Oh dont even get me started on that. Of course not. Fact of the matter is that some do. So then our course of action to stop this is?
I highly doubt that PTI is one of those anyway, so if I can make some money off of phoney PR's then I'll do just that.
Interestign concept on keeping the battery from coming to fruition to benefit the oil companies. Would that in turn suggest that someone is getting a kickback to do so? Even back in the early 90's suggestions were made that oil supplies cannot last past 2020. If that is true then the big oil firms had better get on with the change of business that is coming. The automakers certainly are. Most have connected themselves with alternative fuel source companies. Some have even bought them out so that they may have full control of the products. Wishful thinking is not going to save the oil patch from dry wells. You cannot pretend that natural resources will some how replenish them selves.
Agreed. But we all know this already. And how long can the charade go on? There's only so many patsies out there to fool. If PTI fails to produce something substantial this year the party will be over. For everyone, shareholders and BS shovelers alike.
So, what, BJW is supposed to work for free? I have no problem with him getting paid in new shares (since the company has no cash anyway). Would you work for free? I doubt it. I would also rather have LB's votes in Walters hand too. If BJW doesnt make something of the company this year, then you'll have something to cry about. Until then, the guy is entitled to make a living. Besides, if he does nothing, and all his shares are worth less than 3 cents at the end of the selling restriction clause, then he's really getting paid squat to do nothing anyway eh?
Interesting conversation today. Looks like it open season on everyone. Did anyone stop to notice the stock rose to .049? Bid and ask look strong too.
Youre all right on some accounts but mostly just slandering each other. If we consider (as some suggest) the company presently to be at the same point it was in 2000 or 2001 then only one thing should be a concern. In 2000 there were 16 million shares, now there are 125 million, and climbing. If the company does go on to successfully market their product then where will the stock price go? If you listened to the original analyst report calling for a share price of $18 by end of 2006, then how much unnecessary dilution has occurred? Certainly more shares than the original 16 million would be outstanding now even if the company proceeded on a more ethical growth track. So what should it be, 35 million? 50 million? Im guessing the company still would have to have issued 20-50 million shares beyond the original 16. So we are over by 60 million at present, and climbing. So can the company get to that point where it may have been worth $18? And then is it only realistically (at todays dilution) worth $9? Or $5? I certainly think $1-$2 is still possible but only if things go perfectly (less than $1 otherwise). I am willing to hang on for this year to see what happens. My average cost is fairly low. Those who bought at $2 or so and still hold their shares, what have you got to lose but a few more bucks? Stick it out, look ahead, not behind you. Until the company proves us wrong again stop beating up what could have been. It aint worth it. Fool me twice and I wont have any $$ left to argue about. Im betting those with a low average cost will have an opprotunity to gain it back this year.
AS is/has been on the wrong end of many lawsuits in his time. He seemed to be in his prime as an inventor in the 60's and 70's, but since then he seems to take the shorter road to riches? Via lawsuits.
Just what ive heard.
I do agree with you. Your theories are 100% correct. Its just that this kind of thing goes on all the time, and rarely ends up with a good result. Companies lie about their products and what they do, thats a fact. The buzz however is the wildcard. Sometimes its he who makes the most noise that wins!
Seems like grasping at straws to me (NO pun intended). Companies who struggle on their own often try to slander the competition. At the very least its getting into the 'semantics' of what's on a label. Cheap shot. JMO.
Back in buying range again. There seems to be a trend towards the lower prices on Wed and Thurs. I wouldnt be surprised to see 10 cents before the announcements on the acquisitions come down. beyond that a share consolidation is probably in order. Depends on how much the market pushes it up.
You are absolutly right. As I said yesterday please direct yourselves to the EPYH board (if youre interested) on IH (if you type in EPYR it will still take you there) and lets leave this board to PWTC comments.
There certainly is a board, right here on IH!
http://www.investorshub.com/boards/board.asp?board_id=2796
Please drop in.
1. I have made all these points clear in my postings of EPYR, including the fact that it was a 'play'. I see 10 cents in the next 6 months. Anybody here want to turn down a potential 1000% return? Beyond that is risky, I'll be the first to admit. I'll keep my EPYR posts to that board from now on, join me there if you like. Just trying to spread the word on a potential moneymaker.
And more importanatly:
2. I thought you were going to go away? We're tired of you picking apart EVERYTHING. If you dont want to be constructive, beat it.
OT - EPYR, putting pieces into place. If you want to play a mover, here ya go.

Note news item. It will probably run up rather well before then.
Actually closer to 70 million O/S.
...And right back down again. I suggest you accummulate below 1 cent. Thats what I'll be doing.
Im all for that, but what makes you think it will run again right now?
Then why dont you go away? I vote yes on logman's survey. Bye Bye whoever you are.
OT - check out EPYR. .008 today (I bought more). The CEO has been buying on the open market at as high as 4 cents. Im pretty sure he's not going to be selling off for less than that.
Bought another 50,000 today at .008. I think its a safe bet since the CEO has bought at high as 4 cents. Im sure he's not planning to sell at a loss. I can still average down well at this price. Look for 2 things: A .10 share price within 6 months; and a share reverse split/consolidation - which would hurt us and raise the potential of this stock becoming a dumping ground.
