When I bake and I find that the sugar or butter is too much for my taste I just REDUCE the quantity .......lolol.....
Europeans do not like to eat too much sweet pastry like they do here in Canada.........
It is one of the best cake beleave me ! And it freeze very well.....

I spoke to the TA for NHGP (who is also the TA for PRRM) and they said usually take 2-8 weeks for a restricted stock dividend to get posted into client accounts. The brokerages usually get them 1-2 weeks after the pay date. I would expect to see something by early December I will start emailing Ameritrade daily.
To all wishing a great day,
janet
Good morning hansum, I love to cook. Here my "Coquilles St. Jacques recipe:
Bring the defrosted scallops to a boil.Slice them in chunks, and warm with 1/2 cup of white wine. Add thick white sauce.
Place in scallop shells. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs or grated Parmesan cheese. Bake in a 300 F. oven for 20 minutes.
This is the recipe but I add to the scallop some sliced mushroom.
White sauce:
Melt some butter add some flower stir well.
Boil some milk and add slowly to abtain a thick sauce.
salt to taste.
Hope you will enjoy this very simple and teasty recipe.
Have a good day,
janet
P.S. I f you do not have "Scallop Shells" you can place in a very shallow individual plate. Or you can buy " VOL- au -Vent" in a Pastry store and you can filled them with the preparation. Put in the oven for 20 minutes at 350F.
