A nice one would be we sold out of the 500,000 real cups and are refilling the pipeline!!
Heavy volume early
"I would be more worried about Jerry Jones and Tony Romo" Yeah I've loved the Cowboys since a kid don't think they'll do anything while Jerry's around. All of you on the board are doing a good job keeping abreast of Jamin
I figured it was a big order to drop it that much, well their out now. It would be nice to see it base a little here to knock out some volatility. Anyone worried that the QVC sales may not have been that good as to why we haven't heard anything?
Did anyone see what the volume was before it took the plunge, just wondering if it was a big sale at the end of the day
Yeah I knew the market maker part, don't have level 2 so wasn't sure the slang.
Thanks
Hello subslover
New to the board who is NITE?
Thx
I got in @.31 a few days before QVC show unfortunately didn't get out before and re-enter after, but happy at .31. Marley definetely has a lot of coffee varieties especially the Talkin Blues "Jamaica Blue Mountain". Jamaica Blue Mountain coffee is a sought after expensive coffee that is mostly exported to Japan. If you watch a lot of videos on other sites the Government of Jamaica regulates the Blue Mountain bean so that it is the highest quality. So with Jammin Java offering Talkin Blues this is a plus, I'm not sure hoy many other coffee co. offer Jamaica Blue Mountain coffee. The only disconnect I see for Jamin Java is that a lot of people don't know that Marley coffee is distributed thru Jamin Java and that it is a public company. If you are a stock guy and research Marley Coffee you know about Jamin Java but the average Joe doesn't. Just my 2 cents long on Jamin!!
Has anyone seen this it wasn't on the normal wires as I can tell.
AVT, Inc. Releases Financial Case Study
8:45a ET January 9, 2013 (PR NewsWire) AVT, Inc. (OTC Markets: AVTC) (www.autoretail.com) released an internal case study regarding the financial potential of their company-owned Marley Coffee Automated Stores, and the division's impact on total company revenues.
The systems allow consumers to obtain a freshly ground and brewed cup of the highly prized Marley Jamaican Blue Mountain Coffee, and are being built and owned by AVT for placement in high-traffic locations throughout the nation.
The report bases its primary assumptions on the following:
-- Each Marley Coffee Automated Store will generate an average of $2000 revenue per month (range of $1500-$2500 per unit is expected). Assumption (1) is based on AVT's years of experience in both vending manufacturing and owning one of the most well regarded vending routes in the nation. This combined experience with similar name brands and products (beverage and coffee dispensing) allows AVT management to conclude that the $2000 per month figure is both realistic and attainable.
-- AVT plans on placing 1,000 company-owned units during 2013. These units will be built continuously throughout the year, and installed on a monthly basis. Revenues will ramp up in a linear manner, with a year-end division revenue rate of $2 million per month.
-- Forecast for year-end 2013 is that the Marley Coffee systems will add $12 million in new revenues. Forecast for year-end 2014 is that the Marley Coffee systems will add $24 million in revenues. New units will continue to be added as deemed appropriate for 2015 and beyond.
-- Costs to build, deliver and market the full run of 1,000 systems is estimated at $5 million.
-- Projected company revenues are forecast to be $50-$60 million by year-end 2014. AVT management believes that as the company reaches a critical mass, growth within the foreseeable future will continue at a similar pace.
-- Total company revenues account for the following:
-- Existing and projected orders from current customers.
-- A conservative expectation to receive the same amount of new business that "walks in the door" as in recent years.
-- Revenues from the new Marley Coffee division.
-- Revenues from new licensing and financing divisions
According to financial analyst Francis Gaskins, Editor-in-Chief of IPOdesktop.com and frequent contributor to Bloomberg Television and CNBC, AVT is currently under valued and should be trading around $10 based on the above. Additionally, if the company can meet their stated goals, the company's stock should be in the $15-$20 range.
