INNV goes up and INNV goes down. Let's have a run up that sets a new, higher floor that we never go below :)
Ok, thanks Batermere.
@Florida Investor, thanks for the explanation, I already knew that, but the concern is an r/s could be done before INNV is really ready for it and that after an r/s, there would be heavy shorting and the increased PPS due to the r/s would drop lower.
I'm not trying to sound paranoid. An r/s at the right time could be a good thing.
Is there a good side effect of an r/s, like reducing total outstanding or authorized numbers of shares? Is the total float reduced? Can an r/s be like retiring shares, thereby making each remaining share worth more?
@Batermere, Why can Damaj do an r/s when he wants? INNV is a public company, so doesn't an r/s have to be voted on and approved by us first? Or, since Damaj is the majority share holder, can he do an r/s when he decides the time is right for an r/s?
Exactly, that's what I was thinking. Let's just not do an r/s before INNV is ready. Would us share holder have to vote to approve an r/s, before it can happen? Or can Dr.Damaj do an r/s whenever he feels like it?
With a different investment I had, I voted against an r/s, it was with OxiGene, OXGN, which is now MATN, I would stay away from MATN, many went bankrupt.
@Florida Investor, if INNV grew naturally to $2.15, then I would say, go ahead and do an R/S to get to the Nasdaq.
@GrassIsGreener, I think most of POTNs products are good and hopefully huge profits and uplisting happens soon. I'm glad at least you were open-minded to my point.
@Batermere, the news certainly sounds good!
Many of suspect profitability in Q1-18...
It makes me wonder why Dr.Damaj indicated profitability exiting 2018...
Maybe Dr.Damaj has flipped from majorly over-promising and under-delivering to majorly under-promising and over-delivering.
I'm no stock investment expert like Eslifesvr, or Harry Crumb, but with POTN so low now, it's sort of a no brainer, that @.35 it's a gift, because after the Q1 earnings are announced, POTN should go up a lot from .35.
@cragsdoolie007,
I am saying that melatonin is an active ingredient and that it's largely responsible for the chill, relaxation, sleep effect in the gummy's and in the edible slices.
I am also saying that it's deceptive to not list the milligrams/dosage of the active ingredient, melatonin, but yet list the milligrams/dosage of the other active ingredient, CBD.
I am also saying that you can buy a whole bottle of melatonin to help relax and sleep better, far cheaper than 6 melatonin laced gummies.
You will find melatonin listed as an ingredient here;
https://www.diamondcbd.com/collections/relax-gummies/products/relax-gummies-cbd-infused-gummy-bears-edible-candy
Having said all of this, I am long on POTN and I do understand that there are multiple benefits to CBD.
However, I don't want to make a profit in part due to deceptive marketing practices.
I would much rather make a profit in an ethical manner.
@GeneralGrievous in response to, "When you buy food does it tell you the measurements of ingredients? No that’s proprietary... post debunked! Next! Lol"
Food ingredient quantities don't need to be listed, otherwise, that would be the proprietary recipe...
Melatonin is not a food ingredient, melatonin is an "active ingredient" so, it's milligrams should be listed on the package label, otherwise, it's deceptive marketing...
Large dosages of meltonin is the main active ingredient in the gummies and in the edible slices and it's what gives people that relaxed/chill effect, which helps them sleep better, the very small amount of CBD milligrams is likely to not have much of an affect at all.
@wctexas, my point is, that it's probaly not the small amount of CBD in the gummies or edible slices that relaxes people and causes them to chill out and sleep better, it's mostly likely due to the high does of melatonin.
Meltonin is listed as an ingredient, but it's deceptive, because the exact amount of melatonin milligrams is not listed, yet the amount of CBD milligrams is listed...
@GeneralGrevious, you are wrong, because melatonin does in fact have an effect. I should know, I sometimes take a 3mg pill of melatonin a couple of hours before bedtime, which helps relax me and makes me a bit tired, so I end up sleeping better.
If you take too many milligrams of melatonin, it will make you tired and groggy and have a "stoned" feeling the next day and I would not recommend operating heavy machinery or driving if you've taking more melatonin, than the recommended amount, not until you've given the extra melatonin hours...to a day, to wear off.
@JMC21&Cashcollections, look at the ingredients here, do you see the word "melatonin?" I do, I see the word "melatonin."
https://www.diamondcbd.com/collections/relax-gummies/products/relax-gummies-cbd-infused-gummy-bears-edible-candy
@JMC21, What POTN products have you used? I've only had the gummies and the watermelon slices and those do in fact have melatonin, but only the CBD is listed in milligrams, the melatonin is not.
My point is, it's very deceptive to not label the milligrams of melatonin on the label.
I think the chill/relax effect in the gummies and the watermelon slices, only comes from the high amount of melatonin (a relax/sleep) aide and not from the 3mgs of CDB.
I doubt 3mg's of CBD is enough to achieve much on any effect.
