Commission of Energy presents/displays reactor
The National Commission of Energy presented/displayed in operation of test a reactor or furnace of Catalytic Pyrolysis, that used in great scale would allow to replace to the generators of electricity of the necessary fuel for the power production of the Dominican Republic.
The New Technology created by the North American scientist John Rivera, of U.S. Sustainable Energy Corporation that works by heating uses like raw material in the agricultural product elaboration biocombustibles like oily sugar cane and.
The act of presentation of the new technology was presided over by the Secretary of State and President of the National Commission of Energy, Arístides lawyer Fernandez Zucco, who emphasized the importance for the country of the reactor, because he himself augurs a great change for the economy of the world.
It explained that for the Dominican Republic and the underdeveloped countries the use of that technology would initiate the definitive takeoff towards the development.

Apology To PP
Since JR is busy in the Dominican Republic working on a Deal for Power Generation in the DR, allow me to apologize for him.
He was not entirely correct when he said that he got 5 gallons of Fuel from 1 bushel of soybeans. The correct amount is 5.26 gallons from 1 bushel of soybeans. I hope this was not too much of a hardship on you PP.
5.26 Gallons Yield
from the AmSpec Letter:
10.69 pounds of liquid oil, 3.77 pounds of gas and 5.44 pounds of 7-3-7 carbon fertilizer from 20 pounds of soybeans.
10.69 X 3 = 32.07 liquid oil
3.77 X 3 = 11.31 gas
5.44 X 3 = 16.32 carbon
The Rivera Process Yield from 1 bushel of soybeans:
5.26 Gallons BioFuel .....(if gasoline weighs 6.1 pounds/gallon, 32.07/6.1)
Plus 11.31 pounds of BioGas
Plus 16.32 pounds of Carbon 7-3-7 Organic Fertilizer
from WikiAnswers:
How much does one gallon of gasoline weigh?
Answer
One gallon weighs from 5.8 to 6.5 pounds, depending on the temperature when you weigh it.
Don't measure, pour or heat gasoline!!
Answer
Gasoline weighs about 6.1 pounds per gallon. Diesel weights about 7.1 pounds per gallon.

JR - Deming Analogy
That is a very interesting analogy of comparing JR and W. Edwards Deming. There is similarity. Some here choose to laugh at JR and the emergence of The Rivera Process. Here is the story of Dr. Deming in a nutshell:
In the 1950's Japan began the big "export" plan. In the early stages, Japanese products were known for inferior quality. As a child, I remember laughing out loud at "Made In Japan".
In the 50,s Deming approached the Big 3 Auto Manufacturers, about how he could improve their quality via Statistical Analysis. They literally laughed him out of their office.
Shunned, eventually, Deming took his methods to Japan. He told them he could improve their quality in 5 years. He was stunned when they adopted his methods, and improved their quality in 2 years.
The rest is history. Japan became an exporting powerhouse and dominant economy. The U.S. Auto Industry has been in decline and on the ropes ever since. Just this year, Toyota took over from General Motors the title of Selling the most vehicles in the world.
There is a similarity between John Rivera and W. Edwards Deming. There is another comparison between the U.S. Automotive Industry and Big Oil Companies.
Those who choose to continue to disparage JR and The Rivera Process, should remember history, because in several years they may be eating their words.

I did read the entire Report. Nothing earth shattering, but I do reccomend. It definitely goes into much more detail of their Business Plan from the Inaugural Flight to Expansion, Marketing efforts, and Certification requirements. If you are like me, you probably want every tidbit of info you can get on this emerging company.
This much is in the public domain:

