It's funny how some are quite happy when the share price is down because we know what is going on here and just can't stop buying! For every sell there is a buy. That's how it works.
Today it was a PR, not a Tweet: BLUE SHIELD OF CALIFORNIA is now on board.
Oh the horror!
I don't believe this for a second. There should be serious consequences for those who post such false and negative comments in someone else's name. It is disgusting. Dan Brown would NOT say this. Period.
Do some research and you will find your answer. One health care entity was not pleased to be used in an ARYC PR and I think that is one of the reasons they are not disclosing the company name, but still ARYC gives out some big fat breadcrumbs for anyone to follow.
The hints in the PR tell me it has to be Blue Shield of California.

lol. Did you really expect anything different? There are just so many ways he can answer the SAME QUESTION.
Thank you TravO. His answers to your questions make perfect sense to me.
The Mayo Clinic would disagree with you:
Food intolerance or food allergy?
Food intolerances are very common. In fact, many people often confuse food intolerance with food allergies. However, they are different.
Food allergy
A legitimate food allergy causes an immune system response, which affects several organs within the body. These reactions can vary from moderate symptoms, like developing hives or a body rash, to life-threatening symptoms, such as anaphylaxis, which causes your immune system to release a flood of chemicals that can cause you to go into shock.
Other symptoms of food allergies include:
Tingling of tongue, lips or face
Swelling of hands, feet, mouth or tongue
Rapid pulse or arrhythmia
Fainting or near-fainting spells
Wheezing or trouble breathing
Blurred vision
If you are experiencing any of the above symptoms, you should speak to your primary health care provider or seek emergency care if needed.
Food intolerance
In contrast, food intolerances typically have less serious symptoms and are more commonly related to the gastrointestinal tract. The most common food intolerances are lactose (dairy) intolerance and food additive intolerances, such as monosodium glutamate (MSG) or flavor enhancers.
Food intolerances with digestive tract symptoms include but are not limited to:
Abdominal bloating
Nonbloody diarrhea
Excess gas
Nausea
Vomiting
Abdominal pain or cramping
Food intolerance does not cause bloody or black stools, fainting, abnormal heart rates, muscle weakness or seizures. If you are experiencing any of these symptoms, you should speak to your primary health care provider.
Prevalence of food intolerance
Food intolerance is actually quite common. Specifically, lactose intolerance develops in 100 percent of Asian, African, Alaskan Native and Native American populations by adulthood. In African Americans, incidence of lactose intolerance is over 70 percent by adulthood, and within Caucasian Americans, the incidence is 30-60 percent by adulthood.
Tips and treatment for food intolerance
Tests can confirm food intolerance for certain foods or substances. Yet, for many foods, there is no test. Try keeping a journal of what you eat, and monitor those instances when symptoms flare up. You may discover specific foods that cause your symptoms. Try avoiding them in the future. Treatment depends on the intolerance. Typically, lactose intolerance is treated by avoiding or limiting lactose-containing foods or with drug therapy, such as an over-the-counter product.
Since foods with dairy contain phosphorus, calcium, and other important minerals and vitamins, lactose avoidance is not recommended unless the intolerance has been confirmed with testing. If a tolerance is confirmed, you can then discuss with your health care provider possibly starting a multivitamin or additional calcium and vitamin D supplementation.
If you have any concerns or questions about potential food allergy or food intolerance, please meet with your local primary health care provider. He or she will be able to help you determine if you need to be evaluated by an allergist, gastroenterologist or registered dietitian.

1. Arrayit billed $651,060 to a health care company for services rendered.
2. The health care company has revenues exceeding $335 billion and provides coverage to 180 million Americans.
I hope this clarifies the sentence for you.
Love this. Our little secret is coming out, slowly but surely.
Food intolerances are NOT nonsense according to the Mayo Clinic. I am pretty sure you have heard of the Mayo Clinic. Here's a little DD for you.
What's the difference between a food intolerance and a food allergy?