The POTN, CBD pain pills/cream do not contain melatonin.
Why spend $40dollar for 6 melatonin packed gummies, when you could spend, just $5dollars for 100 pills of a bottle of sleep aide melatonin?
@07up, in some cases, it is good to have POTN retained as the name, so that when the MJ sector goes up, hopefully due to Jeff Sessions and the laws not persecuting medical MJ.
@CashCollections, look at the ingredients listed on the label of the CBD chill/relax gummies and the watermelon slices. Melatonin is listed clearly as an ingredient with a warning not to drive or operate have equipment, but the real deceptive part is that the exact milligrams of Melatonin is not listed, but the milligrams of CBD is listed...hmmm, makes one wonder...Why not list the exact milligrams of Melatonin.
FYI, if POTN eventually uplists to the Nasdaq, or w/e with or w/o an r/s, I would never want them to change their name or ticker symbol, because it's great to have the mostly good past history of this company behind them, backing them. A name change or a ticker change is a bit deceptive in my opinion, unless it's because a company got merged or bought out.
I don't know the exact milligrams of melatonin in the products yet and I do like there gummy bears and the watermelon chill slices.
However, we still need to have the discussion about the unlisted, melatonin dosage, even if you're personally uncomfortable with it.
Why not list the exact milligrams of melatonin on the label of their products? This indicates deception to me...
A couple of people, have talked around the melatonin dosage issue, but have been reluctant to address is directly, which makes me wonder, why? What is being hidden here?
Thank you.
There are 53 types of Innovus products, combined products and/or variants of their products for sale on Amazon, which is a good thing! I did not see the colon cleanser on Amazon, so they need to add the ole' colon blower.
It could be awesome when Innovus is more of a global company and I know it's happening as we speak. I want to see Fluticare sold world-wide and on the shelves of brick and mortar stores, like Walmart, etc. Australia would also be a good market, when the timing is right. I know we can't grow too fast, or expenses would kill us. I am very patient.
Ok, so it sounds like I have my answer, uplisting does not legally require a name change (like the name change he did with Apricus.) I would keep the name Innovus, unless like you said it was merged into and bought out by a big pharma. Maybe at some point, GNC or a huge pharma will buy Innovus.
I know Dr.Damaj has a "particular set of skills" and has done a lot of good for Innovus. He has also made some mistakes, which I hope won't plague Innovus for a long time. I'm not trying to get rid of Damaj, I just want him to slightly under-promise and slighty over-deliver and not issues shares to companies for no reason and come up with good product names and focus more on our best products. I know Damaj isn't ready to sell Innovus yet, but some think that selling is his ultimate goal. After Damaj get's Innovus net profitable and maintains and grows profits for q afetr q, maybe then he'll sell after the business is solid and at that point a new CEO could continue and add to the success of Innovus.
Isn't it true that an r/s/ would have to be voted on by us shareholders and if so, then we could vote the r/s down, if we felt the timing of it was bad, or that an r/s is just wrong in general? Yes/No?
After an r/s for the purpose to uplist to the Nasdaq, would Innovus have to change its' name, or could it keep the same name? (My opinion is that a name change is an unnecessary expense, unless it really, really opens the doors to more investments/profits.
A comment/question about the chill/relax products, only they contain the melatonin...therefore it's probably only the melatonin which causes the chill/relax effect and not the CBD.
Does anyone else think as I do?
For example, the CBD pain relief pills don't contain melatonin and therefore don't contain a warning about driving or operating heavy machinery, because CDB doesn't cause drowsiness, it's the melatonin that causes drowsiness....
Agree or disagree?
We're through the looking glass here people...
We've found that we're being overcharged for inexpensive melatonin.
@BIGHUNGRY, how much melatonin is in these products? I never said anything about synthetics.
Wake up, don't spend $$$ for cheap meltonin and a hint of CBD!!!
I bet they won't respond to the melatonin milligrams question and if they do reply honestly, it will be like 200 milligrams of melatonin, per gummy bear, which will proof that it's the melatonin and not the CBD oil, which cause the relaxed, stoned, chilled effect, thereby blowing the lid off this fraudulator!
FYI, 2-5milligrams of melatonin is considered a normal dosage, not 200milligrams!
I can get a bottle of melatonin for $5dollars, so why pay $25 with a coupon for Melatonin with a touch of CBD in it? LOL!
I would not care if Dr.Damaj left INNV, because we'd probably finally get someone that could properly pronounce their own product names correctly, or at the very least choose product names that were actually good and not so repulsively stupid sounding.
With a new CEO, we'd also probably get more accurate guidance and fewer dumb mistakes being made and we'd probably get under promising and over delivering, instead of majorly missing guidance.
Is anyone starting to think that Dr.Damj is a little greasy and shady sounding?
I contacted Diamond to find out about the melatonin milligrams, if they don't respond, I'm calling the FDA and the Attorney General and filing a lawsuit...
