wikipedia: Type A people always try to help others.
just trying to state facts in a way that people will listen and understand.
I feel my posts equate to more value then a post like:
"this should hit 2 cents by end of month"
'This company is going to the moon"
A mean reason I answered my own question is simply to inform. I wish some more realistic people like Cody were around months ago, that way I would of lost a lot less.
Everyone has there own choice. And I try and learn everyday, the major recent learning experience I learned was that you can never bypass the issue of looking at the balance sheet. So much info there and it is the best place to start.
May we all make money
time will tell.
in last year, common stock increased by about 8 times. brrrrrroookkkeee
so you see dilution of your shares is the reason.
Also notice that normal payables usually paid in cash are paid in shares,,, hmmmm
Turokman, here is the answer to the question as to why balance sheet got better but company lost millions in the quarter.

On September 18, 2012, the Company issued 5,000,000 shares of common stock to a consultant for services
How does a company lose 3 million but yet improve there balance sheet
Ur right, how did MP accomplish that
Total current assets 5,833,776
Total Current liabilities about 15,000,000
Current means less than a year.
They are using shares to offset the need for about 9 million in payments in next year.
They paid companies they owe cash with shares....they only have shares to pay with.
Turok,u seem intelligent and i believe if u were running this company, that would be your intentions, but it is a corrupt group running the show
Total current assets 5,833,776
Current liabilities about 15,000,000
Please tell me if u think they have enough cash.
No cash to spend, forced payment with shares and dilution
A company paying with shares and diluting more while not being profitable is a bad thing
A profitable company issuing shares to executives in order to encourage them to increase the price per share is a good thing.
everyone should make their own decision as to which way Muscle Pharm is going.
however it is dumb to assume that this is a good thing
I agree, i am an economist, however 1 has to look at the intentions or reasons as to why they are paying with stock.
based on the circumstances there paying with shares because their cash is all dried up, they are broke, they lost 6,000,000 last quarter, they have no money.
another 110,000,000 shares just gifted to executives today,....... nice
Did awesome penny stocks ever issue there new pick
Can someone post the possible scenario for MP getting on NASDAQ.
I know there are different ways or scenarios for which NASDAQ allows.
But i am lost to see which scenario would actually work for MP
This???
Previous Stock Value: Par Value Shares: 2,500,000,000 Value: $ 0.001 Par Value Shares: 10,000,000 Value: $ 0.001 No Par Value Shares: 0 ----------------------------------------------------------------- Total Authorized Capital: $ 2,510,000.00 New Stock Value: Par Value Shares: 3,846,153 Value: $ 0.001 Par Value Shares: 10,000,000 Value: $ 0.001 No Par Value Shares: 0 ----------------------------------------------------------------- Total Authorized Capital: $ 13,846.15
What amazing news?
for sure a tax write off. I've lost a bunch in this company. To sell now would be no more stock investing for a while. I can only wait and hope and then if she drops even lower, just sell before year end and take the loss.
just another super expensive learning experience.
GLTA
This one fact alone actually makes one share of mslp, less valuable than shares of another company, if both equal in price
"MSLP shares are normal shares minus voting rights. "
If voting rights were included in a share of MSLP, this would be at a higher pps.
MP has literally taken the opportunity for investors to voice opinion to get the optimum company success and PPS, and said We don't care about what you want.
Protect obviously.
The best thing that could happen is a takeover by a decent company.
However with the SPECIAL SERIES shares, this won't happen.
-Anti-takeover.
What is deceiving is the mentioning of the ANTI TAKE OVER 100 MILLION A/S after Reverse Split.
To the uninformed, it seems like a decent idea.
To one with knowledge, it is a complete attempt to deceive.
Here is why, COMMON SHARES HAVE NO VOTING RIGHTS, even if someone owned 90% of outstanding shares, they would still not be able to take over company.
The fact that the company responded so quickly on facebook actually was a positive for me. I don't think we'll see much change
Best thing for the company would be a take over
Anti takeover dilution-not so good
I'm new to chinese stocks, but quick question.
Why do all the chinese ADR's trade for about 1/5 to 1/10th of the book value per share. On every Chinese ADR there are pretty much 50% losses over the course of a year.
Is this going to get better? I'm trying to swing to chinese companies because I want to invest in a growing economy and no longer Obamaland. The U.S. stock market will suffer for years I believe.
Hey guys, new to most foreign companies. I know recently in the last 6 months, chinese companies have had some scrutiny-ones listed on US stock exchanges.
Does anyone know why most OTC Chinese ADR companies trade for less than a fifth of their book value. I noticed extremely low volume. Why is there no interest. I do understand the muddy waters scandel and possible accounting issues, but it seems there may be some real companies.
hopefully finishing the quarterly report or on the phone with APS...lol. :)
People could still make money on this stock if there is a buyout, but other than that, this would have to be at least another year before any real potential can be seen.
Could you possibly post L2 if you have time. thanks a ton.
6 million quarterly loss.... seemed like people were hoping on something better than that.
When will it end? It keeps going and going and going and going and going and going...
In October 2012, the Company issued 7,536,433 shares of common stock as payment to contractors for contracts valued at approximately $46,000.
In October 2012, the Company issued 6,000,000 shares of common stock to settle a contract dispute with a vendor valued at approximately $40,200.
In October 2012, the Company issued 7,602,648 shares of common stock pursuant to agreements with certain note holders to defer principal and interest payments for up to three months.
Current Outstanding shares will be 35% of shares after RS. If i'm wrong please help me understand this.
Taken from the recent quarterly report.
we exchanged 6,500,000 shares of our Series C Convertible Preferred Stock (the "Series C Preferred Stock") to acquire 100% of the issued and outstanding shares of BT Brunei from its sole shareholder BT Hong Kong. Each share of the Series C Preferred Stock is convertible into one share of our common stock after giving effect to a pending 1 for 700 reverse stock split (the “Reverse Stock Split”) and will represent approximately 65% of the issued and outstanding shares of our common stock, and is hereinafter referred to as the “Exchange”. On December 30, 2011, BT Hong Kong became a shareholder of the Company.
website has been under construction for quite some day.... ???? any clues?
Only losing 6 million per quarter.
Company has a negative book value per share.
Nobody knows
changed to 1 to 850 after pps kept sinking.
I hear u on that. GLTA
Thank u. I guess i may be looking to short this stock after RS . So this is a reason i keep an eye on it. You're right though, it used to drive me insane losing 40 percent of my investment.
Higher pps only encourages extreme dilution after RS...company publicly stated they need to dilute after reverse split.and yes they stated that after quarter ended so good luck to everyone when financials come
I sold at a loss at .011 i don't feel too confident that MP will see that again
What is APS???
Taki is a pump and dump in and of himself.
If he is saying weeeeeeeee, he is selling.
If he is saying this is going down, he is trying to get in at low pps.
Quite annoying but lots of people do it. I don't because of integrity reasons.
