I think we are at the crossroad looking for answers to a company with GREAT potential. With lots of questions that may be answered in CPRK's time. I believe it really comes down to that Long Term Finance issue as stated by so many of us. Lets keep the pressure on the company to produce more news about its production schedule and finance. Maybe eventually a profit/loss sheet with a list of expenditures. Keeping it positive!
Is that factual news of a stock swap or is it an opinion? Do you have a link?
ABIGHAMMER,
That by far is probably the most intelligent thing I have ever heard you say!! It is an awesome idea and I hope JD or his people saw this post.
As I said in the past, sometimes I agree with you and sometimes not. This time I AGREE!!! Great Job!
Keep on writing like that and I will nominate you in the top 10 posters on the IHUB.
Very well said. I own my own company and amount of variables is endless. My take on business is it takes 25% good idea, 25% working capital, 25% knowledge, patience, perseverance, 25% luck and being at the right place at the right time, with the sum total equals a fair shot of possibly being in business 2-5 years down the road. Even then a lawsuit or just some bad luck can take away your business. CPRK is working the business the best they know how with talent they have in place.
Yes I do get frustrated but I am hopeful all at the same time.
Does anyone have the address of our lawyers? Can anyone who lives close to them take a video or a pic to show JPig's evidence being delivered or not delivered? Just a thought.
Yep, another shot....anyone else? a double anyone? I am wooped! The mind says let it go! The war is not over!
End of the month with no conviction, period. Maybe we are just waiting and waiting and waiting... time for a shot! yep, whatever!
462000 sell at the close. This does not look good. Call in the troops, we need reinforcements!
Where is the big buys with such a big weekend coming? I expected .10-.14 but I am seeing selling at the close!? Even volume down below average! Anyone?
I am at my buy limit for this stock and the cash is low too. Come on WAMU>>>>> If it goes to 3 dollars, my house will atleast be paid off (small balance), goes 12 dollars, we are going to meet in Vegas for the WAMU party in the Fall!
Limit order at .0945
It's like there isn't any shares to be bought.?? Are they in short supply of WAMUQ?
Trying to buy 2600 shares of WAMUQ and keeps filling at micro quanities such as 600, 100,429, 22 and still not finished filling! Weird!
It's sinking, down 4%. Where is this big move? Maybe at the close? I hope we don't have a major let down! Good luck to all and go WAMU!!!
Thank you and a great day to you also.
God Bless you! That will be the best! Have tears just thinking about that! Yep, I am a musher. Live and love.
jimmy
Vegas in the fall! Or maybe Halloween. We could all dress up as...JD? nah... just a thought.
I am truly grateful for all the hard work everyone has put into this. Win or loose, I have made some friends and will always look for them while I have investment money. The depth of knowledge is truly amazing! When all said and done, I hope to meet all of you and just say Thank you from the bottom of my heart! This victory will change the course of my families lives. They be able to go to college, pay for my daughter's first car, go on a vacation that is more than 300miles away but better still, give her away when she eventually gets married. Again Thank you all!!
Always WAMU!
Thank you, that was awesome!!!! To hear first hand what is going on...well..that help build the larger picture that we are getting close to making a boat load of money.
Yeah, we need a break! It is time for the 7th inning stretch, then play ball JPIG!! Score WAMU 5 JPIG 1 They would need a big rally to win this but we have the best closer in the game!
people are scrounging up change and looking under couch cushions just to buy more. This is driving folks to fever pitch. Amazing!
Cubman.... you got guts, no doubt! I have measly 17,000 shares and is all I care to risk but if we get that 48 dollar price, then... I will meet all WAMUs in Vegas where I guess the party will be held.
Where do you work that you can see them? I thought Copper King was located far from city limits or something of that nature?
Great idea Trueblue... I just put a sell at .10cents and Good till Cancel. I did not know of this option but it makes total sense.
Again, I agree with the seriousness of this lawsuit. If it truly has merit, then we are seeing the price of shares reflect this. I want this to hit .10 a share as much as the rest of you guys but the bigger picture is telling us different story. Does anyone have a copy of the suit and can we get any court recordings like we did with WAMU? ABIGHAMMER is very persistant and just wants answers as well as I do. CPRK will not comment on lawsuit until there is resolution. Where is our legals eagles?
We won a battle today, enjoying this victory! Now, finish the job (war) so we can all go home.
CPRK has an aggreement to sell 100% of its copper!
Copper King Mining Corporation Announces Final Agreement for Sale of Copper Concentrates to RBS Sempra Metals and Concentrates, LLC 07/22 01:57 PM
They will be at $.10 soon and may be higher as they become compliant.
