From the days past as a stockbroker three things we would ideally look for in any company either wanting to go public and or looking to expand and grow
1. Significant. Management. Are they capable of delivering on their promises? I e are they competent? History of successes?

2. Products are they useful and needed? Is their a market for them? Is the market large enough to warrant an investment?

3. Is the stock an investment with adequate returns for the amount of risk? Is this a 1 bagger a 2 bagger or a 100 bagger over time? What is the time frame to meet that return?

So with this all in mind ask yourselves and see I you too think this company has enough going for it to spend a nickel or two??

So lets see being that i have an accounting degree and have worked in many public companies lets start with theses premises

1. These fins are strictly vyst and has no association with Rotmans at this time other than CEO
2. There revenues increased fro 17k to 360k in 2018
3. The fins show o/s shares are 257million
4 accumulated deficit is $33 million

Now im not seeing where the fins show a billion shares os? Anyone want to point that out id be happy to see

Next should they decide to merge rotmans into this publicly traded company adding the fins of the real Rotmans along with the revenues and bed in the box etc

Then VYST will be the huge powerhouse that we r all anticipating

Being as i was a staff accountant for three separate publicly traded companies all i can testify to is my facts and under audits and especially when there’s a change in auditors for any reason getting backnon track and getting timely filings in is always a significant hurdle and one the company being audited has literally no control over period. Ive seen three separate CEO s with Greg now being the 4 th have a significant failure in keeping expectations guarded. So sorry and so sad for us all

You can count on in it ive seen the smallest fuuukkin things hold up financials for days and then everybody is working on everyone elses schedules too!! It sucks but little anyone can do ive actually tried and bullied auditors and it doesnt work they work as fast as they can its more of the whole being accurate thing and not the numbers either thats pretty much a given its the various transactions and how they are to be treated per accounting standards period.