Baltia Airlines Inc. Description of Business
The Company was organized in the State of New York, August 24, 1989. Its objective is to provide scheduled air transportation from the U.S. to Russia, and former Soviet Union countries. In 1991, the Department of Transportation (DOT) granted the Company routes to provide non-stop passenger, cargo and mail service from JFK Airport in New York to St. Petersburg and from JFK to Riga, with online service to Minsk, Kiev and Tbilisi, as well as back up service to Moscow. Due to a lack of sufficient working capital, the US Department of Transportation terminated the Company's route authority without prejudice to reapply when financing was in hand. Thereafter, Baltia has engaged in market research, operations development and planning, as well as activities to raise the requisite funding in order to reapply with the US Department of Transportation. These costs are borne by Baltia's shareholders and principals. Once fully operational, Baltia expects that it will employ approximately 200 persons full-time and be operating in compliance with all regulations applicable to U.S. airlines.
With the exception of the JFK - Moscow route, there exists no nonstop competitive air transportation service on the routes for which Baltia can reapply pending financing. Baltia intends to provide full service, i.e. passenger, cargo and mail, and will not be dependent upon one or a few major customers. Baltia has two registered trademarks "BALTIA" and "VOYAGER CLASS" and five trademarks are subject to registration.
There is currently no nonstop service from JFK to St. Petersburg. Connecting service is provided mainly by foreign carriers. Finnair, Lufthansa and SAS are the leading competitors in the US-Russia market. KLM, British Airways, Air France, Austrian Airlines, and Swissair also provide service. However, foreign carriers are required to have intermediate stops at transit airports in their respective countries (Helsinki, Frankfurt, Stockholm, Copenhagen, etc.) because they are "third nation" airlines and as such cannot fly directly between the US and Russia (only a US airline as well as a reciprocating Russian airline is eligible to fly nonstop). Delta and Aeroflot currently operate between JFK and Moscow.
Baltia's objective is to establish itself as the leading nonstop carrier in the market niche over the North Atlantic with operations that are profitable and growing over time. In order to accomplish this objective, we intend to establish and maintain high quality service standards which we believe will be competitive with the European airlines currently providing connecting flights. Baltia does not expect to be in direct competition with deep discount airlines, including several East European airlines and the offspring of the former Soviet airline Aeroflot, which also provide connecting flights.
Baltia intends to provide First, Business, and Voyager Class accommodations. Baltia's passenger market strategy is tailored to particular preferences of the various segments of its customer base, with marketing attention particularly focused on American business travelers with interests in Russia who require high quality, nonstop service from the US to Russia.
Baltia's initial marketing strategy is based on existing agencies specializing in the market, selected travel and business publications, supplemented by direct mailings to corporate travel planners, and individual American businesses that are currently involved in Russia. Soon after the inauguration of flight service, Baltia plans to implement its frequent flyer program. As the marketing matures, Baltia plans to advertise to the general public throughout the US, and in Russia. Baltia also plans to sponsor selected industry and trade events in the US and in St. Petersburg.
Baltia intends to provide customer service and reservations centers in New York and in St. Petersburg, to list Baltia's schedules and tariffs in the Official Airline Guide, and provide world wide access to reservations on Baltia's flights through a major Computer Reservations and Ticketing System ("CRS").
The Company intends to activate the reservations service when the DOT issues its order authorizing Baltia to sell tickets (expected to be approximately 30 to 45 days before the inaugural flight).
Baltia has identified the following market segments in the U.S.-Russia market: (i) Business Travelers, (ii) General Tourism, (iii) Ethnic Travelers, (iv) Special Interest Groups, (v) Professional Exchanges, and (vi) Government and Diplomatic Travel.
Baltia believes that the direct nonstop service to be offered by it will be superior to the stop-over service currently offered by foreign airlines. A comparison between the two services with respect to passenger convenience and cargo transport efficiency is set forth below.
BALTIA - US flag, non-stop service:
With non-stop service, a passenger can fly from JFK to St. Petersburg in about 8 hours in a Boeing B747 wide body airplane. Cargo arrives containerized, palletized, and secure.
Foreign, stop-over journeys:
With stop-over service, it would take a passenger 10 to 18 hours to fly through Helsinki, Copenhagen, Moscow, or Frankfurt on a foreign carrier. In addition, passengers must change to narrow-body aircraft at a layover airport. Cargo is "broken up" and manually loaded onto narrow-body aircraft, or trucked from Helsinki.
Baltia plans to operate efficiently and provide consistent high quality service to passengers and cargo shippers alike in order to establish the Company as the preferred airline in the market in comparison to its competitors. The Company also plans to use targeted marketing of its service to maintain and grow its market share.
Because of the increased reliability and comfort of a nonstop flight, Baltia expects to capture a portion of the existing traffic. Further, US government traffic is required by law (Fly America Act) to fly on a US Flag carrier when service is available.
In order to start revenue flight operations, the Company has to complete FAA air carrier certification. During this process the airline demonstrates to the FAA how the airline will comply with the federal aviation regulations. As part of the process the FAA reviews the Company's management and operational control.
The Company's staff has prior experience with the certification and has worked closely with the New York Flight Standards District Office (NY FSDO) and is familiar with procedures of the Certification Standardization and Evaluation Team (CSET). The FAA certification is a defined process, it is structured in phases with test gates, and requires advance preparation on the part of the carrier. The FAA assembles a certification team and the airline assembles its certification team, acceptable to the FAA. The two teams interact at a counterpart level. Each team has its team leaders and managers of different functions, for example, maintenance, flight operations, cabin safety, etc. The following table shows the basic outline of the certification process.
Documentation Period:
Formal application documents Manual system, checklists, aircraft airworthiness records, airport/enroute analyses, environmental impact analysis Compliance statement, draft operation specifications Training curricula Mini-evacuation test plan Proving flight plan Requests for deviations and exemptions
Inspection and Demonstration Period:
Training of pilots, instructors, check airmen Training of mechanics, instructors Training of dispatchers Training of flight attendants Aircraft conformity check Inspection of base of operations and stations JFK and St. Petersburg Mini evacuation test Proving flight
During the documentation period the FAA in essence satisfies itself that the new air carrier has properly documented its operating procedures, that the aircraft and its documentation meet airworthiness requirements, that maintenance and training facilities are qualified and their curricula meets FAA requirements. During this period the Company prepares draft Operation Specifications, which are refined and issued upon certification.
During the inspection and demonstration stage, the FAA confirms that the Company conducts its training in accordance with its procedures, under FAA supervision. The FAA satisfies itself that the base station facilities at JFK and St. Petersburg are appropriate for the proposed operations with adequate equipment and arrangements in place. Aircraft conformity check assures that the aircraft meets all airworthiness requirements. The mini evacuation test demonstrates that the crew is capable of evacuating the aircraft in emergency. Finally, proving flights demonstrate how the Company actually conducts its flights in accordance with its specifications and procedures, and the test involves simulated emergencies.
The air carrier certification process includes environment impact analysis of the airline's operations. There is no specific cost attached, and there are no special environmental procedures in addition the airline's operations specifications. Standard industry operating procedures include such environmental aspects as containment and cleaning after an accidental fuel spill, handling of de-iceing liquid, waste disposal, etc. Also, Baltia will have to conduct flight operations in compliance with noise abatement regulations. Compliance with these requirements is prescribed by Federal Aviation Regulation and is standard in the industry. The initial compliance cost is part of the air carrier certification. The Company will carry airline liability insurance as required for a US airline by DOT regulation.
During the past two years the Company has been preparing for air carrier certification and is seeking funding to commence revenue flight operations on the JFK St. Petersburg route. Until the necessary funding is in place, management is foregoing compensation and expects to contribute administrative costs.
The Company does not engage in flight operations at this time and has made no equipment purchases or sales. The change in aggregate financial data during this year reflects the relatively small administrative costs that were incurred and added to the pre-launching costs.
Baltia has arranged for a lease of a Boeing 747 aircraft from a reliable lessor. The Company will execute the agreement when it has the financing. The aircraft will be delivered fresh from check C, an FAA required maintenance standard. The term "check C" refers to a mandatory, extensive overall maintenance inspection program of an aircraft that is typically conducted every two years. The marketing strategy relating to capacity and overall quality of service as experienced by passengers is reflected in the choice of aircraft. Five aircraft types are capable of flying nonstop on the JFK-St. Petersburg route, Boeing 747, MD11/DC10-30, Boeing 767, A340 and Boeing 777. From among these, Baltia's management believes that the cabin size of a Boeing 747 aircraft offers the greatest degree of comfort and capacity for the JFK-St. Petersburg market. Boeing 747 dispatch reliability lies within the 97% range (Boeing Report ID:RM 23004), which is a contributing factor to on-time dependability. Baltia's on-time dependability is further enhanced because a Boeing 747, a four-engine aircraft, is not subject to ETOPS regulations which could limit flights during certain weather conditions. "ETOPS" is an acronym for Extended Range Twin Engine Operations, which for a startup airline generally requires that during year one a twin engine aircraft be operated within 75 minutes from a suitable airport. If one of the airports on the Great Circle route is unusable, a twin engine aircraft would not receive dispatch clearance from JFK for a flight to St. Petersburg.
With the Boeing 747 true wide body aircraft Baltia intends to provide cargo service from JFK to St. Petersburg, offering containers, pallets, and block space arrangements. Baltia expects to carry contract cargo for express shippers. Baltia plans to market its own "Baltia Courier", "Baltia Express", and "Baltia Priority" express service for letter and packages. Baltia also expects revenues from diplomatic mail and cargo, under the Fly America Act provision. This Act provides that when service is available, US government traffic is required to fly on a US Flag carrier.
Baltia has prepared passenger service and ground service arrangements at JFK, and similar services are available at Pulkovo Airport in St. Petersburg, based on recent contact. As a US carrier flying into a foreign country, Baltia will be eligible to the same degree of priority that a foreign carrier receives when arriving in the US.
Baltia intends to start the JFK-St. Petersburg service with one round-trip flight per week, then increase the frequency to three round trips, and then to five round trips, within a four-month period.
By starting with one roundtrip flight per week for the first four weeks, Baltia not only accelerates and simplifies its FAA certification, but expects to save itself the additional time it would incur to make needed improvements and corrections. Starting with a light schedule, any inefficiencies of a given flight may be corrected for the next flight. Baltia management believes that in the initial four weeks, the Company will attain high operating efficiencies and service standards. These standards may be further refined during the following two months when Baltia plans to increase service to three round-trips per week. Following that, Baltia plans to increase service to five round trips per week, and then subsequently to daily round trip flights as additional aircraft are brought into service. The transitional schedule allows Baltia to train additional pilots, flight attendants, and support staff with a continuous training program. It also allows Baltia marketing program to take effect through its various segments.
During the past two years Baltia has also been preparing standards for service. The care taken in establishing high standards has implications beyond the launching of the JFK-St. Petersburg flight. Baltia plans to build operating modules and apply that know-how to develop new markets. Once established, Baltia plans to duplicate its JFK-St. Petersburg standards on flights on other transatlantic routes. By the end of year one, Baltia plans to introduce three additional aircrafts.
Additional revenues from charter flying. In conjunction with its Part 121 air carrier certification ("Part 121", referring to a Federal Aviation Regulations' number, is an industry acronym used to describe a US airline operating heavy jet aircraft) for scheduled service, Baltia intends to seek certification for world wide charter service. Following certification, Baltia plans to utilize aircraft time available between scheduled service, to earn additional revenues from charters. We are also considering qualifying our aircraft for military contracts.
As of December 31, 2005, Baltia has four full-time personnel and five part-time personnel. SH&E, an industry consulting firm based in New York, is Baltia's consultant. Baltia staff has professionals who have extensive major US airline experience in aircraft maintenance, airline operations, airline regulatory compliance and administration.

