Even though BLTA closed at the low of the day yesterday, we still held at the new support of .005! In any market you see a day of correction here or there. I figure today with the open at the support, we should see another small run up as people grab some for over the weekend. With a Washington verdict coming in any day now, I can see people not wanting to miss out if word comes in over the weekend of a pass. Just my thoughts though! We'll see how the day pans out!

Baltia Air Lines finds themselves in a unique position
Baltia Air Lines finds themselves in a unique position amongst the debt-ridden airline companies of today. With minimal liabilities and a huge potential for profits, Baltia Air Lines projects to be profitable within its first year of regular scheduled flights. That’s at 64% capacity with just one Wide-bodied B-747 aircraft. With numbers like these, it’s no wonder Baltia Air Lines has been dubbed as "America’s Newest Airline" by many.
Like Alaskan Airlines, Baltia Air Lines has a concrete plan in place to steer clear of the atrocious debts that the major airline companies like American Airlines and Delta Air Lines carry. While several of today’s airlines lease their aircraft from larger corporations, Baltia Air Lines owns their Wide-bodied B-747 aircraft and intends to expand its route network and fleet aggressively into the future. If all goes to plan, "America’s Newest Airline" will expand and thrive amongst other major airline competitors.

Update from Baltia’s President:
Firstly, I would personally like to thank all of our loyal shareholders for their patience and support. This has been a long and tedious journey. For the last several months, Baltia’s operational team at Willow Run Airport has been working diligently to complete the final stages of air carrier certification.
Just to keep you up to date with some of the latest developments:
Last month (June, 2015), Baltia’s Initial Cadre Check Airmen successfully completed their recurrent training in a simulator in preparation for the Check Airmen certification to be conducted during the upcoming proving flights.
In preparation for the revenue generating phase of our operation, the second class of pilots has completed their training (this is a second group of pilots in addition to the Check Airmen group mentioned above). Also, in addition to the first class of Stewards who have also completed their recurrent training, we have selected a second class of Stewards in preparation for the revenue generating flights. The training of the second class of Stewards is planned for the latter part of July.
Our Maiden B747 aircraft, N706BL, is maintained by Baltia’s maintenance staff on an ongoing basis to ensure her airworthiness. The scheduled maintenance is current per the Boeing maintenance program, and unscheduled maintenance is addressed on a daily basis. We have also made improvements at our maintenance department and our maintenance training is up to date as per regulations.
These are just a few of the exciting things that are currently underway.
Again, I personally want to thank each and every one of our valued shareholders for their patience and support.
Your commitment to our cause makes this all possible.
Very exciting times are ahead … Go Baltia!

CNN website claims "Baltia Air Lines Third Pilot Group To Create Excess of $110 Million Net Income"
In what is being deemed as a financially strategic decision, Baltia Air Lines (OTCBB:BLTA) recently began training its third set of pilots in preparation for passenger flights. The second and third flight crews will join the first group, who completed training several months ago, on the proving flights. Many see this as a move by Baltia to be more adequately prepared for post-certification flights. However, the company’s 747 aircraft does not require three groups of pilots, hinting at a likely acquisition of additional aircraft.
It is likely that Baltia is in the process of purchasing four 747’s that Delta Air Lines retired in mid-2014, and is training additional crew to operate a second, third, and possibly fourth aircraft prior to first flight. With a goal of assembling a fleet of four to five planes during the first year of revenue flights, Baltia is positioning itself for rapid growth.
Due to fuel costs being substantially lower than Baltia’s pro-forma calculates, profitability may increase to 30% or more, driving net income to an excess of $90 million at an aircraft load capacity of 64%. The realistic load will be closer to 90% or more, thus Baltia should be capable of generating 26% more net income, or over $110 million in year one of flights.
Trading multiples for established airlines typically fall between 10x and 14x earnings. However, companies that are in their first few years of generating revenue frequently trade at 20-30x earnings. Therefore, by the end of the first year of flights, Baltia should see a valuation between $2.2 billion and $3.3 billion, without consideration of other variables such as industry growth, marketing, and additional expansion.

Baltia has already secured passenger and ground service arrangements at JFK and Pulkovo II Airport in St. Petersburg. The city of St. Petersburg is a major transport and cargo hub to Eastern Europe and Russia being Russia’s 2nd largest city after Moscow with 5 million inhabitants. St. Petersburg is only the beginning for Baltia Air Lines as we hope to emerge as the premiere U.S. airline in the Trans-Atlantic market between the major U.S. cities and capital cities of Europe and other destinations.
