Yeah but knowing that good things are in the works in the coming months l will keep investors interested and the price trending up. If people are too impatient to wait that long then they really have no business investing in CDNL anyways. I think you are overestimating people's impatience and them wanting to flip their shares.
Companies do not need to keep having good news to keep moving up in price. All it needs is strong sentiment and confidence from investors. Investors who are currently in and new investors who pick up on this and realize how good this company is after they do their DD will keep the price and momentum positive. This isn't your typical pink sheet and people realize that quickly once they do a little digging. This is one of the few OTC's that truly is a long term investment. The chart looks great and should continue the uptrend.
I invested in CDNL before I ever started posting on or seen anything from this board. I did a ton of research on this company and Kevin Jones and came to the conclusion that they are the real deal and do not belong in the OTC.
I feel that CDNL is severely undervalued and that the size of these contracts and the potential for new contracts/sales combined with the partnership in China is going to bring about massive revenues and profits in the coming years. Big time investors will soon take notice or CDNL and it will never look back.
I honestly think this company should be valued somewhere between $.50-$1 at the very least. I see company's on the Nasdaq with less going for them priced higher than that. Jmho though.
I'm not planning to sell anytime soon. I'm a firm believer in this gem. I don't see how it can fail moving forward with how everything has been setting up and aligning lately.
I added more shares.
Yeah everyone should be holding but not enough people have done their research and really know what this company is about. Lots of flippers and manipulation. I still believe this thing is just getting started and we are at the beginning of it snowballing.
You seem so impatient and I'm not sure why. I like the slow and steady nature of this beast. It's refreshing to see a penny stock moving more like a normal stock and not going parabolic.
Haha I figured as much
Kevin announced last week that they are hiring a CFO who is also a lawyer. It's just a matter of time before they announce who he/she is.
Oh okay well thanks for the heads up
Like....? Why are you here if you don't like the company?
Ok then don't invest your time or money here and find a board of a stock that you do what to invest in. Find a company that you believe in and don't think is a stupid pump and dump. Then you can make positive posts instead of being a debbie downer here, it's that simple.
I don't think that's a bad idea. I do know one thing, the hiring of the new CFO is going to help a lot. I'd be surprised if we see anymore late filings after this one.
We all know the 10k is going to suck, but no one is buying in right now based on what this company has done in the past. The reason why you invest in CDNL is because they are making all the right moves to set up a successful future. We are investing in a bright and promising tomorrow.
I personally don't see how anyone can find any faults with that chart. It's growing at a healthy rate which we should all be happy about.
If the company was like any other penny stock then I'd be worried, but the majority of the investors in CDNL know what we have here. It looks like we will have a nice steady climb up.
Ozzz needs to calm down lol
Here's the link to the Zweig White website, which is a very successful company that Kevin Jones founded back in 1996 which became one of the fastest growing companies in its sector at the time:
https://zweiggroup.com
Mr Jones left that company which was already a success to found Cardinal Resources in 2004.
He already has a track record as a successful business man and clearly he must have left Zweig White because he felt that he was moving on to bigger and better things.
I think we are all sitting on a GOLD MINE
I just read through that 8k and the last half to third of it is really interesting to read. It was written back in 2013 and a lot of the visions and goals outlined are things that are coming to fruition as we speak. They are fulfilling what they havs set out to do.
It talks all about Kevin Jones extensive business history and 35 year background in geology. He has already founded and run a successful business before Cardinals Resources. The man really does know his stuff and has been strategically positioning this company for the past 12 years.
This is all about to come together and make a lot of people here a lot of money.
Here's a quote right out of the 8k:
"Kevin Jones, a Geologist from the University of Montana, has over 35 years of work experience in the fields of environmental remediation, engineering, water and wastewater, including extensive business development, strategic planning, and international operations. This experience has been gained through working for regulatory agencies, as a Principal (awarded ownership positions) in large public companies as well as having founded and operated businesses since 1996. The company he founded in 1996 quickly grew to the 7th Fastest Growing Environmental Engineering Firm in the United States (ZwiegWhite Associates) and reached the Engineering News Record Top 200 list."
