BMSN is gonna gap up higher tomorrow! Be prepared for more green tomorrow! Aplastic anemia is a big indication for BMSN and it should be able to get orphan drug status!
Told you guys to be patient. Risk/reward is so low. Even if you put in a small batch of shares and you end up losing you don't lose much. But if it explodes up it's gonna go up big!
The first trial if FDA approves is for Aplastic Anemia. I'm sure not many know what that is. Aplastic anemia is an orphan drug that causes patients to not produce enough red blood cells because of a deficient bone marrow.
With this deficiency it is life threatening people can suffer heart attacks, stroke, low blood count etc. Not only is this a money maker but it will save lives. BMSN is working towards a goal!
I agree this is gonna be great. Remember Hemaxellerate is an orphan drug for Aplastic Anemia. So the huge move up will be big! Orphan drug biotechs tend to go up higher than other biotechs that only fight cancer and other diseases.
People are panic selling because they have no idea or just trading it! But the people that are in the know, see that news is not due until Q3 as stated in the press release. They said Q2 was license for MiN technology (Breast cancer vaccine) and we got a PR then it met the deadline.
Now they say Q3 (July-September) is for FDA approval to start dosing in the Hemaxellerate trial. so we shall see if they meet that date or not. Just be patient and be ready for news!
Well I guess at least they have a cool motto on the AFFY investor relations website!

News of delisting can't end well!
Don't sell your shares, that's what someone wants you to do. This new 8k shows Dr. Koos taking over of Regen Biopharma, maybe Mizer wanted to move on to his new company he formed. Remember this graph on learning about manipulation of BMSN.

That article says if the FDA isn't satisfied with the toxicity and dosing then there will be a delay. But if you have been following biotech stocks as long as I have very rarely does the FDA refuse an IND application.
The only way for refusal is if the dosing is way off and the treatment is toxic. But since the company is using edothelial cells to spur the bone morrow naturally to create red blood cells I don't see how toxicity plays a role hardly at all.
It's all speculation and never a sure thing, but more likely than not they will get IND approval!
Nobody shorting BMSN? Then what is this report that shows on average 50% short selling on BMSN> each day!
http://otcshortreport.com/index.php?index=BMSN
The stock will have a squeeze but once the FDA news comes out. If the news it positive this will squeeze big!
Nobody can predict the future. We don't know what will happen with the FDA IND! But normally they don't block IND's unless the dosing is toxic.
Not maybe, they will their are about 1,000 people diagnosed with Aplastic Anemia each year. So easily BMSN will obtain orphan drug status. Also Aplastic Anemia is life threatening as you can see from the definition.
What Is Aplastic Anemia?
Aplastic anemia (a-PLAS-tik uh-NEE-me-uh) is a blood disorder in which the body's bone marrow doesn't make enough new blood cells. Bone marrow is a sponge-like tissue inside the bones. It makes stem cells that develop into red blood cells, white blood cells, and platelets (PLATE-lets).
Red blood cells carry oxygen to all parts of your body. They also carry carbon dioxide (a waste product) to your lungs to be exhaled. White blood cells help your body fight infections. Platelets are blood cell fragments that stick together to seal small cuts or breaks on blood vessel walls and stop bleeding.
It's normal for blood cells to die. The lifespan of red blood cells is about 120 days. White blood cells live less than a day. Platelets live about 6 days. As a result, your bone marrow must constantly make new blood cells.
If your bone marrow can't make enough new blood cells, many health problems can occur. These problems include irregular heartbeats called arrhythmias (ah-RITH-me-ahs), an enlarged heart, heart failure, infections, and bleeding. Severe aplastic anemia can even cause death.
The reason for the dilution is because the FDA has to decide whether to approve Hemaxellerate for trials. The CEO can't see the future how does he know whether or not the FDA will approve for the trials? He is not a sight seer who can see into the future.
Biotech stocks always dilute before FDA decisions because they can't predict what the FDA will do! All biotechs are like that!
I'm buying 100,000 shares this morning at .0023 of BMSN. I doubt it will go lower than .0020! We shall see, but the majority of the investors are accumulating shares.
Remember long term investors in RXII we have the RXi pharma annual meeting on June 6th 2013, then a presentation at the Jefferies global healthcare conference on June 7th The next day! Our results for phase 1 RXI-109 should be unblinded soon!
I'm buying more BMSN tomorrow. You have to understand like all biotech stocks this is a risky investment. But look at the risk/reward scenario.
The company trades at .0023 now either it goes lower to the teens or it goes up by an unlimited amount. Nobody can predict the future, if we could we would all be rich. But the risk/reward imo is worth it!
This is amazing I saw the stock open low in the morning dipping to .0021 then we ended the day flat on the end. Not the best close but someone is accumulating shares at those prices. I will add more for tomorrow as I expect a gap up in BMSN in the morning. Good luck to all!
I agree all the smart people are holding awaiting for FDA news. Anyways it doesn't take much to buy shares. Even if you have a few hundred dollars lying around you can get a good chunk of shares. Risk/reward is worth it for BMSN.
The company PR'd a timeline for progress and has so far kept up with it. Start to worry if they start missing their ETAs.