2 Points About The Dominican Republic
Here are a couple of recent posts from IHub about the DR.
from larice:
"JR is received like royalty in the Dominican Republic. They esteem him and his process. They want his process. It can save half their power budget. They are just looking for which crop to use.
And major changes will occur in their economy. This one event will transform the Dominican Republic by making electricity more available and reducing what they have to spend on imported oil.
Don't know when, but when it does hit the wires, I'll be glad I was already in and holding, cause the sp will have moved up rapidly.
USSE/SSTP is a giant getting ready to tear down the high cost of fuel for transportation and electrical power generation."
from raven dave:
"There was a rumor several weeks ago that a reactor was sent to the Dominican Republic. It appears that rumor was true and JR is there now getting that up and running. I suspect any fuel that can be produced in the DR can be sold and used there right away without any government restrictions. Also Mexico City has some of the worst air in the world because of petro diesel. A company could do very well just furnishing Mexico City with clean biodiesel."
The DR is a nation in poverty, much of it due to their inability to bring adequate and affordable Power Generation to the country. They have been and are seeking alternatives to fossil fuels. The above posts bring up 2 very important points.
1.) "It is basically a done deal, they are just seeking which crop to use".
I think they believe that The Rivera Process can solve their Power problems in an affordable, efficient, and self-renewable manner. With their tropical climate, they have a variety of available and renewable crops and biomass from which to choose to produce Biofuels. JR just needs to do what he does best, "tweak" his process and come up with the correct feedstock for the DR.
2.) "I suspect any fuel that can be produced in the DR can be sold and used there right away without any government restrictions".
Their power generation issue is a major problem that they desperately want to solve. If they can see the solution right in front of them, I agree, I also suspect they would approve the Fuel/Fuels lickety-split. They will do whatever it takes.
If you have any doubt that the DR will complete a Deal with USSE/SSTP, make sure you read the Dominican Republic Energy Commission Letter to JR:

