weekly chart 200 day at 29 cents, if it doesn't hold up here technically a ways to go lower yet, good luck all

congrats to all on your big wins here, I still think that parabolic advances in material science have already created cheaper stronger alternatives to steel for industrial needs, research grahene nanotubes etc, in any case if this needs a billion dollars to start-up, the time horizon for it's need may very well dissipate before it pays for itself
and I am amazed that you continue to post here so frequently considering you sold all of your shares out last time this popped to a buck and a quarter, seriously why do you care so much about us poor little sheeple, your agenda here is not as hidden as you would like to think, lol
hear hear coolair, precisely my take as well
We anticipate having reportable device data by the Annual Shareholder Meeting in May.

Wise, imo Z historically has always erred on the over conservative side in communications to investors, that said when I read the latest pr with Z saying:
LONGMONT, Colo., March 31, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Lightwave Logic, Inc. (OTCQB:LWLG), a technology company focused on the development of Next Generation Photonic Devices and Non-Linear Optical Polymer Materials Systems for applications in high speed fiber-optic data communications and optical computing, announced today that it has dramatically advanced the commercial feasibility of its organic electro-optical photonic device program.
combined with the early ASM, and the early release of the 10-K, I can't help but think good things are at hand
dramatically, yup, still believing after all these years
reds, I'd bet almost certainly the multi-chromophore materials they are building into devices have some GLW in the mix, but the perk is the true secret to the secret sauce imo, and that alone is the real reason that this company will be the one and only company with true next gen devices, truly disruptive new technology being brought to market here
patiently waiting & believing stronger than ever!
thank you Z for recognizing the need for investors to be informed today, I for one MUCH appreciate your efforts, as well as all the efforts of the entire LIghtwave Logic team, top to bottom!
Z, what time are the proto demonstrations?
c'mon Z, please give us a pr of substance on those promised protos, or an explanatory open letter on where things stand with their development, there must be some progress notes to report to investors as an absolute minimum on these developments
Z, please tell me investors do not have to patiently wait 6 more weeks to the ASM
Gates, I think the 18-24 month window to be designed-in to the LSS is still a valid time window, the fact that they shifted to creating their own devices never negated their project work with/for the LSS, Z told investors that the internal developments were consistent with the needs of the LSS, the only difference is that we were not going to be beholden to only one potential customer, we were opening things up to "numerous Tier 1" providers
the TIME is now!
c'mon Z, give us all the long awaited news to get this party started!
DLucky, I was being fictitious, but hey, why not get it all done now, dilution, all the future stock splits, etc, this rocket is finally about to launch, c'mon Z, give us that long awaited 1st prototype / partner news to light this candle
walter, I agree with you, it is literally a no brainer to vote in favor of the share increase, you would have to be a complete knucklehead, or you have an agenda to undermine the success of this company if you vote against the share increase
they should raise the share count to one billion shares now, because once this thing gets rolling they will need to do stock splits every 6 months or so just like all the other monster companies out there
Wise, well said, I concur, without X I could not have endured the decade wait, he has been the one calming the waters for all this time, and has taken quite a bit of abuse for it too
Yes X, please add some color commentary after all your hard comparative works digests in that head of yours for a while
gotta run, no time to proof, lol :>)
smars, Acquired directly from the issuer in connection with Operations Committee work.

