Tip Of The Week: When going through airport customs and you are asked "Do you have any firearms with you?" do not reply "What do you need?"

you're recommending buying a stock with an rsi at 99.67? this will almost certainly retrace at least a little on Monday to a better price than .14 imo. and if this stock really has legs those shares will be quickly bought up. not saying it can't get to .80, but it won't be in a straight line up from here imo.
you got a link showing their debt?
I agree 100%. Well said.
lol that was a joke
the last one gapped.
why releasing at 10 and not 9:30?
same here. I think this may take a few weeks to play out.
boardmarks rising.
there's always a reason.
I don't know but something is definitely up. I've heard float lock down but that term is being thrown around alot lately so who really knows. All I know is the chart doesn't lie. That's what caught my attention.
toney for sure if they are standing but they shouldn't be standing for long. couture is gonna kick the hell out of his legs and then take him down. then on the ground toney is bound to give up his back and get choked out. and no matter what anyone says, Toney is not in MMA shape imo. He's gonna gas out quick. But, Toney is always capable of landing a punch. so you never know.
nah, this was an ariel helwani interview with toney. ufc doesn't mess with those.
not sure what's up with the video. i'll check it out when I get home. Can't go on youtube at work.
TXHE and EGIL. Both going to be big ones in the coming weeks imo.
yep, I got in today with a fairly large position. I'll add more if it falls under .01.
i agree. I think EGIL is going to be a good one. multi-bagger potential even from here.
wow. no i didn't change my mind.
Sorry to hear bobby.
sorry, no idea.

I'm just not sure that calling the ceo names equates to 'honest' discussion. As part of our honest discussion, I try to invest in the company, based on its potential, to make me money.
When I see a real company, that's growing it's client list, down here in the pinks, the ceo's personal quirks are not on the top of my concern list.
I would rather see honest discussion (be it negative or positive) over blind pumping any day. just my opinion.
damn, did I call it or what?

like i said, .001 (with 4 bil. O/S) at least if you extrapolate those numbers over the course of a year. and hopefully those figures did not include all subsidiaries (and hopefully they have revenue). then the valuation is more. all imo.
all valid points imo
I still don't see logical reasons why Toms would do a r/s. 1. he's rich already, 2. he owns shares, and 3. who knows what type of criminal or civil lawsuits could arise from diluting/r/s, diluting/r/s over and over like you are insinuating (essentially running a scam stock). the only question remaining in my eyes is could the company need the money? I can't be sure. I'd like to see a detailed financial report including all subsidiaries.
the only reason I could see him doing one is to repair the share structure, but just buying back 1 bil. shares would be a lot more beneficial, assuming the company can afford it. even with a 4 bil. o/s, if they can produce the revenue, this can move imo(once people know the diluting is over).
ok, but like you have said the stock and the company are two different things, at least so far (the stock sucks right now, so I will assume you believe the company is respectable with at least half-way decent revenue). if the company is good why would he need to dilute (and r/s) and turn the stock into a scam and tarnish his name and reputation? if it was believed there was no revenue and a lousy company than I would agree with you 100%. you could question whether this was a scam. that's why every pink dilutes, because there is no real business or revenue. i believe the convertible notes are the cause of the dilution and there's no doubt it is killing the stock but if it ever ends and he announces it, things could change. i'm willing to discuss anything, as I am trying to figure out what is going on as much as anyone else but your story regarding a reverse split just doesn't make sense to me.
disclaimer: i am not defending toms in any way shape or form. the guy is an awful communicator. if he would just disclose this information publicly all this back and forth banter would not even be necessary.
I don't know. you lost me. gl.
the only thing is I think there will be a lot less buyers at .10 than there are at .0001. Yea, he'll sell a few shares on the way down but in a short amount of time it will be right back at .0001. who's going to buy at .10 after a reverse split?