Physical reactions to certain foods are common, but most are caused by a food intolerance rather than a food allergy. A food intolerance can cause some of the same signs and symptoms as a food allergy, so people often confuse the two.
A true food allergy causes an immune system reaction that affects numerous organs in the body. It can cause a range of symptoms. In some cases, an allergic food reaction can be severe or life-threatening. In contrast, food intolerance symptoms are generally less serious and often limited to digestive problems.
If you have a food intolerance, you may be able to eat small amounts of the offending food without trouble. You may also be able to prevent a reaction. For example, if you have lactose intolerance, you may be able to drink lactose-free milk or take lactase enzyme pills (Lactaid) to aid digestion.
Causes of food intolerance include:
Absence of an enzyme needed to fully digest a food. Lactose intolerance is a common example.
Irritable bowel syndrome. This chronic condition can cause cramping, constipation and diarrhea.
Sensitivity to food additives. For example, sulfites used to preserve dried fruit, canned goods and wine can trigger asthma attacks in sensitive people.
Recurring stress or psychological factors. Sometimes the mere thought of a food may make you sick. The reason is not fully understood.
Celiac disease. Celiac disease has some features of a true food allergy because it involves the immune system. Symptoms often include gastrointestinal issues as well as those unrelated to the digestive system, such as joint pain and headaches. However, people with celiac disease are not at risk of anaphylaxis. This chronic digestive condition is triggered by eating gluten, a protein found in wheat and other grains.
If you have a reaction after eating a particular food, see your doctor to determine whether you have a food intolerance or a food allergy.
If you have a food allergy, you may be at risk of a life-threatening allergic reaction (anaphylaxis) — even if past reactions have been mild. Learn how to recognize a severe allergic reaction and know what to do if one occurs. You may need to carry an emergency epinephrine shot (Adrenaclick, Auvi-Q, EpiPen) for emergency self-treatment.
If you have a food intolerance, your doctor may recommend steps to aid digestion of certain foods or to treat the underlying condition causing your reaction.

The bottom line is DO YOUR OWN DUE DILIGENCE and if you don't like what you learn, then don't invest. Easy as pie.
Yes, same old, same old. As far as the CE opportunity, you are exactly right. It would be SO boring otherwise.
:)
I believe he answered an email from a poster here and said they were waiting for some "documention," and that was the reason for the delay. It would be interesting to know what exactly the "A" audit brings to the table. There probably will be scrutiny due to the Theranos debacle, but that should be short-lived since ARYC's microarray technology is the real thing and there is plenty of proof of that.
Would love to hear more about your visit if you'd like to share, especially since it was soon after the April Fool's Day crash!
:))
Shelly, I have no reason to believe all is not well with them...
It's not Arrayit's fault that the orignal auditor lost its status with the PCAOB. RRBB is a very respectable accounting firm and is giong to make sure all the i's are dotted and t's crossed before anything is released.
ARYC is in good hands and will NOT be suspended.
Apology accepted. :)))
Excuse me, it's dudette, and I think you are right.
Duh.
That is true and as crazy as it sounds, the distribution of that stock to shareholders of ARYC may still be pending. That is another complicated story regarding a crook or two. lol.
If it was going to happen it would have happened by now. Plus, their general counsel is a former SEC attorney AND Dan the man at RRBB is specialized in SEC compliance.
Another thing to complicate matters is that ARYC's auditor's license was REVOKED by the PCAOB and that is why they had to commission RRBB, which had to RE-AUDIT at least one prior year. I mean the task is HUGE.
So that's not five years! No one really know what is causing the delay or what is going on behind the scenes, and everyone knows that they should never mess with Uncle Sam. I fully intend to report every penny of CAPITAL GAINS resulting from my investment in ARYC.
I believe.
Avant is NOT a sister company or subsidiary of ARYC.
This might trade like a stinky-pinky, but it truly is NOT. There is no way it will be going the way of Avant.
