I spoke to Ram Pemmaraju and Mark Kay recently. I spoke to each on different days. Do you really think they would be sitting around "taking phone calls" when they could be playing golf, being with their family, etc.? I know, you want to say something such as they answered my calls on the golf course.
SFOR is a real company...some SFOR shareholders use SFOR products. Fake companies don't sell products that don't work. Don't try to mislead people.
Why do you say that?
.0009 - I'm betting this is near the bottom and there is a lot of top side potential in the days ahead. Buying them up. LONG SFOR!
Bought again with these cheap shares...why do I think they are cheap? I am 90% certain we will be seeing even better news out between today and next Thursday. Big volume, and big news ahead. LONG SFOR!!!
Kay and others major shareholders would not sell anywhere close to $750k...it would be for millions so they could recoup more than their investment of personal money and time.
Cheap shares especially with more news to come very soon. I wouldn't have added if I didn't think or know of significant news coming out.
I hope all of us longs are rewarded soon!
Not only did I buy more to double my position, I have some dough ready to go if the price drops some and I will snap up more of these cheapies! Again, I firmly believe we will hear more news within a week and that is the primary reason for my purchase today. LONG SFOR!!!
I doubled my position today. I added because I FIRMLY believe we will have additional (VERY) positive news within one week. We may be moving off of these low share price levels for good in the near future. Added and LONG SFOR!!!
If they can settle with the company that bailed on their contract (the one that was providing most of the monthly reoccurring revenue), then do you think they could be on track for the lower end? That is separate from patent infringement...what do you think? Thanks!
I'm planning on seeing revenue for the year at $500,000 without settling some of the litigation. $1.5 million if litigation goes SFOR's way. Hate to be a downer, but that is what I'm expecting. 2014 could be a great year.
SFOR needs their various litigation to go in their favor, and then, I think it will lift off. However, you never know when litigation will be finalized or what the outcome will be.
Since SFOR has been Awarded Its Second Patent for "Out-of-Band" Authentication Utilizing Mobile Devices, how many more are needed to get this going in a BIG way? Is two enough or are more needed?
Major news - patent awarded!!!
It is not close...not the best right now, but not close. LONG SFOR!!!
Let me reiterate...of course suing for money. SFOR just isn't the "patent trolls" like some companies are.
Nuts...another good question for Belinda because I think you will get some of the best (and most accurate) info. Again, different answers from different beliefs.
I would not describe SFOR as patent trolls. They haven't been suing for money. They've had some of their own patents hung up and had to re-file.
There are others claiming they hold the patent for OOB. I think SFOR will prevail.
SFOR does have reoccurring revenue. Just need more. I think of SFOR as an innovator that worked on products for years before the market was ready. Such as, maybe SFOR management thought product acceptance might have happened 3 years ago, but instead, market acceptance is NOW for these type of security solutions.
Nuts...several different people can answer your question and you'd get very different answers. I think you've asked the right person (Belinda).
It could. Nice profit buying at .0008 or .0009 with a spike to .0012. I'll take it!
SFOR can still be traded and held long term. I have shares for both. I fully expect some dips into the single digits due to the dilution and MM's...that helps my frequent trades. LONG SFOR!!!
First, check out the Strikeforce Technologies website. We are waiting to see if an Out of Band patent will be granted to SFOR. SFOR has worked on technology way ahead of its time, and now the need for security solutions in the IT world are much more needed now. Cyber attacks, etc. have been happening a lot over the last year. Last quarter's revenue was not in line with expectations, but evidently one company that SFOR has a contract with is being accused of violating the contract and it supposedly affected revenue. On this board, there are more longs than shorts. If you hang around long enough, it won't take you long to see who is bashing SFOR...they bought in at high prices, and did not get out at a reasonable loss, and they have been riding in the passenger seat all the way down to where SFOR is today. They should be mad at themselves instead of SFOR for not bailing out sooner. Anyway, I think getting in the game at theses levels will pay off in the weeks ahead. I wouldn't bet the whole farm on it though. This is my quick "snapshot" and my opinion. Welcome, and good luck!
Whaaa Hooo! Up 27% today and didn't trade at or below .0009. No news out either. LONG SFOR!!!
Yes indeed...rock on upward!
Dman...I haven't spoken to Kay in a while...sounds like there's plenty of good things in the works. I think they have finally hooked up with a couple of decent distributors...hopefully, the revenue will come in strong soon. I'm betting quarters 3 and 4 will be strong.
These trades were not for very much money. Polis' 115000 shares is a small $15,000. Not a big deal. Not enough money coming out to say insiders are bailing.
Big deal...Polis dumped shares only valued at $15,000. Not earth shattering.
Right on...we all know revenue is the key. A lot of it!
Right on Greenfan...pilots can be vital for growth! Good post!!!
I agree and disagree with you on some points. Yes, SFOR has had its financial issues. Wouldn't you think it would be hard to develop products that you felt the market would accept 7 years out, but then you found out that the market wasn't accepting until 3 years after that? The market is YOUNG as we have only heard of breaches/attacks in the multitude that they are in the last year or so. It is my opinion that it would be a struggle to have to go another 3 years until the market has caught up. The market is young, and SFOR WILL prevail even if there is a few more bumps along the way. The worst is over. Long SFOR!!!
That would be great Belinda...MM's go away!
Funny...thanks for the link to the news!
Yes, a couple of references from major players after the trial/pilot could put SFOR on the "Who's Who" IT world-wide map in a big way.
As for those who think, big deal about a pilot...would you buy a USED boat without taking it on the water to test it out first? Some people would, and some wouldn't. It's better to know what you are getting into and test it on the water before buying. I know, it is a basic analogy, but IT/management is going to see what it can do before buying. SFOR (and any other company) has to prove they have reliable solutions above and beyond what solutions are already in place (or not in place) with interested organizations. LONG SFOR!!!
Good points Joe!
I don't think BK is in the works anytime soon.
You are right about "getting in" with the IT/management decision makers. Getting them to listen is hard enough. Getting them to try something is just as hard. Getting them to buy? I think they will if the products perform for them.
The need for solutions is HERE and NOW. It wasn't so much only a 1.5 years ago. I see articles on a weekly basis about how IT isn't protected and needs to be or they will be sorry. As we know, there have been a lot of organizations/companies that are feeling the pinch because they didn't have a solution(s) in place (and it has cost them a lot). HERE and NOW for their products and this type of security industry! LONG SFOR!!!
Wasn't a tough day for me. Some days I make quite a bit, even, and sometimes dinged a little. Overall, I'm very happy with SFOR. No need to ask about how my day is going, because I watch SFOR and other stocks very closely and react/trade appropriately in to the upside most of the time. Not always, but most of the time. LONG SFOR!!!
Thought maybe EDIG was on the verge of taking off...I took a quick glance and noticed it had a lot more volume than it normally does in the morning. I think you are right...cheap shares at these levels.
Good jump (recent) in PPS and volume...does someone know of some good news coming out?
Yes, lots of buys yesterday. I think we will see some panic selling going on this morning. For some reason, I have a feeling there's going to be some good things happening in the next couple of weeks that will be pleasantly surprising. LONG SFOR!!!
Trading in single digits anytime during the rest of the week or at a single digit at the close on Friday? Clarify your bet.
Good one on the last sentence!
Welcome back...did you go fishing in Canada?
I think everything you mentioned sounds reasonable!!!
