yep, same root website.
I presume this is the same company?

He surely has to let us know something someday. Heck, I would invest some more if I only got some decent news.
Here is my prediction, if Nutt plays Casey again, I am going to join "we hate Houston Nutt" club. We can't beat Florida without a pass threat, and that means Mustain.
Just living up to my name. Happy T-day to you!
Yes we do. And we will. The DTC won't hang on to the divy forever. He will have to tell us something soon. I hope.
Hope all had a Thanksgiving dinner that couldn't be beat. As long as I don't have to pay $50 and pick up the garbage I will be cool.
Count me no expert. What did we get, 1,000,000 shares? If he wanted to create a shell and then move assets to it for all shareholders... Who knows? It just keep getting more complicated. Just show me the money!
Guess I'll have to settle for a big bag of money. Oh well.
Well thats not fair. He has all sorts of chalk sybols and probably some dead chickens. Stock voodoo.
HA! Just kidding! I enjoy his posts. They are always very informative. He knows a lot more about stock than I do.
Someday this stock is going to explode like a can of coke in a campfire. Just remember that your old pal gorbec warned you not to sell it to them cheap. When Dan plays that last card and things start to happen, I bet people will flock to this thing like seagulls to a bag of chips.
Is there some sort of award for stupid similes or metaphors? I want my trophy.
R U Kidding? This is the most consistant stock that I have ever seen! How could you have a safer investment? ha ha
I suspect those on a death watch for SMMW will be disappointed. Not to say that it couldn't morph into another symbol, but it will live on.
I have to agree. The Scottrade problem clearing the shares first clued me in. I was talking to the TA last month and he called the divy a "spin off". Not sure what that means, but there are so many things which could paint a big picture. I am hoping for a symbol change right before the PR to leave the shorts in a world of hurt.
Speaking of TA's, nice picture. har har
stop cursing the man who is going to make us all a ton of money. hahaha
OT: I had not planned on it. But shoot me a note Friday night and maybe I will buy you a burger on your way through or something.
Is it possible that the AHDG divy will prove who really owns stock? Then there is a quick symbol change to make all the shorts cover?
Are we still expecting the divy on Monday?
It actually came in the mail in a nice 3 page foldout. It looked pretty professional for junk.
Where do you expect PLYCF to top out in the short term (2 weeks)?
Yep, those Razorbacks are kicking butt. I would not be surprized if they ended up unanimous top 4 before the SEC title game. You remember your preseason prodiction? haha
it appears to be trading again now
you are right. that doesn't make any sense.
Ha! I will have to hit the beer fridge hard to get that one out of my head.
Got some brochure in the mail from Stockwire about SORD. Is this just common spam?
I expect that today and Monday will either show us the light or make us all crazy.
I am turning into a conspiracy theorist here. Scottrade restricted to sells only, scottrade knows nothing about a divy for SMMW to be applied Monday, almost zero volume. Kind of lends itself to the symbol change theory. Just a wild guess though.
Just in case he was waiting on my permission to start a major buyback, he now has it. Ha! I would like to see another of those 1.5 billion days.
as long as we are speculating... someone said yesterday that their broker knew nothing about a divy for SMMW for Monday. I guess if it was to be going to a new symbol that would work.
Yo biscuits, what happened to all of the SMMW names that used to be in the board info? I forgot to memorize them because I didn't know they were going to be taken away. ha
I did some searching on those a while ago. Nothing obvious, other than industry, jumped out at me. I wanted to tie 24/7 Media to Real Digital Media but couldn't quite do it.
If I was a betting man, and since I own this stock I obviously am. I would say that SMMW wants to do their programming cheaper and better using something like NEOCAST.

Summus Works: Broadcast Division Negotiations To Affect Broadcast Division Bottom Line For Eastern Properties
M2 Communications via COMTEX
Nov 16, 2006 12:42:11 PM
Denver, CO., Nov 16, 2006 (M2 PRESSWIRE via COMTEX News Network) --
Summus Works, Inc. (Pink Sheets: SMMW) announced that in lieu of yesterday's announced sale of RSN to a group of investors and the reorganization of former Adelphia cable systems by Comcast and Time Warner in the Northeast, the Company is renegotiating the terms of all cable broadcast activities in Vermont and New York. The Company announced it has suspended its Eastern cable broadcast activities until terms more favorable to the Company's bottom line have been negotiated. Management stated that while revenues are expected to increase in accordance with favorable margins respective to its current and pending broadcast activities in the Western U.S., it is hopeful that its negotiation of similar terms will result in increased profitability and value to the Company and shareholders.
Yesterday, RSN announced it will be sold to private investors "with extensive expertise in the media and resort industries," though the sale remains subject to FCC approval, specifically for the transfer of RSN's broadcast licenses. Approval is expected in early 2007. You can find RSN's release at http://www.rsn.com/aboutrsn/releases/2006Nov16.html.
Summus Works management noted this is an opportune time for the renegotiation of terms on multiple fronts for its eastern properties while the cable broadcast environment itself is undergoing change there. The Company reiterated it still celebrates its eastern roots, having announced earlier today that the 4th Annual Stowe Mountain Film Fest will commence November 25.

Since I can't throw good money after bad through Scottrade, I need a new or second broker. Anyone have any thoughts about Ameritrade? Is SMMW restricted there? Other suggestions?
Well, if the 500 million was not a big dump by Dan, then it must have been someone buying a ton of it.
Looks the same to me
For Summus Works as of today, November 15, 2006, the authorized is 80,000,000,000 shares.
The outstanding is 77,480,000,000 shares with the float at 57,596,232,880 shares and 19,883,767,120 restricted shares.
I think most people on the board are willing to wait for the next press release. But, there seem to be a lot of people that take that silence as an opportunity to beat the drums of gloom and doom. No one has run away. Probably just don't feel like answering any of the same questions over and over.
Bob, I called signature again and some guy told me that I would get a reply this afternoon or in the morning.
If I call again I will ask if there is some sort of quiet period.
Bob, I called signature and they wanted me to send an email request. I will post it when I get a reply.
no deal. I have a million dollars in my briefcase. just have to play the game to it's conclusion.
What you talkin' 'bout Willis? Any hints as to what could happen?
You said scottrade would not allow a sell. That is not the same as there not being a bid.