Survey answers:
Yes this board should be used for OTHER than bashing.
Yes the subject material should be battery facts (or realistic speculation/point of view on new PR's).
Yes BJW should be given a chance to show what he can do. I give him this year to show substantial improvement in this company/stock price.
No BJW should not be held accountable/bashed for LB's ongoings, (unless he proves otherwise this year, in which case we're all doomed anyway and its open season on LB and BJW again. PTI will NOT get another chance post BJW control).
Stick around hasher, you are a fountain of information much of the time.
What were the results of the latest survey?
Ive dropped into RB once or twice but never to check out EPYR. I trust there is a board there? Are the posts informative?
I am looking to add to my position as well (hoping to get more at 1 cent or lower). I find confidence that the CEO has been buying at 1-4 cents. I see 10 cents in the next 6 months, on good news items. Hopefully they do not dump too many new shares on the market to get things going. 49mill is kind of getting up there.
Re: last 2 posts.
Fair enough
"Nothing new here.. just another attempt to create buying.. no more no less. The only thing that's interesting, while not being new, is their claim to produce and market a battery within the next 11 months."
"What would really be a telling PR, would be one about who the consultants are, and what they were paid for what service."
Same old, same old. Heard it all many times in the last five years.
---------------------------
This is interesting though:
"Thats why He gave corporate stratagies the 4 million. ( oddly, they aren't locked up)" - but we were told ALL of LB's share were locked up not just 23mill. Id like to know more about that trick.
see http://www.pwtcbattery.com/stock-news-915.htm
--------------------------------------------------
As for Mr. Slobogian, he is well known up here in Canada (and not for the good things he's done).
I did not mean to 'open up' on hasher, just that the first words in most of his posts are 'pump and dump'. I think we all know that line already. There has been some good posting done on here in the last month, including by hasher. How about we stick to the new news and give the old pump and dump a rest?
I also notice that the byline of this board has changed:
"This board is here to discuss PWTC and the shareholder's concerns about how the company is being managed. Good or bad."
Kind of opens things up to more slamming doesnt it?
Nothing new here, just hasher stating the same thing for the millionth time (somebody had to say it). Question though. You recently posted that no one of consequence reads these boards, so why post the same thing over and over and over...
Down to a penny again. I think wht we saw was a glimpse of what will happen when this company gets back to business again. Anything at 1 cent or lower should be considered buying range.
OT - some DD on EPYR. Looks like the CEO is showing faith in the future. I'll be buying more at close to 1 cent or lower.
http://biz.yahoo.com/t/82/4608.html
Note EPYR has its own board, drop in.
Hmm, not great pricing compared to market prices in the last 2 weeks of December. Looks like a good sign. CEO must think the price will double his highest buy order (4 cents). Looking at 8-10 cents in the next few months? Sounds good to me. I'll buy more around the 1 cent mark.
Good find.
I dont know. To me it still leaves this company too mysterious. The lockup is good, and the 4 mill cancellation is good, but they still need to show something more in the way of a solid development to move this thing much. Youre right about buying on a price drop. Anything below 3 cents youre sure to double your money this year. I hope its better than that though.
I averaged down nicely just last month. I wasnt really expecting this right now. Have 130,000+ sh. Lucky, but I'll take it.
Well:
-Now we know how many shares AS has locked up.
-4 million shares cancelled from LB's pocket? (is that how it reads?)
-and LB gets off the hook for some of his scumming, er, I mean scamming, er, I mean effective running of the company (into the ground).
I guess in the end Id rather have my money back than LB in jail. Remains to be seen if either will occur.
Nice move today. Up 660% right now. I didnt think yesterdays news was that good. Future is looking better again. Buy when it falls.
OT: EPYR up 660% today! Ive mentioned this before. Still lots of promise with this one but wait for it to fall back if you want to buy.
As stated before, yes it will go down again. The company has not done anything solid (by getting the patent) to prove they are moving forward (and to support the share price). Question is, do you believe in the company now, more or less than you did before? If its more, then buy more stock when it drops. If you still dont trust them, you should have sold off. The next question is: Does BJW follow through and make anything out of this company?
I guess if you miss the point of the post, no one can help you.
Funny. But isnt what she's saying is that the only good stock is one that's at par value (for whatever a person bought it for)? Right about the selling part though.
I recall some of the first investment advice I received (and all the experts will tell you this). The 10% rule. If you buy something and it goes up 10%, sell and keep your profits. If you buy something and it goes down 10%, sell it and cut your losses.
So I went to market with this advice and the very first stock I bought I held for a year (was a blue chipper too). Within the first week it dropped about 25%. I was shocked, but held on. It sat there for months and I felt like an idiot for not getting out as per their advice. Then, near years end, it shot up 75% above what I had paid for it (yes I sold). All news items were positive during the entire year.
So what's the moral of the story? Dont try to make sense of the markets, especially the BB markets. Im sure that's what Suzi was trying to get at. She's right about one thing though, you dont win or lose until you sell.
