I agree the number of PR's lately are uncharacteristic but a lot has happened lately. Remember I kept saying where's the PR for kroger finally got it. I'm wondering if Get Stirred Up is telling them to do PR's to get your name out there. The good thing is none of the PR's are fluff.
Al
It better be or PPS is toast

It better be or PPS is toast
The Marley name is strong but unfortunately Jamin Java Corp is not yet!!
Looks like it is going to be profit taking today
Volume already 105,000 going to be big volume day
I just watched the video on NBC New York.com Rohan needs to say that marley Coffee is distributed by the public company Jammin Java Corp. In his interview Jammin is never mention hence what I have always said there is a disconnect between Marley and Jammin.
In a nut shell well said
Airric
With Get Stirred Up not only do you have Roth, but Rick Bacher is their Graphic Design & Art Director. So we may have a future packing change (wow factor) along with website. Kelley Dunn looks to help with Jammin's sales approach. With Roth's connections we should be seeing Marley coffee in the public's eye very soon. They need to get it where people feel like they have to have Marley Coffee. This is becoming the complete package in order for Kroger to put it in all their stores it has to be a seller. Brent and VP of distribution (can't remember his name came from Marley Breverage) need to keep on getting it in stores, and Get Stirred Up needs to Git R Done!!! This team is making it happen and I see exciting things for shareholders.
Check out Get Stirred Up's website, I'm feeling pretty good about the hook-up with Get Stirred Up after visiting their website. I think Marley coffee needs this to get recognition. Everyone knows the Marley name but not Marley Coffee or Jamin Java. Nice close Friday early in the afternoon I thought it was going to give up the advance but hung in there. Al I hope your wrong about going back to .30's after 10Q. Hopefully Roth's team can get this Marley Coffee brand out there with a tie to Jamin Java Corp. and we will be Jammin!!
What does everyone think about the new Brand Strategy PR?
Okay let's "Get Stirred Up"
I don't know if you guys picked up on Rohan's Street interview, but I think he stretched it a little. He said "we are in all of Krogers and in about 6,000 locations" I believe if memory serves me the PR said they were starting in 1,100 Krogers and Brent has said before they will be in 6,000 locations by year end and probably ealier in the fall. I think Rohan said we are instead of we will be, he just wants to get there!! I also noticed he said he wants to get into brick and mortar. Does anyone think he wants eventually to have Marley coffee shops or did he just mean stores?
It looks like someone is a little interested today decent volume so far. Airric where you at?
I seen the CNBC video last night, I thought it was good Rohan seemed to do okay. I did see the Jaman Java on the front of the desk, I still think there is this disconnect between Marley Coffee and Jamn.
Al come on the Eagles .... just kiddin have no problem with eagles formidable competitor. I don't disagree with dilution but I don't know what else they can do at this point they have to grow the company and need funds to do it. Banks can't touch them at this point I believe only avenue is Ironridge. Don't know why the Marley family can't help?? In my opinion the problem with the stock is there is no real pronounced affiliation with the stock JAMN Java Corp. and Marley Coffee unless you research it. So even when Marley Coffee is mentioned if the ticker symbol JAMN is not mentioned then it is not picked up on the wires. Like I said I can't watch the video until I get home, but I would bet Jamn Java was not mentioned by Rohan or CNBC only you guys that watched it know. Just my 2 cents
It must not have been a good interview nobody's talking about it and the stock hasn't done anything.
Understand that, what I meant was did Rohan do a good job in the interview, did he mention Jamn. The reason I ask is the CNBC video doesn't show up under Jamn on Yahoo finance quotes.
Thx
Al was it good unfortunately my employer blocks CNBC
Thx
I guess the only catalyst to raise the PPS is exponential revenues, which hopefully we see next week with 10Q
236T568
Al knows Rohan is Chairman and co-founder of Jamn and it is a public company, you don't need to jump on everyones words.
I don't know what the PR will do for PPS but at least it is finally official
You know I agree with Al and don't like fluff PR's but I would like to see a PR on the new stores BestBuy Canada, Kroger's etc. that they have won lately. Not everyone will listen to the interview to get this info. I just hope they are waiting to get a surmountable amount of stores and then announce.
Airric
Looks like 10Q was June 13th last year we won't have to wait long
Brent has already said in interview this Q is at least 800K, it would be suicide for the stock if not at least 800K revs
Runner
Not sure where your getting the mis info from, and why would Brent keep the stock price down since it is most if not all his compensation.
That's a start!!
Hey Al
I don't twitter or FB are the pics of any special shelf setup?
Personally I don't see how anyone can think the second deal with Ironridge is bad. Jamn needs money can't go to a bank and it is evident Ironridge sees the big picture. At this point dilution is a mute point as revenues grow it will take care of itself and they need money to grow the company. Maybe Ironridge is the only game in town at this point in time. Al in one of your earlier posts you said you think Ironridge is selling their shares. Why would they do that they received them at 20% to market price @.35 which put them @.28. JMO
Disappointing 10K but time to put behind us and look forward. Al I know your pissed just keep doing your DD and inform the board. I just listen to interview and was very impressed. I believe Brent really cares about the shareholders he spent 2-3 minutes putting them at ease and telling them to look to the future. Dropping the 800K for 1Q was nice. In 3,000 stores now and over 6,000 by years end, pretty remarkable. Brent told us it takes time from when the deal is struck to on the shelves doesn't happen over nite. He named some big name stores Kroger, Winn Dixxe, BestBuy, these will start showing up in 2Q, 3Q. Well just my 2 cents I enjoy listening to Brent you can just feel his energy and how he talks so positive about Rohan. Remember guys if you can keep your stock for a year this story will only get better and at some point be recognized. Lets keep our heads up
Everyones quiet awaiting the 10K
High volume on the downside someones expecting a bad 10K lets hope their wrong
Are you sure I took it as they issued 8.8 mil to them and the rest would be returned to the coffer, if the PPS went up?
Airric
Earlier someone asked about share count and a reply was 77 mil but isn't it really 85+ mil because of the shares issued to Ironridge. Even though we all know Jamn won't show a profit for awhile the added shares will effect a higher loss in the 10K & 10Q because of the higher share count. Lets just hope the sales are what we are expecting with a positive future statement.
I for one would like to see a PR telling us the new stores their in like Kroger, we haven't gotten an official PR stating this along with Best Buy of canada and probably some more.
Thanks for posting it I don't use Facebook or twitter old school I guess
Airric
Who posted it Rohan & Brent?
Al
You are definetely good at DD
Thanks
You know Al they way I look at ATV's PR's is that it gets Jamn's name out there and it doesn't cost them anything. win win
You know guys I can feel things heating up I'm expecting a good 10K along with some good PR's to propel this stock to the next level.
