JT,
My apoligies, my response was meant to be rhetorical.
If ipix fails upon their claims, they´ll fall faster than Sonny Liston in Portland, Maine.
Call the company ((978) 921-4125).
Hopefully someone picks up, and LE is not in Florida. Hopefully Nancy aswers(Tuesdays and Thursdays, but not the above #)
LR,
Thx. I agree.
G,
Are we in trouble? Who should I believe LE or USRM?

Blue Fin.
¨65 DAYS, JT, WOULD BE BETTER, Leo will make it work¨
You´re referring to calander days, I believe.
There are 44 WORKING days left, to be clear on the math. Excluding weekends and holidays the remaining working days are:
July: 2
August:23
September:19
2+23+19= 44 Business(working) days.
¨Is that date tied to some event or do you think that it's just a random date that IPIX chose and Aspire agreed to?¨
May have something to do with the Cummings Properties lease agreement, or, simply, end of 3rd quarter?
Thanks LR,
Do you think ipix is legit, or a fraud?
Thx,
kfc
P.S-Apprecciate the discussion. Look forward to you direct response
DTL,
I believe 10K, not 10q, is due by mid Sept. Hopefully they declare tneir new outpost(or same?), as well as other progessions(I can´t get an answer to either).
kfc
LR,
Sorry for not addressing your question, got lost in my thoughts.
In response to your statement:
¨And you said that you felt that IPIX's lawyers created the pre-funded warrant option.
Both things clearly indicated that you felt that the warrants were created to benefit IPIX. Since that didn't appear to me to be the case (and still doesn't) I asked you how, specifically "If you believe that it has a value to IPIX please explain what it is and why you think the IPIX attorneys are behind it".¨
After reading the filings(the prospectus and 8K), and some further investigation, it is my guess that Hogan Lovells, not Gary R. Henrie, Esq., Nauvoo, Illinois, and neither Michael Sullivan(Boston, MA) nor ipix management formulated the announced arrangement- a hunch only.
Regarding your question ¨Since that didn't appear to me to be the case (and still doesn't) I asked you how, specifically "If you believe that it has a value to IPIX please explain what it is and why you think the IPIX attorneys are behind it(?my(kfc) addition)".¨¨
Its clearly clear to you how prefunded warrants are stuctured, based upon your your reply to me and ipix´s clear definition(as far as you´re concerned), in those late June filings as to how prefunded warrants work.
Unfortunately, it appears by this exchange (https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1565228/000114420415046668/filename1.htm), that the sec has no clue?
A wee bit complicated but perhaps POTENTIALLY(the big question) beneficial to stock holders.
IDK, just thinking.
kfc
P.S- don´t get me wrong, what burns me most about this company is NOBODY picks up the phone when one dials the listed phone number. Erhlich should be required by law to list his direct cell phone number if they can not afford a receptionist. Criminal imo. More irritating that some, appear to have direct access.
LR,
I won´t claim to be an expert in prefunded warrants(or contactural arrangements other standard business contracts, sub-contracts, etc..). After reading the 6/28/18 prospectus in late June, the term prefunded warrants caught my eye. In the opening sentence of the prospectus it states, in part, ¨..... ,and up to an additional $5.0 million aggregate amount of our securities, consisting of common stock or five-year warrants to purchase shares of our common stock at an exercise price of $0.01 per share (the “pre-funded warrants”), directly to Aspire Capital Fund, LLC (“Aspire Capital”) under a Securities Purchase Agreement entered into on June 28, 2018 (the “Purchase Agreement”).¨ As I was not familiar with its definition. I found many definitions (, but the following I found most helpful-https://www.mofojumpstarter.com/2017/09/27/practice-pointers-on-pre-funded-warrants/[img]). I also found this description provided by a cfo to the sec in response to sec questions:
(sec question)1. Please clearly describe what is meant by the description of the warrants as "pre-funded," including whether the "pre-funded" amount will be returned to the purchaser or other holder of the warrants if the warrants expire unexercised, the purpose of "pre-funding" warrants, and how the warrants you are offering achieve this purpose. Likewise, describe the purpose of the ownership thresholds included in the pre-funded warrants.
