Are some of you people wearing PDGT rose colored glasses? Or rather, perhaps everyone is very jaded by what appears to be a long negative campaign by Mr Wizard. Sounds quite likely.
You see my posts as being negative about PDGT, but it's quite the opposite. Ever hear of tough love? I want PDGT to succeed by becoming more transparent. Is there really harm in that?
Sure.. I have well over a 5 figure position in PDGT and I want to see it fail.
And now you want to personally insult and attack me for posting here? Nice way to welcome new investors to PDGT.
Barrybeli, you are the most trusted person here? If so, do you want to verify my identity and let everyone know I'm not Mr Wizard? Want me to verify my stock holdings in PDGT? Would I then be seen as a member here with a valid opinion?
Have the IH Admin Matt verify the CC I used to pay for this account. I can provide you in private with my home phone in VA, cell number in VA and work number in DC. I'll even call you from my work number. You might get a shock what your caller ID will say.
Maybe then I can get fair treatment?
Or am I over reacting?
Yes is it. I admire those who have the stomach to drop all DD after they sold themselves on a company.
You trust all the companies you invest in? My trust only goes so far in any company. It's why the SEC is always so busy.
Where we really are putting our trust is in the SEC and its rules. We indirectly trust companies which meet and adhere to the SEC rules.
Pinks are a gamble, I get that. But surely I can push for the company to do a better job to meet regualtions?
VTP, with all these aliases I don't know you or anyone's motivation here. So I can't simply take your word for it. I file away and lightly consider all the claims, sure, but what weights heavily to me are the facts -I- can verify.
Want to knock me for throwing a few bucks in a stock before DD, go ahead. As I mentioned in a post a few days ago, that's what gives me the motivation to do the DD. That's just what works for me. To each their own.
I'm glad your comfortable with your investment. I simply still have some DD questions. DD never really ends does it? Of course not, we always re-evaluate, verify and find the truth. All companies stretch the truth.
The questions I seem on this board do not require a week or even a day of the CEO's time. Maybe 15 minutes. Excuses ring hollow.
I forgot about that website. I found PDGT on there when I first stumbled on it here. I had meant to send an email to PDGT asking them to populate their info on that website. It would be every helpful. In fact, those paid for this PDGT campaign should be actively updating those type of websites.
If PDGT wants there stock to increase these are the simple and little things they -must- do. Otherwise it will always be suspect. Want to be treated like a big company then act like one.
Thanks byrdman. I appreciate the simple and honest assessment. Buyer beware until we get some verifiable information.
It's definitely a wait and see game now. It's up to PDGT to deliver, no excuses.
But you could pass on the message to him. If Vincent knows of the request by shareholders then I hold him accountable for disclosure and not you.
I'm not looking for Vincent to be ex-CEO of 5 former successful companies. I don't care if he's never been a CEO before. There are a lot of other extraneous factors which make a good executive. I would like to know any experience which he feels would help contribute to the success of PDGT. As well as educational background and any degrees earned and from where.
It all comes down to a matter of trust. I must be able to know and trust him and management. A bio goes a long way.
Thanks,
Dan
If you do indeed speak for PDGT even in a limited sense, then I for one appreciate your letting us know of any disruptive activity. I would not want PDGT spending one minute on fruitless activity.
But at the same time there is basic information I need as a shareholder and investor. I need to know who the CEO is, ie. resume.
Granted, once I can confirm the Hagermeyer deal, or confirm some future sales in the near future, then I will be less concerned. But in the mean time all I can go on is some old contracts and management experience.
I've found the old contracts, but I'd like to know more about the management.
I would agree. So, PDGT should not release any potential deals until the contracts are in place.
But that would have nothing to do with my interest in knowing the CEO's business resume. And my desire to see the company start filing SEC's docs so it can get off the pinksheets.
No offense Durk, but your argument is beyond comprehension. You want people to do DD but not verify PR's?
I inquired very respectfully with Hagermeyer asking them to confirm a new deal. I'm still awaiting their response. This you consider interrogation? Please.
I wasn't born yesterday. I -will- persue any legal means to verify information, just as any investor would. I support PDGT so long as I am not lied to by PDGT, which I don't feel I've yet been lied to.
I'm not trying to be confrontational or disrespectful but don't try to dissuade people from doing DD.
I see a lot of people on this forum who are gung-ho for PDGT, that's great. But don't take it personally when those of us, who are cautious investors, try to verify claims.
As for Mr Wizard, and anyone here, I'll listen to all arguments so long as they are backed by verifiable facts. Other wise it's just hot air. And I've been seeing a lot of hot air pro-PDGT and con-PDGT. I try to follow my own rules, but I'm sure I have or will slip and make conjecture.
Why buy WAMUQ and not the preferred stock WAMKQ?
That's great news. But I wish we could verify it independently.
Definitely. It will take time. I doubt they would even list products which are not ready to be shipped. I would expect semi-large sales by February '09.
Possibly very large sales by October '09 for the end of government fiscal year. Unspent funds need to be spent or else they are lost.
No luck today for me. My .0005 order expired. Maybe TDAmeritrade stinks.
At only a few minutes before 4PM there were about 7 million shares put up for sale.
That's great news!
Forgive my ignorance.. what do VC and TA stand for? Thanks.
It will concern me if there is a further delay come December.
No idea. I must have been way at the end of the line I suppose. My particular orders are through and TDAmeritrade.
My .0005 order hasn't been filled, not even partially. No sellers I guess.

