Through the end of the year would probably be a good gauge/timeframe. Anything sooner would be jumping the gun in my opinion...we've waiting this long - and lets see if some of the contracts will produce by the end of the year.
For everyone (long or shorts)...have you or anyone you know ever had a financial situation the was very difficult? Did you or they get out of the situation to where things were going much better? I think almost everyone can say, "yes" myself or someone I know has had financial issues. The thing is, SFOR is there now, but I FIRMLY believe they will succeed. I don't think bankruptcy is in the works. I think without betting everything you have - that having a position at these low prices will be rewarding with some patience.
Ren, I'm betting the next quarter's revenue will be higher than the first, but maybe not quite in line with expectations. The following quarter is where we will see the numbers really come in.
Unlikely the death of SFOR...possible, but unlikely.
More likely it could be a way to get cash. Such as, if some entity gives SFOR (for example $100,000), then SFOR provides them with A LOT of SFOR common shares at an extreme discount so the entity has an opportunity to profit. Not sure if that is the case, but it can raise cash, but it hurts share price and existing shareholders. If this is the case, it is done to help rather than hurt IF the company can do good things with the money.
On the other hand, the volume and lower share prices could be contributed to paying off debt. Same theory...SFOR gives A LOT of shares at a discount to creditors to make debt payments.
I think it is one of the two and not the death of SFOR. Belinda would be a good one to have chime in here on the subject.

As of right now, someone could have made a 50% profit if they got in at .001. I didn't do quite that well today, but I did ok.
Was quite yesterday too. Seems like people gravitate to SFOR when there is a PR and then go away shortly afterward. Some of the regulars haven't been chiming in either. As for the 50+Mil, SFOR is just getting a little cash...they said they might do it from time-to-time. It's not the average guy bailing out nor some of the outfits that hold large positions. I look at it this way...it takes $ to make $. We will continue to see some dips, but it will be upward soon!
If not today, next week!
There's money to be made again TODAY!!! Long SFOR for just minutes (trading) and holding some long term. Lots of potential almost everyday with SFOR.
Look at the time when I posted that I was going to load...one to two minutes later it had bids filling at .0015...and if you look, a short time later it was back at .0019.
Look at the facts about what I said, when I said it, and compare them to the charts if you don't believe me. It cannot be disputed because it is FACT. Take the time to match up my words with the charts...they are posted earlier in the day when ALL of these events happened as I said they did. I could care less what you think anyway.
When you buy a bunch of shares at .0015 and then dump a bunch at .0019 4 minutes later...you do the math. It's better than your, "Ride it down and never bail out, and then get mad at management" trading method.
Load'n up!
Going to add here because I think we are at a new base, if not going higher in the near future. Want to load for the next run!
Never know, we might have back-to-back "good news" out as soon as later today. I know other deals are in the works.
Naysayers can now dump for a higher price! The news is pretty darn good - this is a very good agreement/deal!
Larger investors would have dumped a long time ago when prices were higher and not rode it down to where it is. It has nothing to do with investors in the way you say it is, it is SFOR getting cash as they said they might need from time-to-time. LONG SFOR...it may have dipped again, but it came back to where it closed yesterday.
Right on Belinda...the MM's are in control now. We will see SFOR go up!!!
Bman, I like your bet!!!
Thanks for the info Belinda! I bet we see over .0025 in three weeks...good profit when that happens and I will hold on to some shares for larger profits long term.
It was on a Webex for shareholders/anyone interested in knowing more about the past quarter, etc. The link is on their website under "Company" and then click on News and Events...look to the upper right hand corner.

It had something to do with another company violating the contract with SFOR and SFOR is handling it. Again, we will want to see much better numbers over the next 2 quarters to see if SFOR will stay a float. Mark Kay has mentioned revs will still be on target. Please listen to the WebEx because the info in it supersedes my information.
10-4, right on! Have a great weekend!
SFOR most likely getting cash like they said they might need to do from time-to-time...it hurts the little guy for the time being, but she'll go up! After hour trade of .0014 and I'm certain we will see higher in a month.
More longs than shorts on this board. Volume over 5 mil usually means SFOR is selling stock for cash (agreements they have made)...not so good for shareholders when it dives, but we've seen it before, and this stock can trade upward nicely. Last quarter's revs were much lower than expected, but that was addressed...we will see how the next quarter is, and if it is low again, I'm betting there will be a few longs going short or completely out. Nice to have a stake in SFOR, but betting the farm wouldn't be advised IMO.
I think it is a shake of the money tree (selling shares to one of the creditor for money). I'm not worried about it...SFOR has done it before and said that they would need to from time-to-time.
IMO, I think things will be looking up soon...these are some attractive prices, although, I wouldn't bet the farm. I think they are selling lager blocks of shares for some money for operations...we've seen it done numerous times before. I'm going to stay patient, and make some dough!!!
I don't think BK is in the cards right now. If there is another soft couple of quarters, then I would say there would be a much greater degree that it could occur.
I thought it was crazy too...I knew it was open, but I thought I would let anyone on the board that thought it was closed - that it is open. I don't think its ever been closed 2 weekdays in a row.
Market is open today! Some say it is closed (even heard it on the radio that it is closed today)...it's open!!!
Happy 4th of July too! Let's rock onward and upward next week!!!
Star, very good post!!!
Frogger, yes some do. This stock has been beaten up lately, and some on this board will say the stock is a total scam and SFOR won't be around much longer. Some of the individuals that are short bought SFOR for 90 percent more than current price (they've owned it for several years). Some didn't have a PLAN to sell at a predetermined loss, and rode it down to where it is. Most people here are long. However, revenue hasn't been where we want it to be lately, and we are waiting on a very important patent. I wouldn't bet the farm, but I wouldn't be afraid to buy in at these low levels either. Hope this helps some with your DD.
Every bully, one day, finds themselves behind the woodshed where they get disciplined.
My prediction is that if sellers sell at anything close to .001, they will be sorry for doing so soon after. I know some (not the majority though) will think I'm wrong, but there will be better things ahead. Staying LONG on SFOR and getting in even more because the slump will be over in the days ahead.
Yes, "excited" isn't holding up anymore...can't say I'd bet against you about the share price going lower. I don't think it will go as low as what you are predicting...I might be wrong about that. I'm going to be ready to buy or sell.
Naw, Mark and his boys can buy their own sandwiches (I won't contribute), and I might be busy either buying more or unloading... (unloading if it goes down to my predetermined loss range - I'm not going to let my recent buys ride down).
Why in the world didn't you predict (or even plan) that YOU should have gotten out of SFOR at say, a 30-40% loss a long time ago? You let it ride down to a 90+ percent loss (as you keep saying that it has). And, you are mad at management instead of yourself?
WHAA HOO! We closed at yesterday's close which is NOT at (or close to) a prediction of .0012. GO SFOR!!!
What makes you think .005 soon? That would be nice. Thanks!
I learned that from a soap opera...just kidding!
Yes, starting new on Monday. Good things will come!
Enjoy the weekend too!
It's also like a bad marriage...things are tolerated for a while, things get worse, and then one day, you can't take it any longer and you leave. Then, there's less left to take with you.
