I also asked about the investors call. I also sent a email stating that U.S. & European countries are slowly opening up. I asked about the investors call. I'll continue to call & email until issues are addressed.....

I totally agree with you. I can only assume, that the CEO researched all options on the patent. That coretec developing its own chs was a better way. But we don't know completely, why he decided to go this way? I'm sure that the loan company knows about NDSU'S patents. Especially Victor's friend Carlton on the board. But the CEO needs to tell investors,what he knows in regard to the patent? We don't have the inside scoop! CEO had better have great news on the call. If not, then I'm out.......

The average patent lasts 20 years. NDSU received a patent for chs in March 2015. There are periodic fees to maintain the patent too. I agree with you that it would have been easier for coretec to buy NDSU'S patents. But coretec didn't have the funds after the merger. But that's not the case now with coretec's loan. CEO should have explained the situation with NDSU. Stating that NDSU didn't fit in coretec's business plan, doesn't explain the situation clearly. But I question why hasn't another company develop chs with NDSU? On the NDSU website, there are a lot of companies who work with NDSU in their research including Ford! I submitted questions on the patent and NDSU situation. No update on the investors call. It wouldn't surprise me if coretec postpones again.......

I would like to know when coretec applied for the provisional patent? I would also like to see a copy of the full patent application once completed. In particular the formula & testing of the chs silicon. They must have facts to prove their improvement claims of chs silicon. CEO knows this of course as a business man. It'll either be late May or June for the investors call. I'm sure that the CEO was bombarded with questions about the patent and the NDSU event! I hope he answers them.......

I tried calling Tulsa office again. All phone mailboxes continue to be full! I'm willing to bet, that the coretec team are at home during the Corona virus pandemic. But why can't they answer the phone? Or allow the option to leave a message! If I get the chance, I'm definitely complaining about it! I hope that the CEO doesn't postpone the investors call again. Coretec first said that the coronavirus wouldn't affect them. Now they're saying the coronavirus has dampened communications and planning with international parties. Well a lot of businesses are working from home. European countries are slowly opening up. Have you suggested that Abrams contact Coretec? Although I don't know how he can contact them presently. This investors meeting will determine if I'm in or out with coretec. Coretec's milestones had better be great! Such as a patent! Not another person hired for the team ! To me milestones are patent, partnership, test samples to customers, etc. But the CEO can't weisel out of the patent issue. I've been very patient with Coretec. Right now I'm very frustrated with Coretec's management. I tried calling the Tulsa office. Every mailbox on the phone menu was FULL! So no one can leave a message to the CEO, investors relations, etc. The Ann Arbor office must have an unlisted number. I can't find a phone number nor address! The share price keeps tumbling downward! CEO had better have great news for investors call. If not, then I'm selling my shares at a loss! There's no reason to neglect investors emails & phone calls! .....

But I have to believe that the loan company would have required evidence of a superior silicon, before loaning 2.5 million dollars. I would have required evidence in a laboratory. It would be very stupid not to do so! What would it cost to hire a chemist & a lab for a month or so? Peanuts in comparison to 2.5 million dollars! Im with you in hoping that Coretec has something for a full patent. I believe that the CEO must address this in the next investors call. No beating around the Bush! ....

I found that a Japanese company, Nippon Shokubai,developed a way to make chs silicon in 2014. So I'm assuming that there are different ways to produce chs silicon. So maybe that is the way coretec"s chs silicon is different from NDSU'S chs. CEO did state,that NDSU'S method of scaling chs silicon wasn't able to deliver high quality chs silicon. So if coretec has devised a way of producing higher quality chs silicon, I can see them obtaining a patent. Who knows, coretec may have tweak the formula for a higher quality chs silicon. But only the CEO can explain the patent issue to investors. Maybe this is wishful thinking on my part......

I found that NDSU had applied for a patent for chs silicon quantum dots in 2018. However, I haven't found any other company developing chs silicon. One of my questions to the CEO was to distinguish coretec's chs from NDSU'S chs. Is the chs silicon formula completely different from NDSU'S chs? What improvements are there with coretec's chs over NDSU'S chs? I sent another email to the CEO,stating that investors want facts and no hype! CEO had better be prepared for answering these questions. I do hope that he has great news for investors.........

I read on coretec's Facebook page, Korea has developed a silicon anode for batteries. At coretec's snail's pace, Korean batteries will be on the market before coretec's silicone! ......