hm.. not me. I still have an order for 1 mil at .0005
I would expect the phone to start being answered at the latest 4 weeks. Again, I can understand not answering the phone if you are not expecting sales. If they expect sales with this new deal then I expect them to have a warm body answering the phone. Only time will tell.
Is everyone familiar with this chart?
Interesting analysis.

Honestly, I can understand them not having staff giving the poor shape it sounds like they were in. Answering the phone I think will be needed unless Hagermeyer would be calling the CEO directly.
Verify the relationship between PDGT and Hagermeyer will put a lot of my doubts to rest.
I would expect PDGT product listings in Hagermyer's catalogs to take some time, 4-6 weeks. Promotional material must be created or reformatted for HagerMeyer's use.
Verifiable sales reports will of course give us a bump up, but getting out of pink status and doing proper SEC filings would really get us in great territory.
We (and the market) needs something other than just PRs, IMHO.
I have some new orders are in if it drops further.
1 mill at .0005
2 mill at .0004
I think if PDGT was a scam it would -smell- a lot more to me than it currently does. There are some fair outstanding questions but there are some equal positive -facts- as well.
Overall this board has been a good find for me. The Breakout Board turned me onto SCA today, of which I was able to grab a lot of shares early at a low price. There are also a number of other speculative stocks I've jumped into as well.
Likewise
I put in a query with Hagermeyer requesting confirmation of the relationship. Trust but verify. I suppose I trust somewhat since I've been buying.
Someone else with levelII access, am I reading the levelII trades correct? There are a lot more sells than buys?
Hopefully this post will not be removed.
If no one can short or benefit from bad news, then it's either, as you say, personal grudge or altruism.
Except that there appear to be at least 3 users warning of nefarious activity. I haven't been here long enough to work out everyone's personal motives. So I'm trying to stick to facts I can find about PDGT.
Is the Breakout Traders group a good indicator of a stocks interest?
Besides one post about the new nwes, I see little no interest on the board for PDGT.
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/board.aspx?board_id=4929
How could spreading fear benefit anyone on this board? Can they short pinksheets? If they can't short I don't see how anyone could benefit. Perhaps someone see's another way or reason?
I found existing contract Hagermeyer has with Fairfax, Va which is where I live. This contract is for Homeland Security and most likely paid for my HS funding. PDGT could quickly see sales to Fairfax County using this contract as a vehicle.

UPDATE: Sorry.. false alarm.. this particular contract expired Sept 30 2008.
Can there be proof? I thought PDGT is not required to file with the SEC for such activity. Is the CEO sells shares must he first file?
I like that PDGT has actually had some contracts. Although they are all -very- small.
In 2007 they reportedly had 4 employees.

This information is already known, is it not? Are you reposting it to drive up interest?
For those new to pinksheets such as myself the quote below is why I do not trust all PR statements, especially from pinksheet companies. I used to be gullible but not so much any longer.
I'm not saying PDGT PR's are false or that PDGT is a scam. But as many have said, we all need to do our own DD.
I can also see that DD for pinksheets is far different than that of SEC-reporting securities; ie. background checks, verification of all PR's, large sells timed with PR's, etc.
"A typical pump-and-dump scheme involves somebody making falsely optimistic claims (the pump) via a press release or an e-mail about a shell company whose shares trade for a few cents. Unsuspecting investors buy the "penny stock," causing its price to double, triple or more. Then, scamsters sell shares (the dump) at a profit, leaving other investors holding what turns out to be nearly worthless stock."

For those in touch with the CEO.
Could the CEO provide a bio on himself? The leadership of the company is key since it is so small.
Thanks.
Looks like the share price stayed up at .0007 so my thought is that it's a buy. It was a "form T" trade at 11 and 12 minutes after 4PM.
12.5 million shares traded at the end at .0006