The "Fly America Act"
What is it?
In a nutshell, the Fly America Act requires that foreign air travel funded with Federal dollars be performed on U.S. flag air carriers, unless one has a good reason not to. This also includes cargo and mail.

$0.26 Share Price
26m/2b = .013 Earnings Per Share
with a PE of 20 = $0.26 share price
That probably has to be split with SSTP, so it might be closer to $0.12 share price.
Remember, at 60,000 gallons per day that is about 22 million gallons per year. The goal of the Joint Venture is expansion to 100 million gallons per year. The per share price will be much higher.
Please do your own DD in the future.
.
$26 Million Annual Earnings
From the Stockholders Update:
12,000 Gallons/Day X $1.20 Earnings/Gallon
12,000 Gallons Production:
12,000 X $1.20 = $14,400
Weekly Earnings = $100,800
Monthly Earnings = $432,000
In a few more weeks Production scheduled to increase to 60,000 Gallons/Day, and continuing from there.
60,000 Gallons Production:
60,000 X $1.20 = $72,000 Earning/Day
Weekly Earnings = $504,000
Monthly Earnings = $2,160,000
Yearly Earnings = $25,920,000
So, at 60,000 Gallon Capacity, Yearly Earnings are almost $26 Million. However, before that year is up, actual Production will be higher than 60,000, so Yearly Earning will also be higher.

PPS Projection
I will make quick projections with nothing to back me up, except a lot of DD and experience.
Upon 8K announcing Inaugural Flight = $0.50
Upon actual Inaugural Flight = $1.00 to $2.00
Upon successful addition of 3 or 4 more airplanes = Much Higher

