Happy Thanksgiving PROTers. Looking forward to info on the UMK study as its released!
So Bayport takes all its valuable mining claims
How do you know that Bayport only has 6 mining claims? Insider knowledge? Or are you guessing?
From what I've seen BAYPORT has only announced 3 claims. This says 6. Betcha these are 6 unannounced claims, and how many more could Bayport have?
In your opinion, this is the right way to proceed? Many of us are "mine noobs" here, and many others think its a 3 day process ;)
I'd guess we'll get more info from Bayport as soon as they get to Current Status.
You really think companies exist for the sole purpose of "delivering for shareholders?"
Companies exist to make money, which in turn creates a buying which makes the share price go up.
Don't fool yourself, NO publicly traded company OWES a single shareholder anything unless specifically stated in contract. For those of us, MYSELF INCLUDED, that bought in the open market, we're tag alongs. We're on for a ride HOPING the company does things right and we make money.
Mind you, IF a person was to make a direct investment into the company then, IMO, the company would be "obliged" to "deliver" information as shareholders would like. But since this is not the case, we are all tagging along hoping to make money.
Only for FULLY reporting companies. Those on Alternative Reporting standand (Below the QB) do not have to file 8k's.
Unless of course we were moving quickly in an upward direction.
I have a feeling that the Current status just happened to occur on the way to the true destination.
I don't send a postcard from an overnight stop on my way to my real vacation area, do you?
I'm a lurker. There are a handful of companies that I see with potential, but I've been waiting for signs that they've matured and are getting ready to step up.
This is one.
The company's decision to uplist hit a milestone the other day, achieving PS Current status, which indicates to me that they are in fact moving towards QB.
That will lend a lot of legitimacy.
Considering the simple fact that a company's "Value" is determined by a P/E ratio of 10X +, earnings of 8-10 million dollars is not out of the question.
The relationship between Evermedia/STS and Stanley is still very young. As Stanley realizes they can count on E/S they will award a greater % of the contract.
Basic business. Get a small job, show you can do it, get a bigger job, show you can do it, get an even bigger job, show you can do it....
It sounds to me that the disconnect came with the OTC Markets thinking that the company was already reporting, which is what I had guessed.
Thanks for the follow up, looking forward to getting more updates as things transpire!
Why should YOU invest in a small Biotech???

Eet moar chikun. Leev Sheep 'lone.
Gooo Exto!
Time to see if I can wrangle up a few people to start getting positions here.
Great story and they have a product line too. Gotta love that.
Hey guys, still here kicking the tires. Looking forward to the next couple months.
*Raises Both hands and one leg*
It never fails to surprise me the inaccurate timeframes that Shareholders have invented as to how long things should take.
Getting Current on Pinksheets is a 2 - 3 month process. For example, check the time it took these companies...
HFBG
BUCS
EGTK
GAIMF
BKPR
Hopefully you will gain insight on how long the process takes and how confusing it is.
Thanks! I like to find companies that have something valid and a shot at a good future.
Energy drinks are a prime example of this, the market is HUGE. Being a "sipper" of 5 hour energy shots this company is very attractive.
Gotta do more DD, but definately taking a position here.
This company looks interesting, going to get a starter position over the next couple days.
I like the idea of energy drinks that do not increase Blood Pressure. DEFINATELY going to try these when I find them.
He does a great job of that already without your help. Bayport will come through then we'll rub their noses in it. My thought is that you're accurate on this week timeframe.
By the way.....

This is similar to the technology that PROTEONOMIX uses for their Liver Therapy.
Wonder if it can help rebuild heart tissue too?
SMACK THAT ASK! Our new mod is good luck!
GREAT CC! 900,000 USD positive change in EBIDTA last year to this year!
There's no mess. The only reason that plants need dirt is to have something to hold on to.
Hydroponics systems give the plants the structure needed for support and the nutrients needed for fast growth.
Imagine the potential for Inner City gardens with the right Hydroponics setup. Fresh fruits and veggies grown at the consumer location, no shipping, no staleness.
This thing is THIN. We get a group together to accumulate and it's going to go.
4m market cap is all right now. For a QB with a distinct product and income that's nothing.
As did I! I've ordered one for my parents for Christmas. Getting them the largest one so they can choose what they want to grow.
HAhahahahahaha!

It's a $1 BILLION per year industry and NOBODY else has a product that includes stemcells from non-embryonic sources.
I would think a deal would be in the works with a major vendor that could be worth tens of millions a year in profits.
$PROT had after hours news today, in case you missed it. I know you had mentioned this as a possible runner, and finally we have something SOLID.
