Again where is the link or filing that says they have 120 million in revenue?
This is all guessing and speculation! You could be right or you could be totally off. You don't have yo be a detective, wait for the filing it will tell you.
Ed does not know enough of what happened or how it happened to satisfy the judge. They will not get a default judgement. Even if they do it means squat because the shares are already on the market. We sure as hell aren't getting any money from them. So why waist the time and money? I'm not bashing I still own every share I bought. I'm being realistic.
Because if they pursue this anymore it's a waist of time and money.
I'm still green, and I will average down when the time comes. I'm just tired of nothing getting done. We need to be promoting not sitting and hoping a big customer comes knocking!
I will be here through the fillings.
Yep! As everybody try's to cash out!
There is nothing that gives me confidence that we will be cash flow positive in the second quarter.
I'm not selling. I will go down with the ship, but I hate losing!
He needs to Stop waisting time on something that is nothing more than symbolism anyway! The shares are already in the market, and he will never be able to collect any kind of monetary damages. What a colossal waist of time and money!
Work on getting the PPS up with revenue! Start by delivering a working product that can be integrated in a few days like we were told.
So Ed can't prove how they perpetrated the fraud. And since they won't answer the summons and appear in court we won't know what happened. Ed just got bent over and paid to have it done! Which means we got screwed to.
He has no option but to do an RS.
People selling?
You mean buy the rumor sell the news?
Better to leave some on the table than get greedy!
I just hate that we have lost some good investors along the way. The negative post can't be creditably debunked anymore. I'm just waiting to see if he can pull it together.
You're right, the problem is ED can't keep his mouth shut and makes unreasonable time lines. This causes miss-trust and people running for the door. Just get it done already!
Can somebody remind me what was the last thing Ed promised that actually happened?
Oh, so you think that was only a conversion happening? You don't think the company was selling at gee same time?
They made more money selling shares than they got from the settlement.
Whales spend most of their time under water!
I agree. They will dilute it back down to .001. The first 30 minutes of trading will be wild as they try to continue the manipulated close on Friday. Then it will retrace back to
.0012-0011.
Why isn't anybody talking about the "short squeeze" that's coming!
Wise words!
They had 120m in revenue! Where is that reported?
"What else do we know - they company has previously shipped 4m units generating $120m in revenue! So we know people liked the product."
Ed needs to get on the ball and start integrating every company no matter how big or small. Stop trying to land that one big contract that proves our validity! Let's start small and prove the process works! The big contracts will come when we have a proven product!
This whole move thing is just another example of Ed getting the cart before the horse! He rented way more space than what they were ready for. Now he's having to back it up because he can't afford it. This is the same as announcing deals that have not been finalized. Ed get your head out of the clouds and start producing revenue. Get a product that can be integrated, and start advertising it!
Can you give us the details on the other 5-6 cases? I've not see it in any of their filings!
Everybody needs to do their own DD! I'm not saying buy or sell on my DD! I'm saying do your own, and beware of the pump!
It's all indisputable facts! Prove one of them is wrong.
They had no confidence that they would ever get paid. And there is no proof that any other notes got paid. I'm not saying they didn't, I'm saying there is no filings that show that it happened.
Here's real DD
Anyone who's ever done any due diligence on the company knows that there is a very good reason why SFOR was stuck in triple zero illiquid obscurity for so long. The very same factor that kept the ticker so low so long is the force that will probably bring it down if SFOR ever manages to lift its head off the ground.
Naturally, we're talking about the company's horrifying share structure. Make no mistake - while the company's commercial achievements to date can be called unimpressive at best, there could be little doubt that it is SFOR's rampant issuance of dirt-cheap shares that has dug the hole that the ticker is currently trying to escape.
Suffice it to say that SFOR has been forced to perform four monstrous reverse splits to date in order to remain liquid. Two of those happened in 2015 – one mid February and the other mid April.
As of November 2015 the number of issued and outstanding shares stood at a manageable 10.5 million. However, by the time the end of January 2016 rolled along, the share count had more than tripled, reaching 32.9 million. Another update from the end of January gives an even more heart-wrenching current number - 80 million.
February 1 gave an even more mind-numbing number – according to the filing that hit the web that day, by that point in time, SFOR had 198 million shares of common stock issued and outstanding.
Unfortunately that's not even where this modern day OTC Markets horror story ends. The fact that a bit more than two weeks ago, almost 400 million shares of SFOR changed hands over the span of a single session hints that when the company does finally file the quarterly report it is currently delaying, the numbers in it will be thoroughly disheartening

Give it time! You can make money with SFOR, just don't go long!
What about the ones that the company paid off? You know back months ago.
Exactly! I've been saying for some time, where is the proof that anything has been paid off! It's all speculation by ihub members.
I couldn't care any less about it being on store shelves! The only way this type of product makes money is through licensing deals. And if it was worth anything Microsoft would have bought them. Microsoft threw them a bone with the settlement. They won't make peanuts with Microsoft.
How do you know it's over?
That volume is the company dumping shares into the market!
Looks like volume is starting to dry up. Next increase in volume will come when the financials come out and people dump!
We have yet to see any significant revenue, or proof of any of the things you listed. The only thing we know is they raised their salaries after reaching a secret settlement with Microsoft. Which could have been nothing but a token to get them to shut up.
If this was only one financier converting. Whats going to happen when the rest start dumping? There has to be be over two billion in the float now.
Not with the present management they don't!