Previous Funding Attempt
I know that BLTA had some unfortunate occurrences from previous Funding efforts, but I never saw this before. Note, the amount of Funding sought was $5 Million. Several months ago, BLTA IR Barry Clare told me via phone call, that BLTA was now seeking $2 Million for one airplane to begin operations. It looks like more and more every day that they finally have that $2 Million for start-up.
March 19, 2001
In the wake of a decision by the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (CIBC) to withhold their clearing-house processing for a public offering by New York based Baltia Airlines, ``incredible loss and misery has been left,'' according to Igor Dmitrowsky, Baltia's founder and CEO. Baltia Airlines, Inc. is suing CIBC and its wholly owned subsidiary, CIBC Oppenheimer for damages of $150 million under the Securities Exchange Act and conspiracy under U.S. federal racketeering provisions (RICO). The case will be heard on March 26, at the US Court of Appeals in New York (40 Center Street, Foley Square, United States Courthouse,10:00 A.M.) The US Department of Transportation awarded Baltia Airlines the only non-stop route between St. Petersburg Russia and North America. Flying out of JFK Airport, their five round trip flights per week would take eight hours each way. Baltia, to qualify as a US Air Carrier for this route, proved to the DOT that they were fit, willing and able. Their bid was chosen over eleven other applicants. Baltia's $5 million share offering was approved by the Securities Exchange Commission and listed on the Nasdaq Small Cap Market. Hornblower & Weeks, Inc., a Wall Street brokerage company, and Baltia's underwriter, agreed to acquire all the shares on a firm commitment offering. All the stock was pre-sold by Hornblower to its clients. Five days before the trading was to start, CIBC, Hornblower's clearing house for many years, informed them that would not process any orders relating to Baltia. Larry Hecker, Vice President and Director of Operations for the small airline, and former Deputy Administrator for the FAA under President Reagan, said, ``Baltia Airlines would have been in operation a long time ago if it wasn't for CIBC.'' ``They didn't even give a reason for their withdrawal, and in my opinion what they did was illegal and immoral,'' he said. Hecker went on to say that, ``CIBC made both a written and oral commitment with Hornblower & Weeks. Then CIBC made their departure at the last minute, with no explanation, no forewarning, no chance to replace them...nothing!'' ``They had more than a year to leave if that was their intention. Obviously there was more to it'', he said. ``I believe in the concept and I believe in Igor,'' he said. ``He is one of the most tenacious, honest and admirable men I have ever known,'' Hecker said. ``Baltia was a good idea when it was conceived, and for many reasons it's even a better idea now.'' Hecker is generally considered by most business persons and government officials associated with the field of aviation to be the one individual responsible for TWA's turnaround from 1993 to 1995. Bob Volpe, 44, his wife and their two small sons, of Brooklyn New York are ``still reeling'' from CIBC's ``derailment'' of Baltia's public offering. ``We were so proud to be a part of this exciting opportunity and it ended up costing us most of our life's savings and our pension fund. The news that CIBC had backed out of their commitment was devastating to us.'' Volpe is still listed as the Director of Technical Operations for Baltia Airlines in the company's prospectus and claims he would ``go back in a minute if they get their financing together.'' He took another job in the computer field after the public offering was ``slammed shut'' by CIBC. In 1998 Volpe took the job with Baltia because he ``was so impressed and confident with the team, their talent and their terrific plans.'' ``I wanted to have the chance to show what airline mechanics are all about and to go far beyond, even the strictest guidelines of the FAA. It was the opportunity of a lifetime I dreamed about,'' he said. ``Igor is very intelligent and a great guy. He did everything in his power to hold the troops together. But when your company is hit with a devastating low blow like we were from CIBC, and your company virtually runs out of money, you have to take alternative steps,'' Volpe said. ``I worked for two airline companies prior to joining Baltia, and I saw first hand what a roomful of powerful attorney's could do. I'm amazed how Steffanie Lewis (Baltia's Attorney) has hung in there and stuck to her guns. In terms of legal horsepower CIBC definitely has more horses...but having more horses doesn't make them right... morally or legally!'' Brian Glynn, Vice President of Marketing for Baltia Airlines since its inception in 1989 is still very confident that Baltia will prevail in this ``David versus Goliath'' struggle. ``We put everything into this...our hearts, our souls, our money and our energy. We finally saw the light at the end of the tunnel when we succeeded over eleven other airlines to win this route to St. Petersburg,'' he said. ``This was no small feat. We had the talent, the support and the plan to make it work. And we still do!'' Glynn said he has never had a job that he enjoys so much as his position with Baltia. ``Working with the top officials in St. Petersburg and planning our satellite connections to areas where the residents, who felt ignored from the rest of the world, were so excited to meet with us.'' ``St. Petersburg is such an amazing city. To have two great cities connected by our efforts is extraordinarily exciting.'' ``From cultural, technological, and industrial standpoints, St. Petersburg stands out in the world. Rachmaninoff's first concerto was premiered there, Prokofiev showcased his works there and it is even argued that Shakespeare's Romeo and Juliet also premiered in St. Petersburg. They have more cultural exchange programs than anywhere else in the world,'' Glynn stated. ``We made tremendous sacrifices for this project,'' Glynn said. ``Some far beyond the call of normal duty. I have watched our families grow up under the strain of this dream. I have watched marriages crumble under the burden of the long hours and tremendous tasks,'' Glynn added. ``We put a wonderful team of tremendous talent together. One that I don't think could be easily duplicated. The DOT recognized this When CIBC pulled the rug out from under us they hurt a lot of extremely good and talented people.'' ``The early visionaries of this project, Igor Dmitrowsky, Walter Kaplinsky, who invested every penny he had to his name, Steffanie Lewis, our General Counsel and myself were really crushed emotionally and monetarily when CBIC did this to our company,'' Glynn said. ``CIBC damaged our reputation for no justifiable reason other than their own self-interests,'' Glynn said. ``They devastated our strong financial position...and we didn't even need them.'' ``Their excuses make no sense at all. They were part of Hornblower's and Baltia's plans for over a year. Then they pulled out five days before trading was to start.Give me a break!'' ``Of course it hurt Hornblower & Weeks too. They did a great job on this offering and they were hit with a bombshell as well,'' Glynn said. Hornblower & Weeks also has an action against CIBC relative to the Baltia Airlines, Inc offering. ``Fortunately we are going to continue and we will prevail,'' Glynn concluded.
Baltia is the last story, so scroll down:

Incorrect Once Again
There you go again, trying to pass off incorrect information as factual. I thought that perhaps you learned your lesson after your "water content posts fiasco". Apparently not.
You are wrong.
OD-66 is available for sale right now. OD-66 was delivered from Natchez to Connecticut. In fact, OD-66 was put in the fuel tank of that delivery truck.
When it was said that the EPA Tier Program would be less than a year, he was referring to the BG100 Fuel. That is because it is a totally new fuel.
In the future, please comprehend information accurately, before you post.

