Found this in the chart trading room regarding RPDM.
Accumulation of RPDM by MM coincides with FTD. Thanks.

In previous examples of pps fluctuations due to a squeeze, all have been on U.S. exchanges. Since my broker only handles domestic, I've been contemplating going through the process of requesting certs from my broker. Then What? Since we all will be facing the same situation at some point, any suggestions?
Adjust your spam settings on yahoo. My father in law had his account so locked up he wasn't getting anyone's email that he didn't already know.
Hi galzeegal,
I'm on Zecco too and it showed up. I have the same user name on Zecco as IHUB, and was wondering if yours was pennysmart on Zecco?
Some commentary:
First, not trying to "pump" the stock here, just providing some thoughts as a rather new shareholder.
With respect to the delay in financials: Two outcomes can occur here:
1. They are really really bad.
2. They are bad, but production has started.
Macroeconomic viewpoint: Quantitative easing through the fed, combined with a buyback, to cause yields fall further, caused a flight for higher returns, including gold. Gold spot was at +$880 earlier in the week, along with a weakening USD. While there was a slight reversal toward the end of the week, the overall long term projection I personally have on gold is bullish. Which of the above outcomes does not concern me. So long as there is gold in the ground, and the political environment allows for gold extraction.
A delayed financial can mean that additional, pertinent information should be provided, prior to the statement release, that can be good or bad.
I'm still long and willing to ride out whatever happens in the short term as gold has not peaked. In today's Wall Street Journal on page C10, "Platinum Falls to Gold's Level." "The last time the nearby gold futures contract traded above the front-month platinum was Jan. 21 1994, when the yellow metal closed at $381.70 and platinum at $380.90...."
However, I'm not risking a large sum here and agree with shareholders that have held longer than I, that the risk is very high on this one, and anyone contemplating investing should strongly consider the risk.
After hour trades are not permitted on Pinks, all trading after the bell rings was previously issued trades before the bell, and MMs settling trades out. (Nice way of hiding trades and manipulation too). JMO.
Oooh that is funny!
Many users say Bloomberg has more to offer than its competition, such as better bond analytics and access to electronic trading markets. Others disagree. Andrew Madoff, the director of Nasdaq trading at the marketmaker Bernard L. Madoff Securities, says that he can "get the same features out of Bridge that I can get out of Bloomberg for half the price."
The last I heard he wasn't making any trades!
Hey anyone see this?

The previous essay was primarily focused on the company being corrupt and through manipulation of pumpers and promoters, you get sucked into a "bad" investment because the company is bad.
In 1999, there were 12,500 companies listed on the OTC Bulletin Board. Now, there are 2,700. Here is a company that was driven into the ground, and despite 11 individuals connected to organize crime connected with the take down of the stock including associates of the Bonnano and Colombo organized crime families, a 50,000 page document by the SEC detailing the take down, the SEC instead pursued the company rather than go after the real organized crime and the big banks involved including Chase Manhattan, Citigroup/Salomon Smith Barney, the Bank of New York, JP Morgan Chase, Merrill Lynch, Scotiabank(Bahamas), Ansbacher Bank and Barclays Bank.
The suit alleges the financial industry deals in a pattern and practice of stock manipulation by organized crime and others in the financial services industry.

My previous post was pointing out the FTD problem with this stock, which is a clear indication of the Market Maker manipulation of the stock. Thank goodness the FBI is now involved in the biggest MM of all time, Mr Madoff. Sing Madoff, SING!!
Agreed. Lately there seems to be an inverse relationship between talk and volume. Can we change the station yet? I better take some Dramamine, because we seem to be going around and around in circles...ARE WE THERE YET? ARE WE THERE YET? ARE WE THERE YET?
I'm not sure I follow what you are saying, perhaps due to not following the stock as long. Can you kindly elaborate? Thank you in advance.
1853 $ doesnt mean anything for TAOl. Sykora destroyed whole TAOL for the last 12 months. Best would be to sell to Anglo and Sikora continues on the beach.
I'm generally an optimistic person, however the dismal fundamentals on the balance sheet certainly overshadow the macro economics. Despite a massive quantitative tsunami unleashed by Bernake today, which caused the dollar to become unstable and commodities to rally, LBSU fell. At this point, I'm guessing the 10B dillution is next, and without any revenue to pay ongoing debt payments, this may be a stock printing machine in the short term. Will continue to watch just to see if anything does happen positive.
-Good luck to all.

Proposal 3 – Approval of Increase in Capitalization to 10,000,000,000 Common Shares
The Board is seeking shareholder approval to the increase our authorized common shares from 200,000,000 to 10,000,000,000. Our company will, if approved by the shareholders of the company, file Articles of Amendment to amend our Certificate of Incorporation increasing the authorized shares of our company.
Our Board of Directors recommends the increase in the authorized number of common shares so that additional shares will be available for issuance for general corporate purposes, including financing activities, and to meet our obligations under Convertible Promissory Notes dated May 11, 2007 and August 28, 2008 without the requirement of further action by our shareholders. In addition, our corporation will consider a stock dividend to shareholders which is not possible unless we have sufficient share capital to carry it out.
The Board unanimously recommends a vote “FOR” an increase in capitalization to 10,000,000,000 common shares.
For further information, please refer to the heading below “Increase in Capitalization to 10,000,000,000 Common Shares”.

