what "by law" reporting has been missed by this company?
ltg, could you direct me to any releases from aenp mgmt that
would confirm what you accuse the company of? contempt,
sarcasm, cussin and lies..? have never seen any of this
released by the company.
"Contractor if I treated my customers with the contempt and sarcasm as these guys have, I would have no business.
Lying to shareholders and cussin them out at the same time for questioning those lies is off the chart for zero credibility.
This rhetoric about backed up PRs and silence because of business they have with the SEC has been goin on as long as I have been following this stock almost 3 years in another month or so.."

i got it backwards...looks like it will come down to gates
growing a backbone and keep the contract to northrop...
WASHINGTON, July 1 (Reuters) - The U.S. Air Force on Tuesday said it had not asked the Government Accountability Office to reconsider its June 18 decision upholding Boeing Co's (BA.N: Quote, Profile, Research, Stock Buzz) protest against a $35 billion contract awarded to Northrop Grumman Corp (NOC.N: Quote, Profile, Research, Stock Buzz) and Europe's EADS (EAD.PA: Quote, Profile, Research, Stock Buzz).
"The Air Force has not requested reconsideration by the GAO," said Air Force spokesman Lt. Col. Karen Platt. The service would have needed to file any appeal of the GAO decision by Monday.
Virginia-based defense analyst Jim McAleese said the Air Force's decision to skip an appeal made it likely that it would follow the GAO's recommendation to seek new proposals and rerun the competition.
"As a practical matter, they have waived their right to appeal," said McAleese. "They have fundamentally committed to at least taking the minimal corrective action recommended by the GAO."
U.S. Defense Secretary Robert Gates last week indicated he was taking a strong personal interest in the case, but had not yet decided whether to reopen the botched competition.
At stake is a deal for 179 tanker aircraft over 15 years valued at $35 billion, the first of three projected acquisition phases for what the Air Force calls its No. 1 purchase priority. Tankers are used to refuel warplanes in mid-air.
The GAO last week said it believed Boeing would have had a "substantial chance of being selected" if not for flaws in weighing the rival bids.
The Air Force did ask the GAO to reconsider its decision in a separate protest case involving a $15 billion contract for new search and rescue helicopters that was also won by the protesting parties.
In that case, the GAO denied the request for reconsideration and the Air Force ultimately agreed to redo the competition. (Reporting by Andrea Shalal-Esa; Editing by Brian Moss)
the good news...the air force tanker contract will stand...

thk u, spelling corrected...
why don't you put MLB approved on the computers you sell,
or any of the other property rights that etnl can use on
your computers you sell and let us know if you have run into
any problems...
i didn't know about the ncaa products and the partnership
to be announced...but you have to love the time we got...
it took the whole segment on espn...
yes, the outside the lines piece...featuring the hamburg
soccer and a "german company" featuring caskets and urns
and a cemetery for fans because of some german law...
the idea of being a "eternal fan is happening all over the
world"...
ending with clint talking about caskets and urns and they
specifically mention eternal image...
hope they reprise the piece several more times today...
as this is a long piece, running about 10 minutes...running
from soccer in europe and south america and talking about
the baseball products, football products, ncaa football urns
(mentioning LSU) and an announcement later this year announcing
a partnership with some large company...
espn just went to commercial here on the pacific coast and
are showing the etnl products after commercial...
i caught the tail end of the piece...it had something to do
with a cemetery being built adjacent to a stadium...they
spoke of the caskets and urns and also talked about the
star trek products....