Complete clinical trial on Min technology: Q4 2014-Q2 2015
FOLKS IT'S TIME TO BUY BMSN! BMSN = FUTURE MONEY ON THE TABLE
Basically the FDA will tell them whether they can begin patient dosing or not with the stem cell treatment for Aplastic Anemia. The FDA has to always make sure the dosing is safe and right to start testing in humans. Considering BMSN is using natural endothelial cells to naturally stimulate the bone marrow to produce blood< i don't see any problems.
I'm looking to add more BMSN tomorrow as well, I think that once we get closer to the pending FDA news BMSN will continue to climb higher!
Couldn't agree more! To boot the first indication of stem cell research they are targeting is Aplastic Anemia. Which in itself is an orphan drug disease with no current therapy. If anything pans out this stock price level will look like a joke!
I agree before the 3rd quarter we should hear FDA news on the Hemaxellerate phase 1 trial dosing. Should give BMSN a boost!
BMSN has something good going. For a company with 2 IND's , one in stem cell research and another in Breast cancer immunotherapy, it is still cheap.
BMSN is the real deal. here is some Due diligence for investors!

This company is doing well to advance the stem Cell field. This is the company to invest in for the long term!

So what I gather from your message we buy more shares of BMSN! Got it! Thanks for your DD!
Correct Q2 was the MIN technology of the breast cancer vaccine announced a few weeks ago. Q2 runs April, may, June. FDA decision on questions is Q3 which is July,August,September.

Morning selling was to shake and scare off investors to sell their position. This baby is heading back up! Remember the FDA filing is for an orphan drug "Aplastic Anemia". Orphan drug companies go higher than other biotech stocks.
Exactly, everyone should realize that right now we are only in Q2 of 2013. So Q3 is the months of July,August,September. So we won't know until then. But the other poster is right only worry if September goes by and no response.
Anyways you don't have to bet the farm on BMSN just enough to where if it pops you make some money. All biotechs languish with no news, just the way it is. But with FDA approval to start on an orphan drug disease that is much more important to me than dilution or other short seller conspiracy theory.
The best part about being long, you have all the time in the world to be patient and wait for news. The worst part about being short is time is not on your side!
That was me I bought out 74,000 shares at the .0027 level but it seems shorts are still trying to short it. They will get burned if they are not careful!
RXI pharmaceuticals to Present at the Jefferies 2013 Global HealthCare conference!

So what say you if this goes up tomorrow? Nobody can predict the movement of a stock if we all could we would all be rich!
I added more shares for tomorrow Monday. I think that the FDA news will be a huge volume and stock price moving catalyst. GL to all!
Not only that but not many people know about the new rules at the FDA. The FDA now has breakthrough designation, which means a disease that has no treatment option at all for patients can now be fast tracked and only has to go through phase 1 only to be approved.
There are many scenarios in biotech. YOu can't see the future so nobody should be predicting how long it will take. Because nobody knows just invest long and enjoy the ride.

Yes that's because there are many reasons why orphan drug companies are wanted more by investors. LIke SRPT, VRTX, BMRN etc.
1. Easy way with the FDA. When your drug is orphan drug status not only do you get approved faster, you are less likely to be refused by the FDA when it comes time for a vote for approvl.
2. Second you have a drug that treats a rare disease with no other approved therapies. Therefore why the companies charge so much. Cystic fibrosis drug from Vertex charges $295,000 per year per patient.
3. The third point comes back to the 2nd point no competition. Meaning all profit made only goes to the orphan drug company.
What's good about BMSN when they get the go ahead to start phase 1 is they want to file for Orphan drug status. That should be another catalyst for the stock.
Buying opportunity lots of catalysts on the way for BMSN, up up we go!!!!!!!!
Should I buy more BMSN or start a position in MCET? That seems good too!
no webcast but it is under resources and then presentations here is the link:
