good grabs. i'll do what i can to avg down in this range as well.
Based on what I've heard about JF, one would think he would find means of obtaining cash that don't include selling shares at bargain prices. I guess you never know what somebody is dealing with in their own life these days. I also don't know how many shares he is currently holding. I just saw the CEO of another stock I own purchase 1.5mm shares at the asking price, which was more than $1mm purchase on his part. That does a lot for investor confidence.
maybe us longs should offer him a personal loan if he agrees to let the stock have a chance.
I only know what's public knowledge, so I'm not much help. I grabbed over a million of those under .01, hopefully the bleeding stops soon. Good luck to all of us.
still no dilution thought from what i can see, correct? still 58.7mm issued.
nice 1mm purchase at .006 after close.
i guess the important question is how many shares is he holding. if he keeps selling down here, i'll keep buying.
pretty nice volume, but seems to be held down.
agree on all accounts and i've heard the same about the ceo.
I believe the PR effort is not finished...and never really began. i think we will see the PR tied to real news so they can maximize the impact.
looks like somebody saw the opportunity to start or add below .01 this morning.
your statements are very much in line with what i'm hearing from my friend in the low income housing business in tampa. he has never worked for or with JF, but knows him.
trying to take out that ask at .0069. very slow...
need to keep the peddle down. at least ACYD is doing something to help people. call it holiday charity if nothing else. at this point for me i may as well continue to add. too heavily invested to bail out and i want to see these guys succeed.
i'm a buyer down here this morning. good luck to all. ACYD
profit takers presenting some nice buying opportunities.
you are correct, i left off the zero.
i've got plenty in that range, but thanks. finally got my avg down to below .115.
yep. large for one of us, probably not large if we get some momo. just not enough a/s for them to be that strong, especially with the positions of some individuals. i've about trippled my position...not necessarily because i wanted to, unfortunately.
tried to test the 75's with 100k at the ask. glad i got them, but hoped to see the 75's go away.
well that was fun...talk about being forced to double down. the pps got ugly, but big picture wise the volume wasn't enough to matter much. roll the dice again tomorow!
tough to know the difference between a P & D and a legit marketing effort. i think the business plan is what sets ACYD apart. Nice to have a functioning business in place, not just some BS shell.
tks. wish i had more to throw at it down here. somebody could start a solid position around .01 and be a happy camper down the road.
didn't see anything new today.
we're on the same page. i believe a significant portion of the float is locked up at least into the .02's before some longs would consider taking a little profit.
wouldn't that imply that ALL shares are for sale, which obviously they are not. just want to make sure we're not scaring people off if it comes off looking like a fire sale.
i'm assuming you're using 21 mil because that is what has been stated as the amount in the float, correct?
i think it is after 95. i've been chipping away at them, but could use some help.
thought that is what i said. pay for the marketing in 2011, but service may be provided for 3-6 months...for example.
they marketing deal could be for a significant term and carry them through the merger. the insignificant newsletter stuff could be just a little shot that went out as soon as they contracted the marketing guys. if it was 45K, they may have wanted to take the big expense in 2011. lots of "may haves" and "coulds", but i'm just trying to look at it from all angles.
that would be nice. based on what i've heard lately i won't be jumping ship for small gains. been adding here.
ACYD #2 on breakout board
fake wall of 5K blocks at .0095
120K at .104
75K at .105
250K at .0125
i don't know for sure, but based on the way people on this board have spoken, i would assume we have a significant portion of the float locked up. any bid wacking is likely an effort in manipulation to cover...IMO
i'm believing in the LOI based on what i've heard about the players involved, nothing more. if it ends up in the tank, then i lost on a penny gamble, but i don't want to look at this thing a year from now and wish i bought more down here. my info is coming from a non shareholder who just happens to be in the low income multi-family housing business in tampa. based on what he says (which i trust) CEO Folger has been through a lot in his personal life and works very hard to see his way through. he's a creative guy who things big picture. i'm approaching this as a "ground level" opportunity.
always run that risk, but i've been a long believer that anything under .02 is safe and exitable if need be.
taking a long time to fill on the ask this morning.
sounds nuts, but if they are off the radar and need a couple million to close a deal, it makes sense.
here's one i found with just a google search.

agreed. with the float where it is and accumulation by at least a few longs i know of, i like what lies ahead. as previously stated, my friend in the industry in florida who has worked with ACYD CEO personally and said he's the real deal gave me enough confidence to stay with this company. good luck to all.