Well I keep beating the drum and your horn is louder and you seem to not get what I have said. I will try to have more patience with your comments and drown out the noise I keep hearing. I think I will put on my "selective hearing" ears(grab the facts). My wife says they work wonderfully! LOL
Abighammer,
You know I have dis-agreed and agreed with you in the past. I just commented with you about the lawsuit and how this may hurt CPRK but you keep shouting at this board about issues. Why do you constantly yell at us? Why can't you direct your energy at CPRK directly. Send CPRK a e-mail once an hour and call them daily. That would get the company to eventually grease that sqeeky wheel, don't you agree? It just seems to be a waste of your energy to use it here all the time.IMO
Thankyou for your DD.
I was the one who brought the lawsuit up (today) and it can be very relevant to our ownership of this company in the way of shares. To say Pure Nickel(bigger company) has no bearing on this company (Copper King) is well, not very insightful. Big money can sway outcomes. Money talks and bullchit walks, is very much how things work around the world. I am nervous over any litigation because it has effected my life both negatively and positively. Has anyone seen the case and any documentation? My purpose was to get facts, not start a panic! I will not dwell on this subject but needs to be addressed eventually.
This PNCKF is a good size company and may have deep pockets, enough to mess with CPRK. Does anyone see this? Are they the same company that Copper King is engaged in for the lawsuit? Just knowing that they have large partners concerns me. Please correct me if I am wrong.
jimmy
PNCKF is the ticker symbol.
Agree! Keep it simple and truthful, nothing less! CPRK management is not a pump and hype company. They are being careful with the public.
This was copy and pasted from the WAMUQ Yahoo Board. It is funny and thought to share! From "shelaeatyourballss". Title...."Ben over ten questions". Enjoy!
1. Why has the Federal Reserve been so secretive about the real amount and the beneficiaries of perhaps trillions of dollars in lending facilities and other assistance beyond the TARP program? Who are these institutions and how did they use the money? How do you respond to the inspector general's report that the liabilities are $23.7 trillion, the program has been badly monitored and much of it was used by banks, not to lend but to grow bigger?
(after Bernanke recovers from fainting and is hauled back into the witness chair)...
2. Was the Fed stupid or complicit in failing to see the risks from the housing bubble and take appropriate regulatory and monetary action? This is a simple question, Mr. Chairman.
3. Did you and President Bush's Treasury Secretary Henry Paulson (and then New York Fed President Tim Geithner, now Treasury secretary) stampede this Congress into the poorly crafted bailout last fall? Why, more than a year after the August 2007 swoon, didn't the Fed and Treasury have a more thoughtful, effective and accountable emergency strategy in place?
4. So Bear, Sterns and Lehman Brothers just snuck up on you? Does this show that the Fed is A) Captive of the conventional economic wisdom that brought on the crash, and/or B) Captive of the most powerful Wall Street institutions? And while we're on the subject, tell us again about who made the decisions about who would live and die, Bear vs. Lehman, and the consequences for the economy?
(Chairman Bernanke passes out again. Is given a cold glass of water, his tie loosened, and replaced in the chair)...
5. Does this "exit strategy" to avoid turning the massive monetary stimulus into inflation take into account the still large debt overhang on the American economy, the trillions in dollars and debt held by China and the petro-states, and China's efforts to replace the dollar as the world's reserve currency? Or will that be another Lehman-like oops moment?
6. You are America's foremost scholar on Federal Reserve policy during the Great Depression. Are you concerned that today we have not established a Pecora Commission, which in the 1930s called the "banksters" to account and laid the groundwork for regulation that avoided a repeat of the disaster until it was repealed in 1999?
7. Why did you allow institutions that are already so large that they pose a systemic risk to the entire economy to grow even larger during the crisis, thanks in part to taxpayer money?
8. Foreclosures continue to increase and Congress has done nothing to help average house owners -- it's done as little as possible to stop predatory credit-card practices. Meanwhile unemployment keeps rising. Wages have gone from stagnation to retreat and many Americans have lost their retirement nest eggs. This is very different from the Depression, when the banks were tightly reined in and average people received help if they needed it. Do you believe it's sustainable to have a coddled financialized economy on the one hand, and a struggling, deindustrialized average American economy on the other?
9. Why did federal regulators allow Goldman Sachs, an investment bank, to become a bank holding company? As you more than anyone knows, this violates the hard-won wisdom of the Depression, where investment and commercial banks were separated to prevent a repeat of the 1920s speculation. Doesn't this add considerable risk to the system, including the FDIC? Are you concerned about moral hazard, as Goldman ramps up its "innovations" -- now with the sure knowledge that taxpayers will foot the bill for any big mistake? It's now clear that Goldman was not in deep trouble last fall -- it had made a killing on the bubble, then sold short to make more on the crash. Did regulators realize this?
(The Chairman tries to run from the hearing room, stumbles over a staffer).
10. Any vacation plans?
I 'm on this wagon, go'in to town tonight! Gonna get me one of them fancy bottles of champagne and where they serve dinner on a real plastic plate! yep!!