Notice on the stockcharts.com pps, anytime there is upward price pressure building that on the ftd chart will show a spike a few days later? Followed by a pps drop and FTD drop?
Example: 08/14-08/26 on FTD, then notice the chart drops?
Now look at what happened on stockcharts.com. Notice the continued fluctuation on FTD vs stockcharts?
Now click on "Dump Fails Raw Data." Notice the highest FTD was June 30, at 2,046,126.
Any Questions? http://failstodeliver.com/questions.aspx
Hmm.... Notice MM's weren't able to deliver the share's (because of limited number of shares), then had to scramble to get real shares (not counterfeit) by artificially lowering the price, to accumulate more at a cheaper price.... This is another term for Naked Short Selling. Of course, now that real shares have been accumulated, they can be delivered and the counterfeit floating of shares stops! After enough shares have been accumulated in a tightly held company, MMs artificially run the share price back up by executing a few trades between MMs to get retail investors back in the MM game, in an attempt to hit break even and then a profit. Then continue with business as usual, by manipulating the share price again after falling into FTD in order to turn a profit. This happens from the NYSE to Pinkies. (NYSE they call the MM's Crooks too! Oh, I mean specialists!) In addition to MMs on NYSE you must also contend with hedgefunds. Look at the financials, or vw/porsche.
P.S. - Dear MMs: When low life MM peeps like Madoff start to sing, you may want to turn yourselves in and pray for a reduced sentence in Club Fed, or pack
your bags now and take the next one way ticket out of town! Your pals at the SEC are being run over by the FBI. You may want to actually watch the news,
because the names Madoff was associated with are being read daily, is yours next? I bet you will look real cute in an orange jumpsuit, all cozy with your
boss! That includes paid bashers. Is it really worth minimum wage to get paid to bash a stock, only to get fined and prison time, because of working for a
criminal organization?

Thanks for your valued insight once again!
A number of questions asked here, with no one simple answer. The belief is that the change in announced share structure from 10B to 5B, excluding preferred, along with the take down of pps has caused a short problem with the MM, who are now attempting to flip counterfeit shares to hide their mess. Once an uplisting occurs, the MMs will need to cover, and thus a short squeeze will occur, driving the price upward. At this point there are number of factors, and as always, investing bears risk. However, at $0.0001, the only risk you bear is $0.00000. So, its all or nothing, double down! Just my opinion.
Optimists and/or pessimists are always welcome to provide commentary.

FEAR THIS!
http://www.rallymonkey.com/oldvideo.php
The following is rather long read, at 45 pages in a pdf file format. http://www.counterfeitingstock.com/
All U.S. stock exchanges are corrupted from NYSE to Pink. In order to restore confidence to the financial markets, Market Makers need to be eliminated. Right now, as I pointed out previously there is a rumor that NITE is in trouble. The problem arises when illegal counterfeit shares are issued, and then the MM has to cover, by shorting it, or a number of methods to manipulate the market in their favor, in attempt to break even and deliver real shares.
RPDM now at $0.0002, is now just $0.0001 away from bottom.
Options:
#1. Go through with the balance of the buyback in an attempt raise the pps back to where the price should reflect actual value, while realizing that the MMs will continue to manipulate the pps to their advantage.
#2. Uplist to a foreign exchange, and leave the MMs hanging, while trying to recover their positions elsewhere in another stock.
JMO- Purely speculation of course.
Last Friday's close on Gold spot was $822.
Right now, the dollar is falling against the basket of all other currencies. All currencies are now falling against the Yen. Which in turn, just caused a spike in gold spot to $838.

Thank you for your service to our nation.
Q. Are you sure that is the same Chin?
Thank you for your valued time.

In response to the previous below posts and the uplisting to the .TSX exchange:
Does anyone presently trade on the .TSX, and if so, who is your broker?
binkers987 does raise an interesting question, and that is once the uplisting occurs to a foreign exchange, there just might be some chaos with trying to get the shares moved from each individual's brokerage account to a new one that does trade on the new exchange.
Since we don't know which exchange it will definitely be, would it be perhaps better to just go ahead and request the certs now?
Then, once you know for sure which exchange it will be, open an account with the broker that deals with that exchange?
Any commentary that would be constructive would be most helpful. Thank you.

