I need to watch it again tomorrow, but do not doubt that each secure balance costs $53,000: http://www.ingen-tech.com/products/secure_balance/income_statement.asp The financing plans will make secure balance roll off the shelves very quickly. I knew this company had a lot of promise when I seen those financing plans. According to the plans, you can get various grades of the system for between $20,000 - $88,000.
Very very good numbers. That 5 million loss was due to R&D, but in production the company proved to have a 30% profit margin. The future looks to be very profitable indeed.
Wow you got the financing all wrong. LOL come on $99/month for a $53,000 unit. Here: http://www.ingen-tech.com/contact/lease.asp
Well it wasn't me who talked to Scott, but a poster on RB. I agree with you should the acquisition of InfraredMed take place it will be big, because InfraredMed already has a product ready for a huge market. Note the company also stated it will be active in making acquisitions in order to move onto the small caps ASAP. I enjoy posting the following:
[
Ingen Technologies Considers Acquisition of InfraredMed, Inc.
"...[We have] a ready for market non-invasive diagnostic system for early detection of breast cancer," said Victor Yannacone. InfraredMed Corporation
"I plan to meet with Mr. Yannacone in our new Yucaipa-California office next Tuesday in order to structure the acquisition and move forward." said Scott Sand, CEO & Chairman of IGTN.
]
This is just the beginning too. Imagine the company expanding to Europe and Asia. Imagine contracts too. This company should definitely have an HISC like valuation.
We might be looking at the next big medical device company. Companies in the medical field are big, and will only get bigger as the market explodes during the next few decades. If you’re patient enough to wait one to two years, I say this is one of those companies you want to load up on as much as possible.
IGTN going for HOD and higher
IGTN will have news tomorrow. Likely gapper.

I just talked to Sand and he said there will be a PR tommorow and thursday. They are waiting on spector to deliver 2005 results. The 2003 and 2004 are done, however they are going to release them all at once so we are not going to get bits and pieces. We probably won't get the financials by the end of this month, however it is no big deal. We have been waiting this long already its no problem. Remember, we are better off to have complete financials with no questions rather than some jimmy-rigged statement just to please the shareholders. The more complete the financials, the faster we get to the BB.
(Voluntary Disclosure: Position- Long; ST Rating- Strong Buy; LT Rating- Strong Buy)

IGTN shake. Keep an eye on it for quick bounce.
I'm not sure what he's referring to, but rumors have it that it should see above a nickel this week. The current price is very cheap for this stock.

IGTN: I am hearing that meetings went very well over the weekend. We expect news tomorrow and some very big news before the end of the week. The stock could hit recent new highs this week.
IGTN volume more than doubled this hour. Moving higher with less volume too.
IGTN moving with volume. Now 0.027.
IGTN hitting 0.026 and looking to move much higher in anticipation of acquisition discussions tomorrow, and audit results to be PR'ed sometime this week.

Well those who sell BCIT could head to IGTN for safety LOL
IGTN heading back up. Last Friday there was a lot accumulation at 0.027.
IGTN anyone care for some cheap shares while they last
You would have said added, but I guess it's up to interpretation. Anyways I think I saw some posts of yours saying you would like to add. With how you've been acting, it seems you are having a conflict of interest with supporters.

Jstarship - OT - I'll agree with that statement about TNOG. Bought some today. They just completed the NG pipeline and installed the sales meter - $$$$$$$.
monkey you are starting to get on my nerves, and starting to make me think you're part of the basher group. I read the IGTN RB board, although I don't post there. What I understand you said there is that you no longer have a position in TNOG, but would like to get back in. Maybe all your skepticism is for the effect of you getting back in lower.
Furthermore, do you think the MM's would dare take down the price knowing what they know about TNOG's policy for dilution. They would be flooded with buys, and would have a greater responsibility to cover. It's also obvious you don't understand the mechanics of what these shorters do. They don't have to sell endless amounts of shares, or bring the price to near zero (where it is the most lucrative BTW) to rip off the market. No, they just have to short enough taking 100+% gains in each turn. In that manner they are hurting the market the most, deteriorating the wealth and prosperity of the economy.
This naked short selling (endless draining of capital) is going to create a market collapse! Indication: more and more companies are starting to become undervalued. These fools are given absolute power, and we all know what absolute power does!

It came to me after great consideration what likely happened yesterday. What likely happened yesterday is that the MM's wanted to minimize further shorting or they were unable to short. So what they decided to do was collect as many shares as possible available from 0.021 to 0.027. Note that just before the huge dump at the close, the volume was 16 million. 10 million were probably bought by the MM's by then. Note also that yesterday was a Friday, a day that is usually known as the day when profits are taken within a given week. Cleverly, just 10 minutes before the close, after anyone could gather funds to buy any more, the MM's dumped some of the shares they had accumulated throughout the day, thus triggering a huge sell off. The sell off gave the MM's the ability to accumulate more shares, which they will use, at least in part, to manipulate the price at higher. Some of the shares, of course, will be for cover.
serf you seem to be missing the unique situation of IGTN. IGTN has been on the SHO list for 70+ days, more than most other companies. That fact will make the forced buyin more lucrative just before we move to the OTCBB. Manipulation of the stock slowed down to a trickle on Friday, indicating the buyin is in effect and that the license for naked shorting of IGTN has been taken away. I also sensed on Friday that some MM's want to take advantage of this situation too, which bodes very good for us.
BTW what happened to that beauty you had on your picture? Is the current picture of you without all the makeup and accessories? LOL
IGTN had a 10 million share dump on the last 10 minutes. It was cool to see. With a 120 million float, great number of accumulation @ 0.028, 0.022, 0.019, and 0.027, being on the SHO list for 70 straight days, and rumors of audits and OTCBB move schedule to be out next week I doubt there are many more shares avaibale to be bought bellow .03. Once the schedule for the move to the BB is given, the shorters will be boxed and will have to cover. And we all know what a forced cover means.
Is there anymore shares to be sold under 0.027? I doubt it! It's going to be exciting next week.
LOL that was 10 million shares dumped at the last 10 minutes. It was either the MM's trying to scare as many shares as possible, or some big holder giving the MM's a break. Oh well, it shouldn't stop the impending break out next week. Definitely a gapper on Monday.
WOW what a shake they gave IGTN. Gapper Monday.
IGTN now 0.00221!!!
IGTN the next BCIT - NEXT WEEK!!!
IGTN took a dip EOD. Good entry poing for next when it is expected to double.
IGTN should be interesting EOD in anticipation of rumors for EOD and next week.
Good idea. I suggest you suggest that to the CEO.
Wow BCIT what happened? IGTN next....
IGTN exploding! Now 0.027!
IGTN volume coming back. IGTN the cheaper BCIT with real products. Rumor has it reliable sources are saying shorts are covering due to big news next week that will force them to cover.
IGTN a cheaper BCIT (with real products.) It's a race! Who will win? LOL

stushy - I don't invest in penny stocks nor do I believe in getting info from message boards for dd, but I'm now in a rush to do my d&d. The tip I recieved is from someone who provides insurance to hedge fund managers. I now understand this is on the SHO list so I'm assuming this is going to be bought back as next week unfolds - because the news will be signifigant. What news can we expect next week that would force this to come off the sho list? P.S. I know the SHO list is a joke but when a stock is about to move off - It's a sure bet.
BTW - Good post with product list.
(Voluntary Disclosure: Position- Long)
IGTN no more shorting but a lot of covering, much like BCIT. Been on the SHO list for 70 days, and looking to move onto the BB within the next few weeks.