The reverse split to the Nasdaq will probably come when the INNV share price is anywhere from $.65 to $1, preferably at no less than $1dollar.
I guess what I'm thinking is that all of us retail investor will think about cashing out at between anywhere from $.65 to $1 dollar...Before we get screwed over in an R/S and the subsequent decline for weeks, months after the R/S.
But it's a secret...shshshsh...because if we all sold at the same time, the overall share price would tank...
Does that make any sense?
Would you guys ever hold through an R/S?
Why does uplisting to the Nasdaq make more sense than uplisting to the NYSE? Do more institutional investors take the Nasdaq more seriously than the NYSE or something?
The NYSE requirements are easier to meet and maintain than the Nasdaq.
If the Nasdaq requirements are to maintain a minimum of $3-4 per share, then INNV probably wouldn't get to the Nasdaq organically until 5 years from now.
After an R/S to get to the Nasdaq, I think INNV would have a hard time maintaining the $3/4 Nasdaq price requirement to stay on the Nasdaq, so it would probably have to r/s again a year after the 1st r/s, thereby screwing over us retail investors.
I guess I'll hang on after the r/s and the subsequent share price drop and just buy more and more and cash out when I'm ready to retire.
What do you guys think? lol.
Would INNV have to change it's name after an r/s to uplist to the Nasdaq and if so, why? Is a name change a legal requirement?
Or is a name change just a way of the company trying to hide it's shame and embarrassment of not being able to uplist to the Nasdaq organically and trying to hide it's tracks of failing, because it was forced to do an r/s to uplist?
Dr.Damaj would probably not want to go out of his way to say too much negative during a conference call. It's important for CEO's and the BOD to try and spin everything in a positive way.
The only time a CEO or BOD would mention anything negative, is to make excuses or provide reasons for some failures.
I'm sure Dr.Damaj knew about the resignation before the Q4-17 conference call, but didn't want to mention it.
I was once invested in a biotech that actually went to a conference to present their protocol/trial in a positive manner, but at the same time they knew their protocol failed and that 2 days later, they would have to and did publicly admit/announce their trials failed...so, how's that for shady corruption?
You bought the product and have the upc label app, so you tell me...
Thanks, but I was interested in the milligrams or melatonin, not the calories. I wouldn't be surprised if the melatonin milligrams are over the top, like 200 milligrams. It amazes me how CBD is like a cure all treatment for so many ailments and you know what they say, if it sounds to good to be true, it probably is. Remember how snake oils claimed to be the cure for everything? Something here just doesn't add up. Please find out the milligrams of melatonin in these products to alleviate my concerns and to make me think, that the products effects are really from the CBD and not from the melatonin, thank you.
Does anyone know why the exact milligrams of Melatonin in some of these CDB products is not listed on the label?
Isn't it some sort of an FDA law violation or, some sort of a label illegality, to not list the Melatonin milligrams?
Why list the CBD milligrams, but not the Melatonin milligrams?
Could there be some misleading practices occurring here?
Could it be that the relaxation from the CBD gummies for example, doesn't actually come from the CBD, but from the apparently high milligram dosage of Melatonin?
Has anyone called customer service to inquire about the Melatonin dosage and if so, what do they say? do they just start stuttering and then do you get disconnected?
Could the FDA or indeed Jeffrey Session shut this down for the labeling violations?
Uplisting thoughts and questions. I am not the expert on this, nor do I have the time to research this all myself, so everyone feel free to weigh in here...
I think it would be best for Innovus to start out as an;
OTC pink sheet, then move to OTCQX, then OTCQB, then the NYSE and then the Nasdaq, all organically, w/o a reverse split. Does that make any sense?
Or do an r/s when the share price grows on it's own to above 1 dollar.
Aren't the requirements for uplisting to the Nasdaq?
1. Provide 2 years of audited financials.
2. Once listed on the Nasdaq, maintain a 3dollar per share price.
Do companies have to change their name, after a reverse split to uplist to the Nasdaq, or can they keep their same name? Or do companies usually changes their name after an r/s to try and hide that a r/s was the only way to get uplisted?
I would prefer no r/s at all, but I expect and r/s in either December 2018, or the 1st quarter of 2019.
Sorry for some of this incoherent babbling, but I think you guys understand what I'm trying to say.
We should all be learning from each other.
I'm not a pumper, nor a basher, I'm long on Innovus.
It's too bad Dr.Damaj can't take his salary from getting back the 25 million shares he needlessly issued to Novalare.
I can't wait for net profitability (when all employees are paid a salary and expenses are paid down.)
Dr.Damaj needs to always under-promise/guess and over deliver, will he ever learn that?
Innovus needs to branch out to the huge Australian market, like GNC just did.
Glad you're back eslifesvr, when the stock was going down, you were oh so quiet.
Does anyone know approximately when the Q1 2018 results will be released? Thank you.
I'm ready, I'm dialed in, the call just started, ready to speak for us all.