"AVT's Top line revenue has grown on average 45% per year for the past five years, and continues to increase on a quarterly basis as of the nine months ended September 2012," Gaskins stated. "The company continues to generate solid quarterly profits, and based on AVT's industry leadership role and backlog, IPOdesktop believes AVTC is undervalued at the current price."

Hey Hurtszz, I've been here before just gone for awhile, had a lot of cold ones the last couple weeks and came home to find my chair has a hole in it ...HaHa. I haven't got on my Ameritrade account yet but is the stock not able to trade buy or sell? Not that I'm going to sell just trying to figure out where we stand.
Thanks,
Great link, now that George is CEO he has greater decision power then he would have as CFO. Also Tammy Dunn is now CFO so she has a greater responsibility than just a Director on the Board.
Hello everyone, I've been gone for about 2 weeks, what a surprise I came back too. I'm sick to my stomach on the news. I"ve been trying to catch up on some of the posts so sorry for my ignorance, but is the DTC Department of Trade Comission? As far as someone buying this company I personally think that was the reason Tammy Dunn was brought in. I know you guys and gals have already absorbed the news but I'm still in shock!!
Whalen is the guy we need to get off the stick!!
"William Whalen, Director of Sales and Marketing USA. Born 1973, is currently the president and CEO of EBS Worldwide, LLC. Through his wholly-owned corporation, EBS Worldwide, Mr. Whalen owns and manages subsidiaries that cover various industries including tobacco, consumer products, building materials, and horticulture. His companies have successfully launched products into major retailers across North America.
From the mid 90s until the early 2000s, Mr. Whalen was the Division Manger and Marketing Director for multi-national horticultural distribution company.
In his career, Mr. Whalen has been responsible for new product development, conducted national and international product launches, chain store promotions and programs, e-commerce initiatives, creation of catalogs and brochures, licensing and sales force training. Mr. Whalen is an alumnus of Entrepreneurial Management from The Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania, Widener University, and Centro Bilingue in Cuernavaca Mexico."
Not good move to higher ground ....Ha-Ha
Agreed lets hope
Life throws a lot of curves over the years.
Oh yeah congrats for staying in here I don't think you'll be disappointed
I hope everyone isn't disappointed when SFIO does announce Distribution deals because I don't think it will be with US companies. If you look at Mr. Roth's excerpt below he is mentioning international companies that they already have ties with. Remember SFIO in 2009 put their Smoker Options (non nicotine) in Belgium vending machines. TS is from Germany they have ties in Europe, Australia, and New Zealand. Look at Tammy Dunn's credentials on their website has Japan written all over it. Mark my words this is where the 1st Distribution Deals will come from, will it move the stock .... who knows!! I hope so
"Mr. Roth further stated, "Meanwhile, SFIO management has been busy travelling and meeting with representative of international companies to arrange joint distribution of other SFIO products on a world wide basis, to bring to bear additional manpower and financial resources to augment SFIO's existing efforts in Europe and Australia/New Zealand. Further announcements will be made as contracts are executed and permission obtained to use the names of our new venture partners in press releases."
26 yrs. for me today
Crooks your so right but as I say as a broken record do they have the finances to buy bulk inventory ...lets hope so.
Net I agree I said in a post last Friday that NYSE and Nasdaq people need to get involved in this stock instead of just penny buyers for it to truly get recognized.
Probably don't ever think that is part of the deals their trying to Get
You know Malvern maybe you should sell and take that big .004 daily swing, doesn't matter to me. This thing hasn't been selling off it's been basing on low volume for weeks. You think it's going to .001 then sell.
What do you want them to say they are finally shipping product, they have already said that and nothing. If they haven't signed agreements then they can't put out anything can they. When the last PR said they were pursuing distribution channels then I'm sure they are, they didn't give a timeline just soon. If they hadn't put that out then everyone would be bitching saying I wonder if their pusuing Distribution Deals. Everyone chill out when they get a deal and can announce, I'm sure we'll be the 1st to know!!