Gates, all of your questions could and should be topics of a quarterly review for investors, some of the details of the science developments may need to remain hidden, but the business surrounding the science certainly could be openly reviewed quarterly for investors, and in addition, some of the science could be updated for investors as well, just not at revealing levels interfering with existing NDA's, more cursory level for investors
microchips plea "Come on Z... give us news once a month at the minimum. You're killing us with silence."
I could not agree more, at this stage of the game imo there is no reason for there not to be regular updates, quarterly at an absolute minimum, as we are rapidly approaching the end of the 1st quarter 2015, I think this would be an excellent time to implement this, please Z, seriously consider implementing this idea for the investors here
10-K only covers events up to 12/31/2014 and we know the OpSIS chips were delayed until approx that time-frame, so I would not have expected the breakthrough prototype news to be contained here
http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1325964/000155335015000254/lwlg_10k.htm
this 10-K is the first ever to be released early, correct?
and the ASM date has been pushed up sunstantially, correct?
could it be that the breakthrough prototype(s) news is finally very close at hand?
Z has been all but giddy for some time now by comparison to the ultra-conservative version we saw at the beginning of his tenure here
where's X? only one post in a month's time, what's up with that? maybe he has folded up the tents and sold the kids shares too, X, if you are out there with your ear to the ground, would like to hear your thoughts on the current state of affairs, tia
microchips, two points
#1 - I agree with your comment on Z, his change over from ultra-conservative to ultra-confident resonates loudly with me
#2 - we are supposed to be seeing four different device types in 2015, the first two being the bleached waveguide & the slot waveguide modulators, it is still my belief that there will be multiples of each of these "tuned" to specific application needs, but overall they will all be orders of magnitude better in terms of cost and performance from today's standards
still patiently waiting, bearing all of the incessant whining and bashing along the way , lol
gotta run, off to chop some wood
fullthrottle, perhaps it's by invitation only, and most here couldn't afford the subscription fees, lol, and that would explain the disdain for the tag of "some crappy pennystock newsletter"
gates significant news within the next two weeks
I like the cut of your jib!
Almost 40k shares crossing in the opening couple of minutes, could it be the TIME is now?
still believing in our team, long and strong, patiently waiting
Steve, only whining and bashing allowed here, guess that's why they need all of the state troopers for the ASM, lol, and if you find a website that shows a bullish technical price target don't dare try to share that kind of info here, it will be deleted by the ihub police deputy buzzard with a followup saying something like
The wang "message" has been castrated
hey it's all good, right?
decent early volume 24k in first few minutes, pps up slightly, decent size bidding at 80 now, here's to hoping good things are on the horizon for investors here, been pretty boring lately, not even X weighing in much lately, fwiw, I picked a few more shares at this level too (for the kids, lol)
thanks anyways Rick, I still enjoyed the listen even if they were using gerbils and and not parrots
Rick, thanks for this link, awesome listen, the industry is definitely ripe now for Lightwave's materials and devices, I know we are currently involved with many Tier 1 players, and I know we are working on at a minimum of several device types currently, and each of those I would guess will yield various offshoot devices based on a myriad of configurations of engineering criteria, and material combinations, all we need now is Z to start rolling out the results publicly, I remain extremely confident here
it's been 8 weeks since we learned Lightwave Logic's Organic Polymer Thermal Aging Testing Indicates Decades of Operational Performance
http://finance.yahoo.com/news/lightwave-logics-organic-polymer-thermal-161700044.html
Z, are you really going to make us wait until the March 31 issuing of the 10K to learn anything more about what is going on with developments?
doing the math, a pr every 8 weeks yields only 6 prs in a whole year, investors do not need to know every little thing going on, but they do need to be kept informed, and the development story kept alive or else the stock pps dies the death of a thousand cuts, it has been a long time since the last open letter, perhaps that is what is needed now
Lightwave Logic is working with numerous Tier 1 photonics device suppliers and photonics integration companies that are currently under mutual NDA agreements. These companies are investigating coating their devices with our materials, utilizing Lightwave materials in their R&D efforts and are exploring potential partnerships or joint development opportunities.
Lightwave Advantage–The Company knows of no other polymer that has been able to demonstrate the combination of thermal stability and high electro-optical activity necessary for advanced applications such as this.
http://lightwavelogic.com/technology/
wonder how many Tier 1 companies = "numerous", suspect we will be hearing good things in short order now
X, think you are off by 1 month, 10K is due at the end of March
I sure hope Z fills investors in on developments before then, with all that is being worked on currently, there must be some things that can be shared with investors
still patiently waiting, c'mon Z bring us up to speed soon
Scope, wang's post, which was deleted, referenced a website and listed the technical targets shown there, here is a link
http://www.allotcbb.com/quote.php?symbol=lwlg
vapor on the other hand, posted unsubstantiated negative info, and his post was not deleted
imo, this was exactly the opposite of what should have occurred, in BOTH instances
so Officer buzzard deletes a post that references a website that is showing technical bullish price targets
but Officer buzzard leaves a post up that purports to have knowledge of a shareholder lawsuit without any proof to support that claim
so I guess Officer buzzard deletes things based on his own personal agenda
well I vote to delete Officer buzzrd
vapor says a legal team getting involved with one of the shareholders
so tell us which shareholder, size of holdings, and name of lawyers involved, else you be a liar yea
wang, welcome aboard, I like the cut of your jib, late yesterday LWLG seemed to finally catch some sizable bids, something I had not seen in quite some time, this is what I meant by pps not being all that indicative of the true intrinsic value of a stock, we may trade up quickly to 1.00 or more without any news releases, but that doesn't change the reality of this company's future any more than it be dragged lower lately does either, as we all know it's all about the goo & the devices it yields, and I'm very confident still that this one will pan out big, and when it does LWLG pps will soar in a fartbeat, and getting in with size will cost a whole lot more
still keeping the faith, c'mon Z, it's TIME to deliver
oh, and looks like X was proly right about LWLG vs LMRA (lumera) despite all the money being funneled to lumera, lol, they got 40 million fron CSCO, they got about 100 million from govie contracts over the years, and they got about 20 million from suckered investors, all on pumped up BS from management, so maybe X will go 2 for 2 when LWLG finally does what lumera was supposed to do
yup Steve, you can fill 50k shares at .78 right now if you want out, somebody put up a decent size bid, haven't seen that in quite some time, good to see, oh wait, now there is 20k to fill at .80, wow nice to see a decent bid forming
hey wise, Stock price tells you all you need to know, not always true, in fact imo pps is more like a stopped clock and not rightly priced very often
I'm keeping the faith & staying optimistic here
Intel forges ahead to 10nm, will move away from silicon at 7nm
To keep up with Moore's law, Intel is looking at new materials, 3D packaging.
http://arstechnica.com/gadgets/2015/02/intel-forges-ahead-to-10nm-will-move-away-from-silicon-at-7nm/
Rick, do you remember Tom saying "we will beat Intel", well yowza if he can make good on that
thanks KCC, I am as confident as ever that this will succeed, the patience level required for investors like X, myself, and a few others, has certainly been a test though, lol
I agree X, hoping Tom gets investors up to speed asap on the developments at hand, it has been 6 weeks, it's TIME, I know he likes to be ultra conservative in putting out pr's, but he must learn to balance this with knowing a dearth or void of progress notes damages pps valuation, and that in turn could impact any additional financing needs

We're all with ya hmmm, what's that expression about zebras and stripes, or the one about leopards and spots? or maybe you are more like the chameleon, last I recall you were holding less than 100 shares and certainly not seemingly being "with us" haha
Rick, here is the Joe Miller link from Steve
