this wont be bad in any way. MOBl is in debt because of Kite. spin off pays mobl back for helping it get to where it is with its own money. Even if the they spin 100%, more money for MOBL. bye bye cornhell. For shareholders is where it depends on how good it is. What percentage of MOBL shares will the company declare the shareholders to get in Kite. This can either be a taxable event or not to its shareholders.

This is very good news, but we go back to the main problem when and how will JW set a timeframe for it. I cant believe it will take more then 6 months. We expect to conclude those negotiations in mid-January. Following the conclusion of the negotiations, the contract/license will need to be reviewed by the City Manager and then be presented to the City Council for approval, hopefully in February.