I hope that the CEO has great news! The share price is now below 5 cents. Shares are being sold at cheap prices in large quantities. A reverse split is on the horizon. Coretec needs to bring in revenue soon! Investors are frustrated with this roller coaster ride. CEO must have solid proof of progress on commercialization of chs.

Why is it that every afternoon, someone buys a large quantity of shares? Thus causing a drop in share price! I fear another reverse split on the horizon. That's how 3dicon survived over the years. CEO posted on blog "Innovation shift of EV supply chain." It was an interesting post on Tesla & electrical vehicles. CEO also mentioned that announcement would be made soon of company progress.
I'm with Twa in saying that the CEO needs to give us solid evidence of company progress. The share price continues to drop! Once at .45 cents & now .05 cents. CEO needs to be transparent on the patent also. It would be nice to have the investors call next week.....

I've been through 2 reverse splits with 3dicon before mergng with coretec. None of us on this board were happy about it. The last reverse split was 35 to 1. So I'm not a fan of reverse splits. I just hope that coretec manages to obtain a full patent at this point. If not then game over!.....

Like I said before, I'm not buying anymore shares unless theres a full patent. Did you email your questions to coretec? What concerns me is the drop in share price! It drops every time theres a big trade of shares. We were at .30 cents & now at .06cents! This meeting better have something awesome. If not then I may sell all shares at a great loss! Another update from the CEO. CEO has hired Eric Halverson for the position of Director of Financial Operations. The director will assist the CFO in financial management. I wonder how many more positions are to be filled? For Coretec will be paying the professionals salaries. I guess investors will know with the investors meeting....

Walrus, the CEO said in the update that coretec has made a couple milestones. What do you think those milestones are? Ceo said that these milestones would spike interest with investors. The 10Q was as usual worrisome. Like I've said before, this year will make or break coretec. I've noticed that the volume has picked up. Hopefully, that's a good sign....

Twa, I'm sure that the CEO knows that chs must be a improved version of the chs silicon. But as you said, will it be enough to obtain a full patent? CEO can't avoid the patent issue. Coretec has less than a year to file for the full patent. There has to be testing of the chs silicon for the patent application. I'm hoping that the management team have all of their ducks in a row. For it would be sad to see failure to obtain a patent. Along with a loss of 2.5 million dollars.

Hopefully we will have answers next week. I've recently found a pharmaceutical company penny stock with a drug for coronavirus. This drug is being tested on coronavirus victims in critical condition. Everyone please pray that the drug,aviptadil,is successful in treating the lung inflammation associated with the coronavirus.....

CEO stating that talks closing with the chemical company may mean a partnership deal. In a previous post, CEO said that both parties reviewed the patent landscape. So the chemical company may not be worried about a full patent presently. Hiring of director of sales & others, the CEO is confident about obtaining a full patent. But a patent remains to be seen.....

CEO has posted an update regarding new hire, Corona virus, commercialization process, & the investors call. In the update, CEO said that the talks with the European chemical company is coming to a close. There will be an announcement along with the following steps for the company as soon as possible. CEO said that the Corona virus hasn't impacted coretec"s progress on commercialization of chs silicon. He also said that all questions should be submitted by March 27th. That information on the investors call will be posted on Twitter, Facebook, and coretec"s website.
So maybe there's an announcement on the investors call regarding the chemical company. I'm assuming the next steps is scaling the chs silicon for small test batches for the customers. In addition to obtaining a full patent. This is going to be an interesting conference call.....

I'm so sorry for your loss. I'm a registered nurse although retired currently. Its those who are elderly & with chronic illness that are at high risk with this virus. I'm so thankful that President Trump placed the travel ban from China in January. Otherwise, U.S. death toll would be like that of Italy and Iran! Its awful that China kept quiet about the virus. Then turned around and blamed it on the U.S. military athletes visiting China. I dare say that our guys don't eat bats & snakes! But I believe the virus will dissipate by May. For with warmer temperatures, people are exposed to more sunshine. This increases vitamin D levels & the immune system. Increased humidity levels will also decrease the transference of the virus. But first line of defense is handwashing. I'm disgusted when people don't wash their hands in a public bathroom. So people need to do the protective measures including social distancing. But if you are healthy, then you should recover if you contract the virus. Many people have recovered from the virus. That's the good news. These people now have antibodies against the virus. So a vaccine will be available next year. So everyone need to be calm, practice protective measures, & avoid crowds. As quoted in the bible "This too shall pass."