Company Response: The term “pre-funded” refers to the fact that the purchase price of the warrants includes almost all of the exercise price that will be paid upon closing of the offering, except for a nominal exercise price of $0.01. Investors would choose to purchase the Class B Units containing the pre-funded warrants if they want to initially invest a larger amount of capital into the Company without triggering certain ownership restrictions, and receive the ability to exercise their “right” to the shares underlying the pre-funded warrants at such nominal price when ready. Like many other convertible securities, the pre-funded warrants contain contractual language between the Company and the holder implementing certain blockers on ownership levels as well as specific expiration dates. Pre-funded Series B Warrants that expire unexercised will have no further value and the holder of such warrant will lose the pre-funded amount paid at closing. We will revise the disclosure surrounding the pre-funded warrants to clarify that the purchase price will not be returned should the warrants expire unexercised.
In newest ipix/Aspire agreement, Aspire will invest further, as described by the milestones, provided the share price is 50 cents or higher. They can elect to purchase common shares at the average market price(5 day average i think), or pay 1 cent per prefunded warrant without conting those shares until those prefunded warrants are exercised at some future point in time(within 5 years commiting to those prefunded warrants. The exercise price would be The average market price when commitment was made minus the 1 cent they paid on that commitment for the prefunded warrants.
¨I don't get your point. As far as I can tell the sole beneficiary of the pre-funded warrant option is Aspire. If you believe that it has a value to IPIX please explain what it is and why you think the IPIX attorneys are behind it.¨
Aspire stands to make out hansomely if ipix succeeds. I believe there are ~175M shares outstanding now. Aspire must not exceed 4.99% (8,732,500 shares) if they want to continue to avoid filing. The prefunded warrants allow them an option to continue to invest without increasing their share count. When, and if, Apire the decides to exercise any prefunded warrants(pw), those pw´s become common shares and further dilute the stock. Hopefully, good news hits (in waves) and the sp responds in kind.
Sorry for the long winded response, but those are my thoughts. I will take no offense to opposing comments.
kfc
6/28/18 Prospectus-https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1355250/000147793218003252/ipix_424b5.htm#DESCRIPTION%20OF%20SECURITIES(S)
mdud,
¨why is more dilution a good thing for shareholders??¨
Look at the terms of the agreement regarding those milestones. Do not underestimate the value of the ¨prefunded warrants option¨. Aspire can buy the rights of those prefunded warrants for 1 cent per share and maintain the right to exercise for 5 years from whatever transaction date and, by doing so, avoid declaring immediate ownership and exceeding 4.99% ownership.
IDK, but my guess HoganLovells was behind this arrangement.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Frank_J._Hogan
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hogan_Lovells
You did not answer my question.
DauberUP,
I think success and failure is measured differntly by people. Bill Belichick(New England Patriots head coach for nearly 20 years) would likely describe last year as failure(they lost the Superbowl), while other coaches would take satisfaction that they won a division title, improved upon last years record, or finished above 50% regarding winning percentage.
Belichick was an economics major in college. Think he would drop a dime in, or on, ipix, based upon his analysis?
Most, if not all, ipix shareholders have lost money under this managements guidence. That´s a fail.
PP,
I clicked the second link(http://fdaaa.trialstracker.net/) and found those numbers interesting. It also left me scratching my head when I read the second bullet at the bottom of the page: ¨Data last updated 25 July 2018. Next planned update 24 July 2018.¨
??
At this point in time, the difference between ¨business days and calendar days¨ is nearly the same. I´m of the mindset that LE does not work OT for investors of this(ipix) company.
moo,
kfc
(hope i? wrong, but will sue the hell out of him if right(I will gain more if right))
Echo20,
My understanding is that there were side effects, though considered minimal when compared to other psoriasis drugs. From the 9/19/16 14th Annual Discovery on Target Conference where ipix(ctix at the time) presented a slide deck.
Of the 85 patients on prurisol(29 on 50mg, 28 on 100mg, 28 on 200mg), there was one (1.12%) SAE(in the 50mg cohort),six(7.1%) AEs related ALT or AST(2 in each pruriso group), and six(7.1%) AEs identified as headache.