AmSpec Letter #2 (Cellulosic Biomass)
August 6, 2007
Dear Mr. Rivera
Based on our July 27, 2007 visit and witnessing of your company's process and review of Energy Policy Act 2005-H.R.6 and past laboratory analysis of your product, we determined that your process meets the requirements of cellulosic biomass as long as your process utilizes corn, soybeans, wheat, sunflower, and other raw agricultural products.

Expected Earnings
From the Stockholders Update:
12,000 Gallons/Day X $1.20 Earnings/Gallon
12,000 Gallons Production:
12,000 X $1.20 = $14,400
Weekly Earnings = $100,800
Monthly Earnings = $432,000
In a few more weeks Production scheduled to increase to 60,000 Gallons/Day, and continuing from there.
60,000 Gallons Production:
60,000 X $1.20 = $72,000 Earning/Day
Weekly Earnings = $504,000
Monthly Earnings = $2,160,000
Yearly Earnings = $25,920,000
So, at 60,000 Gallon Capacity, Yearly Earnings are almost $26 Million. However, before that year is up, actual Production will be higher than 60,000, so Yearly Earning will also be higher.
The purpose of the Joint Venture is to rebuild Agri Max and increase Production to 100 Million Gallons Per year. They are on schedule to do this within a year. At that point Annual Earnings will be about $120 Million.
Also, with their suite of ground-breaking Fuels, we can expect other signed deals by then.
These are the facts.

Maintaining A Full Chain Of Custody
Welcome ckid. A legitimate question.
I can tell you that AmSpec is impressed by the USSEC Fuels. From what I hear, they have never seen anything like it.
AmSpec tested OD-66 back in July. At time I talked with Neil Boone, he confirmed the test results. He said that the next step would be to fly to Natchez, watch the fuel being made, take the fuel out of the reactor, and bring back to Houston for tests. This is what he neant by Maintaining a full chain of custody. This is to verify that the fuel being tested, is in fact from the USSEC Reactor.
Here are 2 previous posts:
I spoke with the gentleman who actually tested the fuel at AmSpec. He informed me that when a fuel is independently tested by an ASTM lab and the fuel meets or exceeds the standard then it is ASTM certified. It is a misnomer that there is an actual certification. The certification is the lab results that proves that it meets the standard.
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.asp?message_id=21363592
===================================================================================
I verified this myself. There were some conflicting reports, so I called AmSpec this morning, July 19. I called Ruben Hernandez (name on the Certificate of Analysis), and immediately got his answering machine. 4 hours later he called me back. He apologized, he was at the airport all morning. He requested the File No. (they do many tests), HO 56344. He said he would look it up and call me back in 5 minutes. He did call back in 5, but said that someone from "Biodiesel" would call me in 15 minutes. That was not his expertise, he is one of the owners. So, I asked him about the rumor of AmSpec buying some OD-66. He immediately said no, that is not what AmSpec does, they do not even have the means to do that. That should end the buying rumor.
In 10 minutes I think his name is Neil Boone called me. I asked if the Test results and Certificate means that OD-66 is ASTM Certified. He said, "Yes". I asked so that means they can sell the fuel, he again said "Yes". He offered that he believes that they have been Producing Fuel since last Friday.
I then mentioned the 36 degree Cloud Point and asked if that is a Summer Blend, he immediately said yes. The Fuel will need an Additive or another Blend for winter.
Other tidbits of info. They have been working with USSE for a month or 2, have done about 9 different Fuel Tests. He has spent a whole day with the USSE "Engineer". The sample came from Natchez, he will be flying to Natchez within a week to personally take a sample directly from the Reactor for more Tests.
I then asked if the Fuel results were impressive. He said most definitely.
AmSpec was very prompt, courteous and professional. That makes me feel better about the Test results, and further Testing that they will be doing with USSE.