Here's the link to the 8k that details CDNL's acquisition of JH Designs: http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1520668/000149315213002593/form8k.htm
That website needs to be updated. Johnathan Hopp and JH Designs have absolutely nothing to with CDNL. What took place was a reverse acquisition or take over where CDNL ultimately took over JH Designs by becoming the majority shareholder. After the take over, all the shares of JH Designs had been effectively renamed under the Cardinal Resources business name with ticker symbol being changed to CDNL.
Here's what investopedia says about reverse mergers/take overs and why companies do it:
What is a 'Reverse Takeover - RTO'
A reverse takeover (RTO) is a type of merger used by private companies to become publicly traded without resorting to an initial public offering. Initially, the private company buys enough shares to control a publicly traded company. The private company's shareholder then uses their shares in the private company to exchange for shares in the public company. At this point, the private company has effectively become a publicly traded one.
Also known as a "reverse merger" or "reverse IPO"

Kevin just tweeted that they are funding the account tomorrow to start the buyback!!
Good businesses are all about finding a niche and CDNL seems to have that. They have been developing this product and lining up projects/contracts for over a decade. Now they have a partner and financial backing, if there was ever a time for them to take off, it's now.
Nothing is a guarantee but they have one major thing going for them and that's a patented product for a market with a huge demand. As long as the competition doesn't come in and take over their market share, they have a very real chance at being extremely successful.
Also, keep in mind they've only had 6 people in management and have only been publicly traded for the past 2 years.
They are hiring a CFO to handle all the filings. This company hasn't been run first class, but has every intention of being first rate.
Just remember that Apple started in a garage. I know you can't compare the companies but they all need to start somewhere.
Kevin just added tell company phone number to the website.
The number worked for me too
He was also recently invited to the White House. I just find it hard not to back this company and Kevin Jones. I feel my money is in good hands with Cardinal Resources.

Here's another one from the Dakar Government website
http://dakar.usembassy.gov/mobile//cardinal_resources_touba.html
Kevin Jones looks like a real scammer here in this article receiving an award from U.S. Congressman Mike Doyle.
https://doyle.house.gov/photo-gallery/district-2011
Man he really has gone out of his way to make this scam look like a legit business. Kevin Jones will certainly go down as the greatest scam artist of all time if he pulls of this pump and dump scheme off.
*SARCASM*
If there is anyone who should get lost, it's you. If you don't like the company then don't invest in the company and leave the board.
It makes no sense for you to be here and bash unless you have an ulterior motive.
If you do a even a little research you can find an incredible amount of information that would show this company conducts real business with a real product.
CDNL had been in business 10 years prior to becoming publicly traded. Who were they supposedly scamming those first 10 years!? Had this all been one big set up that they have been planning for a decade!? You're argument makes no sense. This is a company that has a patented product, which has struggled for the majority of it's existence because it has been undermanned and underfunded. Much of those issues have been addressed and they are now in a position to gain some serious traction and finally move forward with Kevin Jones dream and vision.
My dad just married a Chinese woman. I could have her try and find some information. What are the websites I would have her go to?
Why is it that the names of the billion dollar companies aren't disclosed? I've always been curious about that.
Ha I didn't even see this post, but it's pretty much what I just posted. I like you :)
I personally don't want this thing to run too hard. If we can keep making 5%-15% per day that is ideal and keeps the volatility created by flippers too a minimum. I know as soon as buyback kicks in and 8k is released, we will most likely see some days where this is parabolic and attracts those type of traders. But I believe by that time, they won't have that much of an impact on the pps as it will have some serious momentum.
How soon until they start getting military contracts? The army could definitely benefit from the Red Bird system. They can have clean no matter where they have soldiers stationed overseas.
He just tweeted pretty much that same info. He's active right now, which is a good thing.
There might be some big news momentarily.
He dropped the 8k on us two weeks ago on a Friday afternoon when he got back from his last trip in China.
I wouldn't be surprised if he did it again. Hold on tight!!
I don't know why anyone would think this is a scam since they've been doing business 10 years prior to them becoming publicly traded through their reverse acquisition of JH Designs. So they've been running a fake business where they take pictures of their product in Africa, meet with the governor, get invited to the White House all to set up this scam for the past 2 years?
Seems like a stretch if you ask me.
This is a legitimate business with a legitimate product. Enough said.
CEO just said not long until buyback on Twitter. Crossing the t's and dotting the i's. Here we go!!!!
