You don't want people to actually conduct DD on this company because they'll come to the same conclusion that the regulars on this board came to a long time ago, this is a share dilution scam.
Anybody seen that Q1 quarterly report yet? I mean we're only closing out Q2 currently.
When you short a stock you are selling borrowed shares are you not? Don't try and throw silly semantics out there. I have no desire to trade this share selling scam. Even if I had some perverse desire to do so Scottrade wouldn't let me short it anyways.
LOL. I've said it before and I will say it again. I have never, and will never, buy or sell a share of this POS dilution scam.
You will undoubtedly be the most bitter.
Let them have their fun. We all knew BW couldn't pass up this opportunity to sell more shares. There will be plenty of bitter bagholders hanging around in the weeks to come when it becomes clear that this is jsut more of the same empty BS.
Whether it's currently set at 300MM or 15B is really irrelevant because the CEO can and will change it at his own personal convenience without any notification to shareholders. The big question is the current OS/Float which of course is impossible to verify since the TA is gagged.
Yes, actually they were.

MOORESVILLE, North Carolina (February 18, 2008) - DLR Associates Inc, Potencia USA LLC and its Potencia Energy Drink Brand are very excited to add another North Carolina Distributor adding tenured RC Cola of Asheville .For over 75 years RC has been delivering the finest beverages up and down the mountainous area in western NC. “It’s great to add RC and the 15 counties they service with their 3 distribution warehouses which help fill in the western part of the state” Says Potencia CEO Daisy Ramirez. “As the demographics are changing in our territory we need to look around and change with it or we will lose valuable market share” Says Harris Krouse, RC General Manager. “We will make room by re-organizing our product portfolio to make room for POTENCIA. Although it’s primarily marketed to Hispanics I think it’s better than most products out there”! Adds Harris Krouse.
POTENCIA Energy Drink is the creation of CEO Daisy Ramirez who herself was born in Honduras. Wanting to develop a product truly with Latino’s in mind using authentic flavors and fruits known well by the culture. Mission accomplished!
A new Latin Tamarind energy drink. POTENCIA is made with real fruit pulp concentrate that is imported from Mexico and Central America but recognized by Latinos from all corners of Mexico, Central America, South America and the Caribbean.
Entertainment.
Never have, never will buy or sell one single share of this scam.
LOL. Deny all you want, this has been proven true in the past. Enjoy your flip, but get out before reality sets in.
He "knows" this because the CEO plants shills on these message boards to spread rumors and pump.
BBDA now in the #1 spot on pumpsanddumps.com
No, I'm not here to make money. I have never owned, nor sold, a single share of this POS share selling scam and I never will. This is purely entertainment for me, as I don't need to resort to pumping up scam stocks to make money.
You're right, they are entitled to their own DD and what I or anybody else on this board says shouldn't replace that process. I have never advised anybody to buy or sell one share of this stock, I simply state my opinions. People are free to take them or leave them as they see fit.
I'm fairly certain he still owes them a significant amount of money.
We all understand that. Those of us that are posting about the company's history are directing towards those that might get suckered into "investing" in this company as opposed to "trading" it. Nobody cares that you flippers are in here making money, but with a few days or weeks you guys will leave, and the new "investors" will be left here holding the bag. They should have a complete picture of the company.
Well, there is the fact that members of this management team issued almost the exact same press release 3 years ago, for a product that never made it onto shelves and as far as anyone knows doesn't exist anymore.

Not upset. Even if I had known about this run yesterday I wouldn't have put a dime into this company because I don't believe in making money off of P&D scams. It doesn't bother you, obviously, so more power to you. I really don't care.
WTF are you talking about? I've followed this share selling scam company for years and I'll still be around when you're among the newest batch of bagholder victims.
This company is hemorraghing cash, regardless of what their incomplete and unaudited financials statements might say.
Double post.
No, those of us "negative" are negative about this company and its management. We couldn't possibly care less about the flipping opportunities.
You're right, he's not selling them. He's giving them away to pay off debt and they're selling them.
There are no birdies. You're getting fed your (most likely to turn out to be misleading, if not completely false) information directly by the CEO via email. You're not fooling anybody.
Sure, because Budweiser is itching to sell hormone-laced grape soda.
Enjoy it while it lasts. The buzzard day traders are circling, but they'll be gone in a couple of days and this thing will continue it's steady march to no-bid.
Hmmm...why does this news sound so familiar to me? Anybody buy any Potencia in western NC recently?

I'm pretty sure Spongetech sold a few sponges along the way too. It doesn't change the fact that this company's management has used deception and, IMO, fraud in order to sell shares primarily for the purpose of using the money for personal hobbies and vacations.
The fact that they have STILL not filed their 10Q leads me to believe that they are in dire financial straights at this point.
Looks to me like BW drove to the corner store and asked them if he could hang his display in their cooler as a favor to a local business, lol.
Here is a post regarding a very similar campaign, sticky note and all, orchestrated by the CEO a few months ago.
Snail mail. Damage Inc got the big money. Joe Noel of Emerging Growth got a few crumbs.
What bugs me, is that they put these sticky notes with a personal note on them like they know me.
It's good to know that word is getting out through what appears to be a paid mail spam campaign by the CEO? To me, and most investors, that is a HUGE red flag and a clear sign of a potential pump and dump campaign. Buyer beware.
The CEO of YESD has been known to run spam snail mail campaigns in the past, so this doesn't surprise me in the least.
Is anybody suprised that the decline has actually accelerated since the HUGE EVENT from a few weeks ago? Does anybody honestly doubt that this is nothing more than a share selling scam anymore? Company shills need not respond.
Why would they do that when there is no trademark protection on the name Koma Unwind?
Yeah, I wasn't trying to imply that Mathman's picture was fake, and I apologize if it came across that way. I was simply stating that it looked like the same display I'd seen in a previous pic, and this is the one.
Seems like I've seen that same display of cans before in one of their previous pictures. Was there actually additional product avialable on the shelf next to similar drinks? Or were these six cans all they had to sell?
When the fake buy out card comes out, you know that things are not going well. Why would any company buy out MDHI when they can just wait a few months until they lose the license to the patent and license it themselves?
That is straight up classic BW.