3 New Fuels
Sustainable Power Corp. today announced it will begin to market:
1.)
An exclusive breakthrough Biogasoline (BG100) made from 100% cellulosic bio-mass
2.)
A replacement for gasoline in E85 flex fuel
3.)
As well as marine fuel.
http://biz.yahoo.com/iw/070828/0295824.html
Then we also have OD-66. Shaping up to be a rather lucrative suite of Fuels. With the promise of more to come. Note the last sentence:
"We are working very closely with AmSpec Services, LLC to complete various further analysis on additional Fuels."
.
Maintaining a full chain of custody
from the PR:
Mr. Boone stated, "We used samples obtained from our visit to Natchez. Maintaining a full chain of custody, we returned to our lab in Houston and made biogasoline (BG100), marine fuel, and a replacement for gasoline in E85 flex fuel."
What does that mean? It means that AmSpec took the samples right from a demo in front of them, they took control of the samples, and kept them the entire time back to Houston. No one else touched the samples.
This once and for all, with no doubt, proves the validity of The Rivera Process. It works exactly as, or better, than Mr. Rivera has been stating all this time.
JR Juice is real, and it works. We have undisputable scientific proof now.
Congratulations Mr. Rivera!!
5.26 Gallons Yield
That is with both the liquid biofuel, and the biogas.
My earlier post seperated the 2, so simpler minds could understand. Keep studying it, it will come to you, maybe.
32.07 divided by 6.1 (gasoline weight) = 5.26
.
5.26 Gallons Yield
from the AmSpec Letter:
10.69 pounds of liquid oil, 3.77 pounds of gas and 5.44 pounds of 7-3-7 carbon fertilizer.
10.69 X 3 = 32.07 liquid oil
3.77 X 3 = 11.31 gas
5.44 X 3 = 16.32 carbon
32.07 / 6.1 = 5.26 Gallons Yield from 1 Bushel of Soybeans. (Not an exact number)
Plus 11.31 pounds of gas
Plus 16.32 pounds of carbon fertilizer
.
Re: Yield is 5.26 Gallons Per Bushel
10.69 pounds of liquid oil. Multiply by 3 = 32.07, you got this number yourself.
Gasoline weighs about 6.1 pounds per gallon (weight is not the accurate way to do it).
So, 32.07 / 6.1 = 5.26
This is the correct yield. If you need other questions answered, do your own DD.
.
Yield is 5.26 Gallons Per Bushel
The next deception that he will try is to say that the yield is 4.27 gallons per bushel. He already posted this nonsense on RB at post #13510.
Wrong yet once again wechoose (fairwayiron on RB)
The 7.5 lbs per gallon includes the liquid fuel and the gas.
The weight of a gallon of gas is not exact, it depends on the temperature when you weigh the fuel.

Dear Mr. Rivera
Thank you for your July 27, 2007, invitation to inspect and personally witness your process at your Natchez facility. I am writing to attest to the fact that I witnessed the input of 20 pounds of crushed soybeans into your test reactor and the amazing results 10.69 pounds of liquid oil, 3.77 pounds of gas and 5.44 pounds of 7-3-7 carbon fertilizer.
Since soybeans weigh 60 pounds per bushel, we multiply these results times 3 which equals an unprecedented 43.38 pounds of fuel and 16.62 pounds of fertilizer. With an average fuel weight of 7.5 pounds per gallon, you are getting about 5.7 gallons per bushel.
Using samples we received on this visit, maintaining a full chain of custody, we returned to the lab in Houston and made biogasoline (BG100), marine fuel, and a replacement for gasoline in E85 flex fuel from your oil. We also tested and analyzed your oxygenated diesel fuel (OD-66) which meet all and exceeded some ASTM specifications for on road diesel.

Now Up To 24,000 Gallons/Day
From SSTP Board:
the word is they're up to 24,000 gal a day now
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.asp?message_id=22418810
Excellent news! I had heard yesterday up to 36,000 Gallons Per Day. It looks like JR's hard work in Houston is paying off. Whether they get 36,000 one day, and then 24,000 the next is not the point. The point is, they are definitely increasing the Daily Output.
24,000 Gallons Daily is nothing to sneeze at. At $1.20 Earnings Per Gallon, that is $28,800 Earnings Per Day, or $201,600 Earnings Per Week. At this rate, USSE/SSTP is fast approaching becoming a self-funding Operation.
.
$26 Million Annual Earnings
From the Stockholders Update:
12,000 Gallons/Day X $1.20 Earnings/Gallon
12,000 Gallons Production:
12,000 X $1.20 = $14,400
Weekly Earnings = $100,800
Monthly Earnings = $432,000
In a few more weeks Production scheduled to increase to 60,000 Gallons/Day, and continuing from there.
60,000 Gallons Production:
60,000 X $1.20 = $72,000 Earning/Day
Weekly Earnings = $504,000
Monthly Earnings = $2,160,000
Yearly Earnings = $25,920,000
Right now, USSE/SSTP is Earning $14,400 Per Day. At 60,000 Gallon Capacity, Yearly Earnings are almost $26 Million. However, before that year is up, actual Production will be higher than 60,000, so Yearly Earning will also be higher.

