Need more whales
Hey have you noticed that some whales have come a board? Some serious money has been flowing in to CDNL today from new investors. If that's not a good sign in don't know what is.
The thing is, Kevin is a geologist traveling the world with these massive red bird systems trying to push and demonstrate his product while also trying to juggle the duties of being the CEO of a publicly traded company.
Most companies have other people to handle all that work, but Kevin knows that's not feasible because they haven't been profitable and haven't had the funding. So in order to keep costs down and keep the business afloat, he has had to be more or less a one man army.
So we can can complain and bicker about the 10k and not knowing the o/s, but Kevin is trying to expand his business and land as many contracts as possible.
If he spent all his time and efforts catering to investors, CDNL would probably be in a worse position without a JV, a contract with CAMWATER, or any future contracts in China.
IMO
You wish
I'm personally happy as long as we can stay above .01 in the short term. Each week I don't mind if there are dips just as long as the lows become higher than the previous weeks lows.
At some point, probably sooner than later, CDNL will have a full blown breakout. Too much uncertainty and lack of financial information for most investors. This board is one of the most viewed, but yet new investors are few and far between. Lots of people lurking waiting for their opportunity to pounce.

I just know that there are pinks who haven't filed in years who do not have an E.
I think CDNL is in the process of getting their business in line and running as top notch and as professional as can be. Everything will probably all happen at once when they feel like they are ready. I think their short term goal is to remove that yield sign and uplist back on to the QB.
You're right in the fact that I haven't been here as long as most, but it's been my understanding that pinks do not receive the "E" tag.
I could be wrong though, I'm just telling you what I've heard.
Pink sheets don't ever get tagged with an "E"
Kevin messaged me this morning saying they've been buying back shares and that he's getting on this morning to review it and see what he can do about the pps dropping.
Kevin's message:
"We have been buying. I'm getting on an early call to review what we've been doing and what we can do with this effort"
I feel looking at the 50ma or 100ma more accurately tells the trend of this stock. And I only say that because the dilution levels are different.
Some people are making a fuss about the 200ma, like in Clays video, but is it really that significant a number when there is more dilution now then back when we were at .07? I know people like to read charts, but it doesn't seem like the numbers that make up the 200ma are based on apples to apples here.
With the higher dilution, it obviously makes it tough to move past any levels of resistance. It's going to be a much slower and steadier climb than if this were 200 days ago.
A green day tomorrow would be really bullish after how things went last week. I think there is less hype and flippers this week. I'm really really hoping for a breakout tomorrow.

Never said I did. I was only saying that's his only "blemish"
Business wise he does everything else the way it should be done.

Kevin has already founded a successful business. He knows business and has a great product. Besides being late on the 10k he's done everything right.
Can't say for sure tbh, all I know is that there will definitely be one filed in the next 2 days.
No worries and it's very solid info.
Goodnight and good luck!!!
So unless Kevin lying, we're definitely getting an 8k as it has already been scheduled.
8k has been confirmed by Kevin himself in an email to an investor from last week.
Here's the quote:
"My form 4 is being processed. As soon as I am back in the office I have to send them my personal registration numbers and it will then post. We have an 8 K scheduled for between Monday and Wednesday"
So Monday has already passed. That means the 8k will either be tomorrow or Wednesday.
We don't know anything for sure, but I think we will see one soon. And it wouldn't be an update, it would be new information as no one knows which banks are funding what projects or anything about the terms of the funding.
Once we know this and it has been officially filed, this thing will blow up as it will be the beginning of a massive revenue stream.
I think a lot of investors and the MM's are waiting to see if the CAMWATER project is actually for real or not. Pink sheets make claims about landing big contracts all the time, but are usually complete bs. This will be big because it solidifies everything and hammers home the legitimacy of CDNL.
This is jmho though.
An 8k detailing the funding for their back logged contracts in excess of $30 million and new contracts to be announced makes this company worth exponentially more than what it's currently trading at.
Based on what? Only thing this stock lacks is buyers, which are slowly trickling in.
This stock based solely on fundamentals and not chart reading should destroy .05+.
It's been at least 2 weeks since you would have had an entry for .007.
There will be plenty of catalysts other than the buyback to keep the pps moving in the right direction. It will get to a point where more and more investors come aboard as well as bigger institutions and mm's.
This is still just a small snowball rolling down a hill.
You get enough buyers in here and float shouldn't matter. We just need this little snowball to grow into a giant over the course of months to years.
I know people want a lower float in pennyland because it allows the price to move up more easily, but it doesn't it also allows the price to move down more easily too?
I know a small float is great for getting rich quick, but with a longer term investment isn't it better to have more shares out there? I feel like it makes for a steadier climb with lower volatility. Also, with a smaller float, wont it become a lot more difficult to liquidate your shares when the time is right?
You are too used to shitty ceos and shitty companies. If Kevin says he's going to do something you better believe him.
I agree. Unless you're a flipper trying to make intraday profits you should hit the ask.
We should find out how many shares posters on here and Twitter have combined. And add it to what we think insiders own plus the shares expected to be removed from the buyback.
Here's my 2 cents. Last weeks price action was a little unjustified. It moved too quickly and too suddenly and started attracting a whole new group of buyers. These buyers were chasing and hoping to get rich quick and ride this thing to .02+. I think a bubble had been created and MM's were aware of it and used it to their advantage. They have been walking this thing down all week and forcing the get rich quick crowd to jump ship in droves and masses.
We started off last week at a price of .0115 and that was primarily longs steadily moving the price upwards. Since then longs have been buying more and adding to their positions. I believe at the current price of .0125-.0129 we are back to mainly having longs in control like it was pre .0115.
I think we start to see that steady climb we once had before all over again. And will last until the hype builds up and the get rich quick chasers come back into play.
Who's ready for the next leg up!?
They might not have a website yet. They were created strictly to market and distribute Red Bird. They are a brand new company.
Wow and it's plural too. So that means multiple orders that are 85+ units. So let's just say that Cardinal Resources is going to be very very busy the next couple of years. Revenues should be screaming. I just wish we could fast forward through all this penny flipping otc garbage and on to bigger and better things already
Where is that info on the 84 units?
You would not hold if you really thought .005 was coming. You would take profit if you truly believed that.
All the bold writing is what is what has me so excited. This contracts are major. Big time companies get SPA's of that size. And to think a company in the OTC is landing those and is under .02 is crazy. So undervalued it's not even funny.
This is the type of company that could soon have a market cap of $100+ million. The potential revenues from sales is astronomical especially with how badly communities around the world need clean water.
They spent the last 12 years getting their ducks in a row. They have a great product, a significant market to serve, and are finally in a position to capitalize.
$$$$$$$$$$ CDNL
If you're long and truly believe in the company than the intraday moves should be of no concern to you. Especially when there is no news or reason for the drop. This company has too much going for it, so you just need to keep the end game in mind.
We could very well make a move back to green by the end of the day or at least close to it.
You act like this hasn't happened before. This is completely normal pullback.