It really hasn't been five years, but we all know it's been a while, and I think it does make sense since prior years won't look very pretty, which is why my personal thinking is bad news from the PAST, then GOOD NEWS NOW AND IN THE FUTURE!...filed all at once, which is what they intend to do. It may not make sense to many, but in this situation, I'm thinkin' what's one more quarter? It could be other things as well...that was just my personal thought, crazy as it might sound.
As to the "incredible" MILLIONS being billed for the allergy testing services, one either believes the tweets or they don't. It's as simple as that. No one can know the actual amount of payments until the money is actually received due to the convoluted mess of health care in general, and, of course, ultimately the proof will be in the financials when they are finally released. It is just too hard to believe that they're making all this stuff up!
Hi Janice. That collapse that started in early April was due to panic selling. Dr. Schena had strongly insinuated that the filings would be out by the end of the first quarter; he even went so far as to say that they would be working over the weekend to make sure it would happen, so around April Fool's Day, when it did NOT happen due to "documentation" he said they were waiting for, down, down, down the share price went.
While it wasn't a happy thing, longs here are giving Mark the benefit of the doubt. The company's recent billings to Medicare, Medicaid, and other insurance companies have been incredible, and maybe Mark wants to show that new revenue in the financials when they are finally released.
Believe what you want. Don't care. No one is holding a gun to anyone's head to invest in ARYC. There is no need to torture yourself with this scam of a company.
A lot has happened since July of 2017. We don't know the true status of OvaDx, except that Mark said the product would be launched before the USDA safety test. Plus, we know for sure that Avant had been zooming in on a different product called Theralink, NOT OvaDx, and that they had removed OvaDx from their website. But you can read all about OvaDx on Arrayit's website.
So...wait and see I guess, but you have to lean toward Arrayit now having back whatever rights they originally conveyed to ADVX.
Crazyfox, I mean Jerry, I second that emotion. Things could EXPLODE for ARYC any time now like fireworks or the Stay Puft Marshmallow Man.
:)
I don't know if it reverted back to Arrayit because Avant failed to comply with something in their original agreement, or whether Arrayit bought the rights back. All we know is that OvaDx is supposed to be launched before the USDA test, so does that mean that OvaDx is indeed the product that is awaiting FDA approval??
We just have to stay tuned I guess.
:)
No connection to ADVX is what I said. The rights to OvaDx MAY HAVE reverted back to ARYC, which might be why Mark said that there is a good chance that OvaDx would be launched this year ahead of the USDA food safety test.
lol. This is the ARYC board, not ADVX. No connection. EXCEPT maybe the rights Avant held in OvaDx have reverted back to ARYC.
No bubbles busted, not to worry, old news, no connection.
If it's within 30 days for Medicare, then that is even better, but then you have Medicaid and health care insurance and maybe some private pays--full or partial with insurance. The new credentialing company will help to sort it all out in order to accelerate payments, a very GOOD thing.
Billing for clinical services is relatively new to ARYC and an adjustment period should be expected.
I don't think Dr. Schena ever studied medical billing. I mean, he has better things to do.
Incredible. Thanks for keeping track. And these billings are for clinical testing services only. ARYC has other revenue coming in as well.
lol. No one's feelings are hurt by anything you have said, so please don't worry about that.
Mark is NO liar.
Tweets are proof to me.
PRs are proof to me.
Who cares about 200 share buys no matter who or what is doing it.
Tweets are NOT repeats. Believe them or not
No financials...REALLY? No one knew that. Thanks!
Why would ARYC show you a purchase order? REAL companies don't do that.
You must know that it could take 90 days or even more for payments to come in for services covered by health care providers or Medicare/Medicaid, or both. Once payments start rolling in, then there will be good revenue consistency.
It will all be revealed on the upcoming BIG DAY.
:)
Totally agree. It could take several transactions to fill an order, which makes more sense than what has been suggested.
Yes, TravO, thanks for this important reminder:
"Also since you said USDA test hopefully this year launches after Ovarian test, does that mean Ovarian test has a very good chance of launching this year?"
"Yes."