Be careful don't shoot yourself in the foot!!
The problem with VC's are they want a huge amount of the company in shares which will cause dilution. I don't know which is worst adequate money or dilution, I pick adequate money.
I just got to work and had 5 of the same emails that #749 shipped .... yoo hoo
I'm glad the attitudes are changing for the better from this morning (mine included). I know SFIO is working to get it right, I think they got caught with their pants down with the original website launch and don't want to repeat with hard launch. You have to have all the tools (financing, distribution channels, inventory, & marketing) in the bag before you start work!!
Dgahan, was the email sent to your yahoo email or is there a Ihub email location?
Thanks
I agree emailing from investors but my Friday email was short and sweet wanting to know about the shipment of my product only. Are you saying when a customer wants to know about the product he purchased it is not important. I don't care how many emails he gets a day, hire a minimum wage flunky to answer those types of emails to inform the customer what the status of his purchase. Chunky, customer statisfaction is what matters in business and it is called communication so Get Real!!
Ordered last Tuesday emailed Friday on site no reply yet
Malvern I sent Ken the email below although I didn't ask him your questions (he probably wouldn't respond to me either) hopefully he will send me an email address that will respond. Will let the board know if I get a reply.
Hello,
I have recently purchased a Starter Kit order #749 on June 21st, and have not received any correspondence from the company as to the fulfillment and shipment. I emailed the company (on the website) last week with no reply. I am not only a consumer but also a shareholder in SFIO. I would like to get an email address from someone in the company that I can ask some questions. I have heard rumors that the company has moved to a larger warehouse for shipment of the product, and this is the reason for delays. Although I do not have any facts that this is the case. I look forward to hearing from you on the above questions.
Topdog the financing has to be in place (whatever the source) before any deals can be signed. No Distribution company is going to stick their neck out on a company that can't deliver product. Now I'm not saying SFIO doesn't have that backing, the problem is we don't know.
Malvern always remember to stay the course unless something fundamentally changes within the company. I know it is frustrating I am myself. As of yet we have not seen that except for lack of PR's (running out of product hopefully growing pains), that doesn't neccessarily mean something is wrong just maybe they don't have anything to offically say right now. Remember if a major PR comes out of this company the stock will react like it did in the middle of May. I really don't think this company has came this far since 2009 to not reap the rewards. Yes in hind sight they haven't handled it exactly right. I believe they know that their previous PR's are fluff and they are waiting for real news. I would like to see this board talk about the company and issues like you did in your previous post. By the way you are fat fingering your IPAD again ...Ha-Ha
Malvern, I would also like to add to your early morning post about their financing (or lack of). As you know I have posted about this issue a few times and no one seems to want to jump in on it, except for a few people saying the company is selling shares. I sure hope their not selling shares at .03 - .04 cents, if they are their not getting much. We need to know that this company has some sort of available capital ( whether partner or credit line) to launch a major distribution. I don't think any replicable Distribution company will take them on without it. By the way I'm not a Cowboy just a huge Dallas Cowboy football fan since youth. When the heck are they going to settle the lock out.
I'll email him what is his email address? Is in on the site and what is his title he isn't listed as management. I'll also ask him where my starter kit is I purchased the 21st. Although I will say it has not officially hit my credit card it is listed as pending still. That doesn't sound like much but I don't think they will send it through until shipment. By the way I liked your 1:38 am post
Hey ajrum why would you think the PPS would go up because they offer menthol? Nobody knows about it except us
So from June 21st #749 @11:00 am to today #783 approx. 34 orders, of course we don't know what these orders contained.
I agree and you are also talking major financing to pay your suppliers for those kits and filters. Where is the capital going to come from?
Do they still charge higher prices for stocks under $3.00? I bought AIG in my IRA when it was .38 (pre reverse split) years back and it was outrageous.