Domestic Securities Activity
http://www.otcbb.com/dynamic/tradingdata/domesticlist/domestic.htm#dollar
Word Problem:
Given the previous announcement of 20M buyback, on October 8, using an average pps of $0.0015, then the "budget" would have been $30k?
60% has already been purchased, therefore $18k purchased for 12M shares. That leaves $12k in the budget to buyback 8M shares?
8M shares x $0.0003 = $2,400, leaving a balance of: $9,600
8M shares x $0.0004 = $3,200, leaving a balance of: $8,800
8M shares x $0.0005 = $4,000, leaving a balance of: $8,000
While my math is a "guesstimate" as I'm not privy to the real numbers, it does point to money being left over after the completion of the previously announced buyback, no matter how you slice it and change the numbers. If there are additional shares floating around, why not buy that too with the extra low share price?
Finally, if indeed originally only one investor decided to jump out because the "grass was greener on the other side" it illustrates a dilema for all going forward and that is a small company, with a small number of shares. If someone with a large position decides to leave again in the future, then the problem of a sudden drop in share price may arise again. Either the shareholders or RPDM must be aware of this scenario, and have an appropriate contingency plan to address it going forward.
Next week will be critical for RPDM to complete the buyback and restore trust and confidence, through a higher pps. Otherwise,$0.0001 will be next, and it may be a long time before that trust is returned, along with a permanently higher pps. Ultimately however, RPDM faces that same problems by others in the Pinksheet and for that matter, the entire U.S. financial market from the corruption and manipulation of MMs and NSS.
In my opinion, MMs may look at this as being attractive, due to liquidity in pps movement, with a limited number of shares. They may have just stepped into this one. Volatility may be next!
Just my opinion, good luck to all.

Sorry, Wednesday January 7, 2009 was previously selected by me. However, we all will be happy and share the wealth. JMO of course.
Yep. Another stock board is talking about putting the squeeze on NITE. We may be seeing the squeeze unfold on other unrelated stock's pps, as NITE closes out, if the rumor is actually true. RPDM's PR may now all make sense. If a rumor about NITE folding chips were true, then a dumping of shares would occur as they exit. If RPDM picked up on it, perhaps this explains the PR that a buyback will occur to keep the share price from falling? Perhaps NITE is exiting faster than expected? A buy back of shares on Monday would make it much cheaper for RPDM than it was when the PR was announced... Right?

The two main charts TAOL has to contend with:
Technical:
http://www.kitco.com/charts/techcharts_gold.html
Spot:
http://www.kitco.com/charts/livegold.html
I'm thinking that TAOL's B/E is at a higher gold spot price. The movement of TAOL's stockprice is contingent on the gold spot price being consistent with the previously higher spot prices. The moment the spot price begins to show upward pressure, so does the stock price for TAOL. There really is no mystery to it. The "news" that TAOL shareholders are waiting for really seems to be the gold spot price and until it hits the number required to exceed B/E, no news is good news. Go back and review the stockchart for TAOL vs Gold technicals to understand my viewpoint on TAOL.
As I write this reply, the current gold spot is below yesterday's close, and thus the sudden drop in TAOL pps just now. Based on gold spot price rallys in the past few months and TAOL pps, we may be able to determine the approximate B/E of TAOL, just on the rally points. Just my opinion of course.

=============================================================
I have no illusions of grandeur with TAOL. This is a Pink. The stock’s risk factor is so risky, that it is off of the chart! http://www.nasdaq.com/services/riskMetrics.stm In fact it doesn’t even appear… Lol! High Risk, High Reward though. I don’t have a fortune invested in this and therefore will not be concerned over failure. In the previous e-mail, I specifically used capital letters with the word, IF. There are many Ifs associated, however at the current pps, based on current operations previously announced, and financing obtained whether dubious or not under the worst possible credit conditions, make TAOL very interesting. However, the business plan that TAOL is operating under may be under the premise that the spot price is higher than the present, and until this changes, I do not expect significant news: http://www.kitco.com/charts/techcharts_gold.html
I previously posted the following portion on another board: “Some interesting developments have occurred in the last couple of weeks with respect to Gold, Forex, and T-bills. First, Gold went to backwardation for the first time ever in history starting Dec 2 which seems to confirm a potential short squeeze scenario, next US T-Bill turned negative, followed by a reversal of the inverse relationship of Gold to USD. All other non-precious metal commodities are showing small pressure or perhaps a breakout against the trend line. If the current scenario holds, then we should start to see some additional pressure in commodity pricing with gold in particular over the next few weeks.”
The last time I checked, TAOL is a gold exploration company seeking to move toward production. There are just a few exploration companies claiming to make the transition to production, trading under a penny. All are extremely speculative. TAOL will need a PR showing numbers, which should significantly move the share price. Next, it will need to move off of the Pinks to establish credibility, otherwise it will always be stuck in penny land and always be a pink. Trading an exploration mining company is purely speculative, but does tend to have a general match in the commodity that is being mined. Please do not consider my comments as pumping, but commentary on the overall situation. Just my opinion, and not to be construed or confused with investment advise. I hoped that helped to clarify a few things.
Best of luck to you.

Obviously, I haven't been here as long as others and therefore cannot determine if there is a roach problem. I do find the TAOL story to be very interesting, because IF there is a mine and IF there is a recent loan during the middle of the financial crisis to expand operations and IF there really is equipment, and IF sufficient quantities can be extracted based on the spot price to exceed break even, this is perhaps one of the best kept secrets at the bottom. JMO of course. GLTA.