Carbon: The World's Next Biggest Market
Trading Carbon Credits
Carbon: The World's Next Biggest Market
Nick Hodge: Green Building Expert2007-07-23
By Nick Hodge
It's been over a month since I first started telling you all about the coming opportunities in carbon trading. Since then, there have been some developments, not only in legislation, but in the amount of media attention being paid to this fledgling industry.
Last Tuesday, Australian Prime Minister John Howard announced details of a proposed carbon-trading plan he hopes to have under way by 2011. And today, the Australian Climate Exchange opened, with carbon trading around $8.60 per ton.
This is a huge ideological shift from one of the two fully industrialized countries that failed to accept the Kyoto Protocol targets for emissions reduction. The other, as you probably know, is the US.
And then there's the recent New York Times article, "In London's Financial World, Carbon Trading Is the New Big Thing." And boy is it.
According to that article, carbon trading is one of the "fastest-growing specialties in financial services." And companies are scrambling to get "a slice of a market now worth about $30 billion and that could grow to $1 trillion within a decade."
The article continues: "Carbon will be the world's biggest commodity market, and it could become the world's biggest market over all."
The World's Biggest Market
Carbon has the potential, as stated in the NY Times article, to become the world's biggest market. Here's why.
Consider this: Every year humans generate about 38 billion tons of carbon dioxide. Now take a look at a chart of the price of carbon on the Chicago Climate Exchange:
carbon price
At its current price of about $3.50 per ton, the potential carbon market stands at roughly $133 billion (38 billion x $3.50).
But only a fraction of those emissions are regulated.
As more and more governments start to regulate their country's emissions, and as more companies--just as we're seeing in the US--start to voluntarily limit their emissions, the demand for available carbon credits will skyrocket. And so will their price!
One need only revert to the simple law of supply and demand to see that this industry is going to be huge. If increased demand dictates an increase in price, getting in now could be one of the wisest investment moves you make in the first half of this century.
More than One Way to Profit
And carbon isn't just a one trick pony. There are a few ways to make sure you get your share of this opportunity.
You see, as this industry grows and matures, companies are going to be looking to make money from it in any way possible.
So if you don't have the $33 million needed to break into trading Certificates in Emission Reductions (CERs), there's still hope.
For starters, you could invest in companies that reduce emissions simply by the nature of their business. Companies that produce clean energy will soon be profiting on two fronts--they'll be selling their power and the carbon credits they acquired while making it.
And now, some companies are trying to make their fortunes by finding ways to reduce the daily emissions of dirty operations and selling the credits they earn in the process. These companies are not only getting consulting fees, but a portion of the carbon credit proceeds as well.
Take a look at Ecology & Environment Inc. (AMEX: EEI), which offers a range of environmental consulting services, including environmental planning, management, and regulatory compliance support.
EEI
In one year, this company is up 34%--six percentage points higher than the record-breaking Dow--and has increased its annual net income by over 62%.
And there's another way to tap into this industry.
As more governments begin to cap carbon emissions and initiate trading schemes, there will need to be regulatory bodies that measure and confirm reduced emissions. And those agencies will need new instruments and technologies to measure and record.
Point is...these stocks are going to make Green Chip investors a boatload!
For more on opportunities in carbon markets, as well as the booming alternative energy market (our most recent solar play is up 53% since Wednesday), join Green Chip Stocks now .
Until next time,
Nick
PS. After writing this article, I learned of DuPont's plight in a recent Clean Air Act case. Their penalty: spend at least $66 million on pollution control devices.
Folks, it just keeps getting better and better.

Estimated OD-66 Production Costs
ok...of those 4 components....
what is usse responsible for providing....
Funny you should ask, I have been looking at that recently. I would imagine USSE supplies everything but the Diesel. We know that USSE makes the Additive, we have seen pictures of them making Ethanol, and AGri Max is currently making biodiesel. So they only need to purchase the Diesel from outside sources.
Next step is Estimated Costs/Gallon of OD-66:
ETHANOL 15%
Production Costs @ $1 Gallon = $0.15
($1 X .15)
BIODIESEL 50%
Production Costs @ $1 Gallon = $0.50
($1 X .50)
ROAD DIESEL 34%
Purchase Costs @ $3 Gallon = $1.02
($3 X .34)
CATALYST ADDITIVE 1%
Production Costs @ .50 Gallon = $0.005
($0.50 X .01)
So, Estimated USSE Total Costs to Produce 1 Gallon of OD-66 = $1.675
p.s.
I would bet that Costs are even lower. The $3 for Diesel is the Retail Price, I am sure that they have found a source for at least Wholesale Price, Plus some kind of Bulk Discount.
.
OD-66 Is Unique
The USSE Additive is the only one can make that same blend miscible.
There is no other product with the same qualities as OD-66.

(Other OTC:SSTP.PK - News) are pleased to jointly announce the dramatic results of testing of its revolutionary new green renewable Biodiesel by AmSpec Services, LLC (http://www.amspecllc.com).
In a report published today on the USSEC Research page, results included improved flashpoint, higher viscosity, dramatically lower sulfur (ppm), less copper corrosion, higher cetane index, dramatically less carbon residue, and improved lubricity over conventional Ultra Low Sulfur Diesel.
John Rivera, CEO, stated, "With these breakthrough test results, we believe we have come up with a solution to stop the importation of foreign diesel fuels. Our 'OD 66' or Oxygenated Diesel meets and exceeds all ASTM specifications. As previously announced, Sustainable Power Corp. has received the exclusive worldwide license to acquire USSEC Bio-Waste products to produce and distribute Biofuel. The companies anticipate that Sustainable Power will commence shipments of this new Biodiesel within 72 hrs."