From page 13 of the 9/19/16 presentation:
• Adverse Events
For the Prurisol dose groups combined:
• Headache was the most frequently reported AE (6 AEs, 7.1%)
• One Serious Adverse Event (preferred term “hepatic enzyme increased”) reported in 50 mg dose group
• Liver function test increases reported as AEs, with following frequency:
• Aspartate Aminotransferase (AST) increased, 4 AEs; Alanine Aminotransferase (ALT) increased, 3 AEs;
Hepatic enzyme increased, 1 AE
• Clinical laboratory review
• Blood chemistry changes of clinical significance observed for a small number of subjects, most notable in AST
and ALT
• Seven (7) subjects had on-treatment ALT and/or AST elevations >2xULN
• Elevations in ALT and/or AST do not appear dose related; n=2 in each active group, n=1 in placebo group
• No associated increases noted for bilirubin
• Hematology changes were generally not clinical significant, no trending (increasing or decreasing) noted
• Urinalysis findings were not clinically significant
• Vitals signs assessments were without clinically significant changes

SS,
TY, Tis all I could turn up as well. I¨ll leave it to others to tout MP Advisors expertise- with justifyable proof.
I want to believe.
kfc
SS,
You state¨Humorously, it’s titled — Cellceutix: where eagles dare. More humorously, they are charging $1200 for access to it.¨
Link?
THx
OK LR,
At first I was going to heap praise upon your response, but, after rereading it again I´ll give it a mezzon mezzo.
You state¨That said I'm sure the FDA also takes a drugs potential for approval into consideration, but I don't think "particularly promising" gets you any of those designations.¨
I guess you are suggesting it´s not beyond the FDA to consider (my words) ¨not particularly promising¨ drugs(also my belief).
Thx for your input, appreciated.
MP Advisors out of India, I presume? Theye had no new news since November, 2017.
I? more interested in an opinion from Sonis about developments recently. His tounge seems to be tied, at best. Perhaps he can´t deposit money and speak at the same time?
Two completely different companies, brain trust wise.
Kudos to them. 2 within one year.
govochin,
¨She was RIFed in January this year. My guess right after they sent in request for BTD for B-OM. A trial she took over from Walker and finished.¨
I doubt the submitted BTD for B-OM in January, 2018. They announced completion of dat anaysis in their 5/9/18 pr and I would think the information included in the final analysis would need to be part of the submittal package lest they risk an incomplete submission.
Rdunn88,
Thx for the quick response. I don´t mean to argue, but also know there are unturned stones in this P2b trial. We await results, and nobody, other than a very few people know the results at this point. Many investors on this board have their own thoughts and projections but none of us know the results, AEs,etc.
Sorry if you took my questions the wrong way, BUT NONE OF US KNOW(lest insider info provided by the company), and it rubs me the wrong way when some declare to know, or try and steer NEW INVESTORS.
glty,
kfc
And?
The word one is not associated with the word plenty, as far as I know, as you used the term. Please describe your use of the word ¨plenty¨, to ¨one¨ example.
Thx
¨There are plenty of approved Psoriasis medications that P has already pulled ahead.¨
Would you be kind enough to name those Psoriasis medications that P has already pulled ahead of?
Thx
So ¨Because so many posting comments have crapped all over the Phase 2a results and dismissed them as too small a sample and unreliable rather than recognizing those results as dose escalation efficacy evidence and confirmation of preclinical study results.¨, kol(key opinion leaders) along with other experts in the field, refrain from opining after reading this message board? They question their own expertise?(Do you really think they consult this board?)
If what you say is so crystal clearly true, for all to so crystal clearly see, why aren´t those truism´s being broadcast(other than on this message board(primarily) more ardently? Why hasn´t the sp gone up in anticipation?
Wow.

You clearly know how the market works. Might you explain your expertise, or will you continue to manipulate it, like sox?
Kelt, TY (eom)
keltoi,
You nailed it.
ps- I appreciate your prose.
From the CoreRx website(about us):
ABOUT US
CoreRx®, a contract development manufacturing organization (CDMO) with a focus on clinical phase drug product development, offering state of the art facilities to support your supply chain needs throughout the entire clinical trial process. Our integrated offerings provide comprehensive services for the development, manufacturing and testing of solid, liquid and semi-solid dosage forms.
Perhaps CoreRX provides the clinical products(too small for Evonik to bother with?) and Evonik takes over if/when approved?
IDK, sure LE would clarify the question, if asked.
Aye,
Poor Harry Truman(not the president).

Confusius say, I have Sullys number, and HAVE called it, and spoke.
You ask:
Why do the naysayers refuse to compare Celgene's Otezla Phase 2 to Prurisol's Phase 2a?
Clearly, some here do compare it to P, others compare it to more current treatments.
It´ll all come out in the wash.
PS- any one need Sullivan´s phone number? I won´t post it tonight because of the retaliatory posts.
Tiab,
They HAVE hired reputable law firms (Ashcroft Sullivan & Hogan Lovells), why?
